Not worth the price. The entire building including the room smelled like smoke (it was not a non-smoking hotel). Good location but I would not stay there again.

Wi-Fiの接続がスムーズにいかないことが多く困りました。あとは満足です。特に朝ごはんの内容はすばらしく、作ってくれている女性たちのあたたかさは思い出に残っています。

Hotel çok eski. Duş başlığını kendım değiştirdim. Eğer temizlik yapmak sadece pike düzletmek ise dünyanın geri kalanı bu işi yanlış biliyor. Kahvaltı çok zayıf. Masalardan kirlileri toplamak için saat 10’u bekleyen calisanlarin bir bildiği vardır umarım. Temiz masa bulmak puzzle çözmekten zordu. Hotelle ilgili tek olumlu durum gece vardiyasındaki resepsiyon personeli beyefendinin çok yardımsever ver güler yüzlü olması diyebilirim.

You can find many other better hotels for same price, just do your homework.

Clean building

Clean building, good location.

Belirlenen saatte otele gittiğimde oda henüz temizlenmemişti, 1 saat dışarıda çantamla vakit geçirmek zorunda kaldım.Ayrıca duşta sıcak su yoktu soğuk suyla duş alabildim.

Three days ago, I stayed in TrabzonTurkey at the Otel Karayel Hotel. The nextmorning I locked the door for breakfast. Ientered the room after breakfast, eventhough I had locked the door of the roomUnfortunately, the $750 and fifty dollarsin the bed were stolen at the hotel. WhenI was in charge of the hotel, I said thedoor was locked. The robbery was therobbery. Avoid staying at this hotel if youwould like your belongings and money.

Very good place to stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpfull. We could parked our car free of charge right at the door of the hotel. And the location is great, 3 min walk from the Meydan, the central area of the city. Simple place, Excellent staff and attractive prices. Definetly a good bargain.

I stayed in this hotel twice. It is in the middle of the city. It is close to most tourist places in the city center. Employees are also nice and friendly. Mr. Celal and Mr. Ekrem were super helpful. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Trabzon again.

Schönes Zimmer unterm Dach mit Balkon und Blick aufs Meer. Sauber, Ordentlich. Frühstück türkisch Basic. Sicherer Parkplatz fürs Motorrad.

I thought this hotel was excellent. Only thing it lacked was a sea view but for the price the room was fantastic, clean and comfortable. On top of that, one of the best buffet breakfasts I ever had, with so much choice over the typical Turkish breakfast. It was delicious, varied, fresh and well worth the stay just for this

The hotel is located within a few minutes of the city center and at the same time it’s a fairly quiet place. The staff, especially Mr Jalal, are all great and they do their best to help guests. We had a pleasant stay. I wish they would keep the warm food items for breakfast in a heated dish so that it stays warm. The breakfast choice is limited but adequate and filling.

its so good 👍 hotel ..first thing its closed to the center of meyden ..and every thinks avaliable ..the staff good and understandable 👍 ..but the most important issue its fhe breakfast so so delicious 😋 ..i am like it so much especially the börek and the cake ... iam rest and feel comfortable in this hotel ..only things missed no garden and no point of view 😕 even the sky can't seeing it from my room because i am was staying in the first floor. thankx for all who work in this hotel ..they are excellent 👌 my name ayyam

After paying the value of the accommodation and receiving the reservation confirmation message, four hours before the arrival time, the hotel called to tell me that my reservation was canceled because there were no vacant rooms

Perfecte ligging en schoon

Very clean, good breakfast and the good Thing is that the customer service guy knows English, most hotel in Turkey don’t know English.

Hotel was perfect and the staff friendly especially Nohid very friendly and helpful.

The place was neat and clean. Great for the cost.

Zimmer teilweise schimmelig. Personal freundlich. Zimmer klimatisiert

오래된 건물. 위치는 좋고 조식도 무난함. 3만원 숙박비에 대한 가성비는 좋은 편임. 트라브존도 은근히 숙박시설 잡기 어려워서 그런대로 지낼만 함

Poor condition. Bathroom was leaking water from ceeling nonstop. Nasty. The only good thing about the this property was breakfast. One of the best breakfast I ever had in hotels.(Including 5 star hotels) they make fresh bakeries,..etc made by a lady in in house.

WiFi and room conditions were tremendously bad. We stayed 5 nights and they didn't clean anything. beds quality was bad and they didn't listen to the feedback and requests. Breakfast was only satisfactory not great. The only good factors were being near city center and having free parking. Overall, I won't recommend it to anyone.

Good breakfast? clean rooms. But not recommended give car keys to parking place. Parking personal scratched my car and hided scratched side by wall. They scratched and did not say to me. When i checkout at 3 AM they blocked my car by other cars until my family to get down from room and i left place without check my car, did not see scratches. After 2 hours i sow my scratched car on Georgia border (i drive without stop till border). Parking staff very cunning and insidious.

Wifi was slow or often wasn't working at all. Hot water not that hot. Despite the hotel being down a side alley, there was still loud noise from cars and people passing through. Breakfast was very ordinary (lots of fried food that wasn't kept warm.) The staff were friendly and the location is perfect.

Good hotel, pleasant people, big and clean rooms. Nice Turkish breakfast with cheese, tomatoes etc but also with sweet little cakes. Especially in relation with the good price. Hotel is in the very center of the city, no noise in a guiet little street.

I moved to this hotel after spending a night in hotel Nur where I had trouble sleeping because of the mosque across the road. Spent almost 2 weeks here and had a decent stay. Positive: good size room, big comfortable bed, helpful staff, clean, fridge in the room, good location, a/c, free wifi Negative: one day there was an awful smell coming from the drain in the bathroom, very thin walls so you can hear whats going on in the neighbours room, noise was coming from the halls until midnight so it was hard to fall asleep

We were impressed with our top floor room with views of the Black Sea. The hotel is close to numerous restaurants, shops and tour offices. It was really easy to book transport to Sumela Monastery - just use a tourist office on the main square outside the hotel. Overall we found the hotel overpriced for the quality (the price may have been inflated because we travelled in high season). There was no hot water one night and the Wifi wasn't great in the room. Although the friendly staff and view made up for the downfalls.

We spend five nights at Karayel, and had a very pleasant stay. Paying for a double, we got a huge room with balcony. Nice firm beds, fridge, small chairs and tables, well working wi-fi. Clean and straght forward. Everything was working well. You are in the absolute center of Trabzon, but down an alley. This gives a profound peacefull experience, and still you have everything just outside the door.

Karayel Otel is a recently remodeled hotel located in downtown Trabzon. Because the hotel sits off of the main street, it is a quiet setting but close to the action. Many hotels in this area do not have a/c, but Karayel Otel did! A traditional Turkish breakfast is included in the price. The staff was nice and friendly, but limited on their English. I would recommend this clean and comfortable hotel for anyone travelling to Trabzon.
