Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Unser Zimmer war groß und von außen zugänglich. Vor dem Zimmer hatten wir einen Freisitz, den man schön nutzen konnte. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz reserviert, der schon bei unserer Ankunft mit unserem Namen markiert war. Die Stadt ist zu Fuß einfach zu erreichen.
Die Armatur in der Dusche war defekt, sodass die Regendusche nicht genutzt werden konnte.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026L'Hotel Monet non rispecchia gli standard di una struttura a 3 stelle. Si trova su una strada in forte pendenza, difficilmente percorribile a piedi. L'hotel dispone di solo 5 posti auto, informazione non segnalata in fase di prenotazione e soggetta a prenotazione. L'alternativa è parcheggiare lungo la strada, stretta e in salita, dove non è stato possibile trovare posto nelle vicinanze. Raggiungere l'hotel con le valigie è risultato molto scomodo. Le camere non sono dotate di aria condizionata, il bagno è cieco e l'accesso avviene tramite portefinestre anziché porta. Non ci sono neanche le prese vicino al letto. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è decisamente squilibrato. Da segnalare infine che la sera la reception, che coincide con il bar, rimane incustodita.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026It was a very quaint place, off a tangent from downtown, so you had to walk a little. Very convenient because you dont have tons of people around you. The hosts were nice and upon arriving we had our parking spot labeled. That was a nice detail that helped. Overall a great stay. Ah if you do get the breakfast its perfect for the price and convenience.
We had two rooms, the comfort and the standard. Obviously there was a huge difference between rooms - more space, amenities and style. Go with the bigger room, it was generally just better. Our room, was much smaller than expected. It was also hot that day, no fan and no AC, so we slept with the door open to help with the ventilation. The rooms seemed to be clean but I never got that warm and fuzzy of a place you really want to be in. It served its purpose thats all.

It was just a short walk to the centre of Honfleur, though the hill on the way back might be a little difficult for those with mobility issues. It was good to have a parking space right outside. The breakfast, which was extra, was very good. Honfleur was a wonderful place to visit - We loved it, thank you!
Apart from having to pay extra for the parking, all was fine. We had been intending to come with our son who is disabled and his partner, and the special accommodation would have been fine, but Honfleur itself would have been very difficult for him with the large cobbles on most of the roads.

Het aangrenzende grindpad, waarop de auto's op eigen terrein zijn geparkeerd, veroorzaakt bij iedere voertuigbeweging een duidelijk knarsend en krakend geluid. Dit betreft onder meer het keren, aanrijden, wegrijden, laden en lossen van voertuigen. Echter, wij hadden onze auto daar ook staan ;-) Eigenlijk valt er niets tegen.

Decent breakfast which we paid extra for but good quality food and it was replenished often. Coffee machine in room with biscuits and a fridge which was useful, even had bath robes! Large and comfortable bed and room was clean so a very pleasant stay….great to have your own outside space.
A little close to the outside breakfast eating area which didn’t bother us as we ate early but there was a screen that you could pull across for privacy if required.

Wir haben während unserer Rundreise in 2 Sterne Hotels übernachtet, die wesentlich besser ausgestattet waren und wir kennen Frankreich seit über 50 Jahren, Aber es ist halt Honfleur.

Vooraf reserveren is zeer aan te raden. Het de weg is voldoende parkeerplekken beschikbaar. Je loopt in ca 10 minuten naar het centrum. Ontbijt is prima.
Geen tegenvallers behalve dat we niet konden parkeren op het terrein.

El lugar tiene estacionamiento ahí mismo el cual puedes reservar con anticipación y cuando llegas hay un cartel con tu nombre esperando. El desayuno muy rico y variado.
creo que el baño se veía un poco antiguo, pero todo muy limpio y ordenado. es un excelente lugar para una escapada romántica y recorrer la hermosa ciudad.

Room three was great for the two us and had a safe so all was well with blackout curtains. Delighted with our stay and continental breakfast proved adequate. I would highly recommend for a stay in Honfleur being only ten minutes walk into town.
There was nothing to dislike, all good.

Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht für Gehbehinderte oder Rollstuhlfahrer empfehlen. Zu Fuß könnte der Weg von Honfleur aus den Berg hoch zu beschwerlich sein. Außerdem verfügen nicht alle Zimmer über einen barrierefreien Zugang bzw. haben sie keinen barrierefreien Duscheinstieg.
