Pokoje bardzo podstawowe, czajnik i szklanki, ale brak wody i herbaty. Pokój i hotel zdecydowanie z minionej epoki, w złym tego słowa znaczeniu, brudny i zniszczony, wymagający natychmiastowego remontu. Łazienka w miarę ok.

Als man in die Wohnung reinkam roch es total giftig nach künstlichen Blumen,.Im Schlafzimmer roch es nach verbrannten Gummi.Lüften war schwierig, da die Straße extrem befahren ist.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Es war unser zweiter Besuch und wird nicht der letzte sein. Schon alleine der Aufzug ist einen Besuch wert! Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, die Lage ist unschlagbar, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielfältig und wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Die Lage ist top, direkt an der U-Bahn und Strassenbahn gelegen. Der Aufzug von 1913 hat Charme.
Es war sehr heiß, kleines Zimmer zu einem sehr lauten Innenhof. Da dort ein anderes Hotel eine Baustelle hatte war ab 06:30 die Nacht vorbei. Geweckt wurde man aber schon um 04:00 Uhr wenn dort der Service losging. Frühstück wurde mit der Zeit eintönig, aber man wurde satt.

Після 18.30 год немає нікого в рецепції. Гості самостійно входять і виходять зі своїм ключем, шумлять навіть вночі, дуже шумно з самого ранку (ремонт в сусідньому будинку) від транспорту за вікном.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Das Hotel liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung vom Wiener Rathaus und ist somit bestens geeignet zum Besuch der Altstadt. Das Frühstück ist überdurchschnittlich. Besonders ist, dass das Hotel sehr ruhig gelegen ist und vor allem auch nicht hellhörig ist. Unsere Tochter konnte (durfte) ohne Hoteldämpfer Cello spielen ohne das es nennenswert auf dem Flur zu hören war! Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Lage für Touristen, die Wien besuchen wollen, sehr günstig. Nur wenige Minuten zu gehen zur Strassenbahn, von dort nur 1 Linie ins Zentrum, wo alles zu erreichen ist. Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung, Strasse trotz zentraler Lage normalerweise ruhig, (bei und Baulärm). Frühstück im Hotel, ausreichend. Rezeption nur tagsüber besetzt. Keine Parkmöglichkeit für Autos, ideal für Reisende mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Antikes Hotel, alter Wiener Charme. "Plüschigere Aufzug"- hier könnte schon der Kaiser vorbeigeschaut haben. Doppeltüren! Lustig!
Bei Hitze buchstäblich eine Katastrophe. Nur 1 Ventilator, kein Kühlschrank, weder im Haus noch im Zimmer, Bullig heiss. Zimmer eng, aber sauber, getrennte Betten bei schlauchartigem Zimmer. Ausser Frühstücksraum kein Salon zum sitzen, keine Bar.

L'albergo è old fashioned in perfetto stile viennese: l'ascensore in legno con il divanetto è graziosissimo! Buona e ben fornita, la colazione offre sia una versione dolce che una salata. Alloggerei sicuramente qui se dovessi tornare a Vienna

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Hotel celkem se nám líbil. Měli jsme velký pokoj..Velmi pohodlné postele. Čisté hezké prádlo. Koupelna v pořádku. Musím podotknout že na Vídeň velmi kvalitní snídaně v ceně. Výběr na té 2 nocí co jsme tam byli byl naprosto vyhovující. Dostatek čerstvého ovoce a zeleniny. Míchané vajíčka. Šunka, sýr, pečivo a t.p. Velmi se nám líbil ovocný salát a domácí sladké koláče. Možno na delší pobyt by to chtělo obměny ale nám to naprosto stačilo. Velmi příjemný pan recepční. Vždy s úsměvem.
Na chodbě v přízemí je kuřárna, bohužel hodně krát byli dveře otevřené a tím pádem chodba hotelů byla plná kouře a bohužel kouř se dostával i do pokoje a chodba byla cítit. My jsme měli pokoj v přízemí a za oknem hned byla silnice po který se dlouho do nocí chodili podnapilé lidí takže to bylo dost hlučné. Okna by chtělo vyměnit .

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Ottimo prezzo per posizione eccellente, pulizia generale della stanza e della struttura, gentilezza dello staff e ambientazione storica. La stanza molto spaziosa e confortevole e la colazione molto ricca. L'ascensore una vera chicca.
Mancanza di aria condizionata,, ma con il ventilatore e la temperatura generale della stanza non troppo elevata, siamo stati bene, soprattutto di notte.

Chambre bruyante le matin avec des travaux ou autre dans la rue. Il a été impossible de nous déplacer malheureusement, sur aucune des différentes nuits que nous avons passé à l'hotel.

We were there during heatwave and without air conditioning it was a little bit though:) In the room we already had a fan and they offered us extra one if needed and we managed to survive the heatwave eventually.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026La vicinanza al centro è un valore aggiunto di non poco conto. Il personale è gentilissimo e si adopera al meglio per garantire la soddisfazione dei clienti. La colazione è varia e pienamente soddisfacente al gusto sia dolce sia salato. La stanza tripla è davvero grande e ariosa.
Essendo una struttura in pieno centro non è dotata di aria condizionata. In stanza c'è un ventilatore per sopperire. Noi siamo capitati in giornate fresche e quindi non ne abbiamo risentito. Sostituirei il wc del bagno.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Buena localización, tiene el tranvía y el metro muy cerca. El personal muy amable y el desayuno, aunque no tenía gran variedad, estaba bien. Además, estaba bien insonorizado y pudimos hacer el check in fuera del horario establecido, puesto que nuestro avión llegó con retraso.
No había aire acondicionado en la habitación y el ventilador solo tenía el modo giratorio (el modo fijo estaba roto). Se echó de menos un tostador en el desayuno.

nicht klimatisiert, der Ventilator war bei der Hitze nicht effektiv, fehlender Kühlschrank, zum Frühstück nur abgestandenen Filterkaffee in Thermoskannen

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the city center and Rathaus. The hotel is quiet and clean, and the staff is very friendly. Rooms and the elevator are compact, yet cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was modest but quite filling.
Due to the summer heat, the room felt stuffy at night even with windows open and a fan running. The breakfast could also benefit from better coffee options.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Ein Hotel mit reichlich Charme, sehr nettem Personal und dem tollsten Aufzug, den ich je gesehen habe - mit Sitzbank :) Dazu noch so gelegen, dass man gut zu Fuß in die Stadtmitte laufen kann und das Ganze zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Dass manche Zimmer dabei etwas 'uneben' verlaufen (z.B. zur Türe abfallend) macht es im Nachhinein nur noch charmanter. Es ist eben schon etwas älter.....

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Struttura molto carina, essenziale e in una posizione davvero perfetta per muoversi comodamente. Lo staff è stato accogliente e gentile, sempre disponibile. La colazione buona e piacevole, con una buona scelta. Una nota di simpatia per l’ascensore, un po’ “retrò”, che ci ha fatto vivere quasi una piccola magia d’altri tempi! 😄✨ Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole e sicuramente una struttura che consiglio.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Hotel vieux style mais bien tenu, bon petit déjeuner complet. Localisation idéale près du centre de Vienne.
Attention le prix du parking public proche est de 41€ par jour, il descend à 25 si vous téléchargez une application mais celle ci n'est pas disponible pour tous les pays (pas pour la Belgique en tout cas. Merci à Nadia d'avoir finalement pu nous trouver une solution acceptable.
