J’ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel. L’emplacement est parfait par rapport à la mosquée l’hôtel est propre ainsi que les chambres qui sont également spacieuses. Je recommande vivement.

All staff are good, especially Mr. Naqeeb, he is very gentle and helpful person.

Avant tout, la proximité. On sort de l’hôtel et de suite nous sommes dans la cours extérieur de la mosquée dans laquelle on retrouve une qualité de son pour les prières et le très grand nombres de tapis vert. La porte 14 entrée des femmes on la voit depuis l’hôtel en ligne droite quasi, ce qui nous facilite énormément en gain d’énergie et de temps. Les chambres de 3 lits assez spacieuses lits confortables. Ascenseur très rapide quand on se retrouve au dernier étage. La proximité mosquée Al-Ghamama qui mène à la mosquée Quba en 5 minutes.

Location to the masjid is ideal, offering ladies easy access to their designated section and gate. The reception staff were consistently helpful and unfailingly polite throughout our stay. The room itself was a comfortable size, providing ample space to move around without feeling cramped. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would happily stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel , not very expensive, good value for money , we had twin bed and I must say twin bed is too small for one grown adult with normal BMI . Location is good right next to Harm but since it’s west side so you have to walk 5 mins to actual Masjid door and that’s challenge in summers , overall excellent value for money

1/5 – One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had I booked Nasamat Makkah Hotel for 4 nights, but the experience was so poor that I had to leave after only one night and move to another hotel. First of all, the location is very misleading if you are booking this hotel to be close to Masjid al-Haram. It may look close on the map, but in reality you have to deal with a very steep uphill walk to reach the Haram. For elderly people, families with children, anyone with mobility problems, or anyone who is not physically very fit, this can be extremely difficult, especially in Makkah’s heat. Taxis were charging me around 15–30 SAR each way depending on demand, which adds considerably to the cost of staying here. The customer service and room service were basically zero. Whenever I asked for help, staff seemed to push the responsibility to somebody else. I was repeatedly told, “We will send someone,” but nobody arrived. There was also no proper doorbell/service response when assistance was needed. Most concerning of all, I reported what appeared to be an electrical fitting/line hanging loose from the wall/switch area in my room. I considered this a potential safety issue, yet after reporting it, no one came to properly deal with it. I have photos of the condition. Eventually I decided that I could not continue staying here, despite having paid for four nights, and checked out after the first night. I would strongly advise people—especially families, elderly pilgrims and anyone travelling primarily to visit Masjid al-Haram—to think very carefully before booking this hotel. For the price being charged, there are much better options in Makkah. Some hotels that are further away even provide regular shuttle or golf-cart-style transport towards the Haram, while here I felt I was paying a considerable amount of money and receiving extremely poor service. Very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

The location is just perfect, we liked the hotel , there is a guy named Rashid bhai on the breakfast area he was very helpful and hospitable and also the omelette making guy was very nice and co operative, over all a good experience but they should make small changes to make it more comfortable

We didn’t liked the breakfast menu, it was very limited and no good options for Pakistan and Indian people, it was just ok, mostly things were not available, also during check out no one come to pick our luggage as we called them twice then we have to do all by ourselves

الحمدالله لم يتأخر وقت الدخول بمساعدة ابننا الودود المحترم عبد العزيز الحربي الله يعطيه العافيه فورا بعد صلاة الضهر سلمني غرفة جميلة و نظيفة ومريحة الاثاث مرتب وحديث واسرّة جداا مريحة المصاعد رغم انهم اثنين فقط والفندق كان ممتلئ بالكامل لكن لم نصادف اي مشكلة او تعطيل في استخدام المصاعد ،

لم اجلس فالفندق الا ساعات قليلة لكن لم يزعجني اي شئ

أرضية الغرف كانت وسخه بعض الشيء

للأسف كانت تجربتنا مخيبة للآمال، وكنا نتوقع مستوى أفضل بكثير. أخذنا الإقامة مع وجبتي الإفطار والعشاء، لكن الأكل لم يكن جيدًا. كانت الأطباق تتكرر تقريبًا كل يوم، وبعض المأكولات كانت يعاد تسخينها بدل تقديمها طازجة. لاحظنا أيضًا أنه يتم تسخين بعض المأكولات المتبقية من وجبة العشاء، مثل البطاطس والفلافل والناجتس، ثم وضعها في بوفيه الإفطار في اليوم التالي. وهذا انعكس بشكل واضح على جودة وطعم الطعام. حتى المخبوزات والمعجنات كانت قاسية وجافة وكأنها قديمة وليست طازجة. الغرف المخصصة لأربعة أشخاص صغيرة جدًا وغير مريحة. لا توجد مساحة كافية للتحرك داخل الغرفة، ولا حتى لفتح الحقائب وترتيبها بشكل مريح، كما أن المساحة المتوفرة للصلاة داخل الغرفة ضيقة جدًا. أما بالنسبة للحمام، فمجفف الشعر كان معطلًا. ومن أكثر الأمور المزعجة أيضًا الضوضاء. نوافذ الغرفة من زجاج عادي ولا تعزل الصوت بشكل جيد. غرفتنا كانت تطل على مكان توجد فيه عدة محركات تعمل باستمرار وتصدر ضجيجًا قويًا، مما جعل النوم صعبًا جدًا، خصوصًا في الليل. كما أن الواي فاي في الغرفة كان متعطلًا طوال فترة إقامتنا. في كل مرة كنا نسأل عن المشكلة، كانوا يخبروننا بأنهم سيقومون بإصلاحه، لكن في النهاية لم يتم إصلاحه، وكانت مجرد وعود دون نتيجة. والأسوأ من ذلك أن شبكة الهاتف نفسها كانت ضعيفة جدًا أو غير متوفرة داخل الغرفة، مما جعل استخدام بيانات الهاتف شبه مستحيل. ولهذا السبب كنا نضطر إلى الجلوس في منطقة الاستقبال من أجل استخدام الإنترنت. كذلك، المصاعد قديمة ونظامها بطيء، وكنا نضطر إلى الانتظار لفترة طويلة حتى يصل المصعد، خصوصًا في أوقات الازدحام. ومن المفترض أيضًا أن يتم توفير بطاقة دخول للغرفة لكل شخص مقيم فيها، حتى يتمكن كل فرد من الدخول إلى الغرفة بشكل مستقل دون الحاجة إلى انتظار الشخص الذي يحمل البطاقة. بصراحة، مقابل سعر الإقامة والموقع، كنا نتوقع خدمة وراحة وتعاملًا أفضل بكثير. للأسف لا أنصح بهذا الفندق، خصوصًا للعائلات أو لمن يسافرون أربعة أشخاص في غرفة واحدة.

Very clean hotel with an excellent location in Madinah and very good value for money. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised to receive sweets as a welcome gesture.

Absolutely loved the stay, Hannan at the reception was very sweet and kind she gave us super early check-in. Very happy and grateful. Maximum 4-5 mins walk and up are in Majid-un-nabwi.
