La struttura e' bella e si trova in una zona abbastanza centrale con diversi servizi nelle vicinanze.

Quando siamo arrivati L'host non era in casa e abbiamo dovuto aspettarlo per un po'. Il palazzo è completamente in ristrutturazione, cosa di cui non eravamo stati informati, venivamo svegliati la mattina alle 6:45 dai muratori che iniziavano a lavorare . Non sono disponibili pentole, in cucina erano presenti solo una padella antiaderente tutta graffiata e un piccolo pentolino, essendo una casa affittata per quattro persone era impossibile cucinare. Il tavolo da pranzo si trova in camera da letto Dal secondo giorno la doccia è diventata fredda per problemi alla caldaia. I cuscini dei letti sono in condizioni pessime e il divano letto e' molto scomodo.

The only good thing was the excellent location in a beautiful city!

When we entered the building, everything looked like a construction site (without being informed). There were holes and cuts in the walls for installations, and many areas were covered with protective paper. It was honestly a very disappointing first impression. Unfortunately, the room was not much better. Everything felt dirty and poorly cleaned. There were crumbs on the table, footprints on the floor from previous guests, and the bed sheets were so wrinkled that we genuinely wondered whether they had been changed at all. The same applied to the bathroom towels. We felt so uncomfortable with the cleanliness that we ended up buying cleaning products ourselves and cleaning the room before we could settle in and sleep. Another major issue was the heat. During the very warm nights of our stay, there was no fan or air conditioning. Since the property is located on a busy and noisy main road, sleeping with the windows open was not really an option. Overall, the photos give a very different impression from the reality. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.

The owner is a fraud. It is an under construction property and it is illegal to rent such properties. Moreover, the room does not have the facilities that it claims to have. When we raised the issue with the owner, he behaved rudely. These kinds of properties must not be listed as people are running scams here with such under construction property. These are just to earn easy money and cause harassment to people.

L'emplacement est parfait dans le quartier des musées, à 5 minutes du palais de Hofburg

Très peu de vaisselle, en plus en mauvais état et sale. Équipé du strict nécessaire. Problème avec le lave vaisselle qui était en panne. Le propriétaire n'a même pas répondu pour venir nous dépanner

L'appartamento era in un condominio allo stato di cantiere. C'era materiale edile ovunque, mi chiedo come fosse possibile affittare un appartamento in quel contesto. Nell'appartamento le finestre avevano davanzali bassissimi, molto pericolosi soprattutto per i bambini. Era molto caldo, ma purtroppo c'era in dotazione un solo ventilatore per 3 postazioni letto distanti tra loro, totalmente insufficiente.

Genialna lokalizacja, apartament w zasięgu 15 minut pieszo od wiekszosci głównych atrakcji. Wnętrze schludne, choć bardzo skromnie urządzone. Dostępna zarówno wanna jak i prysznic.

Był tylko jeden kieliszek do wina. Reszta naczyń kompletna. Składane łóżko trochę skrzypi, czasem się lekko zacina.

Evdeki imkanlar çok kısıtlıydı. Tabaklar çizikti, tavalar çizikti. Düzgün bir çelik tencere bile yoktu. Yerler genellikle pisti, yatakların altı ciddi derecede yumak yumak toz birikmişti. Genellikle görünür yerler temizdi. Klima terasın olduğu en üste koyulmuştu. Tüm evi serinletmeye yetmiyordu.

Το κατάλυμμα ήταν σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, κοντά σε σταθμό του μετρό, supermarket κλπ Επίσης, για 4 άτομα ήταν αρκετά ευρύχωρο και άνετο!

Το ψυγείο είχε ανοιχτά πράγματα από τον προηγούμενο...το boiler για κάποιον λόγο (ίσως να μην το βρήκαμε και εμείς) αλλά από την δεύτερη ημέρα δεν είχε καθόλου ζεστό νερό και έγραφε ο πίνακας πως υπάρχει βλάβη. Σε όλο το κτίριο γινόταν ανακαίνιση με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχουν σε κάθε όροφο τρύπες, σκόνη, εργαλεία και φασαρία από τα τρυπάνια.

Slaapbank niet comfortabel, zeker niet in de hitte: skyleer en een dunne, niet goed passend hoeslaken. Voor twee personen wel een passend bed. Geen airco, alleen ventilator, 30.5 graad binnen. Nu was het ook wel heel warm in Wenen. Ze waren aan het verbouwen ofzo. In de hal was het erg ‘bouwvallerig’ met kleden en gaten in de muur waar elektriciteit zichtbaar was.

Appartement lumineux, spacieux, bien situé. Supermarché juste à côté. Parking très proche. Bonne literie. 2 ventilateurs

Manquait de la vaisselle: pas de petites cuillères, autres couverts en nombre limité, verres limités.

Loved, loved loved this apartment. Had all we needed for our stay and the location was 10/10/ Great supermarket and coffee shop right next door. We were sad to leave!

Bra läge. Rymlig och bra lägenhet.

Die Lage war gut, die Wohnung sehr geräumig.

Die Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet (fast alle Schränke leer), dafür verläuft eine Ameisenstraße hindurch. Die Möblierung ist sehr spartanisch, es fehlen u.a. Nachtschränke und ansprechende Beleuchtung. Außer am Esstisch kann man nirgendwo als Familie oder Gruppe zusammensitzen. Die Dachterrasse hat keine gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten und keinen Sonnenschutz. Besonders irritierend ist der Hinweis im Hausflur, dass die Vermietung zu touristischen Zwecken ausdrücklich verboten ist und Zuwiderhandlungen sofort gerichtlich geahndet würden. Entgegen der ursprünglichen Ankündigung konnten wir auch unser Gepäck nicht vor dem Check- Inn unterstellen.

This property has two great things going for it. The location is superb and I mean totally superb. It's right on the edge of the Inner Stadt. About 5 mins walk to the Hofburg palace, riding school and a host of other museums and sights. There's a Spar 1 min walk away and a host of fantastic local restaurants within v easy walking distance. There's a fantastic food area (the nachtmarket) about 5 mins walk away with loads of restaurants to frequent. The other great thing about the property is it's large. The 3 bedrooms are big and the living area is massive.

The real tragedy about this property is that with a bit of investment it could be amazing. Here is my honest view of what's wrong so you can decide if these outweigh the fantastic location. 1. The property isn't very clean. On the surface it looks ok - sinks and worktops were fine, but it really needs a deep clean. Cupboards have stains in them, the dishwasher needs cleaning, the fridge has a bit of an odour, there's some orange mould in the shower and there's loads of dust under the sofas. And the sheets that my husband and I slept on were stained (I tried not to think with what and slept in my underwear). 2. There's a lot of building work going on throughout the building. There are dust sheets everywhere, walls have been knocked back so you can see pipework. It wasn't noisy and it didn't bother me particularly but I bring it up because it's going to take a while to complete. 3.There's a lot of wear and tear that needs fixing. Scuffed walls and floors, furniture with marks, chips in some of the paintwork, a picture in the lounge that looks as though beer has been spilt on it. 4. The furniture isn't very high quality. The two leather sofas are uncomfortable to sit on, the lounge needs a couple of coffee tables so you have somewhere to rest a drink. 5. It has a roof terrace that could be really pleasant but it has weeds, some of which are knee high, and an array of cheap furniture. A decent table and 6 good chairs plus some weedkiller would transform this area. The terrace on the lower level just seems to be an area to smoke and has a mountain ash growing in it that needs to be removed straight away before it causes damage to the brickwork. 6. Host was v brief. I didn't find him rude as some others have indicated but the check in was "here are the keys, check out is at 11am and you leave the keys here". So lots of negatives. The crying shame is that if the owners invested a bit in the place it could be amazing.

Die Lage war super. Preis-Leistung hat gepasst. Für einen Kurztrip zu empfehlen, da man fußläufig alles gut erreichen kann. U-Bahn, Museumsquartier und Hofburg direkt nebenan.

Bauarbeiten im Hausflur und nächtliche Unruhe im Innenhof. War aber auszuhalten.

Die Lage war gut, zentral bei guter UBahn Anbindung

Das Haus befindet sich in einer Renovierungsphase, die Flure sind eine komplette Baustelle, offensichtlich seit Monaten, der Hausflur ist entsprechend gestaltet. Dreckig, überall Zigarettenstummel usw Ab früh morgens war die Lautstärke der Handwerker im Haus entsprechend. Die Toilette war dreckig. Grundreinigung? Negativer Höhepunkt: Es gab kein Warmwasser, das Thermostat stand bei Ankunft bereits auf Defekt!! es war kein Duschen möglich (39 Grad und 2 Kinder dabei). Weder der Vermieter, noch später Booking haben auf unsere Kontaktversuche reagiert. In der Küche wurde von Vormietern oder geraucht, die in der Anzeige hinterlegten Fotos sind sicherlich >10Jahre alt, die Möbel entsprechend abgenutzt.

Kohteessa on massiivinen putkiremontti, kamala meteli aamusta iltaan. Sähköjä katkottiin useampi kerta, ovikello soi monta kertaa tämän takia. Erittäin likaiset ja pölyiset lattiat. Omat roskat pitää viedä pois ja astiat tiskata, mutta kukaan ei kertonut, mihin roskat viedään ja asunnossa ei ole tiskiharjaa.

Tämän asunnon ei pitäisi olla tällä hetkellä majoitustoiminnassa. Talossa on meneillään suuri (putki)remontti. Koko monikerroksinen talo on remontissa ja remonttimiehet pitävät kovaa meteliä rappukäytävässä aamuvarhaisesta iltaan. Lisäksi remonttimiehet soittivat ovikelloa useampaan kertaan ja ilmoittivat, että sähköt pitää katkaista joksikin aikaa. Ilmalämpöpumppu oli rikki, piti kamalaa ääntä ja vettä vuoti lattialle. Asunnon lattiat olivat todella likaiset.

We had no hot water until late afternoon on the second day of our stay - and the host never warned us, despite a notice in the building (dated weeks before our arrival) confirming the gas supply would be shut off for renovation works. The host clearly knew and chose not to tell us. What made it worse was the host's arrogant attitude when we raised it - no apology, no accountability, and a flat refusal of any refund or compensation. Deliberately withholding information like this from guests is an absolute no-go. On top of that, the whole building is an active construction site: torn-open walls, exposed wiring, dust and debris in the hallways, and scheduled power cuts - none of it disclosed in the listing. There are even signs in the building stating short-term tourist rentals are prohibited here under the Vienna Building Code. We would never have booked had we been told the truth, and we cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Slechts 1 airco unit voor heel appartement, te weinig en geen koelte verdeling. Sle hte kwaliteit inrichting, niet gezellig ingericht, alleen grote lampen etc.

Tesisin konumu iyi. Merkezi yerde. Gezilecek çoğu önemli noktaya yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Anahtar teslimi kolaydı.

Tesisin bizim kaldığımız dairesinin pencereleri binanın orta alanına bakıyor, diğer komşuların sesi geliyor. Ayrıca koridorda tadilat vardı.

Tesisin konumu Öncelikle çok iyiydi her yere çok yakın metro istasyonuna Toplu taşımaya Ayrıca gerek bile duymuyorsunuz yürüyerek her yere gidebiliyorsunuz hemen altında market olması etraflarında kafeler alışveriş merkezinin olması en iyi yönleri odanın büyüklüğü de son derece iyiydi Banyo Mutfak temizdi mutfakta kendi yemeklerinizi yapıp yiyebilirsiniz o anlamda da gayet avantajlı.

Öncelikle Hava sıcak olduğu için klima beklerdik klima yoktu pencereleri açtığınida ilk etapta az da olsa yolun gürültüsu ile karsilasabilirsiniz. Ek olarak her ne kadar Oda ilaçlanmış olsa da dışarıdan ucarak gelen cekirge,bocek(ben yasadim) sıkıntı yaratabilir bu sebeple pencereleri kapatarak, sadece vantilatörle yattık klima Olmasını tercih ederdim ya da en azından pencerelerde tel olması iyi olurdu Bir diğer Sorun da banyodaki bosluga bakan pencere her ne kadar duvara bile bakıyor olsa pencerede bir buzlu cam veya yapıştırma olması iyi olur açıkçası son olarak. Bir de bizim şanssızlığımız bina çok güzel olsa da tamamında tadilat vardı Dolayısıyla odaya çıkana kadar tadilat içerisinden yürüdük. Bunlar minör aklıma gelenler ancak bana ters gelen belki de en çok diyelim (Belki bu bir airbnb uygulamasidır ben bilmiyor olabilirim) uçağımız akşam olduğu için valizlerimizi çıkıştan sonra teslim etmek istediğimizde ekstradan da 20 Euro ücretlendirme oldu indirim istedik bu yapılmadı otellerde bununla karşılaşmadığım için bana garip geldi dediğim gibi Bilmiyorum belki bu bir uygulamadır ama gidecekler buna hazırlıklı olsun

Binada tadilat vardı. Doğalgaz tesisatları yenilendiği için 2 gün sıcak su alamadık ve soğuk suyla duş almak zorunda kaldık.

Acomodação ampla, super espaçosa, limpa e em localização perfeita e próxima a muitos pontos de interesse. Área segura e tranquila, fizemos a maioria dos passeios a pé.

O rapaz que nos atendeu para entrega das chaves nos pareceu pouco amigável. Mas não tivemos maiores problemas apesar das áreas comuns do prédio estarem em obras.

Only one pan and kettle was dirty and there is ash on the side of the windows. All in all, ok for 2 days but not more than that. Not kid friendly.

Location is amazing, very close to centre and with a spar a minute away. Property also feels spacious, good size tv, and we were provided with a fan which was very welcomed since we arrived during a heatwave

Facilities are good but basic, for example there's a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets, washing machine but no clothes dryer to hang the clothes to dry (although to be fair washing machine has tumble dryer). No shower gel etc is provided. There were also improvement works going on in the common area which started at around 7am every day

No coincide para nada con las fotos, estaba dividido el livig con un mueble y había q dormir en una cucheta vieja el colchón feo y el sillón negro muy deteriorado que no está en la foto cuñado contratamos

Banyo ve wc ayrı fakat wc’ de lavabo yoktu. Çıkıp uzak bir noktadaki banyoya girmeniz gerekiyor. Biraz alışması zordu. Oldukça büyük bir tadilat vardı. Apartman içi koridorlar tozlu ve poşetlerle sarılı durumdaydı. Başlangıçta tedirgin edici oldu.

The apartment is located quite centrally and close to the city's historic buildings. Public transport (underground metro) is close by.

Communication is via Booking.com primarily and the property is not prompt in responding. There is no reception and with an unresponsive host, you are left guessing how check-in works. This is concerning especially if one arrives at night. We reported an issue of no warm water anywhere in the apartment and the caretaker(called Andrew maybe) was upset. We had to make do with mostly cold showers throughout our stay. There were no toiletries provided and no house keeping for the entire duration of the stay. The entrance lobby didn't have a light and we had to use phone torchlight to get to the lifts. The building is undergoing renovation and this further added to debris and dirt all around. We also paid 20 euros for luggage storage - basically take it up to the caretaker's apartment and collect it back yourselves. Overall, one feels the property was doing a favor letting you stay there. This must be one of the worst places to stay in Vienna, for the experience you literally paid for.

O Senhor do apartamento nao é muito comunicativo nem simpático. O prédio está em obras profundas. O apartamento: louça lavada dentro da maquina de lavar, a louça muito gasta e riscada,paredes riscadas, a base do duche e a banheira muito polida/ escorregadia, teias de aranha...

Die Schlafcouch war sehr unbequem

Konum süper, apartman cıkışında metro istasyonu var.Ayrıca şehir merkezindeki her yere 15-20dk icerisinde yürüyerek de ulaşilabiliyor. Müzeler bölgesine 5dk. Apartmanın altında market var, çok işe yarıyor. 2 ayrı odalı olması guzel, yüksek tavanlı ve geniş odalar , mutfak yeterli. Asansör , sıcak su problemi yok. Güvenli bölgede. Hemen karşı caddesinde tüm markaların, kafe&restaurantların bolca olduğu bir cadde var.

Temizlik zayıf ( yatak-koltuk altları, mutfak detayları , zeminler kötüydü). Nevresimler temizdi ancak cok eskiydi, havlular temiz sayılır ama eskimişti. Yataklar ( bebek karyolası da dahil ) çok ses çıkarıyor; dönerken gıcırdıyor. Bina cadde üzeri ve hava ısındığından camları açtık , yol/cadde gürültüsü rahatsız edici. Bina içerisinde büyük.bir tadilat var, saat 08:30 ustalar çalışmaya başlıyor.Biz genellikle gün boyu dışarıda gezdiğimiz için çok etkilenmedik. Mutfakta 1-2 tava daha olsa iyi olurdu. Fırın içi detaylı temizlenmeli. Kahve makinalarını, mikrodalgayı vs. kullanmadık. Oturma koltuğu olan L koltuğunda deri döşemeleri eskiydi biraz, çatlamış epeyce. Artıları bı tık daha fazla , konumu birçok eksiği kapatıyor :) uygun fiyattan rezervasyon ile fiyat/performans konaklaması sayılabilir.

La posizione veramente eccellente

La posizione ottima, quasi imbattibile per il prezzo pagato e dotata del necessario. Metro a 50 metri dal portone. Comodi i servizi in zona e molto utile la cucina. Appartamento in buono stato.

Il citofono all’esterno non funziona, siamo riusciti ad entrare grazie ad una signora che entrava nel palazzo; l’host ci ha incrociati e senza nemmeno aver salutato ci ha indicato dove fosse l’appartamento. Unica indicazione: check out alle 11. Il divano letto non era fatto e in più era molto polveroso.

Einrichtung phantasielos, überall im Haus Schilder das touristische Vermietung unerwünscht ist.

Während des Aufenthaltes hat uns der Vermieter nicht mehr geantwortet und das Schild im Haus, dass kurzzeitig Miete für touristische Zwecke nicht erlaubt ist.

The location is great - close to the center, shops, perfect for families. The apartment is also nice - well furnished and with a nice view on top.

There was a reconstruction in the apartment next door and you can image how uncomfortable it was for my kid to sleep during the day. Nobody notified me about that. The host was almost rude, he explained to me everything in 2 min and left.

Check out yaptıktan sonra telefonu evde unuttuğumuzu farkettim. Booking üzerinden onlarla iletişime geçmeye çalıştım yaklaşık 10 mesajıma sadece 1 mesajla karşılık verdiler. Sonunda telefonu alabildik ama çektiğim stresin haddi hesabı yok. Ayrıca yastıklar inanılmaz berbattı

Location, cleanless, our room was big enough for 6 people. Had a washing machine and netflix connectable tv too.

Staff was very rude. Room was missing fork, shampoo etc. I wrote using booking but had no answer. Very dissapointed about behavior.

Rezerve ettiğimiz daire kadar pisti ki biri bu yorumu görüp rezervasyonunu gitmeden buna göre tekrar değerlendirsin istediğim için deneyimimi paylaşıyorum . Dairedeki toz ve girer girmez bizi karşılayan toz tortuları ve saç yapağını bir kenara bırakıyorum. Yere eğildiğinizde görüyorsunuz ki yer Parkelerin kendisine işlemiş kir maalesef. Biraz bile alerjiniz varsa kaldığınız her gece sizin için zor geçebilir. Mutfak fırın camını gördüğümüzde tüm tatil boyunca mutfaktan çatal dahi kullanmadık. Bize daireyi teslim eden kişi sanıyorum ki ev sahibi bayandı. İngilizce bilmiyor. Hiç bir sorumuza cevap vermeden hazırladığı kâğıdı gösterdi ve gitti. Her iki odadaki yatak ve yastıklar çok eski ve yıpranmış. Bel ağrısından sabaha kadar uyumadık. Çarşaflar havlular kötü durumda… maalesef kötü bir deneyim oldu bizim için.

Hiç bir şeyini beğenmedim

Ev tamamen resimlerden farklı içerisi harabe dış koridorda tadilat çalışması vardı her yer toz içinde yataklar berbat çarşaflar kokuyor ve kırışmış vaziyette Viyana için ilk deneyim çok kötü oldu konumuna bakıp aldanmayın ve booking’den ev değil otel tutun tavsiye.

Groot appartement op een toplocatie. Voldoende ruimte om met 4 (of zelfs 8) te overnachten. Het dakterras met uitzicht over Wenen was echt een mooie extra waar we vaak gebruik van gemaakt hebben

De host was niet echt gastvriendelijk, hij begeleidde ons naar het appartement gaf de sleutels en verder niets. We hadden het appartement schoner verwacht, dat moet echt beter

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet. Der "Getreidemarkt" ist eine 4-spurige Straße, die auch regelmäßig von Einsatzfahrzeugen der Polizei und Rettung befahren wird. Die Einrichtung, Beleuchtung und Küchenausstattung sind spartanisch. Bad und WC sind getrennt. Die Wohnung war sauber bis der Staub der Baustelle eindrang. Es gibt einen Fernseher, allerdings ohne Bedienungsanleitung.

Trotz konkreter Terminvereinbarung mussten wir im Treppenhaus des 5-stöckigen Gebäudes die zuständige Person suchen. Der Empfang war grußlos und bestand aus einer hastigen Schlüsselübergabe. Wir hätten einen Schlüsselkasten bevorzugt. Leider war das komplette Treppenhaus eine Baustelle. Es wurde gebohrt, gehämmert, gerufen. Bauschutt bis vor die Wohnungstür. Interessanterweise wurde in allen Stockwerken plakatiert, dass die Kurzzeitvermietung strafbar sei. Mehrmalige schriftliche Beschwerden an Vienna Hotspot (über Booking.com) blieben unbeantwortet. Auch der ebenfalls angeschriebene "Support" von Booking reagierte nicht.

L emplacement est exceptionnel, l appartement spacieux et calme.

L appartement est défraîchi, la décoration standard dénuée de charme, une literie peu confortable et trop peu de verres. La terrasse n est pas du tout aménagée, elle ne donne pas envie de s y poser. Dommage.

Location, rooms are good size, nice and cosy, with heating on, very quiet. Lots of storage.

No warning that work was being done at the property. Doors were covered in dust sheets, inside was dusty in places. Television packed up, there was only one tea spoon (infant style). Advertised as two toilets but only one.

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Vienna.

The bathroom did not provide basic amenities such as shower gel or shampoo, so we had to go out and buy them ourselves. The kitchen had a capsule coffee machine, but no coffee capsules, tea bags. Communication with the host was also very poor. Messages were ignored most of the time, and when we called, the response felt impatient and unfriendly. Overall, the hospitality and guest service were far below expectations

The location in the Museum Quarter is awesome. minutes from the art museums. 15 minutes to the opera & musikverien.

We were in Vienna during a warm spell. When we turned on the fans, dust bunnies flew everywhere. Kitchens & Bath were spotless, but the corners & under bed areas are left to the tenants to clean & clearly not touched up. I spent the first evening vacuuming. (next tenant, you are in good shape!) The kitchen is not well stocked. We did not have enough silverware, cups etc. to serve the 4 people the apartment is advertised to sleep. Limited cookware as well. We had 4 friends meeting up in Vienna, (staying in different hotels). We hoped to be able to gather here for an evening, but it really wasn't possible.

Розташування супер: Ховбург, музеї та палац з оперою прям під боком (5-10 хв пішки). Ще й магазин продуктовий на розі будинку. Метро поряд, доїзд до решти палаців або площі в межах 20 хв. Квартира чиста, велика, техніка кухонна топ - великий плюсик за посудомийку. Приїхали б ще.

Location was great. The appartment was clean, and had all of the facillities, but you can tell that it's made for renting, improvised.

The biggest complaint is that it was rented out without any warning that the building is undergoing construction work and is quite neglected. We were woken up by drilling at 7 AM, and the noise continued throughout the entire day. Every morning, when we opened the door, a construction worker on a ladder was standing right in front of it, with plastic sheeting covering the doorway.

Host did not respond to a couple of my messages. Lack of response cost us additional money in travel fees.

Bien ubicado, espacioso y camas bien. Se puede ir andando a cualquier lado. Abajo tiene un supermercado abierto todos los días.

Parece ser que hay un problema con las viviendas de alquiler en el bloque. Unos vecinos muy desagradables nos gritaron el primer día desde sus casas asustándonos. Vasos justos para 6 personas No hay persiana ni cortina gorda y entra toda la luz.

La posizione eccezionale in pieno centro metro sotto casa utilizzata solo per andare a shonnbrunn, il resto tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Supermercato fornitissimo sotto casa.

Molt ben situat, aprop de molts de lloc d'interès. Si no ets molt exigent...ja va bé.

Que tengui la caldera de l'aigua calenta i calefacció dins la mateixa estància on hi ha el sofa-llit. Durant tota la nit se dispara i apaga fent molt de renou. Varem haver de comprar taps per poder dormir. La persona que ens va rebre no era de lo més simpàtica.

Great location—within walking distance of all major tourist attractions. The apartment was clean and had comfortable beds. The host was flexible and allowed an early check-in. She came promptly after we buzzed TOP 23, which made the check-in process smooth. However, do not expect a particularly warm welcome. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide coffee and tea to help start the day and elevate the overall experience.

Its reaally good for big groups, spacious, clean and super central. Supermarket nearby

Große Wohnung, sehr gute Lage, zum Hinterhof raus, daher ruhig. Küche gut ausgestattet. Aufzug vorhanden.

Sehr unbequemes Schlafsofa, mäßige Sauberkeit, etwas lieblose Einrichtung und unzureichende Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer.
