제일 넓고, 더블 침대 2개 있는 객실을 선택했는데, 선택한 룸 타입은 모두 마운트 뷰라고 해서 조금 실망을 했습니다. 조리시설은 있었는데, 조리 그릇이랑 식기류를 대여해야 해서 불편했습니다. 루프탑 수영장을 비용을 지불해야 한다는 것에 놀랐습니다.

El cliente anterior había estado fumando en la habitación. Entras a las 15:00, pero sales a las 11:00. La playa del hotel no estaba justo enfrente, había que andar un rato y era una playa mala en general y las sombrillas había que pagarlas (aunque eran del hotel)

먼저 주차입니다 저녁9시에 체크인했는데 주차장 돌다가 시간을 엄청 보냈어요 결국 호텔에 전화해서 2분거리에 주차했어요 진즉에 물어볼걸 고생했네요 두번째 데스크 여직원분들 체크인 체크아웃 다 같은 분이셨는데 제가 뭐 잘못했나요.. 기분이 좋지 않았습니다

방3개 화장실 2개 이용. 그중 온돌방 2개는 에어컨 없음. 날씨가 습해서 그런지 침구류에 벌레가 나와서 2틀동안 전혀 사용못함.

Staff were not helpful. We needed to call taxi to train station. Our wifi and data did not work for some reason on my ohone. Asked staff to call taxi for us. They say that they do not provide calling for customers?!?! I was so confused . We barely made it to the station. It was extremely stressful. One phone call to taxi service would have made our vacation very memorable. Male staff looked like that he hated his job and did not want to be there. Frowning for the whole time!

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026사천면에서 좋은 위치에 머무를 수 있어 여행 중 피로도가 적었습니다. 시설도 가성비 좋고 호텔 내 콘도를 경험한 기분이더라구요. 모두모두 만족하고 다음에 단체여행으로 와서 머무르고 싶습니다.
처음에 체크인할때 방에서 수산물 비린내가 났어요. 이후에 환기하고 나서 냄새가 모두 사라졌지만, 청소하실때 환기를 신경써주셨으면 합니다.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026오션뷰를 선택하니 바다가 한눈에 내려다보이고, 방이 많아 가족단위로 여행하기 좋은 숙소였어요. 자쿠지는 일반욕조보다 넓어서 아기가 작은 수영장으로 놀기 충분했고, 바닷가 진입이 좋았고, 일출을 정면으로 감상할수있어 부모님이 좋아하셨어요.
그릇이 없어서 비용을 따로 지불하고 사용해야된다는 점이 아쉬웠어요. 와인잔과 머그잔은 있어요. 6인룸이었지만 4인이용이라고 하니 수건과 가운도 딱 4개를 준비해주셨더라구요. 그 부분이 조금 아쉬웠어요.

침대가 많이 작고 너무 출렁여서 실망스러웠습니다.

Reviewed Oct 21, 2025I loved the view and the accomodation was comfortable and spacious. Fairly new building so it was clean. Staff were helpful.
The accomodation itself was good. However, it was a shame that only one of the three rooms had a bed, others were just futon mats. There were no cutlery and plates, you had to hire them separately. You would need to literally take all with you except for towels and linen as they were provided.

No cutlery with the rooms.. you pay extra for it.. it doesnt make sense.. only 1 Aircon in the room.. the other 2 dint..the jacuzzi.. i paid extra for dint fill with water.. i paid extra money to accomodate 8 people.. and yet got no extra bedding and nothing that could justify the price i paid for the stay i had..horrendous experience that i would never replicate in the future.. not with this hotel anyways

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025We reserved this property two years ago because of the rooftop swimming pool, but it was closed due to construction. Came back again in August 2025, and the pool is again closed without any notice! If we had known, we would have stayed at another location. The weather got a little chilly today and thought it would be nice to swim in the pool instead of the ocean, but without any prior notice, the pool was closed. Also, this property does not allow any early check-ins. I wish they would allow early check-ins if your room is ready. They had everyone just crowded in the lobby until 3 pm without providing any sitting area. We won't be coming back again.
