The food and the staff were very kind and professional.

The bathroom and the WC room...the absence of any place inside the bathroom for hanging the towels. Both rooms were very much small making movements very difficult inside the room, managed with difficulty.

Requested for a curated breakfast and they went the extra mile to provide that

The bathroom was split as toilet, bathroom and the wash basin with very little place for each of them separately. Would have made more sense if it was together.

The hostility of the staff was exceptional. Deepak Dharshini and krithik were really helpful and they gave us a very comfortable stay

The split of bathrooms and toilets made the toilet fully cramped and many of us and even those who are little fat or tall will find it very difficult to fit inside.

Dharshini from the reception was tooooo sweet and Suganya in the restaurant took care of all our needs. Both went beyond our expectations . Food - exceptionally good. When I asked for just boiled eggs, they presented it in a awe way! Rooms - squeaky clean and they provide everything we needed. It was so easy even with elders. Lobby - oh my, I still cannot forget the ambience, welcome drink and the fresh smell... Overall, BEST stay, food and hospitality. Next time also I will definitely stay here.

Food - exceptional ( we enjoyed the complementary breakfast. Lunch was amazing with a wide variety of options) Reception staff were amazing. Deepak was warm and welcoming and gave us a room upgrade from superior to deluxe. Darshini accommodated us by providing a late check out option. Darshini also checked on whether everything was to our liking at the hotel which suggested how much they value customer feedback. Location was good and property is well maintained and in good condition.

We have been to Regency Tirunelveli by GRT Hotels several times, and our experience has been very pleasant. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well maintained. The hospitality is warm and professional and the breakfast and dining experience also good. A special mention of thanks to Mr. Deepak from the Front Office for giving us the room we preferred with a lovely view. We also thank Mr. Samson for being so courteous and helpful. The entire team made us feel at home and we appreciate their hospitality.

Excellent place to stay. Everything in this place is excellent. Staffs - Darshini and Mohammad Thoufique supported us during the stay. Food - I had breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was organized very well. The food was excellent.

Absolutely loved our stay! The front desk team -Krithik ,Samson ,Darshini and Atul EHK was incredibly welcoming,the room was large and spotless and the breakfast selection exceeded expectations. Clean and nice hotels. Front office staff was friendly and so was house keeping. Value for money - good beds and quiet sleep.

Rooms were well maintained and clean. AC works very well. It’s in a central location close to railway station. Breakfast was very good and I would give full marks for hospitality.

All aspects and staff are too good. Especially Dharshini's hospitality and her sincerity towards her job is exemplary.

The stay experience is very good from starting till checkout,we have been received with an angavasthram and then a relaxing welcome drink.In checkin process were quick with all effective details and they provide a invitation for the Cult tea service which they provide Tea ,Coffee with Snack in the Lobby.and they used to interact with all the guest with comfort level during the session.we can anywhere any staff with smiling face and assisting Nature.

There was some work going on during morning time for close to 2 to 3 hrs which was annoying since that caused lot of noise.

Excellent service right from pickup until drop end to end service was excellent. The rooms are clean, staff service are excellent each and every one of the staff are always smiling and welcoming the guest and never say no for any request. The restaurant food is authentic and price are nominal only with quality food and excellent delivery experience and satisfaction. More than the value of money and over satisfaction and customer experience. the bathroom & lavatory was horrible -- i have stayed in grt almost entire tamilnadu & i myself being a grt member from great foodie --- i haven't seen a rest room in this design - very uncomfortable --- not worth for the money

The food was absolutely excellent — every meal was fresh, tasty, and had plenty of variety. The breakfast spread was especially impressive. The staff were very courteous, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The staff were very helpful and quick minded. I would like to thank the restaurant staff, the security, and the reception desk staff. They made the stay feel very homely. The laundry was also quite good. My clothes were folded neatly. The location was at a crossroad surrounded by many shops. Very convenient to both Nellaiyappar temple and Krishnapuram

The only issue was at the restaurant when we went for breakfast, the AC kept recirculating the same air because of which our clothes were smelling of food. So maybe look into this. the bar also had similar AC issues. The gym is not very clearly called out in the amenities and it would be great if there was a spa

it gave an impression of real 5 star experience, right from the reception, the room and its ambience, cleanliness and the class & brands of eatables in mini bar, toiletries, water bottle etc..are so so good. I suggest a magnifying mirror in toilet & to check all the soap & lotion dispenser before a new arrival. (i experienced a watery mix in body lotion)

Though it is on the pricier side, it truly offers excellent value for money given the outstanding hospitality, quality of food, hygiene, and overall maintenance. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and well‑managed place to stay.

The property is at a convenient location with superb staff support and very well maintained rooms.

Had a nice welcome and Check in By Mr.Ram Balaji and his team Ms.Mari and Mr.Rubesh and a welcome coffee by Mr.Raju and Mr.Raja. Rooms were Clean and all Staffs were amazing. At dining Chef Madan made a lovely fish curry .Thanks to Purchase manager Mr.Regu Selvam who got many varieties of Fish which we don’t get even in 5 stars (Which serve only basa fish)and was served by Raja,Ponvelan,Alex,Suganya,Aishwarya and Arun. Had a wonderful stay.
