The manager of the house took our money in cash, we slept there but the she cancelled our reservation on booking. Like that booking will withdraw money from my credit card as a no show. This is hilarious. Do not go there!

Make sure you organise check in before arriving as this is a condo and not a hotel

Not at all, but why choose here is because it close to Chatuchak market.

Very very small space of toilet and shower, only one glass door either you can close toilet or shower. Balcony? 2.5 square meters. Don’t be fooled by photos.

The property had a nice view

The property was not clean, there were dead moths hanging on the side and ceiling.

The view from our room is amazing. The swimming pool is superb.

location was great. 4-5mins walk from the train station, 7-11 nearby. it’s by the main road, don’t have to turn in to any alleys, which makes it great as we were travelling with a baby and a toddler with a suitcase and a stroller.

cleanliness could be improved - especially for the bathroom. wifi connection was very very bad - as good as none. Thankfully we have data sim.

Don't stay here . They left me and me , and baby and my parents outside with no key and we had to go to another hotel. They intended to charge me anyway. They wouldn't pick up the phone even it was just 22:00 . Terrible experience

Excellent quiet soi and 10 min walk to train station. Lots of good eating places and a good place to get a real quiet, peaceful sleep.

Great location, not super touristy but well connected to public transport. The room was spacious and comfy.

The pool is not heated at all and the water was literally ice cold. Another downside: the room looked clean but there was still a massive cockroach paying a visit overnight ..

Location perfect for my needs. Close to BTS.

Smelt like mold. Very old and loud airco. Garbage previous tenants still present. Towels very thin. Maybe I did not pay attention at reservation (my fault) but payment is cash only!

Great location not to far from BTS really cool looking rooms comfortable bed and fantastic view over the city. I really liked this place.

As I guy I wasn't bothered but some people might not like the bathroom if someone is shy. It's all glass there is no privacy. Also could use some touch up with the decorating. Wall paper was peeling of the wall in some places. Makes it look shabby.

Convenient for going to BTS

The drain pipe is clogged and there is a sewer smell. The bathroom has no curtain and is inconvenient

We had a good experience but having staff at the receiption would have made our stay easier.

When we arrived, there wasn’t anyone to check us in, I called the accommodation and waited until we were taken to the room. However we were not taught how to access the elevator area. It took us a day until someone showed us the correct way because there isn’t anyone at the receiption. We were three and getting another room key wasn’t straightforward. I wasn’t told who to contact if we need anything.

I liked that the place is affordable. Value for money. It's a good deal because it's what we needed. A 2 bedroom apartment with bathtub and swimming pool. Facilities are what we needed such as kitchen. Very spacious. Safe and quiet area.There's a coffee shop in the lobby that serves good coffee. Izakaya japanese restaurant in the basement.

Very bad internet. Almost to none. We just relied on the internet sim we have on the phone. Smart tv doesn't work due to poor internet connection. Got bitten by bed bugs. Few minutes walk to convenience store or train stations. Nothing to do in the area. To get from one place to another, we just take the taxi. No cleaning service but understandable because accommodation is very cheap. You have to pay in cash upon check in. My fault because I overlooked that part. So be ready to bring cash to pay accommodation. Would have been nice if you can provide a higher quality bed sheets and comforter. Extra pillows too.

there was no one there when I arrived and no sign even to tell me I was in the right place. managed to get key to the room from a maid. but the manager was flexible and all worked out well.

why would anyone wanna have glas vindows between the toilet and bed?? thats really awkward when you are two people in there.

- I would like to suggest the host/owner for improving the amenity products used in shower room such as shampoo or shower gel. those products make your room look so cheap. - no breakfast (but fine)

Als wir um ca. 21.00 ankamen,hatten wir große Schwierigkeiten beim einchecken,kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Hatte eine Benachrichtigung per Message am Tage vorher geschickt und um Infos zum einchecken gebeten, keine Antwort. Zum Glück waren sehr hilfreiche Bewohner, Feriengäste, die uns geholfen haben. Per Message kam dann die Instruktion, dass der Schlüssel in einem Schließfach liegt, den wir uns da raus holen können, keinerlei Angaben, wie man zur Unterkunft kommt oder wie es mit dem Schlüssel funktioniert. Zum Glück hat uns eine sehr freundliche thailändische Bewohnerin auch hiermit geholfen.Die Tür zur Unterkunft hat sich geöffnet, das Licht bzw. Strom wird mit mittels einer Karte eingeschaltet, auch das hat uns die freundlich Thailänder gezeigt. Nun ja, da standen wir, übermüdet vom langen Flug, der eincheck Stress und dann nach erstmaliger Begutachtung der Unterkunft die nächste sehr unerfreuliche Überraschung. Das Zimmer war nicht eigentlich sauber, der wc Sitz locker, Abflüsse sehr verdreckt, die sitzpolster der Stühle lösten sich auf.Kein Besteck, Geschirr vorhanden, außer 2 Gläsern und 1 kaffeebecher und 2 Tüten löslichen Kaffeepulver gab es nichts. Ach doch, 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser waren im Kühlschrank. Die Reinigung gleich null. Habe die Bettwäsche selbst gewechselt sowie nach frischen Handtüchern gefragt, selber sauber gemacht. Kommunikation nicht unbedingt toll. Poolbenutzung erst nach 2 Wochen möglich.Positiv die gute Bahnverbindung.

Convenient location, near the metro. Nice apartment, 2 showers, 2 toilets, swimming pool. The administrator girl promptly responds to all requests, responds to WhatsApp almost instantly, thank you very much for the rest.

We stayed at one of BoonRumpa's Quadrouple rooms for 3-days solely for the location(near the hospital). Remote check-in is very difficult to arrange and you are only get 1 key for 4 people. That made logistics very frustrating since the 4 of us were not always together. Besides that we needed water, extra toilet paper, dishes etc and it was hard to communicate with the management. The beds were comfortable, but that was pretty much the only saving grace. I would not suggest staying at BoonRumpa.

BoonRumpa had a great location out of the insanely busy parts of Bangkok and was comfortable.

Having advertised having a kitchenette we were surprised to find no cutlery or cooking utensils (tongs, pots, pans etc) were provided. When we messaged to ask if we could get some and also an iron, we were told some would be brought however they never were. If we had known there wouldn’t be these facilities available we would have spent the same amount for a hotel room. The shower flooded after having the water run for 2 mins and spilled into the rest of the bathroom. The bed also wasn’t very comfortable to us as we are not a fan of very firm beds.

Location is wonderful, apartment is very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

The wifi was so bad it was unusable, we had to hot spot from our phones the whole time. Luckily, there are cafes in Ari we could work from.

The room next door was flooding and went to the hallway. Stayed here for 2 nights only coz it is near the actual hotel that I am going to stay for a long time.

Nice building, cute little stylish apartment, in a rich neighborhood of Bangkok. Very good restaurants and coffee places in the area. and a cool pool in the building.

In the room I had, there was a transparent glass wall between the toilet and the bedroom :)

It was ok. Some of the amenities they listed are not accurate - no room service or laundry, and they tried to not do the daily cleaning, but I insisted. I can't recommend the studio, but for 1 person, it might be ok

Near to Chatuchak weekend market and room space is enough to 4 person for Family travel. I will consider to stay here for next time trip.

A great little condo in a nice, quiet area of the city. The staff were excellent. The condo was within easy walking distance to 2 BTS stations. Quite a few good restaurants nearby. The only slightly downside is the size. It was good for 2 of us, but any more people would be difficult. Our unit had a nice patio to sit outside and drink coffee in the morning.

Llegamos al lugarbun poco antes del check in, es un poco complicado comuncarse con la.encargada Las personas del estacionamiento nos hicieron favor de llamarle, al bajar nos comentó que si queríamos usar la habitacion desde ese momento (2 horas antes) tendriamos que pagar 200bth extra, lo que nos pareció justo y lo pagamos, al usar el elevador para llegar al piso del departamento se apreciaba un olor fétido, mismo que abundaba en el departamento, la verdad era insoportable el olor que había, cuando le comunicamos a la persona solo nos dijo que enviaría a la persona de servicio para poner algo de spray; tuvimos que salir por varias horas y abrir las ventanas para que disminuyera el fétido olor. Dormimos ahí y salimos al día siguiente muy temprano

hotel location is good, but hotel cleaning is a problem

Room cleaning was bad. There were used mask and cream left from previous customer when we check in. Toilet stand was broken and towel did not replace. Wifi was closed to death, we use our own sim card. On the other hand, check in and check out are smooth

location very good, we only stay two night without make up room I don't know call housekeep before or set the information to hotel.

Hard to find. Slow reception. Multiple stain on furniture. No hot shower. The breaking deal is there are cockroaches in the room (one of them in the bed).

Good location to try local food and value for money stay for couple of days. Overall Mediocre.

this trip want for just resting room is clean and good condition quite room and safe walking near ari station around at 3-5 minutes i think 1f restaurant good too when i come to bkk i will book here again

空港で住所を示してもタクシーの運転手は、わかりません。近くの駅まで行き、GoogleMapで位置を調べながらようやくたどり着きましたが、入口がわかりませんでした。困っていると。周辺の親切な人が、管理人に連絡をしてくれ、ようやく部屋にたどり着いたと思ったら、予約したはずの２部屋が予約されておらず、１部屋で泊まってくれと言われる始末。嫌だから今からホテルを変えると言うと、清掃をいまから入れるので、１時間待って、と言われ、待ちました。その後の宿泊は、全く問題がなく、管理人の若いお姉さんもチョーいい人で快適でした。こうしたアパート型の宿泊施設は、最初が大変ですが、後は、気楽で、しかも安いので、個人的には気に入ってます。と言うことで、トラブルを差し引いても、この点数です。
