Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Ho alloggiato con il mio ragazzo per una notte per un concerto. La stanza era molto pulita. Ci è stato fatto trovare il ventilatore acceso in camera. Camera molto ampia con belle finestre. Le porte facevano un po' fatica a chiudersi e cigolavano ma nel complesso ok. Bagni in comune puliti. Cucina e sala comuni tenute bene. Il check-in è molto facile e veloce. Buona posizione, vicino al porto antico e al centro a piedi.

This property has so so so much potential, it feels like the owner just gave up on putting money and just overall maintenance into the building, every single place you saw was falling apart and put back together in the laziest way possible, worst of all the bathroom avoid at all cost, one of the bathroom has mold all along the side of it black mold, it has horrible lightning and looks very dirty, this property has so much go going for it but is left in such a neglected condition it’s sad, don’t recommend you stay here

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Habitacion enorme y decorados preciosos, camas gigantes y comodas, el baño esta muy bien pese a ser compartido, cocina compartida bien equipada y tienes cafe y te a tu disposicion las 24 horas, tienes 2 supermercados al lado y una parada de bus, con esto no necesitas nada mas para moverte por la ciudad.
No habia personal y el hall da un poco de mal rollo por la noche, pero no es nada muy grave

2 fenêtres de la chambre hors d'usage, saletés sous le lit, espaces communs dégoûtants avec des murs moisis. Nous avons été réveillés à 8H du matin par le propriétaire qui faisait des travaux dans la chambre d'à côté alors qu'il réclame le calme de 22 heures à 9 heures du matin. Obligation de laisser notre chambre ouverte avec toutes nos affaires car il changeait les serrures. Wifi indisponible.

Bunu size belirtmeme rağmen bana yardımcı olmadınız ilgilenmediniz bile. Müşterilerinizle böyle mi ilgileniyorsunuz. Ki sadece yazın 20 den fazla konaklama olduğu halde. Ve en önemli durumdan birisi de evde internet yoktu hiçbir işimizi halledemedik söylediğimiz halde yardımcı olmadılar.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Very atmospheric appartement in a very nice neighbourhood in Genoa. It's situated appr. 20 minutes from the citycenter, way uphill. The building itself is very beautiful inside.
We made a check-in online, including the citytax payment. But it was ok.

Porte rumorose con serrature scomode, prese della camera non funzionanti eccetto alcune, bagni trasandati solo uno previsto di bidet, una delle finestre della camera si poteva solo socchiudere non avendo la serratura.

Jedyne co było czyste to pościel i ręczniki. Niestety w pokoju nie było odkurzane przed naszym przyjazdem. W łazience i kuchni brudno (przez cały pobyt również nie było tam sprzątane).

No nos gustó las instalaciones de los baños. Eran amplios. Pero al ser compartido estaban muy sucios. Papeles tirados en el piso. Y la Cocina al ser tb compartida estaba desprolija. Le faltan cosas. Desordenada. No había ni té, ni café. Y en la heladera compartida lo que deje la noche anterior a la mañana ya no estaba. ( no le había puesto free para que se lo puedan llevar).

Nešvari virtuvė, tualetas, dušas, per visas 3 dienas, kurias čia buvome, ne karto nevalgė patalpų, patalpos reikalauja generalinio valymo, virtuvė nevaloma, baisu net atsisėsti, kėdės su dėmėmis. Plytelės labai nešvarios, vienas iš tualeto patalų tiesiog baisus! Visiškas higienos reikalavimų neatitikimas. Trims dienoms gavome po 1 šampūno tubele ir muiliuka, bendroje vonioje šampūno ir dušo želė nėra.

The room is next to a high traffic street with no real sound isolation so that could be a problem if you're a light sleeper. Also, bathrooms and kitchen need a deep cleaning against rust, mold and other stuff which made them very unclean (except the sinks). The room itself was nice and clean,but because of other facilities grade is much lower.

I felt like I am in the house of old old grandmother which passed away more than five years ago and something like this smell is disgusting dirty dishes, dirty, mold everywhere in the bathroom also showers were plugged some hairs and water didn’t drain inside room with dirty laundry, dirty towels, some stains, which were smelling disgusting also, fun fact, we noticed that carpets in the bathroom near shower are not washing. They’re just dry outside and I feel that fungus is everywhere there. I will never recommend. I am super sad about that. I spend days in this hotel with my friend, and it was the worst experience. I will never recommend this.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Budynek znajduje się w historycznej dzielnicy. Dookoła jest pięknie i malowniczo. Piękna włoska kamienica z malowaną klatką schodową. Super lokalizacja, przystanek autobusowy pod hotelem. Dzięki Walidowi mogliśmy zameldować się o 11:00, w nie czekać do 15:00, bardzo miły człowiek. Pokoje mają piękne wykończenie, jest czysto i dają pachnące ręczniki. Można mieć delikatny lęk wysokości, bo apartament jest na przedostatnim piętrze, ale idzie się przyzwyczaić. Genua, Camogli, Margartia i Portofino jest piękne! :)
Łazienki nie są w super stanie, ale korzystałem z gorszych. Można to poprawić ale za tą cenę nie przeszkadza mi to :)

Bathrooms cpuld use a little bit more love, but were spacious. Bed was a bit loud and i could not find a suitable pillow for me, so my sleep was not the best, but otherise a very nice room.

Abbiamo pagato di piu per avere il bagno privato (comunque esterno rispetto alla stanza) che inizialmente abbiamo trovato decisamente sporco, poi abbiamo chiesto allo staff di poterlo pulire, e poi non ci sono stati piu problemi. Il personale parla soltanto inglese. Dato il poco spessore dei muri, i rumori delle stanze affianco e del corridoio sono poco schermati. Abbiamo trovato anche difficoltà a schivare e inchiavare la porta della camera che faceva molto rumore.

Before my arrival, I was asked to pay the municipal tourist tax. I spoke with the host via WhatsApp and we agreed that I would pay it in cash upon arrival. However, the host never showed up. Unfortunately, the condition of the property was also extremely disappointing. The common areas, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, were very dirty throughout my stay. This did not seem like a case of one guest having just made a mess, but rather a property that had clearly not been cleaned properly for several days. The level of uncleanliness was so unpleasant that I avoided eating my meals inside the property altogether. Even taking a daily shower, which should be a basic comfort, became an unpleasant experience because of the state of the bathrooms. To make matters worse, the internet never worked at any point during my stay, despite my repeated messages to the host. As I needed it for work, this caused serious inconvenience. What I found especially frustrating was the host’s responsiveness when it came to payment compared with their lack of responsiveness regarding the actual problems. After I was later sent a payment link for the tourist tax, I delayed paying in the hope that this might finally prompt some action about the internet issue. Remarkably, two men appeared at the property in less than an hour. Yet at no point did they seem concerned that I had spent my entire stay without working internet, or clean facilities. Overall, I found the experience very poor, both in terms of cleanliness and management. Given the circumstances, I cannot recommend Leone X Genova Affittacamere.
