Odalar çok temiz,yataklar çok konforlu ve günlük temizlik düzenli bir şekilde yapılıyor.Turndown servisi olması çok güzeldi. Denizi harika!!

This hotel is amazing. You get what you pay! Definitely value for money. Great location close to Pythagoreion within walking distance. The room was amazing, the pool, breakfast, staff. My easiest 10/10. Can't wait to visit you guys soon!

Casa Cook made our stay feel like a perfect escape, where every detail blends effortlessly with the beauty of the island. From the thoughtful touches in our room to the warm atmosphere, it was a truly unforgettable experience in Samos.

Amazing ambiance! Every detail, from the rooms to the common areas, has been thoughtfully designed. The atmosphere, décor, and beautiful little touches are truly impressive.

The casa cook samos is a very stylish hotel places in a beautiful location far away from the big cites and directly at the beach. The big bonus is format for adults only. The visitors mainly couples, that creates some romantic vibes in the air. Atmosphere is warm and comfortable, staff is friendly and pumper you in a best possible way. There are some events organized by the hotel: cocktail master classes, dinners, dj sets at the beach and beach parties. For sports fans: they have yoga classes and run club. The pull big pull near our room was just stunning, the best thing in it direct access to the pull from your room. I've attached some photos. Sea is clean and a bit chilly for my preference, however, it was perfect for my partner, who's enjoyed it a lot.

The efficiency of the restaurant and speed of the service during dinners or party time. The orders took very long time, sometimes might be even lost. It's not impacting the taste of the food. What ever we drink or eat was really delicious! Stuff really doing their best to fix it, however, the issue might be in the process. Not all of the waiters can take the orders ( hard to find and to differentiate who do), so this "resposible for orders" people are in a high demand and hard to access.

Kahvaltı genelde ana baba günü gibiydi . Böyle bi otele asla yakismiyor . Omlet söylüyorsun kahvaltın bitiyor öyle geliyor . Parti vardı bir gün yemek söyledik 2 saat de geldi . Beach de zaten sabah erkenden yer tutma yarisina girmeniz gerekiyor bu aşırı sacmalik . O kadar boş yer var ona rağmen sezlong atmıyorlar . Bir de beach ve restaurant fiyatları çok yüksek . Ama tabi böyle güzel bi otelde kalınca bunlara ses çıkartamıyorsun .

Çalışanları çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Yemekleri lezzetli. Deniz tertemiz. Sakin ve huzurlu bir tatil istiyorsanız iyi bir seçim. Sadece havalimanı otelin dibinde ama adaya olan uçuşlar çok olmadığı için sizi rahatsız etmiyor.

Lacking some details like not showing the mini bar every day that’s a no no .. five star resort just make sure you’re never missing anything in five days of mini Bar got refilled once. That is also a loss of revenue for the hotel.

Havuzun mimari yapısı sebebiyle daha iyi temizlenmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Köşelerde içinde yüzebilen küçük sinekler vardı bunun dışında her şey mükemmel.

İnanılmaz güzel mimariye sahip bir otel, odadan direk havuza çıkılan odalarda kaldık çok keyifliydi. Odada bizi ikramlar ve hediyelerle karşıladılar. Ütüden, göz kremine, bakım ürünlerine kadar herşey vardı odada. Sahilden odaya geri döndüğümüzde bar alanında bizim için süpriz kokteyl ikramı olduğunu yazan bir not bulduk. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi, restoranda ki yemekler başarılıydı. Kahvaltı karbonhidrat ağırlıklı ama yok yok , masaya özel omletiniz nasıl isterseniz ücretsiz hazırlanıyor. Denizi taşlık ama tertemiz bir deniz. Şezlong alanları oldukça rahat ve DJ performansı vardı keyifle vakit geçirdik plajda. Tekrar gelip kalmak isteriz herşey için teşekkürler

It’s an incredible property with amazing facilities. Only stayed for two nights so didn’t get the chance to use the spa or try different things at breakfast - but the swim up rooms and the private suites are incredible. The design aesthetic and overall architecture is incredible.

I thought it was really weird that they charge for the coffee pods. We’ve paid hundreds of £££ for our room, I thought £1 for a coffee pod didn’t make sense. Also the mini bar was a bit basic so that could have been complimentary to be fair. Had dinner one night, the food was good but I found the service a bit slow, took 25min to get a drink!! Room service was fast, the food was ok.

The facilities and the room were beautiful.

The property operates a low cost airline model. For over 500 euros a night, one would expect adequate drinking water and coffee that is not Nespresso at breakfast (feedback which has been consistent in reviews for a number of years). Additionally, access to the hamam should not be charged for in a 5 star resort. The staff are aggressive in attempting to charge for extra revenue. In one instance we request towels and it seemed to be caught in tension between reception and housekeeping. The staff at the reception were aggressive in pushing guests to housekeeping. This service is not acceptable in a 5 star resort.

Hizmet çok yavaştı, herhangi bir şikayette bulunduğumuzda karşılıkla cevap veriliyordu. Çalışanların suratı genel olarak asıktı. Sahil oldukça taşlıydı denize girerken insanın ayakları oldukça acıyordu. Check in süreci kötü yönetildi

Otelin konsepti, rahatlığı , odaların düzeni ve şekli , temizliği , çalışanların yardımseverliği ve güleryüzü çok iyiydi.

Kahvaltı iyi değildi beğenmedim , deniz tarafındaki bölümde soyunma odası olmaması ve wc / duşların yetersiz olması beni biraz rahatsız etti.

Otele ayak basar basmaz sizi çok içtenlikle karşılıyorlar ve hoşgeldin içkisi ikram ediyorlar. Çalışan personel odanıza sizi götürürken oteli tanıtıyor. Sabah kahvaltısı oldukça çeşitli ama börekleri harika. İsterseniz çayınızı da demleyebiliyorsunuz. Denizi girişte biraz taşlık fakat sonrası kum. Havaalanına çok yakın olduğu için uçak sesi tabiki oluyor. Taksi sorunu hiç yaşamadık. Resepsiyona söylediğinizde hızlı bir şekilde geliyor. Biz beş gece kaldık ve gayet güzel dinlendik

Планировка люксов очень плохая - перегородка между кроватью и диваном просто забирает место и делает номер меньше и неуютнее.

- Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet. - Das Personal ist sehr professionell, hilfsbereit und äusserst sympathisch. - Die Lage (neben dem Flughafen und nicht weit weg von Pythagorio mit vielen Restaurants und Läden, die bis Mitternacht offen haben) ist ideal. Die Flugzeuge hört man zwar deutlich landen und starten, aber das stört kaum. - Der Spa ist sehr schön und die Massagen von Cristina (Pythagoras und Deep Tissue) waren mitunter die besten, die ich je hatte. Auch die Reformer-Privatstunde in der Gym ist empfehlenswert. - Die Drinks an der Bar sowie die Pommes sind sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Das Roomservice-Angebot haben wir auch oft in Anspruch genommen. - Die Pools sind sauber und das Meer inkl. Service am Strand (Liegen, Sonnenschirme, Drinks, Snacks) wunderbar. Wir kommen wieder!

- Die Musik am Strand könnte leiser sein. - Das Essensangebot für Vegetarier:innen am Abend ist leider stark begrenzt.

Ontbijt, zwembad, relaxte sfeer, muziek, rust en comfortabel verblijf. Zeker voor herhaling.

Beperkte schaduw van bepaald appartement dat gehele dag in de zon ligt. Esthetisch begrijpelijk gezien strakke uitstraling complex. Een schaduw doek op aanvraag zou wellicht optie zijn in periode van extreme hitte

3 kişilik suit oda da 3. yatağın çok rahatsız olduğunu ve bir düzeltme yapmaları için 3 kez istek de bulunmamıza rağmen,hiçbir şey yapılmadı. Ayrıca tüm dünyada standart olan odadaki kullandığımız kahve kapsüllerinin ilk kullanım sonrasında ücret karşılığında yenilenmesi,günlük 500 euro oda ücreti talep eden bir otele yakışmadı

Det var mye mer fly-støy enn forventet. Lørdag var det flygninger jevnt hele dagen.

check out process (they started to remind you too early about check out process ( the day before leaving they leave a note to our room to leave on time :( , everyone know the rules about the leaving time dont impose them about checkout on time especially the day before leaving)

5* laid back luxury…loved the vibe of Casa Cook and would return in a heartbeat ❤️ Exceptional staff! ALL professional, friendly and helpful with a special mention to Whyte in housekeeping who couldn’t do more for us, Teresa who served at breakfast with a genuine cheery smile, and Djoga for his cocktail masterclass with a Greek twist (husband is now converted to cocktails!) We had a swim up room which was perfect 🌟 When we hit shade at 3pm we just moved to the beach and always got beds - people come and go - no reserving sunbeds here! Enjoyed the music on the beach and DJ sessions. Bar service to sunbeds was a lovely luxury - can recommend the Island Aperol! The hotel is next to the airport but you know that when booking. Didn’t bother us one bit - enjoyed watching the planes. About a 30 minute walk into Pythagoria but we were lazy and took a taxi every night for 9€! Wonderful Greek town - lots of great restaurants and evening walks along the harbour. Thank you for an amazing holiday - we will definitely be back….

What a beautiful hotel!! It’s an under developed island compared to other Greek islands but this hotel is stunning and the service and food match this. It’s a little secluded you need to walk or taxi into town but if you want peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings this is it!! All staff are very attentive when you need them but preventing alone if not. Only slight criticism storage in rooms are limited and small. Other than that can’t complain

Our stay at Casa Cook Samos exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, perfectly maintained, and every detail has been thoughtfully designed. What impressed us the most, however, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, professional, and always willing to help. The level of customer care is truly exceptional and made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Before arriving, we were a little concerned after reading reviews mentioning slow service. We did experience that during our trip around Greece—but we quickly realized it’s simply part of the relaxed Greek lifestyle. Compared to every other restaurant and hotel we visited, the service at Casa Cook was incredibly fast, efficient, and well organized. There is honestly nothing to complain about. Everything works perfectly, from check-in to housekeeping, the restaurant, and the overall guest experience. Thank you to the entire Casa Cook team for making our holiday so enjoyable. As someone who loves leaving detailed hotel reviews, I can honestly say that it is very rare for a hotel to impress me this much. Our five-day stay at Casa Cook exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we walked through the entrance, we knew this wasn’t just another hotel—it was a place where every detail had been thoughtfully designed to create a truly special guest experience. The first people we met were the reception and front desk team, and their warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness immediately set the tone for our entire stay. Every single member of the staff we encountered was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They made us feel like welcomed guests rather than customers. One example that perfectly reflects their hospitality was when they managed to secure a reservation at a restaurant we couldn’t book ourselves. It was such a thoughtful gesture and something we truly appreciated. We stayed in one of the swim-up rooms, and it was absolutely the right choice. The welcome cocktail served during check-in was a lovely start to our vacation. When we entered our room, we found a bottle of wine, a handwritten welcome note, and thoughtful treats waiting for us. Small touches like these make all the difference and create unforgettable memories. Our room was beautifully designed, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable. I also have to mention the bathroom amenities. I absolutely fell in love with the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The fragrance and quality were so impressive that I visited the hotel store before leaving and bought them to take home. I don’t think I’ve ever done that at any other hotel before. The breakfast deserves special recognition. It was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Everything—from the quality of the ingredients to the presentation and variety—was exceptional. Every morning felt like a treat, and after five days we still looked forward to breakfast with the same excitement.

Lovely location - beautiful beach. The rooms are very nice and the swim up pool was great. Breakfast was fabulous! Yoga was wonderful and the spa treatment was relaxing.The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Zoe, who was a really hard working member of the hospitality tean. The only downsides were the hour long wait for food at the beach bar, lack of hangers and storage in the room for clothes/stuff and the constant loud music at the beach was a bit intusive - maybe have some quiet periods during the day? We had a lovely holiday at Casa Cook- thank you!

From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel genuinely welcome. They were professional, courteous, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that every request was handled promptly and with a smile. Their warm hospitality created a fantastic first impression and continued throughout my stay. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to the Front Office Management. Their leadership was clearly reflected in the team's efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional guest service. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless, communication was excellent, and every interaction demonstrated a high level of training and dedication. Otelin konumu şehir merkezine oldukça yakındı ve kendine ait özel bir plajı bulunuyordu. Odamıza ilk girdiğimiz andan çıkış yaptığımız ana kadar birçok hoş sürprizle karşılaştık. Odamıza ait özel havuzda keyifli vakit geçirdik. Otelin personeli son derece ilgiliydi ve sunulan hizmet gerçekten üst düzeydi. Tek olumsuz yanı, denizin çakıl taşlı olmasıydı. Bu nedenle deniz ayakkabısı olmadan denize girmek biraz zor oluyordu. Kahvaltıda kullanılan ürünler de oldukça kaliteli ve lezzetliydi. Son olarak bagaj muhafaza hizmetleri olması bizi çok rahatlattı

I stayed at this hotel two years ago and had a much better experience back then. Unfortunately, this time I was quite disappointed. The hotel seemed much busier, and it was obvious that the staff were understaffed and service was very slow. We stayed on a half-board basis, but the dinner concept was never properly explained. They say that “most of the menu is included,” but in reality only one main course is included, while the others come at an extra charge. The dessert menu has five options, but only three are included. If you’re staying for three days or more, you’ll quickly run out of included dessert choices. It constantly feels like they’re trying to charge extra for something, which leaves a bad impression. Breakfast was similar. Only omelets and fried eggs are included, while the other egg dishes cost extra. You constantly have to ask what’s included and what isn’t, and unfortunately there wasn’t enough staff who could clearly explain it in English. The biggest disappointment, however, was how our charger issue was handled. Every day housekeeping unplugged and neatly folded our charging cables. On the third day, my charger had once again been unplugged and folded, but this time it had clearly been dropped or bent and was broken. It stopped working completely. I didn’t have a spare charger with me, so I informed the reception. The way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. They told us we would have to wait until the next morning for housekeeping to report back. Meanwhile, I had no way to charge my phone. If housekeeping hadn’t reported the damage—which I’m not even sure they would have—would they have admitted responsibility a day later? None of the proposed solutions felt reasonable. Since we were staying in a swim-up room, it was quite ridiculous that they seemed to think we were chasing compensation over the price of a charger. We were on an island without a car and were simply looking for a practical solution.

Amazing hotel and service. Everything is so beautifully designed, helpful and charming staff, delicious food and drinks. Hotel never felt too busy - always managed to get sunbeds at the beach or on the pool decks, 5 min drive to the nearby town which is very authentic with some great restaurants and bars.

One of the best beach hotels, if not the best I’ve stayed in, in Europe. Designed beautifully, service is excellent and the food and drink are extremely good. Perfect location, on a very pretty island. Would recommended in a heartbeat

Sehr schönes, modernes Ambiente. Alles gut durchdacht- auch an Kleinigkeiten wie zB Orientierungsleuchten in den Zimmern, wurde gedacht.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen könnte man negativ bewerten (Start und Landebahn direkt hinter dem Hotel) aber eigentlich beeinträchtigt das in keinster Weise den Urlaub.

Ειχε υπερβολικη φασαρια το βραδυ σε σημειο που ο υπνος ηταν δυσκολος, το ξενοδοχειο πρεπει να ενημερωνει πως η χρηση της πισινας δεν πρεπει να γινεται νυχτερινες ωρες και τα μπαλκονια να χρησιμοποιούνται πολυ ησυχα στις ωρες κοινης ησυχιας

Karşılaştığımız sorunların çözümünde sorun yaşadık. Örneğin duş taşıyordu kaç kere söylememize rağmen geçici çözümlerle geçiştirdiler. Herhangi bir özür, ilgi alaka yoktu. Private havuzumuz vardı ama temizleyin lütfen demenize rağmen doğru düzgün temizlemediler.

Deniz çok güzel , hizmet kalitesi çok iyi , huzurlu bir ortam var , geçen sene 2 defa , bu sene de tekrar konakladım . Tekrar program yapacağım .

The service did not match the price. Staff were often slow, breakfast was average, our room felt small with limited storage, and the check-out process was uncomfortable. The receptionist’s arrogant attitude when we raised our concerns was especially disappointing.

Özellikle beach ve restorant kısmındaki garsonlar çok fazla karışıklık yapıyor, birden fazla kez yaşadık bunu. Yemek menüsü de daha geniş olabilirdi bir tık kısıtlı bulduk

Our stay at Casa Cook Samos was truly exceptional and one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. The hotel is beautifully designed, peacefuly and perfectly blends with its natural surroundings. The rooms were stylish, spotless & very comfortable, while the breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh, high-quality options. Every corner of the property reflects great attention to detail. The true highlight of our stay was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The only issue we encountered was that my mum was stung by a bee near the beehives in the trees outside at our room's pool area. This could pose a safety risk for guests, so it would be worth monitoring the beehives more closely and considering a long-term solution. That said, the hotel team responded immediately, handled the situation with professionalism and genuine care, and provided excellent support, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, everything else was outstanding. Casa Cook Samos offers a perfect combination of luxury, tranquility, and exceptional hospitality. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

The property is beautifully done interior and exterior. A beautiful setting with a Zen & cosy ambient. The staff also brought a good energy to the property, very helpful and polite. A little shout out to Maria (very lovely, welcoming and a positive-face) - she was the one that made sure that my experience overall was smooth.

The property could benefit from more sunbeds as there was enough space to add a fourth row. However a very good size beach to the hotel.

Clean, good quality.

Nothing is flexible. For example they dont let you use spa shower after you check out and use beach.

Another wonderful stay at Casa Cook Samos. As always, the experience begins and ends with the people. The team is genuinely warm, attentive and elegant in every interaction, always going out of their way to ensure guests feel comfortable and cared for. The property itself is beautiful, and the atmosphere Casa Cook creates is something we keep coming back for. Samos holds a special place for us. A note on the restaurant, which we share in the spirit of constructive feedback rather than criticism: Casa Cook has always set a very high bar in its culinary experience, and the creativity of the menu here is genuinely impressive. However, on this visit we noticed an imbalance in some of the dishes, an overuse of citrus and acidic elements that at times overpowered the other flavours, and a heaviness of salt in certain preparations. This was not our experience in previous visits, and we mention it only because we know Casa Cook is capable of, and committed to, the very best. Overall, a stay we cherish and a team we truly appreciate. We will be back

Casa Cook Samos is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever seen. The entire resort is new, stylish, and clean. We received a room upgrade with a sea view, featuring a very comfortable bed and excellent housekeeping. The rooms with pool access look lovely, but we prefer the sea. The windows isolate noise perfectly, so neither the bar nor the nearby airport disturbed us, and it was completely quiet after 11 PM. The food at the hotel was good, with excellent breakfasts, but the beach bar service was inconsistent – some staff worked at 100%, while other times we waited longer. Additionally, drinks are very expensive; for example, an Aperol Spritz costs 14 euros, whereas we currently pay 9 euros in a luxury 5* hotel in Austria. The beach loungers are very comfortable, though the sea was a bit colder at the end of June. It’s just a pity that the surrounding plots outside the hotel are unkempt. It’s only a 15-minute walk to the town, which has countless great restaurants, or a 9 euro taxi ride. Overall, despite the expensive bar, I highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel itself is really nice. The surroundings and grounds are lovely. Rooms are well thought through (although they could do with somewhere to hang wet stuff outside the isn’t on the chairs and one of our balcony chairs was broken). The pool was clean and relaxing. The towels were usually quickly changed from used ones to new so you always had a sunbed to choose from. The guy at the beach who sorts the towels works super hard and was always happy to help. The buffet breakfast was also really good - although service could be better in terms of filling water and juice quicker and more often and being more forthcoming with taking orders. Where our experience was really disappointing however was the service. When we had lunch by the beach one day from our sunbeds, the service was slow, the server didn’t know the answer to questions and rather than saying ‘I’ll find out’ the answer was just ‘I don’t know’. Some of the staff were good, but most felt like they needed more training. I don’t have super high expectations when you’re having lunch by the beach on holiday however when the prices are so high, those expectations do increase. The food is nice but prices aren’t justified. The other major problem we had, which was the biggest issue, when we were checking out, there was a receipt put on our room for either a lunch or a dinner that wasn’t ours. We had other charges to pay which we did happily, but when we disputed the charges that weren’t ours, it felt as though we were being interrogated and almost as though the manager was assuming we were trying to get away with not paying for some things. We had a conversation, we explained it wasn’t our food and drinks nor was it our signature on the receipt. It pretty much immediately felt as though he didn’t believe us even though he kept saying it happens often. He eventually said it’s fine I’ll sort it and find out whose it was. We were then waiting for a taxi outside and he came out again with the receipt (which has a scribbled, pencil signature) and our signatures from check in, trying to say they looked the same when to me, I could tell it was neither of our signatures. Ordering food and drinks and not paying for it is not something I would ever do but it was clear the manager didn’t think this. I shouldn’t be made to feel like a criminal because your systems clearly aren’t foolproof and staff haven’t done their due diligence checking if a customer has given the correct room number. The exchange left a really sour taste in my mouth and now means I really wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

Kahvaltı içerik olarak çok zengindi. Tatlar ve temizlik de iyiydi. Balayında olduğumuzu belirttiğimiz için odamızı büyülterek bize şarap ikramında bulunuldu. Bu da çok güzeldi.

Otel içi satın almaların fiyat dengesi kötüydü. Otel müşterilerine beach üzerinde indirim sağlanabilir ancak bu indirim yoktu. Adanın geri kalanına göre fiyatlandırma çok yüksekti.

The biggest weakness of this hotel is its management. The overall organization and staff coordination were below expectations, resulting in an inconsistent and disappointing guest experience.

Harika bir konaklama geçirdik. Çalışanlar çok kibar, swim up suitimiz yıldönümümüz için upgrade edildi, yapılan jestlere bayıldık. Çok sakin, huzurlu, kendimize vakit ayırabildiğimiz 2 gündü. Kesinlikle tekrar kalırım.
