Otelin konumu, çalışanların yardımcı olması çok güzel. Bu yüzden Samos'a bu gelişimde de burada kaldık.

Otelin eski olması nedeniyle bazı tesisat sorunları var. Yenilenirse çok daha, iyi olacaktir.

The hotel is about 1.5 km from the center of Pythagorion, and taxis are easily available within walking distance. The room we stayed in was very spacious. The biggest advantage was being able to swim in the sea right in front of the hotel for free. The water was very calm and peaceful. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and you could really tell that they enjoy their work. The breakfast was more than adequate and had everything we needed.

Otelin konumu sakin ve huzurlu bir yerdedir. Deniz kenarında konuma sahip olup misafirlere ücretsiz olarak şezlong ve şemsiye sunulmaktadır. Yenilenmiş bir odada konakladık ve oda konforu iyiydi. Personel güleryüzlüydü. Genel olarak memnun ayrıldık.

Şezlong ve şemsiye yeterli sayıda olmadığı ve oteldeki diğer misafirler sabah erkenden kalkıp havlu koyduğu için eğer bu imkanı kullanmak istiyorsanız anlamsız bir yarış içine girmeniz gerek, bu nedenle otelin deniz ve plajını hiç kullanmadık. Kahvaltı zayıftı ve geliştirilebilir. Araba park yeri birazcık uzakta arabayı önerilen park yerine bırakıp yaklaşık 7-8 dakika yürümek gerekiyor sıcakta zor olabilir.

Merkeze gezmek için taksi 10 euro tutuyor keyfimiz için hiç problem değildi denizin girişi ciddi ayak acıtan taşlık ama 5 metre sonrası tam kum ve derin değil hala 1.50lerde filandı tek fiyat denge açısından kahvaltısı yetersizdi bence ücretine göre ama aç kalmadık .karşısındaki marketteki günlük sandviçler çok iyiyidi

We have stayed here more than once and feels more like home every time. The staff are amazing, friendly and so welcoming. The hotel is exceptionally clean, breakfast is perfect, but the biggest feature is the few steps you will take to reach the blue aegean beach. Highly recommend and Potokaki is close to all, though having a car gets you further.😊

The room was very clean, they were cleaning the room daily, the room was simple but very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, the staff was very nice and helpful, the position of the property was amazing (right on the sea) and had beach chairs free for the guests. While the room was facing the street (this is what I booked) it was still quiet with the windows closed. Excellent place that surely exceeded my expectation as far as quality for what I paid

The facilities are a bit outdated, the shower could work better, the hot water took a while to get hot (and it did not get that hot), there is no elevator. These were not issues for me as I did not need warmer water and I really did not need an elevator.

We did not arrive here with high expectations, but for a 2-star hotel, Potokaki Beachfront Hotel was great for our big family (all adults). It takes around 25-30 minutes to arrive to Potokaki from Samos' Vathy Port by taxi which costs around 26-30 euros. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the kind personnel and the check in process went super smooth. The rooms were clean and neat. In our room, we were able to find clean towels, a nicely working mini fridge, TV, kettle, airco, fan, and a cooker if needed (we did not use it). WiFi connection was fast without any problems. The open buffet breakfast between 08.00 - 10.30 was simple, yet it was beyond our expectation. You could find fresh fruits, strained yoghurt, cereals, oatmeal, boiled eggs, cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, salami, olives, jams, honey, butter, delicious bread, salty and sweet pastries, a coffee machine, variety of tea and lemonade. Breakfast is the only food service Potokaki Beachfront Hotel provides, but there are a few bars/beaches that are within 2-5 minute walking distance to the hotel that serves snacks and drinks. You can also just cross the road for the market Hydrele Beach Minimart to get snacks & cooled drinks and enjoy them at the hotel's terrace. The beach is right in front of hotel's terrace, there a bunch of sunbeds available to hotel's guests. The sea was calm and clean during our 6-day stay. The entrance to the sea is rocky, so you might want to bring sea-shoes, but personally it was also fine without. For dinner you have a few options within 10 & 15-minute walking distance. You can also walk (25-30 minutes) or take a taxi (5 minutes, 9-10 euros) to Pythagoreio center for more options. Check-out was at 11:00 and our ferry wasn't until 17:00, so the hotel kindly let us store our bags at the reception desk and allowed us to sit on the terrace in the afternoon. Overall, we were really happy with our stay at this hotel, I would recommend it.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung wenn wir jedoch etwas an unserem Aufenthalt verbessern würden wäre es das Frühstück. z.B. Mehr Abwechslung, hochwertigeres Brot, frisch gepresste Fruchtsäfte etc. Etwas höhere Zimmerpreis wäre aus unserer Sicht in diesem Fall auch akzeptabel

Old building = old rooms. Housekeeper woke us up every morning at 8:30 am knocking on the door and entering the room!

The entire staff was exceptional! Every single person took the time to talk with us and went above and beyond to make our stay as special as possible. The location was absolutely beautiful, and the beach was amazing. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The facilities seemed a bit old and the only thing that was new in the room was the TV. Most importantly though, there is no noise isolation between the rooms and you can hear everything every morning; banging doors, breakfast being set up, guest talking and the cleaner going in and out the rooms.

Our stay in Potokaki seafront hotel was lovely,the location was awesome with a beautiful sea view and the beachfront a few steps away!!! The premises were very well maintained,clean and the staff very accommodating,polite and friendly..all in all it was a most enjoyable stay,highly recommend!!!

There wheren’t enough sunbeds. The washbasin was located inside the room; that was the only thing I would complain about. If the washbasin had been in the bathroom, I would have stayed there again.

Breakfast was ok - I mean there were basics available of decent quality and buffet is being replenished once something eaten up. Our room was spacious and well equipped - newly refurbished along modern lines but then again it is a pricier room. Comfy beds and modern shower space . You step out into the sea from hotels veranda in the back so very convenient . Staff very friendly and helpful during the hours they are available. Premises and the rooms are very clean .

No extras i mean in the breakfast ie you cannot order an omlette or poached eggs or similar . After breakfast nothing you can order in the hotel either- no snack no drink whatsoever no facility at all - you either purchase from the mini market across the road just a few steps or you just go and pick up from the close beach bar of hydrele hotel. And no room service of course so the place is more like an air bnb with upgraded service and breakfast . The few marble steps leading from the veranda to the shore is slippery and dangerous .

Otelde kahvaltı dışında bir hizmet yok. Kahvaltı basic düzeyde bir kahvaltı. Otelin karşısındaki mini marketten günlük ekstra ihtiyaçlar karşılanabiliyor. Akşam yemeği için otel ve civarında kalmak çok anlamlı olmuyor ama adada taksiyle ya da kiralık araçla her yere kolayca gidilebiliyor. Tekrar tekrar kalmak isteyeceğim bir oteldi.

Otelin konumu mükemmel. Pythagorion’a araç ile 2 dk. Kendi plajı olması avantajlıydı. Otelin 50 m yakınında ücretsiz park yeri ve hemen karşısında küçük bir market vardı.

Çarşaf ve yastık kılıflarında büyük sarı lekeler vardı ancak değiştirilmesini talep ettiğimizde hemen değiştirildi. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği iyi ancak kalitesi biraz daha arttırılabilir. Oda temizliği sadece çöp poşeti değiştirme ve yatak örtüsü toplamadan ibaretti. Havlular da günlük değiştirilmiyordu ancak talep ettiğimizde hemen değiştirildi.

A small hotel located in the Pototaki area, right next to the seaside. The staff were very friendly, and the price was reasonable. The area is very quiet, and you never hear any noise from outside.Speed of internet was very fast and accurate.

**Room:** For two people, the room size was acceptable, but the air conditioner was a very old model and operated extremely noisily. The wardrobe was very small. The shower cabin in the bathroom was extremely cramped; a tall person would have difficulty taking a shower comfortably. On the other hand, the water pressure was very good. The beds were acceptable but not comfortable enough by modern standards. The room definitely needs a complete renovation. **Breakfast:** The selection was limited. The croissants were stale, and there were no scrambled eggs (which are available in most hotels). The tea bags were not very good, and the bread was not fresh enough. There were no apples or bananas available among the fruit options. The most annoying thing was that the hotel discourages guests from feeding homeless cats, which I found very disappointing. There is even a sign on the wall about it. **Beach:** The beach area is extremely small, but the sunbeds are of very high quality. **Location:** Very close to the airport, with a taxi stand nearby. There is also a supermarket directly in front of the hotel, although it is extremely expensive.

Oda fiyat kalite dengesi açısından beklentilerimizi karşıladı. Kahvaltı son derece yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Plajın kenarında, sessiz ve sakin bir otel. Merkeze 2,5 km mesafede ve çok sıcak olmadığında ve genel de deniz kenarından rahat yürünüyor. Taksi ile de 9-10 Avro tutuyor.

Otel direkt olarak denizin dibinde, eğer deniz tatili yapmak istiyorsanız en güzel tercihlerden biri. Deniz tertemiz ve dalgasızdı, odadan çıktığın gibi plaja inmek büyük konfor. Çalışanların hepsi kadın ve hanımefendiler çok sempatik ve güleryüzlüydü. Her gün oda temizliği yapıldı. Kahvaltısı fena değildi, her gün aynı açık büfe ama çeşit yeterliydi. Bazı eksikleri var ama fiyat performans bir otel. Bizim odamız direkt deniz manzaralı ve büyük bir odaydı ama sanırım her oda aynı büyüklükte değil, Rez yaparken belirtmeniz iyi olabilir. Sakin bir deniz tatili yapmak için birebir, merkeze 5dk sürüş mesafesinde. Aracınız var ise merkezde yemeğe gitmek kolay. Bu arada çok ünlü olan casa cook otelin dibinde, lüks bir konaklama istemiyorsanız bu otel sizin için yeterli.

Yataklar iki tane tek kişilik yatağın birleştirilmiş hali ancak çok konforsuz, rahat değillerdi. Otelde asansör yok. Aynı zamanda kahve/ çay alınabilecek bir snack bar tarzı bir büfe olsaydı iyi olabilirdi. Atıştırmalık veya yemek yemek için sürekli yan tesislere gitmek bi süre sonra sıkıcı olabiliyor.

Nelle nostre camere il condizionatore era vecchio e rumoroso quindi impossibile farlo funzionare durante la notte.

Otel çalışanları güleryüzlü, her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Denize sıfır, birkaç basamak inip denize ulaşıyorsunuz. Kumsalda şezlong sayısı kısıtlı alcak otelin terasında gölgede istediğiniz gibi şezlong açıp takılabilirsiniz. odalar ve otel çok temiz.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one. We booked a double room and were given what they called a double bed, but it was only 130 cm wide. When we complained, we were told that this was “the standard in Samos.” I’ve been visiting Samos for the past four years, and this is the first time I’ve ever seen such a ridiculously small bed being advertised as a double bed. It is simply misleading. It was so narrow that one of us had no choice but to sleep on the floor. The walls are paper-thin. You don’t just hear your neighbors—you can clearly hear them snoring all night long. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the hotel is located right next to the airport, so your sleep is constantly interrupted by planes taking off and landing. The biggest disappointment, however, is the Dutch woman who owns the hotel. Instead of helping her guests, she is rude, dismissive, and speaks to people in a condescending and disrespectful manner. Rather than trying to solve problems, she makes you feel as though you are the problem. Even when we offered to pay extra for a larger room, she refused to help in any way. There are many wonderful places to stay in Samos. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. Between the misleading room standards, terrible sound insulation, constant aircraft noise, and shockingly poor customer service, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your money here. There are far better hotels on the island that actually respect and value their guests.

A clean and well-maintained property offering comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast by the sea, with sun beds and umbrellas included. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making for a truly enjoyable stay.

Уникальное расположение. Из номера отеля вы выходите на террасу и потом спускаетесь прямо к морю. Полоска пляжа, конечно, узкая, на ширину чуть больше лежака, но этого вполне достаточно. Большое преимущество, что лежаки бесплатны. Вход в море несколько метров галька, потом песок. Номера небольшие, но чистые, аккуратные. Небольшая кухня тоже создает дополнительное удобство. Как и небольшой балкончик, где можно посидеть за столиком, выпить кофе или бокал вина. Напротив отеля супермаркет. Нужно иметь ввиду, что до ближайших таверн и ресторанов придется пройтись и после посещения одного из них, ресторана Koyros, мы решили ездить на ужин в Пифагорио, где отличный выбор ресторанов на любой вкус. Персонал исключительно дружелюбный и профессиональный. И атмосфера очень располагающая. В целом, отель действительно дает больше, чем можно было бы ожидать от уровня 2*.

Пожалуй, единственная причина, по которой я не поставил оценку 10, это очень хорошая слышимость в душевой/санузле. Мы жили на первом этаже и когда соседи наверху пускали воду, то было ощущение, что это происходит в твоём номере. В связи с чем могу предположить, что проживание в номерах второго этажа не имеет таких неудобств. Но это не было критично, так что отмечаю ради объективности.

Towels, bedsheets could be changed more often. A bit too far from Pythagoreio for those who would like to spend their evenings there.

Odalar çok küçük yataklar çift kişilik olmasına rağmen iki yetişkin yatması biraz zor oldu. Çarşaflar lekeliydi. Banyo hayatımda gördüğüm en iğrenç çok çok kötü. Tuvalet sifonundan ve duştan akan su banyoyu dolduruyor ilk günü söyledik tesisatçı geldi yaptı dediler akşam geç saat odaya geldik yine aynı şekilde banyo pis bir su içinde kaldı gece resepsiyon da kimse yoktu

La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Le personnel était vraiment accueillant, toujours à l'écoute de nos demandes, et nous a donné de très bons conseils pour profiter au mieux de notre voyage. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le petit-déjeuner. Enfin, l'accès à la plage privée était un vrai plus.

Otelin yenilenmiş odalarından biri olan yol tarafındaki junior suitte kaldık. Her şey çok ince düşünülmüş, odanın dekorasyonu çok zevkli, yatak müthiş rahattı. Çok keyifliydi resmen ayrılmak istemedik. Otelin geneli de, oda da çok temizdi. Temizlik personelinin ve ilk girişimizdeki resepsiyon görevlisinin iletişimi güçlü, güler yüzlü ve son derece misafirperver yaklaşımları oldu. Phythagorion merkezdeki açık otoparka, arabayla 5 dk mesafede hatta yürümeyi tercih eden turistler var. Butik, tatlı, merkezde keyifli bir işletme. Önündeki cam gibi berrak denizde bütün günü geçirebilirsiniz. Teşekkür ediyoruz. Çok sevdik.

Odadan balkona çıkan kapıya sineklik tel takılsa çok iyi olur. Sivrisinek olan dönem kapıyı kapalı tutup klimayla yatmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Bir de kahvaltı yeterli olmasına rağmen bitişine 1 saat kala bile indigimde bazı ürünler bitmiş oluyordu belki de ona göre stoklu gidilebilir.

Everything: top location(it couldn’t be closer to the sea), breakfast, cleanliness, staff politeness and willingness to assist in any case. I will definitely go again. Potokaki is at walking distance from Pythagoreio, the town that has everything when it comes to restaurants, shops, night life. There is a beach bar left to the hotel with free sunbeds. The sea is Amazing (calm since it is at the south). Price was too low for what the hotel provides!

Like ved stranda, egne solstoler. Vi hadde en liten terrasse med utsikt til havet. Liten supermarket og bussholdeplass rett over veien. Kort vei å gå til Pitagorio, som var helt nydelig og med masse spisesteder og butikker. Flott spisearealet for frokost.

Ikke mye, det meste var veldig bra. Frokosten, spesielt kaffen kunne ha vært bedre, og det var ikke noe varm mat. Det var ellers veldig få restauranter i nærheten av hotellet. Hotellet ligger like ved flyplassen og man hører på flyer av og til men det var ikke noe spesielt irriterende.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeiter. Vom Check-in bis zur Abreise wurden wir stets herzlich empfangen und bei jeder Frage oder Bitte sofort unterstützt. Das gesamte Team war aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Auch das Hotel selbst war sehr sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel. Die angenehme Atmosphäre und der hervorragende Service haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Great hotel, at the beach. Tasty breakfast and kind workers. We really enjoyed there...

It is a little bit outdated, but the price was great. Also, one suggestion to have signs no disturb because cleaning starts too early.

Potokaki Beachfront hotel is very calm, clean and had everything my wife and I needed for our stay. It was amazing sitting outside, having breakfast and staring out to sea. It was so relaxing and all the staff are so amazing and looked after us so well.

The bathroom could do with a little updating but it was fine for our stay.

The best thing was the location right at the beach, with the terrace - where we had the excellent breakfast, and which was free to be used throughout the day - literally one meter away from the sea. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel building very pretty.

The queen sized bed had a spring mattress, which made sleeping very difficult for me as a very light sleeper, as did the noises from the other rooms.

We loved our stay at Potokaki Beachfront Hotel, we stayed in the studio with sea view for 11 nights, it was perfect for us, plenty of space and beautiful views, you step off the terrace onto a private beach. The breakfast which is included, had plenty of choice and was delicious, it never ran out, no matter what time you went down for breakfast. The hotel was spotlessly clean and our towels and bedding were changed regularly .. it’s really close to the airport 15 euros taxi fare and the town Pythagoreio is a 30 minute walk away or 9 euros in a taxi. Pythagoreio is a pretty port with lots of lovely restaurants and bars to choose from. All of the staff were really lovely but a big shout out to Alexandra, Judith and Kiki, they were so lovely and helpful to us, nothing was too much trouble .. thank you.

The beds weren’t long enough for my partner, as they had a top and bottom on them, so he couldn’t even hang his feet over the end of the mattress, this was a bit uncomfortable for him, but it didn’t spoil our stay.

Rooms a little bit tired and on the small side but expected at the price, and the view and other aspects more than made up for that

Otelde iki bina var arkadaşım yenide kaldı oda yeni ve konforluydu, fakat bana verdikleri oda eski binada ve bahçe katında çok eski ve bakımsız bir odaydı sinekliğe rağmen yeşilliklerden dolayı aşırı sinek sorunu olduğu için kapıyı hep kapalı tutmak zorunda kaldım çok keyifsiz bir konaklamaydı

Resepsiyon görevlileri çok tatlı sevimli ve kibarlar. Çok sıcak bir ortam. Denize sıfır bir otel olması çok güzel. Pisagora 2.5 kilometre uzaklıkta. Saat akşam 8 den sonra kapıları kilitliyorlar. Girip çıkarken kapıyı kitlemek zorundasınız. Etraf çok güvenli. Kahvaltıları çeşitli ve güzel limonataları var. Otel temiz gerçekten. Resepsiyonislere teşekkür ederiz. Klima çalışıyor. Wifi var. Güzel bir tatil geçirdik.

Eşyalar biraz eski ve tahtadan. Biraz tahta kokuyor odalar.

The location was great, so lovely to look out over the Aegean from my room & from the terrace. Very good shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

The room was a little tired decor-wise & the bed could have been more comfortable.

We loved the sea view and the friendly and helpful staff.

The sea was not as beautiful as the sea at Kokkari but it has nothing to do with the hotel. No lift so you have to climb two flights of stairs which we managed anyway.

Als Alleinreisender habe ich einen Fahrradurlaub auf Samos unternommen. Dabei erwies sich die Nähe des Hotels zum Flughafen und zur Stadt Phytagoreio als ideal. Vom Flughafen merkt man nur wenig, denn es sind wenige Starts und Landungen. Außerdem ist man tagsüber doch häufig unterwegs. Tagsüber oder am Abend kann man gut nach Phytagoreio spazieren. Gegenüber des Hotels befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, der ein breites Angebot hat. Das Hotel wird sehr gut geführt. Alles ist sehr ordentlich und sauber. Es gibt eine Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zum Meer, wo man gut verweilen kann. Auch stehen Liegestühle bereit, dass man sich auch direkt am Strand sonnen kann. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und den Gästen aufrichtig zugewandt. Wenn man mal etwas braucht - Ladegerät oder Föhn - dann bekommt man das sofort mit einem freundlichem Lächeln ausgehändigt. Die Lage des Hotels auf der Südseite von Samos ist für den Urlaub sehr gut. Zum einen halte ich die Südseite für idyllischer, zum Anderen ist vom Hotelstandort aus alles gut zu erreichen. Man braucht für Ausflüge eben ein Fahrrad, einen Motorroller oder ein Auto. Der Urlaub auf Samos hat mir überaus gut gefallen. Dazu hat auch die gute Atmosphäre im Hotel mit beigetragen. Vielen Dank!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very clean and was cleaned everyday. On top of that, we had a lovely view of the sea from our balcony. There is also a taxi station nearby, if you don't want to go through with the 40 minute walk to the Pythagorion centre. The breakfast was good as well. If we ever visit Pythagorion again, we'll definitely stay here.

Το δωμάτιο είχε όλες τις παροχές, ήταν ανακαινισμένο με μοντέρνα διακόσμηση (δεν ήταν όλα τα δωμάτια τα ίδια), πολύ περιποιημένο και πολύ καθαρό. Ήταν λίγο μικρό, συγκεκριμένα το δικό μας δωμάτιο, αλλά είχε μπαλκόνι με θέα στη θάλασσα, κι αυτό ήταν το πιο καλό από όλα. Η παραλία μπροστά ήταν ό,τι καλύτερο!

Η βεράντα του πρωινού θα μπορούσε να ήταν πιο περιποιημένη (είχε τέντα στη μισή βεράντα, η υπόλοιπη μισή ήταν στον ήλιο). Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να ήταν πιο πλούσιο και πιο αυθεντικό. Σε ένα ελληνικό νησί περιμένεις φυσικό χυμό πορτοκάλι, χειροποίητες μαρμελάδες και όχι συσκευασμένες μερίδες που τρώγαμε στην Ελλάδα πριν από 20 χρόνια, και ίσως κάτι "ζεστό", πχ αυγά τηγανιτά ή scrambled eggs, κλπ.

Personelleri aşırı cana yakındı, özellikle resepsiyonda duran kadın görevli mükemmel bir insandı. Denizi çakıl taş ancak çok temiz, kendine ait plaj olanağı çok iyi. Konum olarak da çok güzel bir yerdi. Bizim oda alt katta olduğundan mıdır bilinmez ancak internet evdekinden hızlıydı :)

Bizim odamız en alt kattaydı bu yüzden biraz konforsuzdu. Kahvaltısı iyileştirilebilir.

La posizione strategica per girare l’isola. Per arrivare nelle spiagge a sud ovest dell’isola ma anche per arrivare sul versante nord(kokkari potami Tsabou beach). Sandra dipendente dell’hotel è stata una magnifica guida, dispensando consigli su come muoversi nell’isola. Le spiagge sono attrezzate, pulite e sopratutto dispongono di comodi parcheggi.

Çalışanlar inanılmaz tarlı güzel ve beach kısmı çok güzel kahvaltı yaparken denizi izliyorsunuz.

Odalar biraz eski maalesef ve çift kişilik yatak mevcut olmayabiliyor.
