Pues nos faltó que la puerta del baño no fuese privada, ya que era bastante transparente en la zona del inodoro y no permitía tener privacidad. En el baño: Un colgador para la toalla de mano y una repisa para dejar tu neceser sería muy útil!

I stayed in a private room with a private bathroom. Though they should clean the room every 3days, mine wasn't, and I was staying for nights. They should do something with the street lights as it was not dark in the room at night and I had to wear a sleeping mask. The doors of the shower were broken.

Una persona asistiendo para el desayuno estaba muy nerviosa y dando le el cupón para el servicio recién pagado se lo olvidó y me habló muy poco amable como si fuera tonta porque le decía mi número de pieza y no resultaba en su lista (obviamente) que tenía que preguntar este número a la recepción. No le correspondía de dudar que había recién pagado. Como primer impacto, me sentí muy estresada y no me sentía bienvenida. Le importaba más que yo hubiera pagado que te disfrutar este servicio

E’ moderna, giovane nel design, pulita e senza fronzoli, ideale per un breve soggiorno. Letto matrimoniale spazioso, cuscino e materasso abbastanza comodi. La colazione è sia dolce che salata, senza grossa varietà di scelta. Direi basica.
Nulla di importante. Il personale era presente in reception solo al check-in (obbligatorio online), mentre non c’era nessuno al check-out la domenica mattina alle 9.

Y la ubicación muy buena, a 2 minutos de la parada del metro con excelentes conexiones. Además, cuenta con muchos supermercados y tiendas alrededor. El personal muy agradable. Llegamos 3 horas antes de la hora prevista para el check-in pero tuvimos suerte de que la habitación ya estaba lista y pudimos entrar antes sin problema. Todo, de 10, para repetir.
No puedo decir una sola cosa mala.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Ubicación muy conveniente, quizás no cerca del centro de la ciudad, pero estratégicamente ubicado para ir a la estación de Chamartín. Una de las grandes ventajas es la estación de metro que está súper cerca, y de ahí se puede ir a pocas estaciones a otros lugares del casco histórico de Madrid. La limpieza es impecable y el staff dispuesto a apoyarte en cualquier inquietud. Un valor agregado es una máquina expendedora que está en la entrada, en dónde puedes comprar un bocadillo o bebida express 24/7. Aunque también hay supermercados muy cerca pero en horarios laborales.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Excelente ubicación si necesitas dirigirte a la estación de Chamartín y hospedarte cerca. Y muy conveniente para dirigirte al centro de la ciudad en pocas estaciones. Muy cerca de una estación de tren que te permite movilizarte hacia cualquier punto de la ciudad. Supermercado cerca para compras de alimentos o bebidas. El staff muy disponible y amable para cualquier consulta, convenientemente hay una máquina expendedora de bocadillos y bebidas en la entrada del establecimiento que funciona 24/7. Las habitaciones compartidas son muy cómodas y limpias. Los lockers funcionan con la tarjeta de proximidad, lo que lo hace muy práctico para no utilizar o llevar un candado. Los baños están fuera de la habitación, pero son amplios y regularmente se mantienen muy limpios.

O espaço onde fica a ducha (box do banheiro) é muito apertado, e a cortina de plástico é meio estranha. No primeiro dia, vazou água para fora.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, es war sehr sauber, die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Das Hotel lag nur ein Paar Metrostationen vom Bahnhof und vom Zentrum entfernt, jedoch in einer ruhigen Strasse. Die Zimmer hatten Klimaanlage, was uns bei diesem heißem Sommer sehr wichtig war. In der Nähe gab es viele Geschäfte, Bars und Cafés
Nur eins - dass es keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer war. Ansonsten alles super. Vielen lieben Dank!!!

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026The cheapest place from our entire trip (Barcelona, Saragossa and Madrid). It cost us the least despite being the longest. The AC was there and it worked, but barely and poorly.
I've reserved a room with two single beds, but got one with a single two-person bed. Hot water avalible only after 8:30AM-ish and turned off before 8:00PM. The place promotes itself as "having parking for the guests", but in reality they only have a single parking spot, which is obviously taken 99% of the time - they suggest using a nearby garage for 25 euro a day instead. Not everyone from the staff spoke and understood english, so we basically had to "deal with" the mentioned problems without proper resolution. Breakfast was paid extra - 8 euro per day, per person - so we decided to pass on it.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026I stayed there three times in less than two months. The staff, especially Rodrigo, went out of their way to make me feel welcome and to accommodate some unusual requests. I was in a different type of room each time: private double with shared bathroom, private double with en suite bathroom, and a four bunk room. All were clean, comfortable and quiet. The common area offered a variety of seating arrangements for privacy or socializing. Located one block from a busy commercial road with groceries,restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacies, subway and busses, but far enough away to avoid the noise.
That I had to leave. 😊

Towels were a bit dirty with some stains. It would be nice to provide shampoo and shower gel in better packaging. It was a bit uncomfortable

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Autobus aj metro boli 5min pešo, v blízkosti bolo aj KFC v ktorom sme sa počas nášho neskorého večerného príchodu mohli najesť. Izba bola útulná a mala všetko čo na prespatie potrebujete. Spoločenské priestory boli čisté, nachádzala sa tam aj spoločná chladnička.
Nedalo sa otvoriť okno, len klíma, takže vzduch bol väčšinou suchý. Celá chodba mala jednu ženskú a jednu mužskú (oddelenú) kúpeľnu, len s jednou sprchou a jedným WC. Za uteráky sa platilo.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a big advantage, especially during the hot weather. Although our room faced the street, it was surprisingly peaceful and we could not hear any noise. The metro station is very close, making it easy to reach the city centre. Breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of food to choose from. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026La habitación tiene nevera y microondas y además en la misma planta había una cocina comunitaria bien equipada. Cada 3 días te limpian la habitación si es una estancia prolongada.
Estaba un poco lejos de donde teníamos la formación pero bueno, es un contra muy leve porque está bien comunicado con la línea 1 de metro.
