Reviewed Sep 3, 2026I liked the location of the hotel, nearby you can find places to walk, eat and go
I didn't like that the hotel's name has the word "international" in it, but absolutely all the staff don't understand the word in English. The hotel smells like cheap air freshener. Everything in the room glitters like gold, but it's actually cheaply made. I turned on the "do not disturb" option, but the staff still came into the rooms. The worst thing is the food. The hotel should take into account that some people aren't used to Chinese food, but Chinese food was the main thing; I only ate fruit. The price-quality ratio isn't up to par; foreigners would be better off choosing a different hotel.

Завтрак больше рассчитан на Китай, очень мало рассчитано на другие вкусы. Нет соков, творога, сыра, маленький выбор даже фруктов, заметно однообразие, Трудно найти даже столовые приборы, вроде ложек, чайных в принципе нет, Страна с изобилием чая предлагает только хризантемы и черный в пакетиках, Нет меда, орехи одного вида...Нет англоязычных и русскоязычных надписей и персонала. Плохая компетентность на ресепшене. С трудом выбили документы о проживании. Требование депозита хотя есть процедура сдачи номера. При заезде ночью было снято с карты сумма превышающая условия букинга. Правда потом повезло и деньги были возвращены, но это стоило большого количества времени для разьяснения.

У меня была бронь на 2 взрослых и 1 ребёнка Но после завтрака персонал стал требовать доплаты за завтрак Пришлось показывать бронь в приложении и количество гостей, там было указано 2 взрослых и 1 ребенок В СПА тоже требовали доплаты Я впервые с таким столкнулась? Если номер забронирован на 3 человек, то как завтрак может быть на 1? Испортили все впечатление, мы не стали оставаться на следующую ночь

При вьезде сняли денег больше,чем указано,сказали налоги и депозит.Депозитом мы не пользовались,через неделю кое как вернули странную сумму…Вывод-надо депозит давать наличными и сразу при выезде забирать тоже наличными

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Заселение глубокой ночью прошло быстро и вежливо, депозит по нашей просьбе взяли в евро, лифты работают по карте быстро, номер просторный, чисто, есть все необходимое и даже больше)) завтрак, конечно, китайский, не ждите европейской кухни)) позднее выселение без доп платы
Немного пахло табаком, но это особенность страны

The whole property is smoking so it’s very hard to get non smoking room Staff do not speak English - if you don’t speak Chinese you cannot communicate anything. Not even order room service WIFI does not work - you will have limited connection: NO google, gmail, messenger apps. Apparently you need to get a Chinese SIM but nobody knows how to do that and the nearby mobile place cannot provide The rooms are severely overheated - not comfortable

Reviewed Aug 16, 2025Originally we do not have any plan to visit there. But due to some troubles we were compelled to stay one night at Urumqi. I found this hotel, it is a miracle. The staffs are very kind and friendly, and helped us a lot. The room is wonderful and comfortable. The buffet is amazing. The place is near to the big shopping market and beautiful park. Next time we must choose this hotel when we have a chance to visit this city.
