L'équipement : manque un petit frigo, un nécessaire pour le café et quelques assiettes pour poser des fruits.

La posizione meno centrale risulta strategica per non stare nella confusione ma accedere alla città in meno di 10 minuti con la metro.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Struttura eccezionale sotto ogni di punto di vista. Accoglienza dell’host perfetta, il proprietario è un signore gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. La camera bellissima, ordinata, pulita, con tutto il necessario per rendere il soggiorno rilassante. Posizione ottima a pochi passi dalla metro, pochissime fermate per il centro città. Torneremo sicuramente e la consigliamo a chiunque voglia visitare Porto.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026This felt like home right away. It was bright, sparkling clean and felt fresh. The bed was comfortable, ensuite bathroom and little sitting area were both pretty perfect. The location was great. It was a 5 minute walk to the Metro/subway and also had great cafes, restaurants and bakeries within an easy walking distance.
The only very small suggestion would be some kind of AC. The windows provided a really nice breeze and it wasn’t actually an issue for us, because the temps were very moderate when we were there (early August)

Además, está muy bien ubicado, ya que se encuentra cerca de una parada de metro que lleva directamente al centro de la ciudad. Sin duda, una experiencia muy recomendable.

И это состояние радушного гостеприимства каким то совершенно необъяснимым образом перенеслось на всё наше небольшое путешествие в Порту. Ведь это так волшебно, когда после дня наполненного яркими впечатлениями от прогулок по красивейшему городу, ты возвращаешься в Дом который тебя ждёт... Когда вечером сидя в комфортном кресле, можно вытянуть уставшие ножки и наслаждаться великолепным Vino Porto под уютной лампой. А утром просыпаться под пение птиц с открытого окна из хозяйского сада. Дорогой Гил, спасибо Вам большое за гостеприимство, за чистый, комфортный и уютный дом. Спасибо за советы как быстрее добраться до центра Порту. И отдельная благодарность за рекомендации Oporto Confeitaria, где можно позавтракать. Ах какая выпечка... Один только раз позавтракав у них, ничего другого искать уже и не хотелось (и рядом с метро). И если дороги и путешествия меня еще приведут в Порту, то очень хотелось бы снова погостить у Вас.

Comoda ai servizi metro a 2 min a piedi e per il centro con uber/ bolt sono 10 min. Lo consiglio se sei di passaggio a Porto anche per più giorni!

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026De locatie was top, fijne buurt met veel locale cafés en supermarkten. Het ontvangst was super, ontzettend hartelijk en gastvrij. Het huis en de kamer waren zeer mooi. Grote kamer en badkamer, koffie/thee faciliteiten en alles was zeer schoon. Bed was groot en lag goed. Ondanks je in een grote stad zat geen last van geluid. Ook goede zonwering zodat het in de kamer koel bleef. Vanuit de Guesthouse was je met de metro binnen een kwartiertje in de stad. Als we nog eens terugkomen zouden we hier zo weer verblijven.

The location is also very nice and quiet, but very close to the center. Metro is a 2 minute walk away. Cafes, restaurants and stores also a 2 minute walk away. Definitely will be back!

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Ein sehr schönes, 100 Jahre altes Haus, top renoviert mir Charme! Super sauber, sehr romantisch. Ganz lieber Vermieter. Man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. Die schönste Wohnung in der wir in unserem Urlaub waren. In ca. 15 Minuten ist mal mit der Metro ab Trindade an der Haustür. Metrostation Combatentes ist nur 7 min zu Fuß vom Gästehaus entfernt. Es gibt nur 2 Zimmer. Es ist sooo schön. Im Café „O Porto“ waren wir auf Empfehlung des sehr sympathischen Vermieters frühstücken, klasse! Direkt um die Ecke.

Pokój wyposażony w dzbanek do gotowania wody, kubki, herbatę, kawę insant, kieliszki do wina, korkociąg. Cysto, schludnie, klimatycznie. Przyjemna łazienka na dobry poziomie. Absolutnie miejsce warte polecenie, i w razie ponownego pobytu w Porto na pewno będziemy brać je pod uwagę.

The room was very spacious, had a huge closet and small side room with a desk and armchair for you to relax if needed. The furniture was very homey and cosy, which we appreciated over the typical basic IKEA furniture. You can tell that the owners take great pride in their home. The room itself was very clean with everything we needed. The host was responsive whenever we needed some help with storing some food items as the room did not have its own fridge. English was not their first language but they were very kind and checked in consistently to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was quite nice and close to the metro, easy to get around. The neighbourhood was very peaceful with lots of good local restaurants.

Externí koupelna znamenala, že vchod do ní byl hned za dveřmi pokoje z předsíňky, kde byla k dispozici varná konvice, hrnečky, lžičky, káva, čaj (a sklenice a vývrtka na víno, které jsme s vnukem nepoužili). Po hektickém centru města jsme si večer užívali klidu této obytné části města. V okolí byly jak obchody, tak restaurace za rozumné ceny. Wifi byla také naprosto v pohodě.
Studený oceán, ale na rychlé osvěžení jsme zvládli.

Reviewed May 3, 2026El lugar estaba limpisímo, cómodo. El anfitrión me ayudó en todo, desde subir y bajar mi Valija hasta con un mapa recomendar lugares y cómo llegar. Muy conforme. A menos de 200 metros está la estación de metro para ir a lugares y hay tiendas para comprar lo necesario cerca. Hay una confitería frente al metro que es excelente y tiene también comida para llevar.
No tengo nada que agregar.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026La maison de Gil et Elizabeth est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et est très propre, le ménage a été fait plusieurs fois pendant notre séjour. Notre chambre et notre salle de bain étaient bien isolées du reste de la maison, nous n‘entendions pas le reste. Gil nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné beaucoup d‘informations sur Porto et ses entourages. Pensez bien à informer de votre heure d‘arrivée (par respect) car il ne s‘agit pas ici d‘un système de réception mais bien d’hôtes qui vous attendent et qui vous ouvrent les portes de leur maison.
Honnêtement rien, je recommande à 100%.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und sypmathisch - wir bekamen tolle Tipps für Porto! Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem ist man mit der U-Bahn super schnell im Zentrum. Im Quartier gibt es schöne kleine Geschäfte, eine preiswerte und qualitativ hochstehende Bäckerei fürs Frühstück und ein leckeres Restaurant. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und sind sogar noch 3 Nächte länger geblieben. Das Zimmer war geräumig und äusserst sauber. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Padrone di casa carinissimo, ci ha indicato tutti i punti da visitare su una mappa e ci ha consigliato la pasticceria Oporto per fare colazione (attaccata alla fermata della metro, buonissima). Stanza matrimoniale grande e pulitissima, così come il bagno, nei cassetti del lavandino c'erano anche assorbenti, lamette, struccante, dischetti e altro. Materasso comodo. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, consigliatissimo!
Se proprio dobbiamo trovare una piccola nota negativa (ma speriamo venga presa più come un consiglio che come una critica), i cuscini erano troppo mosci. Visto che il letto viene sistemato con 4 cuscini potrebbero metterne 2 morbidi e 2 più densi per accontentare tutti i gusti!

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025Wat een fijne plek om te verblijven. Vlakbij de metro die je zo naar hoogtepunten van Porto brengt. De kamer is ruim en ontzettend schoon. We kregen vriendelijk uitleg over Porto en waar we goed konden ontbijten. Wij komen wanneer we weer in Porto zijn zeker terug.
Er was niks wat ons tegenviel.

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025The room was very spacious and even though the house appeared old, the bathroom was modern with a good, warm shower. There was a small separated room to work as well. The neighborhood was quiet but there were many nice cafés, restaurants, etc. nearby. Very close to the metro station so you are in the center within 10-15 minutes. The host was very attentive and provided a lot of Information about Porto!

Ambiente familiar en una casa típica de Portugal hermosa con muy buena ubicación a dos cuadras de la estación de metro que te lleva a cualquier parte de la ciudad. Volvería y lo recomendaría sin dudarlo
