The staff here is outstanding—they arranged transport, guided me with local information, and even ensured I got breakfast early before my flight. The service felt personal, and the stay was smooth from start to finish. For the price, it’s one of the best choices around the airport.

Wonderful place, very clean and friendly. Of course, this is more likely to be said about the people who work there, because despite the high level of service and “pomp”, the people there are very simple and decent, they don’t know the word “no”, they always do everything on time and at the highest level👍

The staff were lovely, the hotel was just right for us flying into Delhi in the small hours of the morning. The bed was comfortable and we all slept well.

Very nice people

Our stay at hotel the r blues. Was an unforgettable.the food was good and great value for money.

The hotel room was dirty, floor had dust, bedsheet had bad smell and felt like room was not opened or used for several months. Bathroom was in bad condition with broken commode seat and bathroom itself was too small. Closet had cigarettes ashes marks and sofa in the room was in a bad condition. I do t know how this hotel has high rating which tricked me to book it. Only plus point was staff were cooperative. But this this not worth of money.

Had a 1 night stay there and it is the best hotel with good connectivity and is also nearby to the airport , the breakfast here is top notch. The staff was also amazing, very friendly and co operative.Superb Hospitality.Neat and clean room i got.

Horrible el peor hotel que he estado en mi vida, no me he hospedado por mi propia seguridad. Es sucio y nada que ver con las fotos que publican en la página el hotel es de 1* y esta asqueroso.

I had one of the most horrible hotel stay. On arrival, I was sent to a room without room key, and the room was not prepared. There were no towels, no toiletries, no water. As I stepped in, the lights went out and management took 15 minutes to fix it. Then I asked for a room key as I may have to go out. They said that this room has no keys and they will, take care of my stuff in my absence so, I should not worry. I said that it is not appropriate to be in a room without a key or any kind of card to lock the doors when I go out. I felt so unsafe and tricked by these horrible people. Then, They said they will change my room in next an hour. Unfortunately that happened after two hours, and during those three hours I had to be there, with the inconvenience of being in a place which was not ready. Hotel said that they provide buffet breakfast. That’s a fraud. They have a kitchen, but there is no restaurant and they don’t provide buffet breakfast. This is a lie and a fraud with the customers who book on Internet looking at the available amenities and I am appalled that Expedia is facilitating this unprofessional exploitation of customers who are flying to India from abroad. Food you need to send was limited supply and was not hygienic. Morning when I requested for breakfast I had to wait for about 90 minutes before a limited amount of breakfast arrived less than what I have requested it was not healthy food. They don’t provide regular airport shuttles.

Day light robbery. Their listing clearly states that free airport shuttle is included. When I contacted the hotel, I was surprised to hear there is a charge. Dishonest………..

Delhi hotel is the best hotel for staying comfortable the room was also a good.staff member was supportive. The main thing food is delicious.

Good affordable place and food great

This is a great affordable hotel close to the airport in Delhi that I was glad I chose. Friendly staff who are eager to please, every need catered to, and the area is exciting and full of restaurants with delicious food. What more could you ask for? If I go back to Delhi, I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!
