المطعم اللي اسفل الاوتيل الريحه بالاوتيل كلها مستر منكي اسم المطعم والموظفه ماعجبتني لاحد يكلمها اللي بالمطعم كنيسه جنب الاوتيل الحمدلله ع وقتنا ماشتغلت كثير البلده مافيها ولاشي السعر مقابل الاقامه مرتفع

La situation géographique de l'hôtel, les chambres spacieuses et confortables.

Déshumanisation à outrance, a fortiori vu les tarifs pratiqués par cet hôtel ! Il n'y a personne à "l'accueil" (dans le cas présent, ce mot est totalement inapproprié !), les clients sont face à un écran et doivent se débrouiller pour tout faire eux-mêmes !!! Comment font les personnes qui éprouvent du stress ou des difficultés à utiliser un smartphone ou un écran d'ordinateur ? Parking privé de l'hôtel : extrêmement cher !!! Par chance, il y avait encore une place de parking disponible à l'extérieur à notre arrivée. Petit-déjeuner correct, rien d'extraordinaire !

Das Restaurant das im Hotel war

Sauberkeit war mangelhaft, Gardinen sehr Schmutzig, Schiebetüre zum WC Verfault, Personal beim morgenessen immer mit Kopfhöhrer unterwegs und mit 0 % Interesse an Hotel Gästen, Früstücksraum lauter Fliegen - echt ecklig. Einchecken mit viel Problemen , nicht nur bei uns.

Redelijk ontbijt, stille kamer. De auto kunnen laden voor het hotel.

De foto van de kamer was niet conform de werkelijkheid. Onpersoonlijke ontvangst. De automatische verwerking van het boekingsproces verliep niet vlekkeloos. De hoeveelheid vliegen in de ontbijtzaal was zeer irritant!

Centrale ligging handige online in/outcheck, parkeerplaats

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Betten bequem. Alles sauber und zweckmässig. Sehr schönes Zimmer. Tolle Aussicht Richtung Sachseln Dorf und Sarnersee.

Check-in etwas umständlich verglichen mit anderen Self-Check-in Hotels. In der Junior Suite war die Türe zum Bad etwas zu schmal für den Durchgang mit dem Rollstuhl. Wir konnten das Zimmer vorher nicht besichtigen und haben deshalb vor der Buchung nachgefragt betreffend Türrahmenbreite des Zimmers und des Badezimmers. Leider war die Auskunft nur betreffend Eingangstür zum Zimmer zutreffend, aber nicht betreffend Türe zum Badzimmer.

Er was een zelf check-in en met vragen over de parkeergelegenheid kon je een nummer bellen. Gelukkig waren de eigenaren van Mister monkey restaurant (in het hotel) wel zo vriendelijk om ons te woord te staan, hier hebben we overigens heerlijk gegeten! Het ontbijt (door het hotel geserveerd) was minder uitgebreid als gehoopt, nog geen gekookt eitje of plakje kaas (wel blokjes kaas……)

No air-con, which meant it got very hot/humid in the room. The lighting around the bed area was dark.

Het hotel staat naast de kerk. Dus vanaf 07:00 luiden de klokken. Als je wil uitslapen oordoppen meenemem.

Der Selfcheck-In war super einfach und angenehm, da man keinen Zeitdruck hatte zu den jeweiligen Öffnungszeiten vor Ort zu sein.

Die Dusche und Wand im Badezimmer waren von Schimmel befallen.

Très propre et tres bien situé

Dommage la chambre avec vue etait magnifique et lumineuse. Celle sans vue donnais sur un mur sombre et humide. Difficile même de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Expérience vraiment différente selon la vue.

Difficulté d'obtenir la carte d'entrée et petits problèmes de propreté

La chambre était grande, lumineux et propre, avec une petite entrée/dressing et un "coin salon" (deux fauteuil et une mini-bar). La déco (bleu) très appréciée et la salle de bains était d'une bonne taille, avec douche et toilette moderne et propre. Les lits était très confortables. Nous n'avons pas voyagé avec un enfant, mais j'ai adoré les jouets pour les enfants qui se trouvaient dans chaque coin des couloirs.

Nous n'avons pas su comment allumer les deux lumières en dessus du lit... Côté restaurant (Halbpension): Quant au menu du soir, il n'y avait qu'un seul menu à choix..... Okay, il y en avait deux, si on compte le menu végétarien qui consistait à exactement la même chose que le menu viande sauf la viande (et pour le même prix). - Ce remarque n'a rien à voir avec le fait que nous avons très, très bien mangé!

Preis-Leistung stimmte für uns nicht. Es ist kein Personal vor Ort und das Zimmer war klein und älter gegen den Hinterhof. Im Badezimmer wurden die Ränder am Boden wahrscheinlich schon länger nicht mehr geputzt. Der Link zur Restaurantreservation funktionierte leider auch nicht.

Una bellissima vista lago dalla camera, camera spaziosa. Sauna e parcheggio al coperto anche se a pagamento.

Assenza totale di personale a cui chiedere informazioni, ci avevano detto che si sarebbe presentata una persona per il checkin ma in 3 giorni non abbiamo mai visto nessuno. Campanile attaccato alla camera che inizia dalle 7 di mattina a suonare ogni quarto d'ora. Alle 7 di mattina fa una quantità eccessiva di rintocchi. La pulizia é su richiesta ma nonostante l'avessimo chiesta ci sono solo state ripiegate le lenzuola e cambiati gli asciugamani, erano presenti briciole a terra sia prima della richiesta di pulizia che dopo.

무인이라 모든게 원활하지못했고. 안내도 제대로 되지않은상태여서 모든걸일일히 찾아봐야했고. 위치도 인터라켄까지 거의 차로 한시간 걸렸고. 전기주전자. 냉장고 전부없어서 물조차도 실온보관할수밖에 없었고. 수건교체도 되지않았으며. 엘레베이터 고장상태라 4층 객실까지 무거운 짐들을 들고 오르락내리락 할수밖에 없었으며 소파베드의 매트리스 가운데는 심각하게 푹 꺼져있어서 수면 중에도 매우불편하고 자고일어나서도 허리가 매우아펐으며. 방음이 하나도 되지않아 그냥 아이들과 일상적인 대화를 했을뿐인데도 옆방투숙객으로부터 저녁9시부터 시벽을 마구 두드리고 방까지 찾아와 시끄러워 잠을 잘수없다는 컴플레인을 받았으며 호텔바로앞 도로포장공사로 밤늦은시간까지 공사소리와 아스팔트도로를 새로깔면서 나는 소음과 분진으로 숙박기간내내 힘들었습니다.

Nos tocó una habitación muy grande y muy cómoda porque pagamos el extra de habitación con vistas al lago. El lago está caminando a 10 minutos. Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien: tiene spa gratuito con servicio de toallas y una zona de picnic privada justo a la orilla del lago a 2 minutos caminando a la izquierda desde la estación de tren con mesas y tumbonas de madera para poder bañarse en el lago (creo que esto no está bien explicado en la web). Hay un restaurante en el hotel pero cuando llegamos estaba cerrado, pero pudimos comer lo que compramos en el supermercado que hay al lado en mesas exteriores del restaurante. El desayuno estuvo muy bien sin ser excepcional. El hotel la verdad muy bonito. Todas las instalaciones del hotel (entrada principal, spa, parking) se abren con la misma targeta de la habitacion. El pueblo donde está es mut agradable y tranquilo pero no tiene muchas cosas que ver la verdad.

El sistema de check-in y llegada es poco complicado si no eres bueno con los temas digitales. Porque es un hotel tipo self-checkin. Es decir no hay personal de recepción. En cambio para el desayuno el personal era muy amable. Otra cosa que no nos gusto es que no había parking para motos, ni en el hotel ni en el pueblo. Sólo hay 3 plazas de aparcamiento gratuito (dos justo al lado y una en el parking cubierto). Todo el resto son de pago. Tampoco en el pueblo habia plazas que no fuesen de pago. Por cierto, para acceder al parking privado cubierto hay que ir un poco más arriba de la calle y se abre con la misma targeta de la habitación. El parking tiene acceso peatonal directo al hotel.

Leider eine kleine Baustelle in der Nähe, zudem fiel leider noch der Lift aus. Wir hatten unser Zimmer im 3. Stock.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und ruhig, wir haben gut geschlafen.

Wir sind um 15 Uhr im Hotel angekommen, da lag eine Nachricht an der Rezeption, dass man erst um 17 Uhr einchecken könne, auf der Webseite stand 15 Uhr, das fanden wir gar nicht gut, auch wurde nur englisch gesprochen und das in einem Hotel der deutschen Schweiz.

La situació, poble tranquil.

Diumenge i dilluns tanquen el restaurant. Al ser un poble petit, vam haver d’anar al poble del costat a sopar perquè els altres 3 o 4 llocs també estaven tancats. No hi ha aire acondicionat, però hi havia un ventilador. L’esmorzar poc variat.

Mooie omgeving, het meer waar je kon zwemmen was fijn.

Niet echt duidelijk waar de ingang was, restaurant was gesloten, geen alternatief, kamer erg basic, Het was warm en er was geen airco(!) Junior suite omdat we op doorreis waren met 4, was dit echt op elkaar gepakt.

Sehr schön renovierte Zimmer. Self Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert. Super Lage am Dorfplatz und trotzdem Nähe Bahnhof und See.

1) des difficultés pour stationner; ce qui est un réel problème quand on rentre a l'hôtel à minuit dans l'obscurité 2) le tarif devrait inclure le petit déjeuner 3) plus essentiel encore: l'enregistrement sans personnel, sur écran, nécessitant des manipulations assez complexes (dont l'encodage de la carte-clef de la chambre) N'EST ABSOLUMENT PAS ADAPTÉ A DES CLIENTS PLUS ÂGÉS OU TOUTE PERSONNE PEU À L'AISE AVEC UN ORDINATEUR.

La posizione è strategica, vicino a molte attrazioni. Inoltre è molto bello il posto in cui si trova, dove fare una bellissima e piacevole passeggiata

Disappointing experience for a four-star hotel Unfortunately, our stay was much more complicated and stressful than it should have been. The biggest problem for us was the lack of a proper reception and the poorly functioning online check-in system. The concept of a hotel without a traditional reception can certainly work, but only if the digital system is simple, reliable and the information provided to guests is clear. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Before arrival, guests are expected to complete an online check-in, register themselves, deal with parking information, download an app and follow various instructions. The information is not presented in a sufficiently clear and straightforward way, and we noticed that many other guests were having exactly the same problems. At one point, while we were in the common area with our small child, other guests repeatedly approached us because they did not know what they were supposed to do or how to contact the hotel. We actually ended up feeling almost like hotel staff rather than guests. The lack of a reception also makes even simple problems unnecessarily difficult to solve. Everything has to be handled by phone or online. We had to contact the hotel several times regarding basic things such as towels, and unfortunately we received different information depending on whom we spoke to. We were provided with only two towels for a two-night stay. The bathroom was another disappointment. There was no bath mat, while the shower is only partially enclosed and water splashes onto the bathroom floor. As a result, the area around the toilet becomes wet and slippery, and you have to walk through a puddle after showering. For a four-star hotel, we expected better attention to such basic and practical details. Another problem is that guests really need to be fully prepared before arrival.

Kamers prima, ondergrondse garage ook fijn. Online inchecken was even puzzelen maar ging ook goed.

Hotel ligt in dorpje waar helemaal niks te beleven is. En restaurant en bar van hotel zelf waren ook dicht. Te duur voor wat je krijgt.

L'hôtel est un magnifique bâtiment, avec une belle terrasse. Très silencieux (à part les cloches de l'église d'en face qui sonnent à 7h, acceptable pour les lève-tôt) Les chambres sont grandes et les lits confortables. Malgré la chaleur extérieure, en ouvrant les 4 fenêtres, la nuit fut très agréable. Le lac est à 8-10 min à pieds. Comme indiqué dans l'annonce il n'y a pas de personnel d'accueil, tous se fait via internet et sur place avec une borne pour récupérer les clés/badges.

Le WIFI ne capte pas dans toutes les chambres (chambre 27). Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur Booking, aucune des 2 chambres que nous avions disposait de minibar. Ayant des choses personnelles à mettre au frais, je comptais dessus, étant donné le prix et le standing de l'hôtel.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο και καθαρό!Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή για να δεις το κεντρικό κομμάτι της Ελβετίας. Ο σταθμός του τρένου είναι πολύ κοντά.Και το καλύτερο, το υπέροχο εστιατόριο που ειναι στο ισόγειο!

Το μόνο πρόβλημα είναι οτι δεν έχει κλιματισμό ή έστω έναν ανεμιστήρα.

Geen airco. Alleen een mobiel apparaat. Dat was te weinig.

Kamers van het hotel zijn prima, ruim en schoon. Buitenkant van het hotel ziet er mooi uit, centraal gelegen in het dorp.

Het is een zielloos hotel. Het online inchecken is te doen, al moet je wel veel mails afwerken, voordat je echt kunt inchecken. Het restaurant was gesloten dus (mede) daarom was er geen ziel te bekennen. Wel zaten er af en toe wat gasten (met eigen drankjes) op het terras. Onhandig dat er niemand is. Vb. de douche spettert nogal, dus een natte badkamer vloer. Er is geen badmat en maar één handdoek. Met andere woorden, het blijft nat en tussendoor komt er niemand schoonmaken. Onhandig dat je dan niet even langs de receptie kunt. Wifi is heel zwak, ontbijt heel duur. Wij zijn bij de plaatselijke bakker gaan ontbijten, niet alleen goekoper maar ook veel gezelliger. Echt jammer dat zo'n mooi oud pand en prima kamers, zo'n magere uitstraling heeft. Had een heel leuk (boutique) hotel kunnen zijn.

Die Lage ist recht zentral für einige Ausflugsziele in der Region. Das Hotel ist nett eingerichtet, aber man hat alles, was man braucht. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Man sieht so gut wie kein Personal. Das Einchecken geschieht online/am Automaten. Aber alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Unser Zimmer hat an manchen Ecken etwas Renovierungsbedarf gehabt.
