בעיקר את המגבות אמבטיה שהם לא נעימות למגע (דקות מאוד וישנות). על אחת היה גם כתם. מי שישן בקומה למטה שומע את הצעדים מהקומה שלמעלה

Best location Large beds to accommodate everyone in our party. Very clean

Common area and living space very small. We had 5 people in the party and couldn’t fit in couch. One TV which was very small. There was only one garbage can in the kitchen and none elsewhere making it inconvenient

Close to many restaurants and clean room.

The bathroom is extremely small. For guests travelling with young children who may need assistance, the limited space could make bathroom use somewhat challenging. The apartment was advertised as having a patio view; however, in practice the windows face a building that appears somewhat neglected, with some visible rubbish outside. As a result, the view is not particularly appealing and we often kept the curtains closed during the day. Additionally, since both the bedroom and kitchen do not have windows, the apartment can feel quite dark. Another important point is the poor sound insulation between the apartments. When someone staying in the apartment above walks around, every step can be clearly heard inside your apartment. In fact, it can feel as though the person is walking right beside you or moving around in the same room. This is very uncomfortable, particularly late in the evening or early in the morning. Despite these points, the apartment may still work well for a short stay, particularly for guests who plan to spend most of their time outside.

Ottima posizione, ben accessoriato, recentemente ristrutturato e molto pulito, molto in centro, ma in un’area molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Anche se non presente di persona, host molto presente e puntuale nelle comunicazioni, sia per le istruzioni di accesso, sia per eventuali richieste nel corso del soggiorno. La via dell’hotel è pedonale dopo le 11am, il parcheggio più vicino (Trindade) costa 35€ per 2 giorni, altri parcheggi sono più costosi.

Forse un po piccolo per 4 persone adulte, anche il bagno, il divano letto un poco disagevole, ma nel complesso resta una soluzione molto comoda per qualche giorno.

Le canapé lit n'est pas très confortable. Toilette et salle de bain très petite et séparation seulement avec un rideau entre la chambre et le salon. Mais ce n'est pas si grave que ça pour 3 nuitées. L'emplacement et la propreté ainsi que le service remporté sur le reste.

Bra luftkonditionering, då det var +39 ute. Idalina var mycket snabb på att svara och kom till boendet. Perfekt läge 25 m till mercadon.

La cama un poco incómoda, y en sillón cama igual. Las almohadas muy flojitas y bajitas.

The location was amazing. The apartment was even better than what we expected from the description and photos. The lift to the third floor was great especially with all of our luggage. Parking was close by, affordable and convenient. Idalina was a terrific host, so responsive and accomodating as we had last minute unexpected changes to our booking.

We loved everything

We stayed at this lovely place with our two kids and in-laws. We took a 3 bedroom duplex and it was perfect. Location couldn’t be better, right across the street from the famous Bolhao market and walking distance from the church of souls and the Rivera and cathedral. Many coffee shops, bakeries and shopping around. Location felt very safe which was worthy to mention as we did walk at night in neighborhoods that felt a bit scary. The hostess was very nice. Our stay was made special because of this location.

Location was right across from the Bolhao Market which is super convenient. The apartment was clean and felt comfortable for my family with 2 kids. Property manager is very responsive.

ทำเลดีมากอยู่ในกลางเมือง ไปไหนได้สะดวก รอบๆ เต็มไปด้วยร้านอาหารและร้าน shopping อย่างดี คนที่่ดูแลต้อนรับดีมากอธิบายในการใช้กุญแจและรหัสการเข้าตึกอย่างละเอียดและมีอัธยาศัยดีมาก ห้องพักใหญ่กว้างขวางพอสมควร ห้องสะอาดสะอ้านน่าพัก

ไม่มีที่จอดรถ ซึ่งก็ไม่ใช่ปัญหาสำหรับคนที่ไม่ได้ใช้รถส่วนตัว แต่ก็สามารถเรียกรถ taxi ได้อย่างสะดวก

Perfect location! Very neat, clean and tidy apartment with everything you need. Idalina and her staff were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend this place when visiting Porto.

Un petit bémol … on entend un peu les pas des locataires de l’appartement du dessus mais la propriétaire agit vite et c’est tranquille de 22h à 8h.

Die City-Lage ist exzellent - es ist ein nettes kleines Appartement - alle örtlichen Highlights sind zu Fuss möglich.

Die Ortsbeschreibung ist für kein NAVI zielführend, das Appartement liegt in einer Fussgängerzone und ist nur von 05:00 bis 11:00 per Auto erreichbar. Anfahrpunkt ist das Parkhaus VIA CATARLINA in der RUA FORMOSA Dir Küchenzeile ist sehr „billig“, für‘s Preisleistungsverhältnis ungenügend.

Top Lage.

Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung war nicht schön, man hat direkt auf eine weiße Mauer geschaut. War aber nicht so schlimm, da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren.

Great location! Plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets close by. Very close to Metro.

The location was perfect right across the food market. You should check the working hours but everything we bought from there was fresh and delicious. The mall is also conveniently close. We were with a car so we parked there as suggested for the whole stay. You don't need a car in the city as driving can be a challenge. The apartment had everything we needed. The only thing that could be better was if the living area had one more sofa as we were 4 people. Also there is no terrace and no windows you could open on the second floor.

Everything was great. The best location right across the famous Mercado Bolhao. The apartment was nice, spotless clean and complete. The host Adelina was nice and helpful.

Nothing we did not like, but if I can make a little suggestion - it would be nice to have a full length mirror in the masters suite.

En general nos gustó todo. Apartamento súper bien aislado hacia el exterior pero se escuchaban demasiado las pisadas del apartamento de arriba por la noche.

It seems to be advertised as 3 bathrooms but there are 2. This was ok with us

We upgraded to a 3-bedroom suite, which was very comfortable. The extra space made my two teenagers very happy. The apartment is also located right in the center of Porto, so we could easily walk to all the best restaurants.

It's an old building, so you can hear your neighbors. In our case, the family next door has two young children who sometimes play football and scream in the hallway. This is the reason we upgrade our flat. It's to be expected given the age of the building.

Os apartamentos são ótimos! Bem equipados e confortáveis. O apartamento 1 então... Tem uma luz incrível, e fica de frente para o calçadão! Idalina foi uma anfitriã excelente, daquelas difíceis de encontrar. Ah, e a localização também é incrível. Perto de tudo! Esperamos retornar ao apartamento e à Villa Bolhão!

Do ranger do chão quando as pessoas andam no piso superior ao apartamento onde estava (2 piso). Está situação é incomodativa especialmente nas horas noturnas. A insonorização para a rua é excelente.

Amamos a localização, o apartamento é simplesmente sensacional, muito confortável e a anfitriã foi formidável ao nos receber e orientar sobre todas as nossas dúvidas!

Beautiful, well-kept apartment right in the heart of Porto. Lots of sights, shops and bars all around and 15-20 mins stroll down to the riverside. A great base to explore the city. Having the market with its lovely food and drink stalls was a real bonus. The apartment itself was scrupulously clean and we appreciated our host letting us check in early due to morning flights. Throughout our stay, our host manage a perfect balance of being available to advise but also being discreet. The flat itself is really spacious, the beds are comfy, and the bed linen and towels are excellent quality. The kitchen is well equipped and we were kindly left coffee, tea and water for our arrival. There are numerous supermarkets minutes walk away.

Nothing really. It was sometimes quite cold in the flat, but there are heaters in every room and spare duvets. I would imagine in the summer it is really airy and pleasant.

La casa è situata in un posto strategico della città, di fronte al mercato di Bolhao. Tutti i punti di interesse della città sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi ma c'è una fermata della metro lungo la strada qualora si volesse evitare di camminare. Idalina è un host perfetta, molto attenta ai dettagli della casa e disponibile nei consigli di viaggio, ma allo stesso tempo discreta. La casa (appartamento 3) dispone di tutti i comfort: letti comodi, spazi ampi e pulizia impeccabile. Il bagno è piccolo ma ha una doccia molto spaziosa. La vista dalle finestre della zona giorno è davvero spettacolare. L'appartamento é ben isolato dai rumori provenienti dalla strada e dalle case circostanti. Esperienza fantastica, ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!!

Couldn’t ask for better location and apartment . Right across from the market on a paved road, overlooking the neighborhood from top floor, all amenities were above and beyond. We could cook, service was great, decor too. Elevator, luggage storing downstairs, 3 bedrooms in master suite. Perfect

Great location, although there’s a market on the road below in the day it is a really quiet street at night. Really comfortable bed and clean apartment.

Not something that can be helped but the floorboards are super creaky so I woke up each morning when the people in the flat above started moving around

De ligging , heel centraal en rechtover de market. Op korte afstand logeren van het historische centrum was voor ons heel belangrijk.

De accommodatie was in orde ! ‘s morgens vroeg wakker door t geluid van de gasten van het appartement boven ons . Mochten we nog eens terug gaan reserveren we de bovenste verdieping 😂😬. Dit is zo in oudere stadsgebouwen . Kan de host niets aan veranderen .

The flat is in a central location, across from the Bolhau Market, with many restaurants and shops nearby. It was easy to reach from the anirport and train station, and within easy walking distance of many sights. The flat was clean and comfortable, and the host was very helpful.

Idalina bola velmi napomocna a ochotna, ked sme nasou chybou nevedeli najst kluc.

Mensia kupelna, ale ucel splnila. Vyhlad do dvora, resp. bez vyhladu, nam to neprekazalo a bolo to uvedene v popise apartmanu, takze sme s tym pocitali.
