조식이 포함되어 있지 않아서 불편하고 숙박일수 별로 무료 커피 쿠폰을 주지 않아서 이상해요. 하루 묵어도 1장 6일을 묵어도 1장이라 형평성 없는 행정같았습니다

Location was ideal with a lot of restaurants, cafes and access to public transport nearby.

Firstly the check in at 10pm was a shock, they don’t have a seating area or any place you can wait, staff didn’t speak English, I wasn’t informed of any of the property facilities, room had no amenities besides the basics and the bathroom would get soaked each time you showered and the room wasn’t cleaned for the 3 nights I stayed. Overall it wasn’t too bad but could be much better if more attention to detail was made.

Its a great location and a wide room

But for the price I paid it was extremely disappointing that the staff was not able to provide wifi to me properly. First the Wifi was not showing on the list and when I requested them to take care of it, they came back 20 minutes later with a different login information and that was didnt work as well. It was a disaster because I was working that night with internet being extremely important and ended up using the internet from my phone. Which I literally could have done in any other hostel and save money. The staff didnt know English and was generally not happy about having to do extra work.

Location was decent. The bed was alright, decently clean and soft for sleeping.

Check-in time was crazy late. It makes almost no sense for travelers, even if one can stash their luggage it is not reasonable.

連絡のレスポンスが早くて安心！ 駅から少し距離あるがオリヤン、コンビニ、空港バスもあって便利！

排水溝から少し異臭がした。 部屋のハウスキーピング頼んだがされてなかった。 一番安い部屋だとトイレとバスルームが一緒でびしょびしょになる。

Service was not overly welcoming and some may find it not hospital but suited me fine.

nice hotel, location is great: many convenience stores and cafes around. subway station and bus stations are nearby too. despite being in a lively area, it was comfortably quiet even with the windows open. staff is very helpful and welcoming, but dont really speak english much

the rooms are not perfect and feel a lil old, may need some renovation but nothing too crazy. still very comfy and clean

Location was perfect. Room was clean and spacious for a single traveller. Great bathroom facilities.

Some minor cosmetic maintenance was needed, but didn’t affect my comfort. Check-in time at 10 pm is unusually late, but suited my itinerary this time.

We had a good stay. The free parking was a nice perk for the price. The room we were assigned initially had a leaky air conditioner but they promptly helped us move rooms. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathtub was clean and unexpectedly large. Compared to other hotels at the price point in Seoul the room was clean.

This “4 star” property has a nice location. Close to the metro station and many restaurants. If you are lucky enough to get a comfort room, it’s pretty large and comfortable. I can’t say the same for the standard double room. That is pretty small. The facilities are pretty basic. A bit far from the description in the property.

For starters, the check-in time is 8pm which is pretty absurd and they are not flexible about this. Apperamtly it is because the hotel was also working with “hourly rates” as well. Don’t think anything bad about that but this is the way it was. No room has a safe or a working safe. The room descriptions are in accurate about the safe and wardrobe. They changed my room but the bigger one they provided was also not equipped with a working safe and they couldn’t solve the problem for 3 days. Quite incompetent approach! The staff barely speaks English. They try to help but when they are hopeless, they won’t try to talk to you anymore. I find it pretty rude! Overall that was a bit of disappointment for a hotel advertised as such.

Great location close to Sungshin Women’s University Station. Room was clean and quiet.

Check-in time was an absurdly late 8 pm, despite guests checking out at noon. As a tired traveller, it was exhausting to lug my bags around the city all day before I could finally enter my room. Front desk staff were present but disinterested.

난방이 안됩니다. 중앙난방이라고 하시던데 난방을 요정했으나 난방이 되지 않았어요. 초가을이라 견딜수 있었습니다.

One of the staff I think the older was very nice and tried hard to help..but the problem was with the other guy, the young spoilt one.

One of the Staff (the younger guy) is the worst I've ever seen in hotels. The toilet floor was full of sticky urine drops. Will never repeat this miserable stay

The location is great for traveller by airport bus or subway, only short walking distant from the stop. Friendly staff although cannot speak English, we communicate using Google translate.

Room is a bit small, bed was too soft so it wasn’t comfortable. My check-in time is 8 pm and no early check-in option available!! Please check your check-in time before you book the room.

모기때문에 잠을 못 잤어요. 방이 전체적으로 습하고 에어컨도 시원찮습니다ㅠ 호텔인줄 알았는데.. 조금은 고급스런(?)모텔 수준이네요

가격 대비 괜찮은편입니다.

I arrived for a late check-in which the staff were more than welcome to accommodate. They spoke excellent English which made it easy for a foreigner to get settled in comfortably. The room was clean and fresh. Overall a great hotel and would love to come back on my next visit. -American traveler

The bugs everywhere and housekeeping workers constantly ignore do not disturb sign and barging in to my room without my permission. By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had in Korea.

청소 상태가 좋지 않았습니다 연박인데 청소를 안 해 주는 것은 이해하더라도 생수와 수건을 챙겨주지 않아 불편했습니다 숙련되지 못한 직원이 있어 불쾌했습니다 대학가라 주변 식당 등을 이용하기는 좋습니다만 주차가 불편했고, 창문을 열면 공사중이라 시끄럽고 담배냄새가 계속 올라왔습니다 근처에 업무가 있어 예약했는데 목적에 맞지 않는 숙소를 고른 것 같아 후회했습니다

착한가격으로 주위에 먹을곳도 많고 역도 가깝고 좋았어요~

당일 예약이 돼서 너무 좋았어요. 방이 좀 작아 그런지 옷 걸 데는 마땅히 없더라구요. 방은 전체적으로 깨끗했고 새벽에 더워서 창문 열고 잤는데 아침되니 점점 시끄러워져서 닫고 다시 잤어요. 만족합니다.

집에서 가깝고 식사할곳이 많아 편리함

너무 깨끗하고 친절하고 편리해요 위치도 좋고 방 욕실 침대 모두모두 너무 좋았습니다 넷플릭스되어서 좋구요 또 방문할겁니다

우선 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 지하철과도 가깝고 버스와도 가까워요. 도로변이라서 시끄럽지 않을까 걱정했는데 창문 닫으니 조용합니다! 너무 번화가쪽을 살짝 피해있어서 더 좋았습니다. 직원분도 매우 친절합니다. 밤에 바닥에 보일러를 틀어서 따끈따끈했습니다. 좋았어요! 재방문 의사 있습니다!

만족스럽고 좋았어요. 다음에 또 이용할게요.

Super comfy bed and <10 mins from a subway station. Plenty of places to eat near. Staff were very friendly too!

The property is a newer Korean-style motel, with compact rooms. They're not meant for longer stays, but are more than adequate for shorter ones. There's some signs of wear and tear, but overall it's a clean, well-kept example of its type of facility, and represents good value for money. Staff are helpful. The location isn't particularly central, but is very close to transportation and the immediate area is a small but fun student district. People who are sensitive to noise should ask for rooms on higher floors, on the side away from the main street.

수준이 갈수록 떨어지네요

잠시 혼자 쉬기에 좋았습니다. 작지만 아담하고 욕조도 있어서 맘에 들었네요. 입실할때 방이 너무 따뜻해서 창을 열어 환기를 햐야되었지만 추운것보다는 낫죠.^^.룸은 깨끗했고 핸드폰 충전기도 기종별로 할 수 있게 비치되어 있는 센스에 만족. 침대는 너무 푹신푹신(저는 바닥체질이라 침대가 너무 푹신하니 허리가 아프더군요. 그러나 침대쓰시는 분들은 좋어하실듯) 방음이 잘 안된다는 평이 있어 어느정돈인가 싶었는데 저는 소음에 예민한 사람이 아니라 그리 크게 여겨지지는 않았습니다. 영하의 추운날씨에 입실했지만 방은 너무 따뜻해서 더울수 있으니 창문열어 환기하면 답답함은 사라집니다. 가격대비 만족했습니다. 직원들도 무척 친절했고요. 둘이 오래머물긴 좀 답답한 사이즈이지만 혼자가 잠시 쉬어가긴 좋은것 같습니다

입실할때부터 너무 바닥이 뜨거워 조절해달라고 했으나 12시가 되어서도 난방이 멈추질 않아 그냥 퇴실했습니다. 잘 수 없는 정도였고 공기가 답답해서 도저히 더 오래 있을 수 없었습니다.

지하철 역에서 가까워 이동이 매우 편했다.

Fixtures on the wall and restroom seemed to be poorly attached or falling off. The hardwood floor under the side table was filthy. The WiFi didn’t work.

우선 다른건 제쳐두고 제가 호텔스닷컴 실버입니다. 여행을 좋아해서 15박 이상을 여러곳에서 머물러 봤었는데, 여긴 수페리어룸에 묵었었는데 침대가 정말 정말 폭신해서 꿀잠 잤어요 침대만 보면 재방문 의사 100%이나 다른 부분들은 전부 비추에요 침대가 중요한 분만 여기 예약하세요 욕실과 화장실이 분리되어 있어도 서로 물이 다 흐르구요 심지어 욕조 아래 배수구, 샤워기 아래 배수구가 전부 막혀있어서 물바다가 되었었어요. 샤워후라서 사람 부르기 그래서 직접 살펴보니 온통 머리카락으로 다 막혀있었... 처음 도착했을 때는 테이블에도 뭐가 많이 뭍어 있어서 그냥 수건 적셔서 제가 한번 다 닦았었어요 방 바꾸니 뭐니 옮기기도 귀찮고 로비에서 vip룸이라고 한건데 이정도면 뭐 다른덴 오죽하겠나 싶어요 그리고 공간이 많이 울리고 방음 하나도 안되요 욕조 사용하면 온 방안이 습기가 차서 ㅠㅠ 아침에 보니까 창에 결로가 엄청 생기더라구요 전체적으로 호텔 분위기를 모방한 그냥 ㅜㅜ

다 좋은데 방음이 잘 안되나봐요 다른 방에서 샤워하는 소리 다 들리고 끄럽더라구요

清潔感もあり、オシャレですごく良かった。 4泊したが、毎日タオルを交換してくれ、ベットも大きく寛ぐことができた。 チェックイン前と後も荷物を置いておいてくれ、とても助かった。 アメニティーも一通り揃っていて シャンプーコンディショナーボディーソープも良かった。 あとボディースポンジ、歯ブラシもあった。 ただ、スリッパはあるものの使い捨てのものではなかったので、気になる方は持参した方がいいかも。 私は持参した使い捨てスリッパを使いました。　 スーツケースは1こ広げる分には特に不便はなかったです。 ホテル裏にはマート、近くにコンビニやオリヤンもあり、とても便利。バス停、地下鉄からもすぐ近く。最寄りの地下鉄は4号線沿いで、明洞、東大門、ソウルへ行きやすくてよかった。 スタッフの人は日本語が話せる人がいなかったように思いましたが、特に問題はありませんでした。

12月に二泊しました。お部屋も大変清潔で、バスタブもあり、快適に過ごせました。ただオンドルが凄く効きすぎて部屋が大変あつくて、寝苦しかったです。その他は最高でした。また利用したいです。

綺麗で清潔で3日間不快なく過ごせました!!ありがとうございました!!最近流行りのインスタ映えな感じもよかったです!! 浴室の鏡がもう少し低い位置、真ん中ら辺に付いてたらよかったです。

離車站近，交通方便，6011直通國際機場。

ホテルは、毎日水の補充に、掃除もしてくれるし、快適に過ごす事が出来ました。ホテル入り口にも、アメニティの販売機も あります。食べる場所が、近くにたくさんあり、買い物場所もあります から、とても便利でした。又このホテルを利用したいです
