We were pleased with the service (Adil and Jawad). They helped us with everything, recommended good places, and gave us a breakfast pack earlier in the morning or the day before to leave early in the morning.

Our room had leaks, but after a reubication of the beds and new sleeves everything was sorted out.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce Riyad. Nous avons dû attendre un petit moment que le responsable apporte la télécommande de la clim. Pour le petit déjeuner, on aurait aimé qu'il soit plus oriental, msemen et harcha aurait été bienvenus. Jus d'orange industriel. Mais personnel très gentil, à l'écoute, avenant, rien à dire. Le riyad est un peu vétuste mais bien placé.

Sehr nettes Personal und eine ausgesprochen familienfreundliche Atmosphäre. Unsere Kinder hatten jede Menge Spaß und haben sich rundum wohlgefühlt. Auch das Wohnen dort ist an sich schon ein besonderes Erlebnis, das man nicht so schnell vergisst.

Riad muy cerca de todo y el personal muy amable. Si quieres probar la auténtica experiencia de un riad lo recomiendo mucho

The window in the room has no glass, so there's no silence in the room. Very basic facilities, tiny room, awful strong smells of cleaning chemicals, lack of privacy. Breakfast is below any expectations, too poor.

Breakfast was a nice variety each morning, and staff were very nice. The location was great, and the bed was comfortable enough. Can be chilly at night during late winter/early spring.

Incredible location. Very friendly staff. Beautiful place and great breakfast. If you want to explore the medina this is the perfect place to stay. Many tours available. Great place, we loved it

The place doesn't excel for cleanliness. Because stray cats come in, the cat pee smell can be quite strong

The location is excellent, the inner courtyard is beautiful and pleasant, and the decoration is very nice. The staff were great.

Estaba bien para ser marraques. Pero trataron de cubrir las necesidades. Y eso tiene gran valor

Bien ubicado, no nos sentimos inseguras en ningún momento. El sitio era encantador y la habitación correcta a muy buen precio. Nos recibían siempre con te y el chico fue super amable y servicial y nos guardó las maletas el ultimo día todo el tiempo que necesitabamos

El desayuno era tarde y aunque cogimos con desayuno no pudimos aprovecharlo ya que teniamos excursiones temprano

très classique pain beurre confiture jus d'orange parfois pressé ou jus du commerce fade, pain marocain bon le boulanger habite en face , la chambre était spacieuse correcte la salle de douche pas très propre j 'ai du mettre a tremper le rideau de douche qui était très sale la tringle toute rouillée les robinets sales les WC correct ,pas de fenêtre juste une porte qui donnait sur la cour celle -ci était mal soignée poussiéreuse +++ les nappes sur les tables toute tachée pas changée dommage car le cadre pourrait être superbe s'il était bien tenu Il a fallu réclamer le linge de toilette ainsi que les savons qui étaient compris dans la prestation et même un matin le monsieur a refuse de nous servir le petit déjeuner pas de consigne du patron ??? le personnel sans chaleur, parlant à peine le français, le matin a peine bonjour aucune communication, Nous venions pour la première fois au Maroc pour nos 50 ans de mariage on aurait espéré un autre cadre et autre accueil : les photos sur le site étaient séduisantes mais la réalité toute autre, je ne le conseille a personne, dommage car bien situé, peut être tenu par une femme avec une sensibilité touristique accueillante chaleureuse et exigeante sur la tenue du Riad changerait le tout Certainement un manque de dialogue entre le responsable que l'on a croisé plusieurs fois et le personnel et aucune exigence : le Riad fonctionne à "volo" très peu de clients cela n' est pas surprenant OK pour le transfert aéroport les sorties proposées satisfaisantes cascade d' ouzoud et essaouira

Room had too many beds and too few chairs.

Ottima posizione, bello il patio caratteristico dove servono un abbondante e buona colazione tipica. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Organizzano trasferimento per l’aeroporto e tour guidati.

Le camere e soprattutto i bagni sono tipo roulotte, puliti ma decisamente minimal. Non puntavo a bidet o armadi ma.. Nessuna mensola o appendiabiti in tutta la stanza. Foto fuorvianti.. La colazione viene servita dalle 9, avendo un’escursione nonostante fossimo un gruppo numeroso non ci hanno anticipato il servizio di mezz’ora.

Un Riad carino, semplice e accogliente gestito da un ragazzo molto disponibile e gentile (Said) in una posizione molto comoda.

The water was hot. There was enough room for our family. (We were falsely led to believe that there wasn’t a room big enough to accommodate us.) We had to pay for two rooms though we only used one.

There wasn’t a sign on the outside indicating that we were at the correct location. I couldn’t stand up to use the toilet without hitting my head (I’m only 5’11). They were under construction and there was random junk everywhere. Breakfast cost 50 Dh per person but was the cheapest breakfast that could be found. (The entire meal for our family of 7 would have cost about 40 Dh). It says perfect for families but it’s on really busy street that made it extremely stressful trying to protect my kids from being run over by moped drivers. I also got spit on by a local “crazy man” and followed. I reported the incident to the Ryad staff. They did nothing to ensure our safety and comfort.

A limpeza era superficial, só havia uma toalha de mãos e outra de banho para 2 pessoas e nunca houve mudança nem limpeza do quarto. Quarto pouco cuidado.

Le Riad est très joli et son jardin dégage une ambiance reposante. Le personnel est très gentil et réactif.

Le petit déjeuner était satisfaisant en comparaison du reste.

La propreté en général aussi bien du riad que des chambres et de la literie. Le mauvais état et fonctionnement de la "salle d'eau", le manque de produits d'hygiène et de linge de toilette. Le petit déjeuner qu'il faut attendre plus d'une heure car le personnel ne s'est par réveillé. Le bruit à l'intérieur même du riad.

Azil was very nice to my family. He gave us many tips to travel around and helped us book different activities within and outside of Marrakech. He was very friendly and very nice host

The accommodation and room are not clean.

The included breakfast was a great bonus. Note that you get the same thing every day, but it was a good and easy way to start the day for our family.

We were in the 5 bed/6 person room which sits right on the first floor next to the kitchen. The room is tall and and spacious, the bathroom is tiny, dingy, and nearly unusable for my 6'7" self. My wife and kids chose not to take the showers the 3 days we were there as they didn't like the look of the bathroom. The bedroom was quiet except for the staff person who was outside the room on the couch right outside our window who was coughing all night long. This same staff person coughed continually as they served our breakfast each morning. The lock for the door is a keyed paddle lock on a slide bolt - granted the door is original and historic.

La température est de 40 °C et la climatisation ne fonctionne pas. Sur Booking.com Ils ont écrit que tout fonctionne et que le climatiseur est sur la photo, mais quand vous arrivez à la résidence, ils vous disent que rien ne fonctionne.

The location is really good

Our stay at riad Carole was not what we expected. The breakfast was good, but the staff was unprofessional, and we had to ask for fresh towels, toilet paper and to get our trash can emptied every day. The location is really good, but I wouldn’t recommend staying there for more than a few days, as the rooms are a bit filthy, hot and without aircondition. Also, there was no door separation the bathroom from the bedroom, which was quite uncomfortable. Also, the restaurant at the riad was closed every day without a proper reason being told to the guests.

Not clean and expensive the bed wasn’t comfortable

Nothing, really. The property is unhealthy and smells badly. It should be closed for hygiene reasons, unless drastically renewed.

I booked it in a rush for one night only at the end of my vacation, ready to return. I didn't read the reviews before booking, unfortunately. Our room is on the first floor. The old tapestry and the carpets smell strongly of dust and dirt. The dirt is clearly visible everywhere around. The bathroom is dilapidated and lacks the bare necessities (which the property lists among the amenities offered): there is no toilet paper, hand soap, or toiletries. A hanging towel has visible stains. None of the windows in the room close properly, and many have broken glasses (which makes the room extremely noisy, but this is the last of the property's problems). The rooms looks unsafe: the door to the anteroom closes with a ridiculous metal clasp (even a child with a weak kick could easily open it from the outside), while the door to the bedroom is completely missing the handle. The anteroom is a dirty and dusty space with a rubbish-old, non-functioning refrigerator. I immediately contacted the Booking.com customer service to request alternative accommodations, but no one from Booking.com got back to me (despite the agent I spoke with told me otherwise), so I was forced to spend the night. As I struggled to sleep, I felt something crawling on my arm: a cockroach made me jump out of bed and spend the rest of the night sleepless. Obviously we didn't get a shower and refused to have breakfast which was included in the price. Of course I didn't expect a five stars property, but this property is just not suitable for living. Especially not for families as claimed in the property's name: nothing here looks family friendly, and I find it very irresponsible trying to attract children in such an unsafe place.

Établissement authentique et sincère. Un ventilateur est cependant indispensable l’été, mais impossible d’en avoir un. Merci à Saïd qui a était au top du professionnalisme !

La habitación estaba sucia y llena de mosquitos, la cama súper dura y encima sin aire acondicionado. La ducha súper pequeña y agobiante y el vater sucio.

Riad is close to the city center accessible by walking with around 18 min walk. Host was very kind and helped us with booking taxi from and to the airport. Breakkfast area was very nicely decorated and party room was also available that we used for lugage storage. Overall it was a pleasant stay at Riad.

Breakfast was good, but would be even better if served with different verieties having especially Morocca traditional breakfast dishes during our multiple days stay. Room was quite big and equiped with only one standing fan. It would be better to have atleast 2 standing fans to cover the entire room. Cleanliness and services can be improved for higher ratings. Communication with cleaning staff was tricky since they only speaks Arabic and French. Not good in English.

Nothing everything was disappointing

The rooms were terrible the worst rooms I’ve seen in Marrakech .The toilets were disgusting and looked like a prison cell . The seating area was terrible and looked like a room for hobbits I don’t even recommend this to anyone and it’s not worth value for money if you want to enjoy get a decent hotel but never book this hotel . They food was shit the source was cold for the chicken and they don’t have much of an option. A small portion of chicken was 100 Dirhams which is like £10 you can get cheaper food elsewhere please do not book this hotel it’s not worth it . It was the worst hours of my life felt like I’ve come to slums . The celling was covered fabric stapled theirs no Silent there the Music is left on outside and you can hear its great for headaches.

The staff were helpful, the manager was wonderful. He provided a brand new bed when he was made aware of the aggravation of my backpain caused by the initial poor sagging mattress in the room. We felt we couldn’t be the first to complain about the mattress. The tortoise was grateful for the lettuce leaf we gave him.

Not sleeping the first two nights because of the bed. There is no glass in the window so no protection from the noise outside and no curtains to shield the light. We discovered and used another shower outside our room because our own was so small.

It was a pleasat stay!!

Staying only one night.

This place has so much potential but it is understuffed for now big the place is, dirty and falling apart. I hope they can mamage to clean and renovate a bit.

Staff were lovely and accommodating. Let us leave our bags early (pre-check in time), arranged an airport taxi, and were accommodating of our room requests. The breakfast was simple but included a really nice bread.

The room was quirky with low ceilings which is definitely fine, with clean bedsheets. But the bathroom had not been cleaned - the mirrors had toothpaste stains and the sink drained poorly and also had toothpaste stains.

I booked for 2 people but for strange reasons they didn’t let me stay at the same room together. Just terrible. I lost my money because I didn’t stay at the room and I booked another place! Just crazy and terrible.

I spent some nights with my father here and we both enjoyed the really traditional place. The building is beautiful and the staff is kind and ready to help for any request, promptly. There is a very cute rooftop too

It was very cheap... wanted to try a break on a budget

It was "very rustic" with paint flaking, light bulb hanging off wire, sockets loose on wall... heater that wasn't working and door difficult to lock... breakfast was 30dhms but a coffee alone was 20!!! Saying this, i didn't pay much so it was what it was...

Beautiful Riad Service was excellent and the staff was very friendly! The place was clean and the patio was beautiful Also in a great part of the Medina
