Location is very good near tram and metro stations. Rooms are very neatly maintained.

The location is excellent—convenient and close to everything we needed. The room was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. What really stood out was the staff—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The place was close to public transport , not very far from main attractions . Lots of shops around, own restaurant and bar downstairs with great food. Cleaner coming everyday with fresh towels. All very nice and staff very friendly.

Room was close to the kitchen and staff was loud waking us up at 5 a.m in the morning but rest was real nice

The room did not feel very safe and secure. Just one lock on the door, no additional latch lock or secondary bolt. The walls are thin and you can hear people moving around in the night. We didn’t feel particularly at risk, but definitely didn’t have total peace of mind which impacted the quality of our stay. The WiFi was extremely unreliable in our room which was very frustrating.

Everything was exceptional. a beautiful Hotel in a lovely location in the Shopping District. Staff were always willing to help. Very good breakfast and a relaxing atmosphere.

The room was cramped with crowded furniture for the size of the room. The mattress was horribly lumpy and needs to be replaced. There's no AC so it was a bit stuffy too.

The rooms are small and dirty! We couldn't fit two people in the room. We couldn't sit in the toilet because there was no space!! The bedrooms are not comfortable. We spent two nights there, one yesterday and another one a few days ago unfortunately it was a terrible disappointment. It is deceiving that booking has such a great rating for this hotel and I believe booking should look it up. Google reviews were more honest!!

We checked in at 16:45 because the room was not ready , we waited. There was no sheet in the bed. A special structure, rooms on high floors and no elevator.

The location was central, which is something I was looking forward to. It is one of the few places that provides breakfast and dinner options within the price. I stayed in two different rooms, the one with the private bathroom was smaller in size in comparison to the one with no private bathroom and only with a shower.

The room I stayed in was quite small in terms of size with a massive closet for clothes which I believe was unnecessary as it took quite a lot of the room's space and made it difficult to move around. Also the tv was positioned behind the bed which means you need to change your position in bed to upside down to be able to watch sth on the tv.

The location was perfect. Right by the subway and on a wonderful avenue with shops and restaurants

First, the third floor without an elevator. This hotel isn’t for everyone. There are 25-27 steps per floor. It’s a haul. The room is small and basic, which I knew. The bathroom is too tiny, there isn’t anywhere to put anything, and the shower doors leak all over the floor. They don’t give you a floor mat.

Super small room, not enough space to even pack up. It was really loud during the nights so I recommend ear plugs. I didn’t like the shared bathroom concept because toalett was near the room but the shower was in the breakfast premises.

Early July 2025. The room had its own shower and sink. The toilet was the only part shared. This was nice! Only 3-4 rooms share a toilet- never an issue. The breakfast was good. Had eggs, bacon, sausage, breads, crepes, jelly, butter, Nutella, honey, cheese slices and cold cuts, cereal, yogurt and fruit. 7:30-10:00 Had tea that was accesible at all times. Had a coffee machine that made cappuccinos for example. Staff were great. Bed was super comfy. New towels and sheets everyday. Large window. Fan. Shampoo and soap and q-tips, comb, basic slippers, hair dryer: all there. Right outside of metro stop: Zieglergasse- find exit for Andreasgasse for the exit directly next to hotel.

All my negatives had easy fixes - I see these more as tips! No AC but large window and fan and at night the temps to the 60s F (15-20 C) dropped so I was fine. Blanket was a bit too warm but I easily could have taken the duvet insert out to use just the duvet cover. Street was sometimes loud but not always. Brought earplugs and was fine! Sun rises early in summer so if you keep the black out curtains open for air, bring eye covers.

WiFi rarely worked. The room has a single key lock and no safe - didn't feel secure. Bed was uncomfortable, and pillows were old and yellow. Apartment had beds for 3 but only enough cups etc for 1 person. Advertised courtyard views but there was no view at all

Perfect location

Location was great, very near a main station, hence travelling within Vienna was great. Ample choice for breakfast which was very good.

We stayed here for a couple of nights primarily for its proximity to the Westbahnhof -- it's a perfect place to stay if you have an early-morning train to catch. Our room and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Comfortable bed. We didn't get breakfast, but the dining areas downstairs looked nice.

Very small! It was very hot while we were there. Rooms do not come with a fan. We had to ask for one the next day after seeing one in another room. Probably fine during winter and shoulder seasons but in the summer the room was stuffy and uncomfortable.

Good value, very close to transit. Maria Hilfe Strasse is a main shopping street Very hot during my stay, up to 35 C. But thanks to a fan in the room and opening the window it was cool enough to sleep well. Recommend ear plugs.

Nothing at all. The whole experience was awful and this was the last few days of our holiday. Don’t believe the photos.

The photos are completely different to the hotel. It was old, rundown and more like a hostel, very botch job, and just not very nice. It’s right on the high street which in the evening is full of homeless people who are under the influence of drugs and alcohol. I have stayed in better hostels than this. We checked in late, the receptionist had gone home and someone else checked us in. He told us there had been confusion with room keys but not to worry, everything was fine. When he took us to our room someone else’s luggage was in there and they had mixed up the keys. He said he could remove their luggage and we said no. We asked to be moved to another room. Didn’t feel safe at all. The receptionist the next day was really nice but the other staff are completely incompetent.

It was in a very nice location and the room was just what we needed. Nice view from the bed and adequately sized.

Water pressure is the only good thing. Location is decent, about 15-20 minutes walk to museum quarter.

Where do I begin! No AC, no elevator. It’s not a hotel, it is a hostel, reeking of smoke, loud, I could see through the sheets that the mattress has dirty spots. Nothing boutique about this place! The room should have been 30€, not 92!!!

I stayed only for one night but I was very happy with my room, the service and the breakfast selection. The location was perfect for me because I attended a concert at Wiener Stadthalle. It was also easy to reach the main station by tram.

We had a generally positive experience. As we arrived earlier than the official check-in time after taking a night train from Zurich to Vienna. The female receptionist was helpful and friendly, allowing us to check in early, which was a great relief after our long journey.

Location is a bit off, but Wien is nicely connected with subway, trams and busses. Authentic Wien outside the center.

This was by far the smallest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in—it felt more like a storage closet than a place meant for guests. What made it worse was that the room looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The photos were clearly misleading, which felt like a bait-and-switch. The cleanliness was unacceptable. There was dust everywhere—on the furniture, windowsills, and even on the floor. It was obvious that proper cleaning and maintenance were not a priority here. To make matters worse, there was no air conditioning. In warm weather, that meant we had no choice but to leave the windows open. Unfortunately, the hotel is located on a noisy, busy street, so instead of getting any rest, we were kept awake by constant traffic and loud voices from outside. Overall, it was a very frustrating and uncomfortable experience. Definitely not worth the price, and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting even basic standards of comfort or cleanliness.

Amazing location. Continental and cooked breakfast provided which was great! Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Housekeeping came in daily to change towels.

The seal in our shower leaked out into the rest of the room. Being on the main road it was loud at night with the window open.

Nice cozy room, good position close to the city center

The rooma was very noisy and I could hear all that was going on in the neighboring rooms and in the street. This made it impossible for me to sleep during my whole stay. Additionally, it was extremely hot in the room with no air conditioning, and I had to keep the window open, making it even noisier. Finally, the shared toilet was often not clean.

The room is small and needs a refurb but it is ‘cheap’ and the location is great.

The room we stayed in is very narrow. The toilet is very small. The interior is very old. You can hear noises from the adjacent rooms. Our door was tried to be opened twice during the night. It is unsafe. Don't be fooled by the score and pictures. The only thing right is its location.

Great location to see Vienna: near metro, hostel placed at main street but quiet and possible to rest, near many shops, cafeterias, restaurants etc. Clean rooms and good service. Good breakfast. Good communication with host. Thank you!

Lovely staff running a quirky place, full of character, in a great location. If you're looking for standardisation à la Ibis, or Radisson Blu, this won't be for you. But if you appreciate something a little different, run by real humans, try the Urban Boutique. Decent breakfast, too.

The decor is a little schizophrenic and short on taste - cheap early 90s Balkans in places, perhaps. But for some, that might be part of the charm. I didn't mind.

Property is located in a superb location right next to the u-bahn. Very convenient. Room was simple but clean and breakfast was good. Overall good stay for the more ‘normal’ budget in Vienna.

The insulation of the apartment was very poor and so we could hear our neighbours both in their rooms and whilst visiting the bathroom which was right next to our door. This was disturbing during the night.
