Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The place is really nice. It's close to everything, you can easily walk to every point to the city. The room and the whole apartment was very clean and nice looking. The owner was very kind, the communication with him was easy and smoth. We had a nice stay and for the future we would come back for sure!

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The location is good. Breakfast is very basic, but a nice bonus.
We would have been quite happy with our stay - the B&B is basic, but has a good location and was good value for money. However, around 2 am in the morning I started to feel bites emerging on my skin, which I thought were from a mosquito. I slept a bit more and woke up with even more bites - I put the light on and found a bedbug. By this time it was around 3am - there was nowhere else we could sleep in the property and we couldn't move to another hotel. We ended up sleeping (sporadically) on the bed, knowing there were bedbugs underneath us. I received around 30 bites which resulted in quite a bad allergic reaction – we also killed around 20 bedbugs during the night of various sizes. Natalia (13/09) correctly identified her room must have had them too. It was obviously a massive infestation which we were sleeping on top of. We were offered a refund, but slept terribly and had to do a deep clean when coming home. The person we spoke to was pleasant and has said the bed was replaced as a result, but I would be very wary of staying at the property in the foreseeable future unless a deep clean has been undertaken.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Bardzo mi przykro, że wystawiam tak niską ocenę. Pan prowadzący to B&B był bardzo miły i nawet gdy późnym wieczorem czegoś potrzebowałyśmy on znalazł dla nas chwilę. Musiałyśmy opuścić pokój bardzo wcześnie i nasz host przygotował nam wcześniej produkty śniadaniowe, żebyśmy mogły zjeść, było to bardzo miłe. Łazienka choć dzielona z innymi pokojami to naprawdę czysta i w tym temacie nie mam nic to zarzucenia. Widać, że jest często sprzątana. Lokalizacja też super bo blisko do przystanku autobusowego i metra. Jest ekspres do kawy, lodówka, klimatyzacja, chyba wszystko co potrzebne.
Niestety, ale powodem dlaczego tak nisko wystawiam opinię jest to, że rano przed wyjściem zauważyłam pluskwę chodzącą po łóżku, która potem wpadła w jej szczelinę. Host twierdzi, że sprawdził i że nie ma pluskiew i mogłam to pomylić z innym robakiem, ale jestem dość pewna tego co widziałam. Nie dostałyśmy żadnego odszkodowania a dużo czasu spędziłyśmy po powrocie na dezynfekcji wszystkiego co miałyśmy. Jeszcze jednym minusem było to, że w całym obiekcie był nieprzyjemny zapach.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Nuestra experiencia fue negativa. Durante la estancia nos desapareció dinero en efectivo de nuestras pertenencias. Nuestra habitación tenía el baño compartido fuera de la habitación, por lo que el único momento en el que dejamos nuestras cosas sin vigilancia fue cuando nos duchamos en el baño compartido. Al comentárselo al propietario, nos explicó que la cámara de la zona común no grababa. Además, al revisar las reseñas vimos que otros huéspedes ya habían mencionado anteriormente la desaparición de objetos personales. También nos sorprendió mucho que el propietario introdujera por iniciativa propia un comentario sobre su raza, cuando en ningún momento habíamos mencionado ni hecho referencia a ello. No podemos afirmar quién cogió el dinero, pero las circunstancias y la respuesta del propietario nos dejaron una muy mala sensación. No nos sentimos seguras dejando nuestras pertenencias en este alojamiento.

Booking annonce charge comprise alors que l hote nous demande 18 euros en plus sachant que les taxes de séjour à gènes pour un 5 étoiles et de 5 euros part personne donc chez lui 9 euros pour une chambre Zone mal fréquenté voir faire peur Très mal indiqué malgré GPS Arrive devant l hotel petite plaque n indiqué pas l étage Hote pas très bavard Indiqué sur l annonce accessible en fauteuil roulant mais il y a 22 marchés sans ascenseurs alors comment faire ? Mon époux difficulté aux marches Déjà pas assez expliquer de partage des sanitaires Qu un wc pour 3 chambres Qu une douche pour 3 chambres Pas de baignoire accessible comme le dit l annonce J ai demandé un petit dejeuner sans gluten.j ai eu droit à des biscottes uniquement Et pour finir se trompé m annulé la réservation le lendemain matin et le demande de refaire une carte je dois attendre 10 jours pour être remboursé pas normale Pour finir chambre sur la rue ou oasse car et véhicule

O atendimento é péssimo, um dos piores já visto. Além do mais, sem querer acusar ninguém, meu perfume sumiu e eu acredito que tenha sido um dos trabalhadores de lá. Além disso, cobraram me taxas além de 60 euros apesar de já ter pago o hotel. Um crime, apenas.

Багато додаткових платежів, які не включені у вартість бронювання, наприклад, якщо ви хочете лишити речі до часу поселення на пару годин раніше, за це береться додаткова необумовлена плата, якщо виселяєшся з будь-якою затримкою по часу, знов беруть додаткову плату, і т.д. Крім того, коли заходиш у підʼїзд, де розташовані кімнати, то дуже сильно смердить( Також, кімнатка дуже скромна, душ і туалет спільний з іншими номерами

Niente da dire… Forse avrei gradito qualche parte salata nella colazione, tipo salumi o uova strapazzate, ma questo è un gusto personale mio.. Quindi riguardo alla struttura niente da dire Tutto perfetto!

Staff per nulla competente: durante il check in avevo comunicato che sarei partita la mattina presto, approssimativamente per le 6 (ovviamente era un orario indicativo) mi sono ritrovata per due volte il ragazzo dello staff che ha cercato di aprire la porta alle 6:30 senza bussare senza avvisare.

I do not recommend this accommodation if you want to spend your vacation in peace and quiet, after arrival, the owner was very unpleasant to me and I had to wait for him in the most extreme heat for 20 minutes in front of the door, very unprofessional approach, constant noise in the common corridor, you can't sleep from 7:30 because breakfast is being prepared in the next room... I can't say anything about the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, it was fine. I really don't recommend just because of the owner, he also locked me out once and I was waiting in front of the door even though I heard him running down the hall and didn't unlock the door for me, then he said that someone else had to lock it. The whole experience was very bad and I did not feel safe there as a woman, and the fact that he also sleeps in that apartment and is incredibly snoring, I would rather not even comment. Breakfast was pure packaged sweet pastries, nothing salty..the only fruit was an apple. Very poor breakfast and stale pastries from the previous day. If you want to provide services to people, it would be nice to learn how to treat guests.

Покоївка вела себе якось неадекватно. Коли вона прибирала наш номер, то з наших речей, які знаходились в шафі, Вона забрала воду ,яку ж ви нам і дали. Діло не в воді, але ніхто не має права чіпати наші особисті речі!

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026Perfettamente conforme alla descrizione, pulizia massima, bagno in comune ma spazioso e pulito dopo ogni utilizzo dal personale, smart-tv in camera, pratica, location strategica, con qualsiasi genere di negozio di cui puoi aver bisogno.
La perfezione sarebbe stato il bagno privato in camera ma va bene comunque al prezzo proposto.

Jag är 180cm lång och fick ligga med fötterna utanför sängen så den var kortare än en normal säng. Långa svarta hårstrån i sängen - kändes ofräscht. Blev lovad att anlända efter 22.00 utan problem men när vi kommer för att checka in krävde värden 10 Euro i avgift för sen incheckning. Juice och vatten ingick inte i frukosten utan man var tvungen att betala extra för detta. Endast torrt bröd, frukt, marmelad, te erbjöds-. Kameror i köket som följde ens rörelser - obehagligt. Gick inte att komma in på kvällen trots vi ringde på klockan och hade angett vår ankomst tid...tog tid innan värden släppte in oss.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026Es una vivienda con un salón central y las habitaciones alrededor. Hay microondas, nevera, tostadora, cafetera y tetera. No hay fuego ni placa para cocinar. La habitación era muy amplia con una cama enorme y un sofá cama. Está en vía Balbi que es una de las calles más interesantes de Génova. Con muchas atracciones turísticas cerca. Es la zona de las universidades. Lee lo que no me gustó para saber mi experiencia completa.
La cama era grande pero blanda. Y las almohadas también. Había aire acondicionado pero no había mando. Encendimos la calefacción pero nunca se llegó a calentar la habitación. Nos dijeron que nuestro baño era privado pero estaba justo al otro lado de la casa en el punto más lejano, abierto a todo el mundo (no tenia llave) y encendí la calefacción para que estuviera caliente y cuando volví alguien la había apagado… Mi estancia incluía el desayuno. Un desayuno barato sin opciones de alimentos proteicos. Solo grasas, hidratos y azúcares de mala calidad. Es por eso que muchas veces los pequeños detalles hacen la estancia más o menos desagradable.

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026Bon emplacement literie confortable calme et propre .La salle de bain commune n'est pas un problème même si elle est un peu loin des chambres surtout pour les toilettes la nuit.
Le petit déjeuner est très moyen car pas de pain frais ni de viennoiseries fraîches. Nous avons dû aller acheter du pain .

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Ritardo per il check in, ho dovuto aspettare almeno 20 minuti fuori dalla porta d’ingresso, nonostante avessi indicato sia in fase di prenotazione che poi per messaggio il mio orario di arrivo. L’attesa dovuta alla loro pausa pranzo. Sono arrivato in ritardo ad un impegno lavorativo per questo. Il personale assente e non ha fatto nulla per venire incontro alle mie richieste.

Gospodarz sugerował rezygnację z booking i płatność bezpośrednią. Zostaliśmy okradzeni, wchodził do naszego pokoju podczas nieobecności. Chrapał jak borsuk do 12 nie szło zjeść śniadania

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Das Personal unfreuntlich. Sie haben uns mehrmals auf Whatsapp geschrieben und das sehr frech. Wie wurden beschuldigt etwas geklaut zu haben was sie danach direkt gefunden haben. Schlechtes Hostel! Nie wieder!
