Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, mới, view đẹp. Nhân viên và chị chủ rất dễ thương, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. KS có nhận giữ hành lý trước giờ check-in, sau giờ check out nên có thêm nhiều thời gian để đi chơi nhiều hơn 🥲

I had to check out two days earlier than planned for personal reasons. I communicated this in advance and, despite staying only 3 nights, I agreed to pay for 4 days to be fair. ​Unfortunately, the host reacted in an extremely unprofessional and aggressive manner, shouting at me and blaming me for her tax and business issues. It is completely unacceptable to be verbally abusive toward guests because of a change in travel plans. I have stayed in many places, and this was the most unpleasant and hostile experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this place if you want to be treated with basic respect.

I like the rooms, the facility, the view, and how it is located. A few meters away right side of the property you can find the delicious restaurant and very cheap, on the left side of the property is a good and cosy cafe with perfect coffee. But the thing i love the most is the owner and the staff, we arrived in Dalat very early in the morning and they let us check in early which was an absolute star. Everything about this hotel and our stay was an absolute gem. Will definitely stay here again

Отличная кровать с матрасом, который удовлетворяет мои потребности в жёсткости :) превосходно! Шикарный вид с балкона! 5-й этаж, на этаже всего два номера. Работает лифт. Мебель хорошая и всё смотрится гармонично. Персонал очень любезный! Я вернусь в этот номер снова!

Единственное что не понравилось — это маленькая сила напора воды в ванной и душ чуть-чуть подтекает. 🤷‍♂️ Остальное всё превосходно! Надеюсь хозяин отеля исправит это, я ему показал на эту неприятность.

Not much for food options around, so I just planned to eat while I was out for the day.

Las habitaciones son lindas, limpias, y tienen comodidad. Los trabajadores del hotel se esfuerzan por entenderte y ayudarte en todo lo que pueden. El precio es justo y la ubicación queda cerca de l estación de colectivos! Necesitarás moto o caminar bastante para ir al centro. Pero hay lugares para comer alrededor y puedes alquilar moto por un precio justo también en el hotel! El último día nos dejaron quedarnos en una habitación luego de hacer el check in porque nuestro bus salía varias horas después. Fue muy amable de su parte!

Đã ở KS 2 lần, chị chủ siêu dễ thương, nhiệt tình. Phòng đơn tuy ko lớn nhưng đầy đủ tiện nghi, nhất là tolet trang bị sẵn máy sấy tóc. Ks có cho thuê xe máy đi lại, phí rất phải chăng. Recommend vì địa điểm gần bến xe liên tỉnh, tiện di chuyển.

We got a room update for free, amazing. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the view is nice.

We stayed here because we had a bus in the morning. Therefore it was good, but there is very little in the area, almost no food placed. If you like to see da lat would stay somewhere else.

The rooms are relatively quiet, compared to most other places I’ve stayed in Vietnam. The beds are softer than most. There is some mood lighting. The balcony is spacious. The staff are incredibly friendly, really beautiful people. Not after your money or up-selling you extras, just very kind and hospitable.

The rooms could be more thoroughly cleaned. The hot water is touchy, but it’s mostly okay because Da Lat is considerably cooler. The hotel is opposite a bus station that starts early so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The staff at the hotel are so friendly and welcoming, they made us feel at home. The room was spacious and clean and we had a great view of Da Lat from our balcony. We rented a scooter from the hotel during our stay and found the location to be fine for accessing everything we needed to.

Amazing staff, so helpful and friendly! They weren't always at the desk, but super responsive on WhatsApp. Laundry came back smelling amazing! Plenty of restaurants nearby and a relatively short walk/cheap grab into town. Spacious and clean room. I really recommend staying here!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Huong Mai Hotel. The check-in was smooth and straightforward. The room was spacious and very clean, as was the bathroom. It's in a quiet location within walking distance of the main area. Jenny was very helpful with recommendations for the area, suggesting what to do and see. She speaks good English and communicates effectively.

Queen room with spa bath is great value for money. Spacious, clean and modern. Hotel is located on a quiet road that’s a 10 minute drive from town. Staff were helpful

We were upgraded to a great, huge room with a nice view. Comfy bed, lovely bathroom. A bit far from anywhere, walked a bit but better with a grab really which was cheap. However it was nice and quiet.

We really liked our room, the decoration was very beautiful and it was good value for money. The lady managing the hotel was for us the highlight; she was always very helpful! We had a problem with hot water and she came to fix it immediately and was always here to support when needed. I recommend this place!

The accommodation is a little outside the center, so it is necessary to count on transportation on a scooter or use grab. The accommodation may be new, but many things are unfinished here. Anyway, I would like to highly praise the receptionist, who is very pleasant and helpful. We really want to thank the receptionist, because she helped us a lot.

Everything in the room was upholstered - bed, couch and others. Unfortunately, such things are difficult to maintain, and it was also known. There was dust everywhere. There was air conditioning in the room, but it did not have a heating function.

Room was clean, location was ok, near the bus station but needed a bike or taxi to get to the town, nice balcony view and was able to rent a bike.

Lovely receptionist who couldn't be more helpful and friendly! Room was very clean with nice soft bed which is rare in S.E asia. Rented a scooter for 120k easy at reception. Nice and quiet area. Nice hot water with rain shower. Very close to intercity bus station - about 400m.

A little far from city centre but nice downhill 3km walk to get there. No air con but the weather was cool enough so we didn't need it - there was a fan too.

We travelled as a group of 4. The receptionist was very friendly and tried to help us with everything what we've asked for. We had a little incident with our room, but we got a better room and one night for free. She always tried to make our stay comfortable. I would recommend this place, it was good.

The Hotel has big potential. Everything seems new, but not finished. They advertised the rooms with AC, but they were not on the walls yet. Da Lat was quite cold, so we didn't even needet them.

Owner is so helpful, he helped me out with everything I needed. Clean room, comfy bed, private motorbike parking and geat balcony with view over Dalat. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

Got a great deal at Hương Mai. They gave me the top room with a balcony. Nice view and lots of air. Shower is hot and pressure enough. The mattress was a bit to soft for me. There was free coffee and a kettle in the room. Tv and fridge. Wi-Fi was working good.

Very nice staff, clean and spacious room with a balcony and city view. Very close to the Futa Bus terminal.

There is no elevator so if you get a 5th floor room, you need to take the stairs.

The host was very pleasant, outgoing, friendly and helpful. She checked us in at 2 a.m with a smile. The location is not very central (30 minute walk), but it is very close to the intercity bus station, which is what we wanted. The room was tidy and spacious beyond expectations. Great value for the price.

I liked almost everything... Nice room with all basic facilities one will need & a big balcony with the Nice View of Dalat. There is only one Staff & She is a Sweet Girl. She manages all property alone but we never faced any issues so kudos to her.

Only Few Small Cons will be Location is little bit far from Dalat Centre & Rooms were little rusty like Most doors are kind of jammed & Balcony roof needs repairing
