15 Minuten en nog geen 20 baht per air rail link naar het vliegveld, Mooie grote kamer. Fijn zwembad.

De afwerking van de badkamers was ronduit slecht, veel kiertjes, gaatjes, scheve tegels en loshangende afdekplaten, een douchedeur die niet dicht blijft tijdens het douchen. Dit past niet bij een hotel met deze uitstraling.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful.

The staff were extremely friendly and they did upgrade us which was unexpected. However the room was slighlty disappointing and i thought, if that was the upgrade, what were the other rooms like. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and i slept so well but they were very basic rooms and the hallways need a good paint. The wesbite pictures make the place look a lot better. The reception area is impressive but upstairs not so much. The proximity to the metro and the airport is great but if you are trying to do touristy things, it is way too far out and takes a long time to get anywhere.

Everything! The check in process was smooth, they upgraded my room without charges, the staff were friendly and always smiling, and they were all very accommodating. I love the room, it is very spacious and comfortable. My view is at the front of the hotel so I can see the BTS trains and it’s so cool. The breakfast buffet is simple yet fulfilling, and they are all very delicious. I’d love to come back again soon.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! The manager is always at the front desk, ready to help. I’ve stayed here many times before and will definitely be back again.

Bekamen Gutscheine für Lounge und Abendessen,ein Upgrade auf eine Suite für die zweite Nacht. Empfangsdame war sehr bemüht, brachte Obst aufs Zimmer,sofort ein Handtuch gereicht nach kurzem Regenguss bei Empfang.

Hotel complet et luxe. 20min de la aeroport et du centre de BKK Choix de restauration sur place, très bon et abordable avec des pâtisserie excellente, et aux alentours.

L'accueil a été superbe, avec la surprise de recevoir des coupons pour l'afternoon tea ainsi qu'un dîner offert. La suite est tout simplement merveilleuse : très spacieuse, avec un lit confortable et douillet. De plus, l'emplacement est idéal, juste à côté de l'Airport Link et du métro et à seulement 3 stations d'un mall. Malgré la proximité des transports, la suite est parfaitement insonorisée, on y dort au calme complet.

À noter simplement un petit problème avec la climatisation du séjour : le personnel est intervenu, mais le problème n'a malheureusement pas pu être résolu. De plus, nous avons aussi constaté des odeurs de remontée dans la salle de bain.

Very good location for quick overnight stay before heading to airport early next day on the trainline.. Free evening meal was a bonus and good breakfast in the morning before flight.

Wir fühlten uns als Europäer absolut nicht wohl. Als wir im Bett lagen, begann es uns überall an zu Jucken und die Kissen rochen absolut schrecklich.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. There is a great cafe in the lobby where you can get a tasty food, dessert and drink coffee, they even have specialty ones. The room is perfect.

Sometimes the internet goes out, but the staff helped resolve this issue.

The beds were so so comfortable slept very well, 5 minutes ti to airport rail which is why we stayed there.Breakfast was great a large variety.

No hot water in our room shower was cold and we kept the door shut as the smell from the bathroom drain was not pleasant.

Perfect layover hotel. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and literally minutes from the Airport Link station. Check-in was fast, room was well kept. Not luxury, but exactly what you need — would recommend for transit in Bangkok.

No frills, just the basics. Don't expect a full-service hotel — it's perfect for a transit stay, not a resort.

Great Hotel! Nice and clean hotel. Facilities was great. Breakfast was really good with a lot of variation. Spacious room and clean. The place is walking distance from the Metro that connects to the city. I will definitely consider again this hotel the next time i visit Bangkok!

Das Hotel war sehr modern und der Flughafen perfekt erreichbar

Die Armaturen in der Dusche waren defekt. Der Abfluss im Waschbecken hat das Wasser nicht richtig ablaufen lassen.

We booked Zayn Hotel in Bangkok weeks in advance and had very friendly email exchanges while asking several questions, all of which were answered politely and helpfully. Every email ended with the reassurance that they were looking forward to welcoming us. So it was quite impressive when the hotel decided to cancel our reservation via Booking just one hour before our arrival, without giving any reason at all. If you’re looking for a place where a confirmed booking is worth about as much as a weather forecast three weeks in advance, this is the perfect choice.

Die Lage ist insbesondere für Flugreisende äußerst interessant. Wer sich im öffentlichen Nahverkehr auskennt oder wer kein Sightseeing plant, kann hier auch gut logieren. Für Erstbesucher dürfte es zu abgelegen sein. Mein Zimmer war trotz der Lage zur Hauptstraße ruhig. Es hatte alles, was man erwarten darf. Das Bett war gemütlich, das Bad gut ausgestattet. Das Personal an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich und serviceorientiert. Der erste Blick ins Hotel ist für diese Preisklasse echt top, das Foyer ist ein Hingucker.

Die Lage des Hotels zur Monorail ist (leider) etwas besser als die zum Airport-Express. Der ist mit schwerem Gepäck trotz der an sich kurzen Distanz von vielleicht 300 Metern etwas mühsam zu erreichen. Hinweis: Der erste Zug zum Flughafen fährt aktuell entgegen manch anderer Angaben um 5.15 Uhr morgens. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist bei etwas genauerem Hinsehen durchaus schon etwas abgenutzt. Das trübt den ersten, wirklich starken Eindruck ein wenig.

Wir hatten 4 Wochen im Voraus gebucht - als wir nach unserem Flug an der Rezeption standen, hiess es, sie hätten das Zimmer leider stornieren müssen und uns auch eine Mitteilung geschickt und das Geld bereits zurücküberwiesen. Das stimmte, hatten sie alles. Eine Stunde bevor wir ankamen.

Uwaga na sejfy, przyjechaliśmy późnym wieczorem, schowaliśmy przeliczone jeszcze nie wymienione dolary( sprawdzałem 2 razy czy otwiera się prawidłowo po wpisaniu kody), gdy rano próbowaliśmy otworzyć sejf nie działał olaliśmy to bo spieszyliśmy się na miasto, gdy wróciliśmy pani z obsługi poszła z nami w 10 sekund zresetowała kod i otworzyła sejf po chwili po przeliczeniu okazało się że brakuje 100 dolarów, sprawa niestety nie wyjaśniona bo nie chcieli nam pokazać kamer na nasze drzwi, tylko ciągle gdzieś dzwonili itd, musieliśmy się spieszyć na samolot więc odpuściliśmy temat :/

L'emplacement proche de l aéroport,et de la ligne airlink qui reli l 'aéroport au centre ville.

Je ne recommande pas pour un séjour au delà de 1 nuit,car 1h30 en métro pour le centre de Bangkok.

Im Bad hat es leider (aus dem Abfluss?) stark gerochen, es war unangenehm Ein Mitarbeiter kam und hat versucht das Problem zu beheben, der Geruch war nach dem Duschen wieder da. Wir hätten sofort das Zimmer tauschen können, aber für eine Nacht fanden wir das zu viel Aufwand und haben stattdessen vorgeschlagen Frühstück am nächsten Tag umsonst zu bekommen und das wurde uns direkt genehmigt

PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING. The room the staff the location. Its perfect for staying near the airport. Its a mmuslim friendly hotel. The food is halal. A proper prayer room and it is comforting to see such facilities in a foreign country.

Its not recommended to those who wish to live near downtown area.

Location is convenient

I specifically requested a room not next to the elevator due to my sensitivity to noise, but the room was right next to the lift. Breakfast was mediocre, except for the omelette station which was good. The hallways are in need of a facelift. The furniture in the rooms has seen better days.

Since I was between flights, it was convenient to travel from the airport to the hotel - and back - via metro.
