Отель расположен в хорошем районе. Ресепшн заказал мне трансфер, персонал был вежливым и проактивным. Номер шикарный, на 31 этаже, всё что нужно в нем есть. Бар на 37 и ресторан на 6 отличные. Менеджер просто супер, помог нам с поздним выездом и организацией обратного трансфера. В общем - это отель отличного уровня с отличным персоналом. Советую.

Расположение отеля прекрасное, рядом с дорогими торговыми центрами с одной стороны и колоритными уйгурскими кафе с другой, причем совсем недалеко, буквально в квартале от отеля. Номер большой, удобный, с прекрасным панорамным видом. Кстати видно Красную гору, так кажется она называется. Быстрый лифт. Тишина. Чистое белье и полотенца, ежедневная смена. Завтраки были хорошие, с китайской и уйгурской кухней. Понравился уголок с уйгурским соленым чаем с молоком и сладостями. Если нужна европейские блюда, то приготовляется на заказ очень быстро. Понравился Five o`clock tea - тихая уютная атмосфера с ненавязчивым сервисом. Приветливый отзывчивый персонал со знанием английского языка.

Честно говоря сильно не хватало влажной уборки пола, удивительно, но в таком отеле пыльные полы - это я считаю недопустимо. Кондиционер с трудом справлялся с охлаждением гостиной. Не сказать, что была солнечная погода, но через панорамные окна номер сильно нагревается, а когда уходишь из номера кондиционер выключается, насколько я понял. Т.е. когда приходишь уставший с прогулки и хочется прохлады, тебя встречает очень нагретый номер, который очень медленно охлаждается. Может быть летом кондиционирование усиливается - не знаю.

The room temperature was not adjustable to below 25-26c. Which was very hot and uncomfortable. We were provided a fan in the room and the window was kept open. However the temp in the room was still very uncomfortable during the day and at night.

Good Central location, expensive for Urumqi but in global terms for a hotel of this quality cheap. Nice big rooms with good bathroom facilities, beautiful views over city. Majority of staff in customer facing roles spoke moderate english. Early Check in and out was allowed at no extra cost. Wide variety of western food options at buffet which was very welcome after 18 days in rural Xinjang

Drinks could be colder in bar and restaurant but that is pretty standard in China. Buffet dinner prices and what you got incuded for the price was hard to define with staff as an English speaker

Staff is helpful and room is exceptionally clean

Everything was perfect stay in there, but in April as the government heating still on, the cooling system doesn’t work! It can be very hot during April without air conditioning.

A very nice hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was super nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

The room is spacious, quiet and upscale. Location is in the centre of the city, so it is super convenient. Staff were also very friendly. Will book it again next time when I visit Urumqi.

I had a problem cause the room was too hot and they told me I could not use A/C for cool air. Thank god they moved me to a lower floor where the temperature was ok

This hotel every staff ate so friendly & helpful. Especially their front manager Bella & Bell boy 小洁。 room are clean & comfortable bed. We stay 2 nights after our 10 days road trip we decide to go back stay for 1 more night before we leave the city. Highly recommend

An excellent hotel, being here took away much of the stress, that a foreigner like me had traveling in China. Although not all staff speaks English, communication was never a problem. Excellent breakfast and buffet lunch. Was no problem to organize local sightseeing through the hotel.

商务酒廊服务非常好 就是每次晚餐有虾都没有去虾肠 很惊讶 现在谁还不知道去虾肠呀 而且是5星宾馆 难道让客人自己去虾肠 当时我确实试着自己来 但是因为是熟的 非常难去掉 弄得整个虾黑黑的都是虾肠里的东西 很没食欲 提了一次意见 第二天还是一样 让人失望

非常糟糕！第一次知道一个房间含早餐，两个人去还需要加一份早餐钱！从未有过的经历！

It’s supposed to be the nicest hotel in Urumqi - and it is in terms of the physical property itself. Nice clean and well maintained decor. Location is not bad. However, a few things that are not fitted for a hotel of it’s status: 1. The concierge is located at the ground floor entrance and not at the upper floor lobby next to the reception. The concierge also doubles as porter so there is no one at the concierge desk if he is bringing luggage up to rooms. 2. WiFi is super slow 3. The A/C control in the room does not work. It remains at 26 degrees no matter what you do to the control dial.

Cleanliness of the room is ok but need maintenance. Pools are closed for repair when we stayed. It was a bit pricey because of this. Staffs are friendly.

I do recommend this hotel for its good location near the shopping gallery Maison mode for its direct access to third floor food hall for its efficient staff always smiling ready to help speaking excellent English!

The concierge arranged a local tour for us. The room is clean and the view is fantastic.

市内からはすこし離れているが、ホテルとしてはとても快適に過ごせる。ウルムチへ行くときには、また泊まりたい。

Best hotel in Urumqi. Nice food. Well maintained. Room was roomy, nice bathrooms and bed.

I had just come from some fairly traumatic experiences in Eastern Europe and Western Asia, so may be a little biased. But I thought this the best of the Sheratons I have stayed in. My room was of a decent size, well furnished and very comfortable. The softest bed in China! My one minor caveat was that the breakfast buffet was not as well chosen as it might have been for a Western client. I was limited to one night and might have done better the second time. I arrived at about 2 am and was in my room by about 5 past. Staff spoke quite passable English but there was a manager who spoke essentially perfect English.

Urumqi Shareton Hotel is one of the best hotel in Urumqi and Xinjiang. It is the right place for tourist to stay
