Fernando muy amable y servicial, todo limpisimo, el patio de atras ideal para comidas con los amigos y familia.Las habitaciones muy bonitas, cada una con su baño , muy acogedoras.La cocina bien equipada. El barrio tranquilo, cerca del centro.El parking a 5 minutos andando del apartamento.Muy recomendable!!

Home was a perfect size and layout for our family of six. The communal spaces also enabled us to enjoy one another. The kitchen was very well equipped.

The street noise was present, but turning on the air conditioner masked the noise.

Excellent host Fernando, perfect accommodation for a large family or group of friends. Equipped with everything you need within easy reach of shops, restaurants and the center (by walking down the hill or by metro). Absolute satisfaction!

Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Nette kleine Terrasse. Zu Fuß erreicht man das Zentrum in 10 Minuten.

As a former inn, but now rented as the entire building, you have four distinct bedrooms each with en suite bathroom. That’s the best of both worlds and a great feature considering there’s also a kitchen, eating space and outdoor space that’s all yours. Short city block to the metro saved the uphill walk home. Walking downhill to the sites was easy.

We arrived during a once per year event - a student graduation parade that forms immediately outside the front door. It was moving on by 8PM, but before that was sheer chaos with loud music, screaming and groups uninterested in making room for travelers to pass thru. To put clearly the apartment should NOT be made available on that day next year. For reference it was May 9th, 2023.

Great location, very well located, the owners are very helpful, exemplary cleanliness, quiet inner courtyard - a perfect place for breakfast or evening relaxation. Definitely I recommend the place.

Everything about the house was something to be amazed about. The photos look very good but they don't compare to how amazing and comfortable the place is when staying there.

The location was fantastic and the room was very clean and comfortable. The owners were kind and gave a great introduction to the city upon our arrival.

The situation with the parking was slightly misleading. Based on the information in the listing we were under the impression that onsite parking was included and available and upon arrival that was not the case.

Appartamento impeccabile su due piani e con giardinetto interno. Bagno in ognuna delle camere, tutte spaziosissime e immacolate. Posizione invidiabile a un minuto a piedi dalla più vicina stazione di metro. Il centro si raggiunge comunque in circa 15 minuti di cammino. Host gentilissimo e disponibile.

Very nice host, clean and spacious guest house. Great location as well. Breakfast is made each day for you by the host. Great hospitality. Minor grievances: The shower heating is very sensitive: a little tap to the left and its too cold.. too much to the right and its too hot. The matras is a little bit hard, but overall comfortable.

Las instalaciones estaban perfectas y muy limpias y el trato de los dueños inmejorable, lo que se dice al detalle.

Super place to stay in Porto. Comfortable, spotless room and shared areas. Delicious breakfasts and friendly owner who wants to make your stay perfect. Very close to metro, easy to get to from airport and a lot closer to the city centre than it looks on a map. Highly recommended and would d finitely stay there if we were visiting Porto again.

Très bonne maison d’hôte, très propre, belle chambre spacieuse avec rangement pratique pour nos bagages. Joanna et Fernando sont aux petits soins avec nous, on se sent vraiment à l’aise chez eux. Très bon petit déjeuner copieux, Joanna fait tout pour nous satisfaire elle est adorable !!! La maison est à 100m du métro ce qui est super pratique pour aller visiter le centre ville.

Very very nice welcome with a glass of port and sitting down to look at a city map with the owner. Nice breakfast every morning, beautiful spa ce to sit outdoors, very walkable location close to the centre. All in all, couldn't have asked for anything more!!! Clean room, cleaned daily, really - a pleasure.

We stayed at the Oporto guesthouse for 3 nights. We had a warm welcome upon our arrival. The hotel is located in quiet area about 10 minutes walk from the Porto city center. Within a few minutes walk you will find local restaurants with very good food. The atmosfere of Oporto guesthouse is excellent and the interior is done with attention to details. The breakfast was very good. We can only recommend 22 Oporto Guesthouse.

Pour résumer, magnifique chambre propre et spacieuse à 10 min du centre. Jardin plein soleil. Cuisine commune très pratique et fonctionnelle. Accueil souriant et dévoué. En 1 mot, parfait !!!!!

Convenient location in which to explore Porto. Within walking distance of centre with metro just 5 minutes walk away. The guest house was very clean and tastefully decorated. We were in room 4 which was at back of property away from Road so was nice and quiet. Joanna, Fernando and Sandra were friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The breakfast was good and they even purchased granola after we said we liked to eat it for breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They even bought me a birthday gift as it was my birthday during our stay. The only minor negative was the shower occasionally went from hot and cold, probably due to when others guests showering at the same time. We would definitely recommend this lovely comfortable guest house.

Lovely guest house and very welcoming hosts, would definately return again. Note there is a metro stop very near, but it doesn't show on some maps.

Melhor surpresa da viagem! Quarto limpo, cama boa, chuveiro e banheiro incríveis. Perto de metrô, fácil de chegar a pé nos pontos turísticos. Voltaria sempre a esse hotel! Destaque para Joana, que fez da nossa estadia mais especial com a sua empatia e carinho!

Excellent accueil. Une guest house decoree avec beaucoup de goût et tres bien située par rapport au metro. Petit dejeuner top. Nous donnions sur la rue et avec le double vitrage c'etait tres bien. Ravis!

Piccolo hotel a gestione familiare. Appena siamo arrivati siamo stati accolti con del buon Porto e tante utili indicazioni per visitare la città. Le camere sono spazione,ben arredate nuove e pulite! Anche le zone comuni sono arredate con mobili di design. La colazione ottima servita al tavolo in un grazioso terrazzo con erba sintetica. La frutta colta dall’orto e il pane fresco hanno reso questa colazione speciale! Sarà il nostro punto di riferimento per i nostri futuri viaggi a Porto e per i nostri cari amici a cui consiglieremo questo posto incantevole! Grazie

Just a super clean delightful resident. Sandra the owners sister is extremely welcoming, kind and a helpful individual. So much so that we have invited she and her husband to visit us in Southern California (Orange County). Breakfast was simple yet sumptuous. A great economical home base to enjoy Porto!!

Fernando was very thoughtful and helpful. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. 100m to the metro made access easy. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Loistava vieraanvaraisuus, todella siisti, hyvä aamiainen, huoneet ja tilat juuri kunnostettu täydellisesti ml. saniteettitilat, hyvin toimiva wifi, shuttle service. Sijainti kohtuullinen joen rantaan nähden, lähellä kahta metroasemaa.

A small guesthouse, friendly owner & staff. All facilities in good and clean condition. Our room was quiet so we got a good night’s sleep. Excellent location ( appr. 100 mts from metro). Good local restaurants nearby. Breakfast basic but fresh and everything a normal person would need is there. I would recommend.

Freundliche individuelle Begrüßung, zeitlich flexibel. Gute Einweisung und Tips. Außergewöhnlich liebevolles Frühstück. Herzliche Einladung zum "Wohnen" ! Garten einladend. Vermieter machen das mit Herzblut!!!!! Auf dem Zimmer könnte ein zweiter Stuhl/Sessel und ein Tischchen stehen, damit man nicht auf dem Bett sitzen muss.

An amazing B&B Guest house very near a metro station with easy access in a few minutes to the central historic district and the other side of the River for the Port Houses. Fernando was a truly exceptional host who sat down with us over a port on arrival to talk us through the best sights in Porto and how to get around. His breakfasts were excellent and sustained us well for the day. If in Porto again we will definitely be back. A lovely outdoor area behind the guest house to relax in the evening sun.

Das guesthouse ist von aussen ein kleines unauffälliges Häuschen nur mit 4 Appartements. Drinne alles neu und sauber. Geeignet für Leute die große Hotels nicht mögen. Ins Stadtzentrum kann man auch zu Fuß (ca. 20 min.). Der Betreiber ist sehr hilfsbereit und erklärt gerne alles. Die Stadt ist was Außergewöhnliches.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Fernando est très accueillant, sympathique. Il nous a très bien conseillé pour les visites, les moyens de transports, restaurants... L'hotel est situé juste à côté du métro. Je recommande très fortement et nous y retournerons sans problème. La chambre est très propre, bien équipée et décorée avec goût.

Très bon séjour avec un accueil chaleureux . Petit déjeuner copieux et chambres décorées avec gout et refaites récemment . Juste eau froide , eau chaude pas facile à régler . Environ 1/4 heure à pied du DOURO ( sinon métro à une rue ..)

Hébergement très bien situé, proche du métro. Propreté irréprochable quelques aménagements mineurs rendraient la chambre plus confortable: prises électriques facilement accessibles, patères et tablettes pour poser les affaires de toilettes dans la salle de bain,... les propriétaires sont charmants et très à l'écoute

Liebe kleine Pension mit 4* Zimmer. Alles fast neu. Frühstück lecker und ausreichend. Fernando ist ein zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Kann man ohne bedenken weiter empfehlen.

Gute Lage: Zentrum und Metro in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sehr netter Empfang, Fernando gab gute Tipps zu Besichtigungen und Ausflügen. Wir haben sehr das leckere Frühstück im kleinen Garten genossen.

Like staying at a family member house, but better facilities and friendly people ;) The breakfast is great and beautiful backyard. Ideal for a small group to rent the entire place, or for independent travellers that don’t need hotel services. You get to experience the real Porto

The place is very comfortable, clean and cozy. The room is really spacious. Breakfast is good. The position is good. Just walking down the road one is in the city center in a less than ten minutes. People is very kind and helpful. When they are there, which does not happen at night. But accessing the place is relatively easy and they give you instructions.

The room was gorgeous and the location was very convenient, even closer to all the sites than appeared on a map. We love it so much, we decided to stay another night!
