Perfect location! Great space!

Lots of mosquitoes in the unit. But its the Caribbean its to be expected. The unit was still perfect!

I loved everything about this apartment everything was perfect if coming to Barbados again you guys will be my first and probably only choice.

We loved staying at Dover Woods Apartment. We liked everything from the location and that it was new and modern and we had plenty of space as a family of 3.

The size of the property of the property was great value for money

Apartment modern and comfortable, in green and quiet location. 5 min walk to the beaches.

Internet can be stronger. Ok for us, but if someone needs to work, could be problematic.

Nothing it was perfect

Location was great, could walk to restaurants, shops and the beach most importantly (5 mins). There is only 4 apartments in this property so it feels private and peaceful. The apartment itself has everything you need and is very comfortable, could not recommend more. Michelle was also very easy to communicate with and was a great host.

The location was great! Close enough to the beach but far enough away from The Gap sounds.

The air conditioner in the room with twin beds didn’t work very well and never seem to get cool enough to be comfortable. Perhaps It should be looked at.

Very easy to get to the property from the airport. Only a 15 min drive. I was contacted ahead of arrival and sent detailed instructions on how to get into the property. Easy! The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable, air con worked really well. Nice TV in the lounge area and the master bedroom was large with plenty of storage. We had two mid stay cleans which worked well for us. Michelle was super helpful and responsive, I felt bad for contacting her on a weekend due to a silly question but she was an absolute star and dealt with my issue no questions. It was nice know our car was safe as the parking off road was large.

The apartment was spacious, modern and very clean just like the photos. The beds and linens were of good quality and comfortable. It was a plus to have the washer/ dryer so we didn’t have to pack as much. We loved the quiet neighborhood, but it was only a few minutes walk to beautiful Dover beach and good bars and restaurants. Also, the apartment was only about 15 minutes from the airport. We enjoyed sitting outside on the comfy garden furniture with coffee or a drink on the large covered terrace. We found the host Michelle to be friendly and responsive, and appreciated the nice rum punch she left to welcome us!

The location was ideal, just a short walk from St Lawrence Gap and Dover beach. Just right for us. The apartment was very clean, spacious, had everything you need, with an outside garden. Any minor issues we had was quickly rectified.

Didn't like the fact that there was no extra bed linen, so if any accidents in the night, you would have to wash them in the night, or wait until the morning! There was also no bed linen for the sofa bed.

Within walking distance to many restaurants and beach access. Very spacious and comfortable accommodations at a very reasonable price.

I wish we had blankets on the beds instead of just sheets as my kids love the cozy feel of blankets to help them sleep.

Very roomy, clean, and a/c works great. Location is close to buses and restaurants, and Dover Beach.

Kitchen equipment is not the best quality and a bit worn out.

This is my second time at this apartment the location was ideal easy to get to from the airport and St Lawrence gap, close to bars, restaurant and mini market, beach etc., easy access for buses and taxi. The area was well lit and the property secure, love the fact we don't have to worry about loosing keys etc. One the traffic had calm down at night it was very quite. The grounds of dover wood apartment is well kept.

The sun chairs in the garden could do with refurbish as the current covers are very worn. We had a couple of visits from some monkeys and birds which flew into the sun room but not an issue they flew back out.

Great little apartment. Good walkable location. Entry I into the apartment was by a keypad, but once in no way of locking the door so any previous guest or anyone else could just get in. It was a bit concerning.

Our recent stay at Dover Woods Apartments in Barbados was truly fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend it, especially to families. The property is exceptionally clean and very well maintained, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere throughout our stay. Our apartment comfortably accommodated our family of four, offering ample space to relax. A real highlight was the lovely outside area, perfect for enjoying quiet moments. The convenience of having laundry facilities within the apartment was incredibly helpful, especially for keeping beach towels fresh and managing our clothes. The location of Dover Woods is a major plus. We appreciated the easy walk to a small grocery store for essentials, and the abundance of diverse dining options within walking distance made every evening out a breeze. Exploring the local culinary scene was a real treat. Furthermore, the manager was outstanding. Their responsiveness to any questions was prompt, and the wealth of helpful information they provided truly enhanced our trip and made us feel very welcome and well-cared for. For a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located stay with excellent management, Dover Woods Apartments is a wonderful choice!

Loved our stay at Dover Woods! It’s in St Lawrence Gap, which is very walkable, safe and convenient - Dover Beach nearby, wide range of food options, taxi stand just a minute away, small market 5 mins away. The apartment itself was very clean and pretty well outfitted - one addition they could use is some blankets for the beds. Michelle and her team were incredibly responsive and helpful. 10/10!!

Unusually early checkout with no luggage holding proved a big challenge for us though this was made clear at the start of the booking. In retrospect should have hired a car.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing time. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was a lovely bonus. The host was friendly and attentive, making sure I felt welcome. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place to stay in Barbados.

Our third trip to Dover Woods and hopefully not our last. There is so much to like about this apartment location is excellent for beach, restaurants, busses and local taxis. The apartment is modern and clean and is well thought out. Michelle is a great host and very responsive

Really great apartment in a great location. Bus stop at the end of the road so really easy to catch a bus to other parts of the island. Also really close to the airport which was great and within walking distance to St Lawrence gap. Michelle was a really helpful and responsive host, she had sent all the check in information before arriving and there was a grey book in the apartment with lots of useful information on restaurants, beaches etc go visit. We also rented a car during our stay and there was available parking at the apartment. Would recommend for anyone as a base for your stay in Barbados.

Doverwoods was perfect,clean,modern furnishings,it was cleaned a couple of times during our stay.Had everything we needed,safe area ,close to bus stop at top of the road,close to the Gap for restaurants and near to Maxwell and Dover beach.Would stay there again!

This place looks just like the pictures. The rooms are nice and comfy. They have all the things needed to cook. The staff is welcoming

It took me a while to figure out how to close the door at night. But other than that. It’s amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was fabulous. Everything was quiet accessible : stores, restaurants, beaches. Good/precious informations were available in the guest welcome book. Host was reachable and addressed diligently requests .

not a dislike but a bit of feed back, the main stairs leading to the apartment were very slippy when wet from the rain fall would recommend grip stair treads.

We really enjoyed our stay as a family. We stayed for a week in July. Michelle couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful. My stay at Dover wood apartment was above my expectations. It’s truly walking distance from so many good restaurants the beach shopping area the apartment itself was clean very spacious a nice sunroom I enjoyed that on rainy days. Michelle was great with communication. I will definitely stay here again.

The location, facilities and responsiveness of the owners were fantastic. Would recommend and stay again.

It was a relief to know that it was even bigger than the photos looked.

Not much except no pool, or room service. Also replace the patio furniture though comfortable it didn’t look too fresh. The bathroom light switches connected to the outlet in the bathroom… could use a dim plug-in night light.

Great size apartment, all facilities as advertised, easy parking, comfortable beds and relaxing living area. 5-10 minute walk to 3 different beaches, and just 10-15minute walk to all of the Dover and St Lawrence Gap restaurants. For us, perfect for self catering with much bigger and better space than staying in a hotel. Ideal. There was a problem with the door lock on a Saturday. Michelle (managing agent) and the owner responded immediately, were round at the property straight away, all fixed by the time we’d finished our lunch. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Would firmly recommend others to stay here - great property and super people looking after you if you need it.

Really small thing, but for a family of four a second clothes airer would be super helpful. With all the beach wear plus a bit of washing… very minor though.

The apartment is clean and spacious. It is really close to the beach. The beds are comfortable. It has everything you might need for a good vacation. The parking is nice if you rent a car. There is also washer and dryer.

Fully equipped apartment, good size, cleaning during stay is great, Michelle heiped when ever needed. Our stay was very good.

The property was spacious, fully equipped, cool, clean and comfortable. We loved staying here. My kids 6 and 11 were settled very quick . Everything about this booking was great and really easy and we were relaxed as soon as we arrived. Michelle is a fantastic host.

To pick up on some one else’s comment .. yes it is near a little near sandals but it is not busy or noisy - in fact that makes it good location because any staff, if you pass any are lovely, the local taxis all know where that hotel is located - so easy to get a taxi back and there is no disturbance that I noticed and there is a well stocked convenience store within 5 minutes.

The property was really spacious and close to beaches and shops . Really well maintained and the host was really helpful . We had some issues with the water pressure in the shower but that was solved by the host quickly . We even got a discount as an apology for the issue and we also were able to check out later on our last day there . Amazing host

We prepare our own breakfast n the apartment. The location was fantastic right where we wanted to be near dover beach, bus route, mini market that sold a bit of everything and also the famous St Lawrence Gap.

In the Sun room at dover wood apartment a baby monkey tried to get through the grid as this has no glass or covering, 3 other monkeys was in the garden not an issue just awkward as we felt they could get though the grid we put cushions to block the holes until thy had gone.

Location (close to the beach, shop, bus stop) Host (and the staff) - Michelle, our host, was exceptional. She quickly responded to all my messages and was very helpful throughout our stay. She even managed to arrange a late check out (thank you, Michelle 🙏) Apartment - beautiful, modern, spacious, and clean. There's even a hair straightener available for guests to use! Excellent accommodation, highly recommended.

The accommodation was perfect for our family, the air conditioning, the facilities - TV, washing machine/dryer, cooker, microwave, the beds were comfortable.
