Mur en carton on entend tous … chambre très sales poils sur les draps de lit et dans la douche. Endroit très bruyant même dans la chambre on entend le bruit de dehors. Je recommande pas. Petit déjeuner, ce que je ne finissais pas dans mon assiette (jaune d œuf cuit dure) ça m etait resservit le lendemain …

The staff was nice and pleasant.

The sheets or towels weren't changed once during pur 3days stay even though they vacuumed the room once. Beds are very uncomfortable and sqeaky, along with pillows. Everything is pretty old, but we weren't expecting more for the price we paid. Although, they could have kept the place cleaner. Breakfast was repetitive and not very nice. I don't know if it was staff or someone else, but there were contant noises (tape pulling, walking up & down the stairs, cigarette smell) and loud voices heard during the night, often waking us up.

Ничего, начиная от входа, номер и уборная. Я бронировала отель поверив в фото, а нам предоставили просто ужасный номер. Таких комнат как на фото скорее всего нет, попросили предоставить другой номер, нам сказали, что альтернативы нет.

Overall, we had a very good stay and the hotel fully met our expectations for the price we paid. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable, which we really appreciated. The location was a big plus. The hotel is in a great area, and the metro station is only about a 5-minute walk away, which made getting around Istanbul very easy. There were just a couple of small downsides. The towels were not changed daily, and when we left the room slightly untidy in the morning, housekeeping did not tidy it up during the day. Despite these minor issues, considering the price, the hotel was excellent and offered great value for money. I would definitely recommend it, especially for its location and staff.

Osoblje je veoma ljubazno. Lokacija je super, u blizini metroa, prodavnica, restorana a ipak nije bučno. Doručak je raznovrstan, kreveti udobni. Veoma dobar odnos cene i kvaliteta.

Amazing place, the location is fantastic, and more than fantastic is the Lolevy team workig on this property, specialy Aziz, and the owner/managing director, they are so atenciously.

Un hôtel assez propre. Proche de la station de métro, les marchés, commerces, restaurants,..... Un personnel très gentil, accueillant et très serviable. Réception ouverte 24/24. Le petit déjeuner est assez varié. Le thé et l'eau à disposition toute la journée. Très bon rapport qualité prix. J'y retournerais avec plaisir. De la part de Sihem et Sabrina❤️

Extremely disappointing experience. The hotel was nothing like the photos—completely misleading. The entire place was unclean, and the level of dirtiness was unacceptable. The shower area was incredibly cramped, and the breakfast was very poor in quality. I would not recommend this hotel.

Both receptionist were very kind and helpfull.

Its little dirty and few cockroachs. The glass from the bathroom was spoiled so all the water went on the floor.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Initially, we booked a room with two double beds but were instead given a room with two single beds. While my companion and I were willing to overlook this error, I regret to say that this was only the beginning of the issues. The room we were provided was in an appalling state. The bathroom was unclean, the ceiling appeared dangerously unstable, and a socket outlet was left hanging precariously by its electrical cables. Portions of the walls were unpainted, and the bed sheets were visibly stained with yellow marks. Furthermore, the air conditioner was filthy, and the room as a whole bore no resemblance to the photos advertised. It was clear that cleanliness and maintenance standards were severely lacking. Naturally, I raised these concerns with the reception staff, who were initially apologetic and assured us that our room would be changed the following morning. However, when we followed up the next day, a staff member inspected our room, acknowledged some of the issues, and merely fixed the exposed electrical socket. Despite the obvious problems, we were told that our room would not be changed, with the staff member dismissively remarking, “What are you expecting from a cheap room?” This response was both unprofessional and offensive, particularly given that we were initially supposed to have been accommodated in a room with two double beds. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this hotel to anyone. The disregard for basic cleanliness, safety, and customer service was unacceptable.

The gentleman at the reception Aziz was a very cooperative and well mannered guy. 👍

Staff was friendly, though they don’t clean every day , I had to go buy my tissues for the week , they don’t change linen everyday , was there for the week , they only cleaned twice

Pictures on the advert is not the same as the rooms , I’m very disappointed, I guess , I have learned

It was a really nice location right next to many shops. The staff are super nice and always ready to help you. The breakfast in the morning is nutritious and they change it slightly from day to day. The rooms are quiet and comfortable.

Location was good, reception man was very nice with good hospitality.

Location is perfect for us. Parking is close, Ordu cadessi is close, Kapali carsi, 10,12 minutes walking, Metro station is close, food markets, restaurants, shopping everything is close. Staff - very nice and friendly but professional. Bed - confortable. Hotel is cleen. Breakfast is good. Wifi is fast Restaurant isn't on the roof - but really doesn't matter. For this money this is more than great value!
