12/10 customer service 👌🏻, Beautiful, modern, spacious, comfortable room and bathroom, tasty Filipino breakfast, close 7 minute walk to Station 1 beach, restaurants and massage/spa nearby, excellent airport to hotel pickup/transpo, comfortable pillows and bed!, very clean, great communication, staff all smiles and polite, rooftop pool, affordable stay, too! I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN. Everything was PERFECT ❤️

Sinceramente non ricordo uno staff più cortese ed accogliente da nessun'altra parte al mondo, forse in qualche hotel cinque stelle extra lusso, ad un prezzo da hotel medio. Stanza bellissima, se non volete essere per forza direttamente sulla spiaggia, è il posto da scegliere. Se dovessi tornare a Boracay, tornerei certamente al Ferra.

Stanza veramente eccellente, letto molto comodo e bagno grande, staff straordinariamente accogliente, gentile e disponibile, colazione abbondante e con tanta scelta, posizione molto centrale. Piscina non usufruita ma molto bella alla vista.

Segnale Wifi un po' debole.

Highly recommended! It exceeded my expectations compared to what I read online. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and always smiling. I truly enjoyed our stay at Ferra Garden. Thank you also for surprising us and beautifully designing our room to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary, it was truly appreciated. I will definitely book this hotel again soon.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de persoonlijke aandacht (zingen voor jarigen, eerste letter voornaam op koffie/theebeker). Ham en ei sandwich was echt lekker (ontbijt zag er sowieso wel goed uit). Zwembad was best groot.

Ik kreeg de tv niet verbonden met wifi van hotel en met wifi hotspot van telefoon.

From the moment you confirm your booking the staff have been so helpful, respectful and friendly. They were able to arrange my transfers to and from Caticlan airport. I was amazed at how attentive the staff were. They definitely exceeded my expectations. My room was amazing. Very spatious and beautiful. I felt like a VIP every day that I was there. They have a variety of food which was delicious. Room service is also available. Even when I was sick at some point the receptionist brought me ginger tea. The location is great. It's easy to walk to Dmall, the beach, activities and other surrounding areas. I barely had to use transport. The hotel has a spa and I highly recommend anyone to try it. I enjoyed both the swedish and aroma massages.

Super friendly and very welcoming. They always clean the room. The location is perfect as its between bolabog beach and dmall. Everything is walking distance. the food is the best! Highly recommended!

كانت إقامتي في Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites رائعة جدًا من أول يوم إلى آخر يوم. جميع الموظفين، خصوصًا موظفي الاستقبال، كانوا بشوشين، محترمين، ودائمًا مستعدين للمساعدة. وفريق النظافة كان ممتاز، الغرفة كانت نظيفة ومرتبة كل يوم، وهذا جعل الإقامة مريحة أكثر. الفندق حديث وجميل، والأثاث جديد وأنيق، والمرافق ممتازة. استمتعت بالأكل اللذيذ في المطعم وبالاسترخاء في المسبح الموجود على السطح. كذلك موقع الفندق ممتاز، فهو بين شاطئ وايت بيتش وشاطئ بولابوغ، وكل شيء قريب ويمكن الوصول إليه مشيًا. بالتأكيد سأختار هذا الفندق مرة أخرى عندما أزور بوراكاي.

Great hotel, very spacious and clean rooms. Everything worked and was in good condition. Bed was soft and comfortable. Staff are amazing, help with anything I needed and always friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay at Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites was outstanding from start to finish. The entire team, especially the reception staff, was welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The housekeeping staff did an exceptional job every day, keeping the room spotless and making my stay even more comfortable. The hotel is beautifully designed with modern rooms, brand-new furnishings, and excellent amenities. I also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and relaxing by the rooftop pool. Its location between White Beach and Bulabog Beach is ideal, with everything within walking distance. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and look forward to returning in the future.

I had 10 nights of happiness and relaxation at Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites. The staff and receptionists were incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel is modern, with a beautiful new building, stylish furniture, spotless rooms, and excellent facilities. The restaurant served delicious food, and the rooftop pool was amazing. The location is perfect, conveniently situated between White Beach and Bulabog Beach, with everything within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Wspaniały Hotel. To mój trzeci raz na wyspie Boracay i zdecydowanie ten hotel to najlepszy wybór. Świetna lokalizacja, cisza i spokój a jednocześnie bardzo blisko wszędzie. Smaczne śniadania i cudowna obsługa której nie znajdziesz nigdzie indziej. Gorące podziękowania dla Clarence, Joebane, Jerald, Georgia i Engiel którzy są wspanialymi osobami i bardzo dbają o gości.

The location is not close enough to the beach. The swimming pool is not available during our stay so the kids didn’t able to swim.

Really pleasant hotel and good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and modern. Free room upgrade on arrival was a nice touch. Breakfast was a la carte with a broad range of options. Good selection of lunch and dinner options in the restaurant and decent value. Bar staff flexible about "happy hour" timings.

Rooftop pool area would benefit from more sun loungers. Air conditioning in the rooms was good but the public areas became very hot at times.

The hotel is in a great location only a 5 minute walk to white beach. The staff were great and the hotel itself is lovely.

Could be a little more shadow by the pool for afternoon. But, not a big deal, we changed our schedule accordingly so we used the pool after sunset.

La ubicación es excelente. Es céntrico y cerca a DMall caminando. Dan desayuno incluido todas las mañanas y puedes elegir distintas opciones. La habitación súper limpia. En el último piso hay una piscina linda con vistas panorámicas.

I had a great stay. The hotel is in an good location, everything was clean and tidy, and the host was very helpful. Outstanding value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

These comments would make the property soo much better: The hallway can be very loud. Staff can be quite loud in the hallway in the mornings, especially with their walkie talkies on loud that can be heard from the room. Guests can also be very loud and have no consideration for other guests staying. So unfortunately we were woken very early every morning. (Would be good for staff to have signs up for guests to be quiet in this area or politely ask guests) Shower: you do have to run the shower for about 15/20 minutes to get hot water rather than like warm water which was a little annoying but had to figure this out. When you ask for room to be tidy they only tidy the bed. We would have wanted sheets and duvet changed and floor sweepers/mopped. We had sandy floor and same bedding for most of our 9 day stay. Our room didn’t get much sun light so it was quite dark but I guess it depends what room you get, due to pointing out back into another building. Unfortunately the neighbours behind the hotel have a dog that pretty much barked most nights. There’s nothing the hotel can do of course but it was rather loud and annoying and consistent. I’d recommend bringing ear plugs or something to block out all the noise.

Staff were AMAZING and room was fabulous! Roof top setup was great but unfortunately temperature of the pool water was too hot! We headed to the sister hotel for a swim and the temperature was perfect! Highly recommended staying here!

L’hôtel est idéalement situé et proche des restaurants, cafés, commerces, plages...Les chambres sont très propres et il y a un service de ménage tous les jours ce qui est vraiment appréciable. De plus, nous tenons à préciser que le personnel de l’hôtel est serviable, agréable et très compétent. Cela a donné une note encore plus positive à notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement !
