The room and bath room were spacious. My room and a private balcony which was awesome. The location was amazing. Set back from the road, communal kitchen and fridge avail for use . 10 min walk to the beach. Amazing western style cafes next door and more within walking distance. Less indo warungs but couple find some a ride away. Supermarket 200m around the corner. 10 min ride to Canggu so out of the hectic but still accessible. Don’t get me wrong Berawa was still busy at times but mainly quiet.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom such a small inconvenience. It was easy to get some but would have preferred they provided.

The bed linen was dirty. The toilet sink was rusted and toilet pan was dirty and old. The photo of the big swimming pool is a lie. Dont trust it.

Noisy, not very clean, my room very close to front gate straight onto road. I checked out as soon as I could.

The staff were welcoming and helpful.

The room was drab. It had a TV that was decades old and did not work. The bathroom needed a really scrub. The shared kitchen (which was just outside my bedroom door) did not have a kettle and the fridge door was being held coursed by a huge bottle of water

Great place to sleep, huge room, really fast and stable wifi, hot shower with strong water flow. Regularly cleaning up the room.

shower old and rusty, would be great to renew, to fix some broken parts. some smell at public kitchen, refrigerator need to be fixed. It would be great to have a kettle inside the room to make hot water.

The place was beautiful! I felt very safe walking around at night, and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The pool was awesome, every night of our stay we had a drink with our feet in the pool. It was lovely!

Location is fantastic,not far from anything. Yet quaint, with all the basic requirements of a Guesthouse/Homestay. Kept booking extra nights via the app & barely had to interact with the host. ( No passports or signatures)

Locat out-weighed any negatives... A few Mosquitoes during my time but , got some spray etc.

Chill and realax , close to beach😊 friendly stuff.

Beautiful interior design of the hotel. Spacious room. There is a swimming pool and a shared kitchen. Comfortable bed. Close to the beach. Cafes and shops are close by.

It's a little noisy during the day because of the proximity to the road. Poor ventilation in the bathroom, the smell of old pipes.

-There is only 1 bridge in Canggu and it is so far away so u have to get a taxi everywhere u go. -Pool was really small and dirty -Staff was never there

Great location. Near beach and shops. Clean decent sized rooms with very welcoming staff. The pool is a little small but kids loved it. Will definitely come back to stay again. Great budget accommodation with access to all amenities in Canggu.

Perfectly ok accommodation, affordable, quiet.

Comfortable beds and nice sized room for family of 4. Good sized kitchen areas. Good for budget accommodation.

Kitchen areas require cleaning, pool area requires cleaning. Second floor balcony area needs rails installed in sections to prevent falls as one area in particular could be catastrophic if a child fell down.

The staff were laying down all day long without cleaning the property. The bedsheets were a bit dirty, with stains. The pool was not cleaned. People living there were very loud in the common area after 11 pm. The room is not soundproof, we could hear traffic sounds.

budget stay so is understandable but it was very dirty. I got bitten constantly but it was cheap so let it off. decent size room, bathroom needs some TLC. easy stay if your on a budget. however owners were helpful and nice

the bed was really comfortable and bugger than expected. not much traffic noise if any at all. filtered water cooler provided in the shared kitchen. motorbike parking right outside the door. location is perfect if you are confident to have a bike to ride to the beach to surf. nearby beach not great waves. super close to Finn’s and many other restaurants/cafes!!

don’t book this for the pool, it’s very small making it very warm. bathroom is old, but still functional. lights stay on directly outside the room all night but if light doesn’t bother you then worth booking :)

The Homestay was pretty much what I expected with basic facilities & the room was clean & spacious. The staff were very friendly & housecleaned every few days also & changed towels once a week.

The property itself was what I expected from the pictures. The rooms closest to the road did get a lot of noise from vehicles as detailed in other reviews. Sadly the kitchen did not live up to expectations, the same “cleaning” sponge & drying towel was seemingly used for 3 weeks & was dirty, the fridge didn’t close properly & there was less than basic equipment to cook with & the kitchen wasn’t very clean. Their organisation was the thing that really let me down, when I arrived they told me the room would be ready in 20 minutes- it took 1 hour. My AC broke during my stay & they did get it fixed but it took until the next day with it flooding the floor in the meantime. Then I extended my stay & when I came to pay the day of my extension they had failed to tell me they took another booking online for my room just after I had extended with them, so I was left with no place organised to stay that night & they didn’t seem particularly phased by the fact they forgot to tell me. I had meetings to attend that morning so it was very impractical.

We stayed in one of the down stairs family rooms. The room was large, clean and super good value for the price. The location is the highlight, walking distance to the beach, restaurants etc Will definitely go back to stay there, staff are super nice, they keep to themselves and make sure your room is clean every day.

We were only here for a short time, however, it is a great spot! With a swimming pool and perfect location, right next to ´Two Trees´ the amazing vegan cafe, and 2 minuets from Tamora Gallery, and a short bike ride from the main beach you cant complain! The only reason we left is that we are looking for long term with more storage space! Its cheap so expect not a 5 star room, but the location is unbeatable! Great service, super friendly, as is everyone in Bali! Thank you !

Place was in good location. Nice pool to cool off in. Air conditioning works well. Fresh towels upon request. Wouldn’t touch the kitchen appliances but the fridge was good to keep my water cold. No hand soap in washroom had to buy our own. Bathroom was clean though, as well as fresh and clean linen. Wifi straight up sucked unless you were in the common area. There’s like an ant infestation outside of the rooms, thankfully didn’t reach inside our room but you would find a lot in the pool and I would clean bugs out of the pool myself lol. Still very much so enjoyed my stay in Canggu. Lots of option for restaurants in walking distance as well as a grocery store up the street and round the corner! Staff was nice and friendly too.

We arrived at adi home stay to have the guy tell us he didn't have our rooms. (we'd booked and paid in advance.) So, he took us to another of his guesthouses that was further away from the beach and he wasn't prepared to give the rooms that we'd booked (a double room and a family room). Very disappointed in his service and would not recommend staying there.
