If u step into an accommodation, the first thing u ask and check is hygiene and bein in Japan this was not expected, receptionist were just busy with there screens and house keeping boys were just chatting with a girl on the reception Rather go to little Japan few blocks around the corner

No locker storage for belongings. Poor air circulation in capsule beds, so beds were a little hot.

何よりもロケーションの良さ。秋葉原の駅からとても近いという点は大きい。確かに近くに他のホテルは存在するものの、ここは価格も抑えられていて、なおかつ、サービスも過剰ではなく、滞在しやすかった。

できれば、冷蔵庫などの保存するためのアイテムが一部屋に一つずつ欲しい。

Been here few times but was on the capsule beds before, but this time I chose the private room as it is summer I wanted the air-condition for myself. Very convenient location as 3-5 minutes walk you are in Akihabara's main town. about 2 minutes walk from the train stations. The room was bigger than I thought it would be, as always the toilet and bathroom are cleaned daily so its always nice to see. Overall, it was a good value for the long stay and also convenient.

The only think I dislike is the pillows, they get a bit hard overtime, or it could just be me. But yea, just the pillows.

枕頭偏軟(但這個人喜好 3F的個式有獨立空間滿好的，不過廁所和盥洗流理台一起，洗完澡吹頭髮剛好遇到有人上大號出來，很尷尬之外，還很臭~ 希望可以分開~~~~~~

Great location and the rooms are really quiet. Reception is open till late.

The staff were friendly, the place was quite confortable. it is also well placed in Akihabra, it's only about 15 minutes walk from Akihabara electric town. the hostel is clean and very close to Akihabara station, which is also easy to access from the hostel

The only thing that might get people a bit unconfortable in the dorms is the small space. Large luggage in the room without specific area could make the space really tinier than it actually is.

The location is very close to everything: Subway, JRLines, restaurants, shopping area. The staff is very helpful. The room and the common bathroom is generally clean.

There is not enough space in the hallway of the room though to fully open big luggages. The hallway is a bit narrow. Shoes are allowed inside the room which makes the room smell a bit stinky. There should be a separate room/place where shoes should be stored and should not be allowed inside the room.

シャワールームと脱衣場がもう少し広いとありがたいです。 部屋の床がコンクリートでサンダルか厚めのスリッパが欲しかったです。 フロア入口に近い部屋で物音が気になる方は少しうるさく感じるかもしれません。 カプセルホテルよりははるかに静かです。 電車が通る音も多少ある部屋でした。

アメニテイ–が有料でした。荷物置き場が無く狭い。ロッカーも財布、スマホしか入れられ無い。

スタッフの方の対応とロケーション、清潔さが良かった。あと地味にベットのところに電源とUSB-Aが来てるのも良かった。

良くなかったというか改善したらいいのになーと思ったのはトイレの使い方（結局最後までどれが正しい流すボタンなのかわからなかった）とか、掲示物が微妙に現状とズレてるところがあるのはもったいなかった。

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel is very foreigner-friendly, with English-speaking staff who made communication easy. The atmosphere was lively, and there were social events that made it a great place to meet other travelers. My private room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for the price. Overall, it offered excellent value for money and was especially well-suited for solo travelers.

The main drawback was that the private rooms do not have attached bathrooms, so guests need to use the shared facilities. While the shared areas were clean and well-maintained, having an in-room bathroom would make the stay even more comfortable.

Its a very family like hostel. You can expect lots of laughs and help from everyone working there. Also they have some nice activities. So you will always be able to connect to people, if you would want to:)

Booked 2 rooms 1 month apart and paid quite a lot more for the second room but no difference. Was frustrating not to get the same price. A bit noisy from street below, but too be expected.

Very friendly staff, double room is very spacious and has a comfortable bed and cool AC. Very close to Akihabara station as well as the major shopping district is Akihabara. Shower was spacious enough

Doors sometimes didnt close properly, had to mess with the door for it to lock.

こういうタイプの共同スペース有り施設は初めて利用しましたが、二度と利用したくないと感じました。施設が悪かったわけではなく個人の好みの話です。

The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient, very close from Akihabara station and from different restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and allowed me to rest well after some very full days of adventures.

When I got there, the surface behind my bed (with a lamp on) was dirty with dust and crumbs. I was expecting to find the room 100% clean. Also, the ladies bathroom in the 4th floor was not working, it was closed. It would be great if you accomodated female travelers in a floor where there is a shared bathroom they can actually use. Or maybe let people know in advance. Other than that, it was nice.

The walking area in front of the capsules is too narrow and cramped with luggage and stuff.

Gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum im EG mit Küche, super hilfsbereite Angestellte.

Wie so häufig leider kein Desinfektionsspender auf den Toiletten. Da teilt man sich mit vielen Menschen die Toilette und kann die Brille vor Benutzung nicht sauber machen.

They make you read a full contract with terms and conditions while you are at the check in when you arrive on a tablet. No one has the time or willingness to go through 20 pages of legal word when you arrive, there is no point for this in a youth hostel and should not be handled at this stage.

Dorms were too cramped and there were aruff everywhere on the floor and hanging wet towels. No proper ventilation. The whole place was damp and smelled like feet. The staircases on the upper beds are dangerous to climb. Why are there no proper blanket covers? Having to use inbetween-sheets that falls off Who knows how often the blanket is being washed. Made me sus. The place was also cold. And i brought my own pillow but it was removed and lost.

23時以降レイトチェックインとなりブラス1000円です。羽田空港22時着だと微妙に間に合いませんでした。30分遅らせてもらえるとよかったかなと思いました。
