New Gate Hotel

Gayet iyiydi fakat yatak temizliğine önem göstermeleri daha iyi olacaktır.

Zero AC. Changed rooms

Very close to Train station- easy to get to. People were very nice, helpful, and caring. Like most hotels, in the shower areas- the corners have built up moldy spots... but nothing more than other hotels. Breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful and kind. I would stay there again when I return to Ankara without a doubt.

This hotel is not 4 star at all. I stayed there 5 nights with my bother who is handicaps All sheets are torn and towels are old, refrigerators in both room didn't work and I needs them for medication, but worse than every things was LICE in the bed. Last night I found bed bug in our bed and maneger reaction was why right away at 5 a.m didn't check out and you had breakfast!!! She was so rude and didn't say sorry. She was worry about why we had breakfast while wait for she arrived. I closed my eyes on many things from first night because moving is hard for my brother but bedbug!!! Owner or Maneger is very rude and shevwas shouting at me. That was the worse experience. Sorry for Expedia tibhave this hitel on the list. Should I trust it?

Welcoming

Otel odamiz cok kotu sigara kokuyordu yastiklar yatak basliklari perdeler her yerde bu koku hakimdi temizlik cok kotuydu kahvalti saati biter bitmez kovar gibi yemek yiyen insanlar varken isiklari sondurduler ayrica kahvalti yapilan yerde isitma da yoktu kisacasi tam bir hayal kirikligiydi

Temiz bir otel. Çalışanlardan çok memnun kaldım. Bir dahaki sefer hiç dusunmeden oda ayirtabilecegim bir yer

Very comfortable bed

Nice comfy stay. Friendly staff and great service. Cant ask for more

Kahvaltı dışında her şey mükemmel.

Lovely hotel and great value for money. Staff are friendly and hotel manager always on hand to assist. Rooms are spacious and modern. Will definitely use again if i come again.

Gerçekten Yıllardır Ankara da Konaklarım Ama Bundan Sonra Kesinlikle New Gate Oteli Tercih Edeceğim İlk Girişten Son Çıkışa Kadar Tamamen Kusursuz Bir Hizmet Aldık Hatta Odamızda Yüzük Unutmuşuz Arayıp Kargo Dahi Yaptılar Çok Çok Teşekkür Ederiz

Comfortable and well decorated room, friendly staff, good breakfast, central location...

The room was clean but not more. Blood stains on one towel, brown stains on the linens. The staff was friendly and tried to help as much as they could. Breakfast was great and especially huge and fresh!

Beklentilerimin üstünde bir otel fiyat performans başarılı ankara için alternatif listeye alınabilir ufak tefe aksaklıklar oldu lakin hızlı çözüm üretildi Sonuç : başarılı

Beklentilerimin çok üzerinde bir hizmet aldım. Herkese çok teşekkür ederim .

The room was large and the hotel was easy to find. Unfortunately the bathroom had cockroaches coming from the extractor vent in the ceiling im the evening of each day. The hotel staff didn't seem surprised about this and told us to wait for this to be cleaned

This was an excellent hotel to stay during our 2 day Ankara trip. It is about 20 minutes from the airport which will cost around 95 TL to get here by taxi. Rooms and bathrooms are spotless! Highly recommend.

Air conditioning/ AC very bad

The hotel and room was good spacious. The bed was comfy and the area outside hotel was nice with places to eat and local grocery store.

The hotel is clean and has good sized rooms. It is very well situated with the metro a few minutes away and the street where it is located has good amenities like coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket. It is walking distance from Ankara railway station. I had a couple of minor issues with my stay which I reported but didn't get any sort of apology although they promised to look in to them. Overall, a good place to stay.

Good location. Good nice breakfast. Reasonable price.

Room was nice for 3 people. Staff was friendly. Location wise was quite dodgy though.

My worst experience with Expedia. After arriving to the hotel the valet damaged my car in the reception no one could speak English .there was only one person who was doing almost everything,he was bellboy, valet, house keeping... in the room there was no blankets and when I asked for it the said we sent them to the laundry again they could not speak English so they called to the hotel manager so he could understand me then we asked for blankets then they sent camping blankets for us and also there was not enough towels in the hotel and it took like 2:30 to bring towel and proper blankets for us . I don’t even want to talk about the breakfast.... At the end when I wanted to check out from the last night I informed them that I’m gonna leave tomorrow morning at 6 AM but when I asked for my car key I took long time to find it cause they didn’t know where it was

Buenas estancia y buen desayuno

Hotel is very new, and newly decorated. Staff is very helpful, eventhough we had some problems with the payment, they have solved it very quickly. I believe this quality in this price is a catch.

Fayda fiyat olarak uygun.sadece kahvaltı zayıftı.oda kahvaltı olarak ödeme yaptığım halde 3 gün kahvaltıyı dışarıda yaptım.

The hotel is very elegant and very comfortable, the room was very large and has a very comfortable bex and bathroom. The breakfast was great too Highly recommended

New hotel, modern rooms, nice TV and bathroom. Vallet parking available.

Modern hotel, close to the city center and very close to the metro
