Excellent location and wonderful staff. We arrived very early on a wet day and staff went out of their way to help. Quiet neighbourhood, close to everything including great food and transport options. Seven11/Familymart nearby, plus a supermarket is a short walk. Rooms are comfortable with good storage and seperate shower/toilet. Book this one!

Leaving! We had a great stay.

The room was super clean. The breakfast had a very nice selection of dishes. The location was very convenient. The hotel is very close to the train station. And all the staff, especially the reception, were very polite and helpful.

La habitación no tenía ventilación y se acumulaba la humedad. La solución fue tener la puerta abierta.

Hotel molto carino e tranquillo, in una via tranquilla vicino ad Akihabara, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana, con tanti locali, caffè e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Molto bello l'ingresso e la hall dell'hotel con il caffè, rilassante! Bella la stanza con i futon rialzati.

Hotel pulito ma non rifanno le stanze giornalmente. Purtroppo nelle camere non si aprono le finestre. Sarebbe bello poter fare una colazione leggera con caffè e brioche ma al momento non è possibile, sei costretto a prendere la colazione completa al piatto.

Fajnie zaprojektowany pokój z łóżkiem piętrowym dla dzieci. Duże okna z przestrzennym widokiem. Czysto. Doskonałe położenie w spokojnej okolicy a zarazem obok Akihabara - stacja metra i pociągów, sklepy i restauracje.

Słaby wybór śniadań - tylko 3 gotowe zestawy, brak bezpłatnej kawy z ekspresu pomimo że jest wysokiej jakości ekspres - kawa tylko przelewowa.

Instalaciones bastante nuevas. Su ubicación y la cercanía a la estación de Akihabara facilitan la visita de las distintas zonas de Tokio.

No limpian ni hacen la cama a diario, solo cada tres días. Las camas son duras y nuestra habitación no tenía luz de lectura. Los yukatas tenían manchas. La insonorización no es buena y se oye bastante el tráfico de la calle. El desayuno es caro y escaso en comparación a otros hoteles de la misma categoría. El registro en el hotel lo tiene que hacer el cliente en una máquina.

El menú del desayuno solo tiene 3 opciones, están excelentes las tres pero si te hospedas varios días como que te cansa lo mismo.

C'est mon 5e séjour dans cet hôtel, je l'apprécie donc complètement ! Très bon emplacement (pas loin du métro, de la gare et possibilité d'aller à pied à Ueno ou Asakusa par exemple). Chambre super confortable si on est OK pour dormir sur des futons. Café offert.

Some of the staff too cold and unfriendly. Room is just too small. Small is ok but you need a place to put your luggage. Carpeting is wrong and dirty.

L'hotel è a 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Hakihabara e dalla via principale della "Città elettronica". In caso voleste alloggiare proprio in questo quartiere, l'hotel è la scelta migliore, il prezzo è giusto. È un hotel moderno, arredato con gusto, il personale è giovane, gentile, disponibile e parla bene l'inglese. Al secondo piano si trova la sala con le lavatrici, asciugatrici e distributore di bevande. Le pulizie vengono fatte ogni 3 giorni (tenetene conto!), ma il cambio cestini e asciugamani è giornaliero su richiesta. La colazione è di tre tipologie: americana, avocado toast o asiatica. Fortunatamente il bar offre anche brioche, cappuccino etc. Il caffè è buono, gratis e offerto alla caffetteria a qualsiasi ora del giorno. Ho alloggiato nella twin room con la mia famiglia: sono 2 stanze comunicanti, ognuna col proprio bagno. Ottima sistemazione. Hotel consigliato!

Ho sentito molto la mancanza di un armadio dove poter riporre i vestiti...in camera sono presenti solo 3 appendini dove vengono appese le grucce, davvero poco pratico! In bagno inoltre non esistono appendini dove poter mettere asciugamani e biancheria

We had 2 comunicating rooms for 4 persons, so we had quite good space for all of us anyway and 2 bathrooms. Good position for Tokyo. Good breakfast to buy on place.

The rooms did not have any chairs or sofas since they were small.

Pues cuando llegamos hacía un calor horrible en la habitación y por la noche cuando nos fuimos a dormir, la almohada olía a pies,duermes encima de un tatami y es muy duro el colchón, la habitación no la limpiaban todos los días

It was weird the TV emplacement in the room. But that was a tiny detail.

湯船につかるつもりがシャワーで少し残念でした 帰りのエレベーターで清掃か、何かを確認するのか、バインダーを持った男性が、乗り込んだ私達を迷惑そうにしたのが最後なのに不愉快だった

The hotel was nice and clean, and it was only about a 10-minute walk from public transport. The location was convenient and overall we had a pleasant stay.

The only downside was that the beds were a little harder than I expected.

A human-sized hotel, with pragmatic features and prices, delivering communicative rooms for families. We really appreciate the 3-choices tasty breakfast: super tasty, it could still be improved with variety (the recipe of each choice is everyday the same…).

Based on previous reviews we expected breakfast to be slightly disorganised and busy. It was the complete opposite. It's nof your typical hotel buffet style. A choice of three different dishes - Japanese (really enjoyed), Avocado on toast (equally delicious and American (hash browns, bacon, salad). The plates can be adapted according to taste and the cafe serves cakes, croissants etc to please kids. Although these do run out at times and cost extra. The beds in the rooms are very hard and pleasingly comfortable and surprisingly spacious for Tokyo hotels. We never realised the vast size of the hotel in booking - rooms are spread over 15 floors. But it is welcoming, intimate and the staff are super friendly and accomodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing really. If we had to say anything at all perhaps more tea and coffee could be provided in the rooms - 3 small sachets of matcha didn't last us long for 2 days. But the Family Mart is super close-by so it didn't spoil our stay.

La ubicación es buena, muy cerca de Akihabara. Es un hotel mediano-pequeño, por lo que es mucho más cómodo para todo. El desayuno es muy bueno, no es buffet, pero casi mejor. La zona es muy tranquila y en metro se llega a todas partes rápido.

Las almohadas podrían ser un poco mejores y las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, casi no cabe la maleta, aunque lo normal en Tokyo. No tienen servicio de envío de maletas y aunque las oficinas de la compañía están en el edificio trasero, se agradecería la ayuda del hotel en el proceso, ya que se agradece mucho la entrega de las maletas y el rellenado de formularios en la recepción.

Nice property. Rooms were very basic but fit well into the price category. Very clean and lovely staff. Coffee in the foyer was a nice touch.

We left a jacket in the room and realised 3 days later. Unfortunately it could not be located. Disappointing lost property wasn’t followed up with us after we checked out.

Location to the train station and amenities around was great

Property was nice. A but simple but nice

The staff were very friendly, it made the check-in process easy. Amenities were free to take from a cupboard in the lobby and the facilities were all very clean. Also, there was complimentary coffee which was nice. We don't drink coffee though. I liked how the room was designed with the tatami and the spaces below the sleeping area to put suitcases away. The location was not bad, close enough to Akihabara to walk there comfortably but not too close to have to hear all the noises in the place.

For the price point, I was hoping for more. The rooms were more cramped than I expected, and the bathroom didn't have a tub. It was still very comfortable though.

The staff was excellent - when my spouse got sick they were able to help us book a doctor appointment, which relieved a lot of stress. The breakfast was also great! When we got home, I tried a few of the recipes they made for breakfast!

The location was great. Near the heart of Akihabara, making it easy to walk around and commute.

The beds were not comfortable and instead of getting one double bed we got two single beds separed

Ottima esperienza in questo hotel! La stanza era pulitissima, spaziosa e davvero comoda per 4 persone. ​Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo i servizi messi a disposizione degli ospiti: il caffè gratuito è una gran coccola, così come sono risultati utilissimi e super comodi sia il dispenser del ghiaccio che la lavanderia a gettoni. ​La colazione è ottima, anche se suggerirei di inserire qualche opzione dolce in più per completare l'offerta e accontentare davvero tutti i gusti. Nel complesso un soggiorno eccellente.

Great hotel in the center of Akihabara, yet in a quiet neighborhood with lots of nice restaurants and cozy bars around. Check-in is self-service during which one also proceeds to the payment. Our room for three was small, but felt bigger and was very tidy and felt comfortable. The bathroom and the equipment are modern and everything feels classy. A great service is the free coffee, available at the counter. The staff is japanese-like polite and helpful and helps you to feel at ease. Taken together, a great spot to spent a couple of days in Tokyo!

The AC in the lobby made me freeze, especially given the hot temperatures outside. But that's only a minor point given the overall high quality of the hotel.

מיקום טוב קרוב לתחנת מטרו ורכבת. איזור שקט ונעים. קרוב למסעדות ולחנויות נוחות. ארוחת בוקר טובה. החדרים מרווחים, נקיים, ומזגן טוב.

חלק מהמזרנים קצת קשים. בחירה בין 3 סוגי ארוחות בוקר, ללא בופה.

The hotel was a 10-15 minutes walk from the Akihabara Station, which was quite convenient if you are planning to go around Tokyo using train. There's free coffee everyday, the room was clean and the bed is comfortable.

フロントの方皆さん感じ良かったです。 チェックイン、アウト気持ちよくさせていただきました。

朝食7時に行きましたがまだレジが空いてなかったのですがそこにいたスタッフの方が、お客さん来ちゃいましたと言われてました。 もう少し言葉遣いを気をつけた方がいいと感じました。

Easy check in process and quiet location close to all tourist locations in Akihabara as well as the train station and good access to convenience stores nearby. Easy check in and clean rooms with adequate space.

Really lovely hotel highly recommended

Great location and a practical, well-designed apartment. The staff were friendly, and the coffee served in the restaurant downstairs was excellent.

For a family of four with two teenagers, the room felt a bit small at times. However, that’s to be expected in a city like Tokyo, where hotel rooms are generally smaller.

Hotel ben curato e pulito. Le camere erano spaziose (eravamo 2 adulti e due adolescenti). Ci hanno asseganto una camera al 15esimo piano! La mattina è presente un piccolo baretto con caffè e colazione, utile se si è di fretta.

La posizione non vicinissima alla metro se avete valigie (parliamo di 5/6 minuti a piedi da Akihabara st.). La pulizia camere viene effettuata ogni 3/4 giorni, ma è indicato al momento dell check in e potete chiedere comunque ogni giorni il cambio asciugamani.

枕やタオルがあり得ないくらい臭かったです。 すごく臭い足の臭いみたいな匂いがしてて、とてもじゃないですが頭を乗せる気になれなかったです。

外観から楽しませてくれる。 ゆったりくつろげる雰囲気が良かった。 部屋は不思議な体験をさせてくれる内装で、他のホテルにはないユニークな感じが楽しかった。 ウェルカムドリンクがあって嬉しい。 シャワーは水圧が強く、また天井から降り注ぐタイプも味わえた。 レンジも部屋に備え付けがある。 カードキーを差し込んでおかなくてもエアコンを点けたままにしておける。 コンビニが近い。

バスタブが無い。シャワーのみ。 ベッド、布団が硬め。 ティッシュが残り少ないままで、途中で無くなり替えも無かった。 ソファがあるが堅く、背もたれも痛いやつでくつろげない。 コーヒーは好きに飲むことはできず、一階の朝食がやっている時間帯のみのようで残念。 埃がやたらある。 スイッチを押すためにテレビの裏を見ることになる配置の為気になり、シャワールーム、浴室内の天井換気扇はホコリで芽詰まり。 化粧台の鏡の照明にホコリが積もっていて汚らしかった。 またその化粧台は一般的な鏡の為、シャワーの熱気で曇ってしまうので終わりに髪を乾かす時は鏡として役にたたなかった。

Close to the Akihabara station. Room was small, but there was space to store the suitcases underneath the beds. The staff is friendly and the hotel itself is nice. The breakfast at the cafe was good!

When it rained, the carpets in the hallways got wet and had a musty odor becuase the center of the building was open to the outside. Looks cool but not very practical.

とても清潔で部屋も広く、5人一部屋でもゆったりとくつろげました。

少し駅からは離れていて、荷物を持って歩くのは大変でした。

Hotel with Nice layout of room, walking distance to subway, great ambience.

The beds are very hard in combibation with one oversized pillow. If management reads this: ”to provide your guests with a good nights sleep, must be the most basic criteria of a hotel. With rather simple adjustments to add a soft-top above the existing mattress and provide a thin pillow, The Tourist hotell can succesfully get much better guest reviews”.

Excelente desayuno! Limpio y amplio

Die Lage des Hotels ist super und man hat viele Metrostationen in der Nähe. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern, sowie auch das Bad mit einer tollen Dusche. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hulfsbereich. Für den Joffer hat es unter dem Bett extra einen Stauraum, welcher sehr praktisch ist.

Die Zimmer sind relativ klein, wie gewöhnlich In Japan. Leider kann man das Fenster nicht gross öffnen, wodurch sehr wenig frische Luft ins Zimmer kommt.

its walking distance to subways, we were 5 August family with three children 16, 13 and 5.. little was comfortable but narrow and tight, it’s attached rooms with two bathrooms. Everything is provided include pyjamas. Breakfast was really nice, but only 3 options. Black coffee, juices soy milk sort of free flow. Most of the time we walk on last day, we took GO taxi - Alphard cost me Y3500 to go to Shankasen Tokyo. Not much to complain. no gym, no osen.

Das Bad war ok und sauber. Das Frühstück war auch ok, wenn man ein "süßer " Frühstücker ist. angeboten wurden allerdings auch Japanisches Frühstück und amerikanisches. Der Kaffee war ok, der Filterkaffee leider gar nicht.

Das Zimmer war zu klein für die Reisekoffer, es gab keine Garderobe oder eine Ablagemöglichkeit für dieKleidung. Lediglich die Jacken konnte man aufhängen. Futonbett geht für 1-2 Nächte. Das Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet oder gekippt werden. Bei einem leichten Erdbeben gab es keinerlei Aufklärung. Für Japaner vermutlich normal, Europäer verunsichert es.

Good location in Akihabara, short walk to train/subway station and shopping district, and a convenience store across the street. Staff very nice, patiently helping sort out a mix up with our booking. Room is reasonably spacious for Tokyo and can adequately accommodate two people, good shower/bathroom. The hotel is in a side street so it is pretty quiet, given it's in a very busy area. Cafe downstairs has excellent coffee and lovely staff.

Mattress a bit firm for me. A bedside lamp would be useful as would a suitcase stand. The design of futons on top of tatami platforms looks great, but the platforms tend to project some noise from neighbouring rooms. It's not intrusive, but noticeable at times. This layout might not suit people with mobility issues.

駅から近く、大通りから少し奥まった所にあるので、安心感がありました。近くにコンビニや飲食店もあり、食事にも困りませんでした。 コーヒーがいつでも頂けるので、コーヒー好きの私には最適なホテルでした。

季節がらあちこちに虫がいました。来客が多い時期だったので仕方ないと思います。

The room was very spacious, especially for Japan!

The bed was quite hard.

The beds were very comfortable, the room had a lot of storage space for our luggages, especially compared to the average room size in Japan. Staff was friendly and helpful, and there is 24/7 free coffee in the lobby.

The laundry machines could use an upgrade, but having a coin laundry room was great, and the price for a load was very reasonable.
