Great location within walking distance to the mountain railway station. Plenty of parking. Good bar, very friendly staff, a small but ample menu. The fish and chips were lovely!

Shower was lukewarm but ok. I travelled by motorcycle and was soaking wet on arrival. Somewhere to dry clothes/gear would have been a very welcome bonus.

Love the location and staff, after a 7 hour drive due to traffic we were greeted with kindness very late in the evening. Beds are comfortable, slept well ready for the climb up snowdon. Staff offer a lot of advice on the area making your trip even better.

No way to have a drink at 9h30 on Wednesday. This hotel been also a pub that's a pity. The hotel room was a bit old (furniture, painting, etc) while the price was a bit higher than other hotels if the same category in the area.

Really welcoming. Hot rooms, window didnt open much... but that is during a heat wave so I imagine perfect in colder times! Double room compact but nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Shame there was no digital tv (just freeview), that would have been perfect. Great food, great garden...especially for smokers, great vibe and location.

Location was great. Staff were great when we had no milk in our room. Found a plaster on the bed sheets which put me off a bit. There was also lots of loose strands of hair in the bunk beds.

The room stunk of wet dog. The carpet was hoovered but covered in filthy stains. I wouldn't let my children walk on it without their shoes on. Under the bunkbed was full of spiders and clearly never been hoovered. The bottom bunk was so close to the ground it stunk of the filthy carpet, so my two sons used the middle and top bunk. Would not recommend u till they invest in a carpet washer.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for exploring Snowdon and Lake Padarn. Large room and bathroom with great views.

The breakfast options were a bit strange as you had to pay for everything separately. Cooked breakfasts were roughly £10-16, Toast £1, tea or coffee £3, orange or apple juice £3. Hot sandwiches £5ish. However if you paid £10 you could have as many drinks as you wanted plus toast, cereal, yoghurts and fruit. It was missing a few items to make it a true continental breakfast, but both of us were happy with our selection.

The room was comfortable and very spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect.

Ate dinner at the onsite restaurant one night. 'Goan (chickpea) Curry' very bland and lacked any flavour, the naan was microwaved and soft (recommend to at least put it in the oven for 5 minutes if can't be bothered doing a quick pan fry). Overpriced by a big margin, not good value and was very disappointed at wasting our money on this.

Couple of times went to bar and no one serving, as it turns out they were helping with something else in the hotel, II waited a few minutes and left to go next door instead. One day when room was cleaned, yes, rubbish bag was taken away, but no coffee or milks were replenished, seemed a rushed 'cleaning' effort. Room a bit dated, I thought a little pricey for what you got. Can't comment on the food, as didn't eat there.

Staff was fantastic

It was expensive. They gave me different toom to which I had paid for and it was like a hall. Thanks to staff who changed it eventually but that room's lock was broken. They said they changed the room initially as I indicated my child wants pet-free space. But, they should have contacted and offered me different option instead of putting us in a hall. I had better expectations after spending that much money

overall a great choice with no regrets, the staff were very accommodating and helpful. the breakfast was above average compared to most hotels, good parking with 2 carparks and the restaurant struck the right balance

Our overall stay was fine, easy to locate when travelling by bus. Good location for day hikes around the area.

The breakfast price should have been included in the total cost and not having an additional charge. Wish there was a more amenities in the room such a a small fridge or microwave would have been very handy. There were visible stains on the carpet and brownish/green grime in the shower. Felt like the shower and toilet was not cleaned properly.

The staff is the friendliest staff I've come across. Really helpful throughout our stay. David is such a kind and approachable person with immense knowledge of Llanberis The place itself is super lively with a sports bar in the building and a restaurant that is usually busy. The whole place is dog friendly. The location can't get better than this, especially if you are going there to hike to Snowdonia. Definitely recommended!

The room was a bit cold the first night but upon informing the staff, this was promptly fixed the second day. So nothing that we didn't like in general.

Location was fantastic. Facilities for dining and drink were great. Hotel accepts pets and our dog was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The staff were super lovely and gave brilliant advice about our hike informing us of best way to get to where we needed to be! Ate in restaurant the food was delish !

The staff are very friendly and hospitable. Our room was huge with 2 windows looking over the mountains. The room was spotless, the shower room was quirky and the pressure was great.

The food down stairs is a tad expensive but it was online with other local eateries.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating.
