Trop de bruit même la fenêtre fermée nous sommes restés 2 semaines il n'y a eu aucun ménage de fait aucun changement de draps et serviettes 1 drap de bain et une serviette chacun pour 2 semaines c'est limite il y a 3 ans ont étés au 507 c'était bien là ont était plus bas dans la même rue au 540 ont a pas apprécié déçus cette année

Die Lage war recht gut. Ringsum gab es was man brauchte, sehr gute Restaurants. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war es ruhig.

Vom Schlüsseltresor bis zur Unterkunft brauchte ich viel Zeit und Nerven. Der Wasserkocher funktionierte nicht und es gab kaum Steckdosen.

Lo mejor la ubicación. Te permite recorrer todo el centro a pie porque todo lo que hay para ver está muy cerca, teniendo además al lado muchos establecimientos donde poder comprar cosas que se puedan necesitar. Buena comunicación con el aeropuerto, facílisimo ir y venir en tren. Buena distribución de la habitación.

Se podría mejorar un poco la limpieza: se notaba que el suelo no estaba barrido. En la habitación hacía mucho calor: la temperatura exterior era normal, pero dentro había como 5 grados más. (Es verdad que tienen un aparatito de aire acondicionado). Tener que ir a recoger la llave del alojamiento a otra dirección diferente, que si bien no estaba lejos, tampoco estaba cerca (unos 10 minutos andando).

Habitación y baños muy amplios y limpios, con doble entrada privada. Gran ventanal desde donde se ve la calle. Muy bien ubicada, a pocos minutos de varios sitios de interés. Opción de contratar un parking privado justo en el alojamiento.

Considero que podrían tener wifi gratis incluida, y con el gran espacio que tiene la habitación, sería un gran plus si incorporaran una mininevera y un microondas. Por otro lado, tienen ventilador, pero apenas tiene potencia, por lo que lo estaría bien sustituirlo

Das Zimmer war so schmutzig und beschädigt, dass wir gleich kurz nach der Ankunft nach einem neuen gefragt haben. Die Einrichtung ist sehr heruntergekommen, die Dusche ließ sich nicht schließen. Es war überall Schmutz, Haare, dreckige Gläser, fleckige Decken. Die Realität des Zimmers ist ganz weit weg von den Fotos, die man vorher gesehen hat. Das Ausweichzimmer war etwas sauberer. Aber auch da gab es Schimmel in der Dusche, die Türklinke im Bad war lose, der Duschkopf war komplett kaputt, das Sofa aufgerissen. Die Dame vor Ort hat sich bemüht, aber wir konnten erst an Tag zwei in ein neues Zimmer ziehen. Alles in allem haben wir so etwas noch in keiner Unterkunft erlebt. Sehr schade. Wir hoffen, dass es hier zukünftig Verbesserungen geben wird, denn der Zustand der Zimmer ist nicht tragbar. Von schmutzigen Wänden, Böden und beschädigtem Mobiliar bis zum Schimmel im Bad sollte hier ganz viel passieren. Wir haben nur vier Fotos hier angehangen, den Rest hat die Unterkunft von uns erhalten am ersten Tag.

The door to the room was not very secure. The lock wiggled. It did not seem safe to us. The shower head broke and after a request, nobody responded to us.

Primeiro o check in tem que ser feito numa rua a 10min do sítio onde se dorme, sendo que isto não é dito no acto da reserva, uma pessoa carregada e cansada de uma viagem não espera uma coisa destas. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar, espelhos manchados, cabelos e pó pelo quarto todo. Muito barulhento, muito quente por não ter AC e a ventoinha não conseguia refrescar o ar. A luz do corredor de fora do quarto ficou ligada toda a noite. Quando chegámos ao quarto havia um barulho idêntico ao de um exaustor a funcionar e demorou a desaparecer. A cama não era nada confortável e o quarto era umas águas furtadas com pouca luz. Num dos quartos até havia um bocado de fita cola a prender um bocado de parede que estava a descascar. No outro quarto tinha um kit de primeiros socorros vazio.

Our room was clean and neat. Looked well furnished with only basic furniture. It has preferable location , close to the city centre.

The apartment lacked some simple features. In the bathroom we would fit some small hooks to simply hook towels because there was nowhere to leave them. Also , a microwave would be enough for such apartment, small and simple. Everything else was decent accordingly to the price we paid.

Pessima connessione WiFi e asciugacapelli solo con aria fredda

Ottima posizione, parcheggio disponibile in un silos a 25 euro al giorno.

Abbiamo avuto alcuni inconvenienti non tutti risolti dato che eravamo in pieno fine settimana, abbiamo deciso di adattarci. Voglio però segnalare che staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile a cambiarci camera.

O quarto era sujo e velho. Toalhas, cama e chão sujos. Havia dois secadores de cabelo, um cheirava a queimado e era muito perigoso. O outro funcionava bem. Não havia gel de banho nem sabonete, nada. Nem sequer algo para lavar as mãos. As fronhas e as almofadas estavam sujas e com cabelos dentro, assim como as toalhas. Além disso, depois da primeira noite, a minha pele começou a chiar e a coçar. Não recomendo.

La camera non era molto pulita, specialmente le lenzuola, non c'era il sapone per lavarsi le mani. Inoltre per prendere le chiavi bisogna andare a un altro indirizzo diverso da quello della struttura, totalmente insensato. Non la consiglierei sinceramente.

Le bruit des voisins et de la rue. La fenêtre ne ferme pas. Les portes claques. Pas de volets. La literie pas confortable. Récupérer les clés loin de la résidence.

Falta de limpieza, estaba el suelo tanto de la habitación como del baño lleno de pelos, no había aire acondicionado, ponen que hay pero es mentira ya que yo funciona y como alternativa pusieron un ventilador de torre que no daba frío alguno. La ubicación de la recogida de las llaves es muy lejos, recomiendo ir en coche a buscarlas.

Une chambre trop ensoleillé, pas de volet roulant une chaleur intenable. Pas d accueil physique. Les clés sont à deux kilomètres du logement. Non recommandable

The quality of everything was kind of disappointing, the bed would come out of frame and the shower and toilet have issues like the water would go and off randomly and the pictures are accurate but let’s just say it’s a really good angle

Me gustó, que estaba muy bien ubicado. Está a 1 minuto de la estación del tren de trinidade, en pleno centro de Oporto, desde allí pudimos caminar a casi todas las zonas de interés turístico, las letras de Oporto y el ayuntamiento están a menos de 5 minutos caminando. La ubicación es lo mejor de este sitio, pero es una habitación sin más, no hay cocina no es grande la habitación, solo hay un ventilador y una TV pequeña. Desde que reservé inmediatamente se colocaron en contacto conmigo para ir a otra dirección a recoger las llaves, me dieron las indicaciones completas y estuvieron al pendiente de mi llegada.

La ducha estaba rota, el baño sucio, el Váter no funcionaba, cuando llegamos estaba sucio y atascado. Por más que intentamos tirar de la cadena no funcionaba, el olor a la entrada de la habitación era muy intenso desagradable, solo fuimos a dormir por qué no era cómodo estar allí por el olor, y por no poder utilizar el baño. Creo que deberían invertir en tenerlo todo en condiciones mínimas de funcionamiento.

De badkamer/douche had schimmel en een onaangename geur. De kamer was zeer heet. Je kon er niet afkoelen. Het is onverantwoord om mensen hier te laten overnachten. Contact opgenomen met de host, maar geen verdere stappen ondernomen.

The location and the view wrere the highlights. Shops nearby and 3 minutes walking from Trindade station. I loved the big windows overlooking the street. The curtains were dark enough to make the room dim for the night. The shower was clean. Bed was comfortable.

The only thing was the heat. As the windows were quite big, and the sun was shining directly to our facade, the room warmed up fast, and the small AC wasn't enough to keep it cool. But other than that, it was a lovely stay!

Stanza molto essenziale ma con tutto ciò che serve per trascorrere un weekend a Porto. Molto pulita e tutto molto nuovo. La posizione era perfetta per girare sia di giorno che di sera.

the room was in a central área with stops clase by. our Host was very accommodating and accessible. the room was very clean.

the room has no air conditioning and only one window. this was promotly resolved by our host providing us with a fan. Wifi was also weak host did try to resolve this issue. we had to pick up key elsewhere.

Situat a pocs minuts del centre de Porto, en un carrer bastant tranquil.

Tot i que, amb tota la bona voluntat, van posar un ventilador portátil a l’habitació, feia moltíssima calor a dins.

We stayed here for two nights. The location is great and very convenient, the room was quite spacious, clean, and nicely designed. We also appreciated having a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. As a lovely touch, a bottle of sparkling wine was waiting for us when we arrived, which was very nice.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The key collection point is about a 10-minute walk from the property, which meant we had to carry all of our luggage from the key pickup location to the apartment. This was inconvenient and something we wish we had known in advance. When we arrived, there were no towels in the room. We had to contact the staff and wait around 30–45 minutes before towels were delivered because they had been forgotten. The Wi-Fi was very weak, and we were unable to use Netflix on the TV because the television was extremely slow and kept failing to connect properly. The biggest disappointment was the bed. It was far too soft, uneven, and had noticeable dips in the mattress, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. One pillow was acceptable, but the other was so uncomfortable that my partner ended up using the duvet as a pillow and even had to sleep in the opposite direction on the bed to find a comfortable position. Another downside was the lack of air conditioning. We were lucky to have relatively cool weather during our stay, but whenever the temperature rose, the room became uncomfortable. Overall, the apartment has a lot of potential thanks to its great location, cleanliness, and spacious layout, but the uncomfortable bed, poor pillows, weak Wi-Fi, lack of air conditioning, and inconvenient check-in process made the experience less enjoyable than we had hoped.

O local não tinha internet, não tinha frigobar, era extremamente quente, parecia uma estufa, e me atrapalhou demais, por ter 0% de internet, tive que remarcar reuniões muito importantes. Pelo mesmo valor, eu fiquei em um hotel com ar condicionado, frigobar e ótima internet, então 0% de custo benefício, lugar bem ruim para o verão. No inverno pode ser que funcione.

Keys were 1.5 km away to grab. We had to hold suitcases by foot to reach the hotel from the place where we grabbed the key to the hotel. Amenities in bathroom were spoiled, like the door of shower and sink. Outside in the back yard was loud music in the night and no air conditioner.

Könnyen megközelíthető helyen (két metrómegálló is van a közelben), nincs messze a belvárostól. A szállásadó kommunikatív és kedves volt.

Nagyon meleg volt a szobában, nincs légkondicionáló, csak egy ventillátor, s mivel kint is kb 30 fok volt még este 10-kor is, a szobában alig lehetett aludni, hiába nyitottunk ablakot is. Egy pici hűtő is jó lenne a szobában, hogy legalább az innivaló ne legyen meleg.

Niente, era sporca, nel bagno la porta della doccia ha rischiato di cadermi addosso perché non era attaccata, il letto era pieno di capelli come i cuscini, le lenzuola erano sporche e macchiate come i cuscini, gli asciugamani macchiati di non so cosa, il pavimento sporco, c’era una caraffa d’acqua di non so quanto tempo fa mezza vuota evidentemente usata prima con dei bicchieri sporchi usati, la tv non funzionava, il condominio era sporchissimo e pieno di polvere, l’unica cosa positiva era la posizione in pieno centro molto comodo per visitare la città

Tivemos azar porque deve ter sido a noite mais quente do ano e sem ar condicionado…. Foi muito complicado dormir mesmo com o ventilador…

Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo blisko metro. Całkiem niedaleko centrum. Czysto. Możliwość zrobienia herbaty. Woda i miły personel, który starał się pomóc i mimo błędu z wydaniem kluczy bardzo był pomocny i uprzejmy.

Bardzo, bardzo gorąco w pokoju. W łazience wręcz upalnie i duszno. Nie do wytrzymania. Na zewnątrz był to dopiero pierwszy dzień wyższej temperatury ok 28-29 stopni C. Standard słaby jak za takie pieniądze: folia na poduszkach i materacu. Małe pomieszczenie. Późno informacja o tym, że meldować się trzeba w zupełnie innym miejscu niż kupiony nocleg. Powinno to być zaznaczone przy kupnie. Byliśmy zmęczeni z ciężkimi bagażami i trzeba było biec 11 minut po klucze.

Gli asciugamani in dotazione erano sporchi, la camera un pò spoglia, in generale pochi servizi. Il check in e il ritiro delle chiavi va fatto in un altro posto a 12 minuti a piedi e questo è stato molto scomodo

Camere spaziose e letti comodi. Super centrale, abbiamo trovato diversi ristoranti vicino e abbiamo mangiato benissimo.

Loved the location, and relatively competitive price.

The apartment gave an impression that it was not properly cleaned because: the bed had hair strands, towels had dark/dirty marks and there was a used razor left in the shower. The area was a bit noisy and there was no wine/champagne (which was included in the facilities).

J'ai apprécié le plateau avec les tasses, les sachets de thé ainsi que les serviettes posées sur le lit et le savon qui sentait bon. Le fauteuil confortable était un plus, le portant bien pratique. J'ai aimé aussi le professionnalisme et la rapidité de réponse du personnel d'accueil à mes questions avant et durant mon séjour. L'organisation avec les différentes étapes pour récupérer et remettre les clés de la chambre a été bien pratique et utile.

C'est dommage que je n'ai pas pu apprécier le thé comme il se doit car la bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas. Le sèche-cheveux, accessoire utile n'a plus fonctionné brutalement le 3ème jour avec une utilisation tout à fait normale. La poignée de porte de la chambre était partiellement fixée sur celle-ci, ce qui n'était pas forcément pratique pour la fermer à clé.

Ci è piaciuto molto la posizione molto centrale e nel frattempo tranquilla e silenziosa. Comoda la camera, buona la pulizia.

Adoré l’emplacement pres de tout. Grande chambre lumineuse avec la grande fenetre. Salle de bain un peu petite avec peu de rangement. Personnel disponible avec instructions tres clairs qui ont même verifié que j’étais bel et bien arrivé à 22h le soir alors que j’avais oublié de leur confirmer.

Devoir aller chercher les clés à un autre endroit que le logement est dérangeant même si les consignes étaient tres claires et détaillées. Il serait bien de mettre une boite à clé pres du logement directement plutot que devoir se déplacer à 10 min avec nos valises. Heureusement il y a une boite a clé dans le logement pour quand on quitte. Seul vrai point negatif est les oreillers qui ont l’air d’etre en papier ou plastique. Je ne sais pas si c’est la housse protecteur ou l’oreiller en soi mais c’est tres inconfortable.

Ήταν βρώμικη η τουαλέτα όταν μπήκαμε μέσα, ευτυχώς ήταν οι κοπέλες που καθάριζαν και τους το είπαμε και μας το καθάρισαν από την αρχή. Το άλλο που είχαμε θέμα είναι ότι επειδή είναι στυλ airbnb ενώ περίμεναμε κωδικό για το κλειδί στο locker έπρεπε να πάμε 800μετρα μακριά σε άλλο μαγαζί για να πάρουμε το κλειδί και μετά να ξαναγυρίσουμε. Και όλα αυτά με βαλίτσες κουρασμένοι

This was honestly the weirdest booking experience I’ve ever had. These apartments did everything possible to make my stay complicated. Even before check-in, they spammed me with instructions — messages on WhatsApp, Booking.com, and even phone calls. Apparently, the possibility that I might not be available to answer never crossed their minds….maybe I’m busy ?? What’s important is that the listing clearly says check-in is from 3 PM to midnight. Fine. But when I arrived at the apartment around 4 PM, they told me I had to walk 15 minutes to their office to pick up the keys — and I had to make it before 5 PM because the office closes then! Honestly, I’ve never had such a terrible check-in experience. And the funniest part? There was literally a key box on the building. I seriously don’t understand why they couldn’t just leave the keys there. As for the apartment itself… okay, I get it, the place is old and a bit damp. But fixing the toilet flush button would cost like 15 euros maximum. And the internet was absolutely terrible.

La cama estaba destruida, literalmente como muestro en las fotos pero ademàs el elastico estaba al reves y los fierros se nos clavaban en la espalda. Pero recièn nos dimos cuenta el ùltimo dia de esto al levantar mi esposo el colchòn. Cuando le escribimos al alojamiento, nos echaron la culpa a nosotros por no haberles avisado antes. No quisieron reconocernos ningùn reembolso. En cambio Booking, nos reembolsò un 10% al menos.

O ckeck in não é presencial, o que cria um afastamento, entre o hóspede e a equipa. Não consigo avaliar os funcionários porque nunca vimos ninguém afeto ao alojamento. É completamente ridículo pagar 4€ por papel higiénico e toalhas.
