I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was great, but what truly made my experience special was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. They welcomed me warmly, upgraded my room without any hassle, and when I decided to extend my stay for one more night, they arranged everything very smoothly. They also organized my transfer, and I really appreciated that there were no unexpected extra charges. The hotel was very clean, and the housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay. When I arrived in my room, I was also surprised with a lovely welcome lemonade cocktail, which was such a nice touch. What impressed me the most was the personal attention from the staff. When it was time for me to leave, they gave me such a warm farewell. The team even took a photo with me and prepared a beautiful sign with my name on it. It made me feel truly special and appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, hospitality, and for making my stay in Boracay so memorable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boracay!

Clean, comfortable and the staff were amazing

I loved the proximity to the beach from the hotel, only a 5 minute walk! On the days that we opted to stay in, there was a great pool which was very relaxing for the family. The staff also graciously upgraded one of our rooms so that the entire could stay on the same floor. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our stay, from towels to toiletries to drinks, we were very well pampered here.

The staff!! Really friendly and accommodating. The location! A 7-minute walk to D’Mall and other local stores. Transportation can also be found nearby. The room! The bed is comfy and there’s enough space to arrange your things.

This is for remote workers but the Wi-Fi can get kind of slow and unpredictable

Soggiornare in questo hotel è stato molto confortevole: lo staff è gentile e premuroso, tutti sono cordiali e si preoccupano che tutto vada al meglio per gli ospiti. All’interno c’è un ristorante in cui viene servita anche la colazione: i cuochi sono preparati e in grado di cucinare ottimi piatti anche occidentali. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose, viene effettuato il servizio di pulizia quotidianamente. Gli spazi sono molto ben tenuti e puliti. Sicuramente è la miglior opzione in rapporto qualità-prezzo a Boracay!

We had a fantastic stay at Ferra Premier in Boracay. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well kept. The beds were super comfy, which made it easy to relax after long days out. The staff were excellent throughout our stay always friendly, professional, and eager to help. A special mention to the front desk team, especially Kat and the night staff, who were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond for us. The pool area was lovely, the food was delicious, and overall the hotel had such a welcoming atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Ferra Premier to anyone visiting Boracay!

The extra on the breakfast add ons cost more than the breakfast itself. Doesn’t make sense but i guess that’s how they make moeny

Staff were so friendly. They remembered the little things like what I could not eat based on my medical condition and made provisions for it. They also let me have me a courtesy room to shower in after check out hours before I left Borocay.

The place is also quiet and peaceful.Its also near most restaurants and is accessible with transportation although it is not really near the beach, it is close to the mall.

מקלחת שירותים קטנים ומים שיוצאים מהמקלחת. היה בנוסף רעש בנייה ממבנים סמוכים ויום שיפוץ במלון אשר לא ידענו עליו מראש. אין מקום לתלות בגדים רטובים.

Einziger negativer Punkt was für uns das Frühstück. Das ist in unseren Augen sehr ausbaufähig. Wir hatten inkl. Frühstück gebucht und durften uns dann nur ein Gericht auswählen, alles weitere wäre Aufpreis gewesen.

We had an incredible stay! The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet spot in Station 2, yet just a short walk to D'Mall and the beach. ​Our room was incredibly spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. The staff were remarkably friendly, providing top-notch service from check-in to check-out. ​As a huge plus, their laundry service was fast and super convenient for keeping our clothes fresh. Excellent value, fantastic service and a highly recommended place to stay in Boracay!

Ontbijt was goed. Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Rooftopbar was heel prettig. Fijn dat je ook naar de andere locatie om de hoek kon om daar te eten/drinken en van het zwembad gebruik te maken. Fijn dat er overal waterpunten stonden.

A few buildings down they had a pool on the upper floor, which was about the only nice thing .

The lady at the front desk grabbed the bag out of our hands when it had delicate items and we told her we didn’t need help carrying them, but she grabbed them anyways .The window view from our room there was garbage piled up on a roof behind where we stayed.. Cracked bathroom light switch, sink and a crack on the tile floor in the corner. Also, the door to get to the refrigerator was rubbing on the ground and hard to open. we were very disappointed with the small one plate breakfast we like the buffets that many other motels offer in the area with more choices and more food!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Pera Premier by JG. The customer service was superb, especially during breakfast—it felt luxurious. I truly appreciate the staff, especially the gentleman who assisted me every morning. He made sure that all guests were well taken care of, and his attentiveness stood out. Everyone working here was kind and accommodating. We were also very grateful for the room upgrade from a Queen Deluxe to a Loft Bedroom—it made our stay even more special. Overall, I can say that choosing this place was worth it. We had a comfortable and memorable experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

La colazione in quanto non essendo abituati a pranzare a colazione ci riducevamo a mangiare fette tostate con burro e marmellata + caffé (qualche volta un'omelette). Occorrerebbe implementare con yogurt, biscotti, fette biscottate e torte varie ogni giorno. Altro inconveniente quello della doccia in quanto l'acqua non veniva scaricata bene per cui ad ogni utilizzo il pavimento del bagno risultava sempre bagnato/allagato.

Stayed on the 2nd part of the hotel, when we order something, we had to wait and some food gets cold. So we had to just go directly to their main hotel to eat.

Excellent staff, always friendly and helpful. Was a pleasure to stay here. All expectations exceeded. Will stay again here for sure next time.

The staffs are very welcoming. Upon arrival, a cold towel was given to us and a refreshing cucumber drink. Complimentary breakfast has a lot to choose from. The place is so clean and the room is cozy.
