Was a nice welcome the place was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was included in price. Even though we had the Dyce airfield on one side and a train line on the other it was remarkably quiet would definitely stay again.

Only one pillow on bed but I'm sure if I had asked the host he would have got me another and breakfast is continental but prefer cooked but it was help yourself and had a reasonable selection good value for price.

I didn't like that the staff told me that the kettle wasn't working. Instead of changing it, i was told to go downstairs to the breakfast room if I wanted to have a cup of coffee or tea at midnight

Ab 6:00 Uhr morgens immense Lärmbelästigung durch Flugzeuge und Hubschrauber, defekte Lichtschalter, billigste und in einem schlechten Zustand befindliche Möbel, keinerlei Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von Kleidung, nur eine Tasse und 1 Glas vorhanden bei einer Buchung für 5 Personen, „Frühstück“ bestand aus abgepackten Croissants und Schokobrötchen vom Discounter…

The room was a good size.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the breakfast was stale cereal and toast with just jam but the children didn't like the jam and the cereal was very unpleasant.

I stayed here recently (Booking #6729146290) and experienced a significant service and safety failure. At approximately 5:00 AM on the second night of my stay, the building-wide fire alarm began ringing continuously. The alarm was left to sound for over 30 minutes, causing total sleep disruption. When I went out to investigate, I witnessed the person in charge actively struggling to access and operate the fire alarm control panel. While they apologised for the incident, leaving a primary life-safety system ringing continuously for over half an hour indicates a major operational failure. To make matters worse, the reception desk was completely unstaffed when I departed later that morning, with only a drop box available for keys. I have attempted to contact. Booking.com customer support regarding a partial refund for the entirely ruined night, but have received no resolution. I cannot recommend staying here due to the lack of basic safety system management and poor guest support.

Had to flush the toilet with a screwdriver given to me by the host, the kettle didn’t work and they had no replacement and the single bed was terrible and I woke up with a bad back

Very friendly, polite & helpful staff manager made every guest feel welcome to the property. Clean & very spacious room. Comfortable bed. Delightfully powerful shower. Large parking space for my large vehicle was a perfect bonus and greatly appreciated. Perfect location near to the airport just as I needed. Very pleased with my stay.

Noises from squeaky floorboards, slamming doors and plumbing late into the evening. No cooling fan or air cooler for the hot room.

It was near to where I needed to be. And it was clean enough.

The lack of investment in it really shows. It's tired and desperately in need of renovation, repair and upgrade. I assume the owners don't bother as they'll have a steady stream of oil workers passing through who probably don't really care if it's the way it is. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the toilet seat was broken and the window lock was also broken.

Little noisy as the flooring is wooden all the way up stairs making anyone walking around loud. Didn't spoil sleeping though.

Late check-in was good, although it took a while to locate staff. Location was great for access to the train, but dreadful for the taxi to find for drop-off.

The bed was cold, as was the room.

When i asked for more coffee milk and sugar was told that they dont give out more and had to use what was there. Went to have a shower in the morning and there was no hot water

Adapté pour se rendre à l'aéroport d'Aberdeen. un peu glauque dans la rue d'arrivée mais nickel à l'intérieur. Personnel très agréable.

Very well maintained property, exceptionally clean. Nearly all facilities in great condition: effective heating, good water pressure and plenty of hot water in shower, good quality bedding, pristine laminate flooring: sufficient hanging space for clothes.

Nescafé coffee sachets not really enjoyable; sufficient breakfast but maybe not the healthiest cereal options, perhaps could offer wholemeal bread, granola or muesli?

Rooms were a bit basic and made up of random furniture obtained from anywhere I think.

I thought the person who showed me to my room was really warm and friendly. Seemed a really nice person.

Walls seemed quite thin so heard people from other rooms going in and leaving.

Location of accommodation was perfect for my needs and a good price point for the one night in a single room. I loved the fact there was a private bathroom which others of this price didn't offer

A few guests arrived late and could hear them from 10pm and again at midnight. Bed and pillows weren't comfy in the slightest and a chill to the room. Maybe too thin a duvet?
