Nichts besonderes. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Strandtage. Sonst wenig los.

Бассейн для детей работает до 19-00, дети хотят поплавать еще, но бассейн уже закрыт, персонал в бассейне очень придирчивый, пока мы находились в бассейне, нам казалось, что нельзя ничего делать, только зайти в воду и стоять. Мы останавливались на 2 дня, я оставила кнопочку, чтоб у нас убрались в номере, но никто не убрался( не было зубных щеток в номере, необходимо покупать в лобби.

Очень хорошее расположение! , выход на бассейн, вежливый персонал и вкусные завтраки. А также с детьми было классно потому что в номере была двухэтажная кровать . Также меня тронул момент, я забыла мою эл. читалку и вспомнила после выезда..., мне помогли найти и прислали ее почтой! Очень круто ! СПАСИБО

소음이 좀 있었고 헬스장이 없는게 너무 아쉬워요ㅠ ㅠ풀장도 두개씩인데...작더라도 헬스장이 있다면 매번 올거같아요!

나름 저렴한 숙소를 찾았던 건데 기대 이상으로 깨끗하고 너무 좋았어요!

층간소음이 심하고 수전이 잘못 설치되어 자꾸 해바라기 수전 물폭탄을 맞았습니다 아울러 샤워부스에서 물이 자꾸 새서 세면대방향으로 새요 또 마루바닥이 너무 오래 된 것 같아요 꼭 수리해주세요

시설이 가격대비 괜찮고 어린이용 수영장과 인피니트풀이 작았지만 그래도 놀만하고 뷰도 나쁘지않았음.

기본 수영장과 성인전용 인피니트풀이 분리되어 있어서 아이가 있으신분들은 아이와 함께 인피니트풀을 이용할수 없어서 아쉬웠음

La camera era bella spaziosa e arredata bene. Molto pulito sia l’hotel che la stanza. Personale anche se parlano poco inglese sono sempre stati super accoglienti.

La piscina a pagamento 20€ circa a persona e secondo me non li vale. La posizione non è bella, avevamo scelto questo hotel perché nelle recensioni avevano detto che era ottima.. mah.. Le spiagge carine sono abbastanza distanti e lì intorno c’è solo pesce essiccato o pesce agonizzante nelle vasche (ovviamente l’hotel non ha colpe era solo per informare)

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and so paid more for an ocean family suite. The room was really lovely and comfortable with modern styling and the air con and bathroom were really good. The balcony and views also good. The hotel as a whole was modern and stylish. Breakfast was good with a very wide variety to choose from.

One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was the fact that it had two swimming pools. Be warned that this is viewed by the hotel as a private swimming club and even though we had paid nearly £200 per night, we would have needed to pay an additional £60 for the three of us per day to use the pool. My daughter is 15 and would be charged as an adult in the family pool, but not is not old enough to use the 'adult' infinity pool (Age 19+). Is she an adult or not? There is a green policy which means that they will not clean/make up your room/replace your water unless you specifically request it. Not sure how that's 'green'. You aren't allowed to sit in the roof garden without buying drinks from the bar. I also messaged prior to our stay but had no reply. Overall, while we really liked our room, we felt that it was overpriced and everything else cost you more.

위치가 좋음

직원들의 서비스와 업무능력이 매우아쉽습니다. 방도 잘못배정해주고 서비스도 별로이며 직원들과 다투고했는데 대응도 엉망입니다. 그리고 다음날 로비에 와보니 다른손님들도 직원들이랑 쌍욕하며 싸우고 있더군요. 그냥 매일매일 직원과 손님이 싸우는게 일상인듯한 호텔같습니다. 나름 강릉 주문진에서 제일좋은 호텔같은데 싸움스킬능력 만렙인분들만 방문하세요~ 엉망입니다~

Beautiful views! We loved our room at the SL Hotel Gangneung as they were spacious, very clean and comfortable and they had amazing views! The buffet breakfast was a big bonus. Overall an excellent stay!

13층 투숙했어요~ 오션뷰 예술이고 룸도 커서 4인가족 넉넉히 지냈습니다! 주문진시장 도보 가능한것도 좋았네요

Chambre très confortable

Great location near the port with coffee shops and options for food nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly, the breakfast was nice and the hotel was very clean. My friends and I would definitely stay again!

Breakfast was plentyful but there was no heat applied to keep the food warm, so most of the food inscluding soup was room temperature. The rice was hot though

깨끗하고 심플합니다. 오션뷰가 좀 아쉽지만(바다가 조금밖에 안보임, 앞에 다른 건물들로 막혀있어서) 오션뷰 룸에서 일출 보는데는 전혀 문제가 없습니다. 주문진 가면 또 이용할 것 같아요!

Clean, as expected. Not first experience with SL Hotel. Reasonable service for price. Always meets expectations. Flexible cancellation policy is especially appraised.

The hotel lobby and front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean with a view of the water.

The bathroom was too small and, in the room, there was not enough desk space. On the 15th floor to the swimming pool as well as the 5th floor, there were a water puddle that could be cleaned easily but, it was not.

1. The bathroom, bed, and TV were good. 2. The view from the room was okay. 3. The tourist buses were easily accessible once we figured it out using Naver Maps. 4. They stored our luggage on the last day after checkout.

1. The noise levels were high at times (after midnight), with people making a lot of noise in other rooms. The hotel did not ask them to be quiet or offer to change our room. 2. I was not too fond of the fact that they charged their guests an additional 33,000 to 44,000 won per person per day for using the family and infinity pools, respectively. Going to the beaches and renting an umbrella and float tubes for the day was cheaper. They could have discounted the pool use for guests and charged non-guests the full rate. 3. They did not clean our room even after we called the front desk and switched on the "make my room" button; they said they forgot. However, their policy is to call them in the morning to have the room cleaned. 4. They are not as foreigner-friendly as other hotels in Seoul and other parts of Korea. Their English is poor. They hang up on you when they don't understand you. 5. They do not provide information about the areas around the hotel, nearby attractions, or transportation options like other hotels do. 6. They locked the bathroom for hotel guests in the reception area. I have never seen a hotel do this. 7. For a four-star hotel, they did not provide lotion and were very inconsistent with daily water. According to hotel standards, you should get water every day. 8. They lack a personal touch with guests and feel very robotic. 9. The vibe at their rooftop bar was so boring, even with the DJ.

호텔 위치나 청결도는 좋았습니다 하지만 수영장이 돈을 따로 받는 시스템입니다 4인가족 어이포함 기준 9만원 정도 더 생각하시고 가셔야 합니다

I booked the hotel for my parents. Nice location in the city area which made it easy to find. Though in the city center, it was overlooking the sea, so had a nice view from the room. Breakfast was also nice. Good for the price!

만족스러운 숙소였습니다.

This is not a two bedroom “suite”. It’s a false advertisement. It’s a one bedroom with 2 twin beds in the living room. As a result, there is no sofa/common area, just two rooms. Because the twin beds are by the entrance door, the light sensor constantly lights up when you twist and turn on your bed while you sleep. If you are on a business trip, beware. There is no iron for your suit/dress, not even to borrow one from the front desk.

Location was good and we had ocean view from our room.

The bed was too small and the room lacked amenities we are used to. The infinity pool was empty and closed. there are no on site restaurants that are open for dinner and late night snacks and no room service.

조식 굿. 위치는 별로. 가성비 양호~

일반적으로 가격대비 좋았습니다. 평일 숙박이여서 그랬나봐요. 그런데 첫 방 배정시 베란다에 나갔다가 얼어 죽는줄 알았어요. 방안에 아무도 없는데 베란다 문이 저절로 닫혀서요. 다행히 핸드폰을 가지고 나가서 프론트에 전화할 수 있어서 탈출했지만.... 시설팀에서 와서 열어줬지만... 변명만 하시네요. 다른 방 배정시 확인해 보니 그방 베란다문 손잡이 고쳐야 하는게 맞아요. 또다른 피해자 생기지 않도록 꼭 수리하시기 바랍니다.

바다뷰는 부분바다뷰였음. 디럭스더블룸 숙박했으나 디럭스 더블사이즈 침대가 아닌 일반 더블사이즈 침대도 방도 작은 편.카운터친절함. 3시까지기다려 체크인해야 함.주변에 마트와 수산시장 있어편리함. 룸에 조리도구일체없음.

다 좋았는데 베게가 낮은데다 수량이 일인당 하나라 아쉬웠습니다.

다른건 모르겠는데 방음이 너무 안되서 위, 옆 소리가 너무 심하게 들려서 잠을 잘 못 잤어요… 근처에 편의시설은 많아서 좋았네요…

새로 생긴뒤에 처음 갔는데 예상보다 모든게 만족 스럽습니다. 담에도 또 갈 예정입니다

1박 잘 하였습니다. 주문진내에서는 가장 괜찮은 수준의 호텔일듯 합니다. 조식이 오래되어 보이지 않고 신선하여 아주 괜찮다고 생각됩니다. 직원분들도 친절하구요. 바다조망도 좋고, 하늘정원도 좋아요. 다만, TV가 유선연결이 안되어 직원분을 불러서 해결했구여, 벽지가 울어서...호텔의 기본을 충족시키지 못한듯 하여 아쉬움.

clean and quiet room

There was no information at all that the pool in the hotel is chargeable. You need to pay extra 44000 won per person to visit a tiny small pool. And the fact that you only find out about it when you check in is disgusting. There was no room service at all. Once leaving the room, we left a message about cleaning, but no one cleaned the room. The staff hardly speaks English. I do not recommend this hotel to visit 👎🏻👎🏻 👎🏻
