Communication gap. Informed manager that I need 5 day stay from Monday to Friday at reception but manager misunderstood Monday to Thursday and asked to vacate strictly. Having a kid and finding next hotel was cumbersome experience. Manager should have given priority extending the stay for another day for additional cost but he was not helping.

Personnel parlant très mal l’anglais et condescendant. Ce n’était pas agréable. Pas de repas ni de petit déjeuner continentaux et attention aux horaires ! Les éléments de la carte ne sont pas tous disponibles à la même heure. Ex : vous pouvez avoir du riz à partir de 11.30 h mais pour les œufs il faut attendre 12.30 …! Impossible de faire laver son linge si on reste seulement deux nuits … le délai est de 36 h pour récupérer son linge !!

Front office staff a girl on 16th August, was chasing us for the checkout from10.00 AM. Was also rude in her attitude. not a professional hotel attitude from front office. Breakfast area was chaos, guest breakfast area merged with a fucntion.. everyone was confused. also the spread was all short supplied.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2025First I was given a room with no outside view and completely closed on all sides - after my request they immediately changed the room and gave me room with city view specifically the highway bridge .. it was fantastic to sit and keep watching vehicles cruising over the bridge during night hours .. we were sitting till 12 midnight and enjoying .. Secondly the room itself , very spacious with all facilities .. Great stay

Reviewed Apr 17, 2025Clean and good sized rooms. Breakfast was decent with sufficient variety. Taste was also good. Location is a bit away, like 20 mins, from town so take this into consideration based on your purpose of visit. Has good veg and non-veg eateries beside the hotel.
Nothing major. Nitt picking.. Minor things like water bottles could be larger instead of the small ones. TV package subscriptions could be activated according to customer's interest. Parking is not sheltered.

The location is about 9 kms from the railway station, do it is suitable only for travellers with their own transport. However there are plenty of food options with two restaurants and a snack shop with ice creams, juices snd chaats

Reviewed Mar 5, 2025I particularly enjoyed the lunch at Udhaya vilas NV hotel downstairs. The room size was also big. The room was quiet and had good facilities.
I did not like the response from staff in the morning during complimentary breakfast. We were running short of time and had to leave early. When I requested that some portion of breakfast be delivered to room directly, they hesitated and asked me to fill the plate myself.
