The room size was not comfortable for 2 adults and 1 boy 12 years old next time I will need to book bigger room but that will be expensive to look for another option

One major problem smoking area is at the hotel doors steps and it’s uncomfortable seeing punch people smoking. Other than that everything was great.

Reception staff happy to help and provide assistance to me for extending my stay or any other request. Room service was excellent, every morning Raju greeted me and was happy and very polite and friendly. He made my stay extra special always checking daily throughout my stay to make sure I had everything I needed. Housekeeping was excellent, always changed my beds, fresh towels, tea and coffee tops up daily when needed.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026حياكم الله. فندق بوسفور وقف الصافي من الفنادق الراقية، الرائدة، الرائعة… كانت مدة إقامتي صحبة زوجي ممتعة جدا. هذه هي المرة الثانية على التوالي التي أحجز فيها لأنني أحسست بالسكينة والهدوء وكأنني في بيتي. فور وصولنا، إستقبلنا بالورود والشربات عربونا عن كرم الضيافة المعروف بها مسؤولي وعاملي هذا الفندق المميز… وكما اعتدنا، فإن موظفات الإستقبال وعلى رأسهن الغالية "ملك"، بابتسامتها الجميلة، تشعرك بالفخر والإعتزاز لكونك أصبت في اختيار هذا الفندق بالتحديد وبأنك مرحب بك دائماً وأبداً. للتنويه : تشرفنا بتلقي هدية مميزة وهي قسيمة لشخصين لولوج مطعم الفندق لتناول وجبة غذاء أو عشاء وبالفعل كانت تجربة ناجحة بكل المقاييس. ومن هذا المنبر، أتقدم باسمي وبإسم زوجي بالشكر الجزيل للقائمين على إدارة فندق بوسفور وقف الصافي على تلك الهدية وعلى تعاملهم الراقي مع ضيوفهم وضيوف الرحمن عامة. ملاحظة : أود الإشارة إلى أن المسؤول عن الفرز والإختيار داخل "خدمة الموارد البشرية" يعمل بجد ومثابرة ويستوجب منا كل الإجلال والتقدير لأن بفضله إستطعنا أن نتواصل مع موظفين وعمال في مستوى عال من المسؤولية والثبات… فجزاكم الله عنا جميعا خيرا. وفي انتظار تكرار هذه التجربة الإيجابية، تقبلوا منا، آنساتي، سيداتي، سادتي، فائق التقدير الإحترام. السيدة خديجة الرميلي

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026A lovely hotel in an excellent location, very close to Masjid an-Nabawi with convenient access to both the men’s and women’s prayer areas. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and we were very grateful to be given an upgrade. A comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would happily stay here again.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The room and how spacious the quad room was. Had a little kitchen area and dining table! Second time staying here and would stay again. Arif Hossein was a lovely house keeper and made sure he did a fantastic job every day!
The coffee downstairs is so bad! But that’s about it ! Plenty of other options though

I arrive at the hotel at 6 am and paid extra money for early check-in and be obligated to wait until 8am to access my room. This should be improved and allow clients to have their room as their pay their money Also. We were waiting for the porter for long time to carry and bring our luggage in our room

كل شي مميز في هذا الفندق ولا يوجد شي لم يعجبني وان شاءالله في المستقبل القريب باذن الله سوف ارجع لهذا الفندق

طلبت بترقية الغرفة لتصبح شاملة الإفطار ودفع الفرق لكن تم الاعتذار عن الطلب وتم توجيهي إلى ان ادفع 100 ريال مقابل كل شخص للإفطار فهل يعقل ان ادفع 700 ريال لإفطار أسره تتكون من أطفال

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026لقد حجزت غرفه في هذا الهوتيل علي البوكينق وعندما وصلت كان الغرفة ليست كما حجزت كانت ضيقة جدا بعدها اخبرتهم ثاني يوم ان الغرفة ليس الغرفة اللتي طلبتها أنها صغيره جدا هذي بعدها أرسلوني لاراء غرفه ثانية كانت هي نفس الغرفه اللتي طلبتها لايوجد مصداقيه في الاستقبال وكان النوم غير مريح تماما يوجد تكسير جنب الهوتيل لمده اكثر من عشر أيام لم استطع النوم جيدا للاسف كان الهوتيل غير جيد هذه اول مره وآخر مره اذهب الي هذا الهوتيل.

It’s been 5th year i stay at this property every year for few days. Last 4 years they just ask for my passport the person whose name is on the booking but this time they asked for my whole family’s passport even the infants too. The ladies at this property speak a little to none on English

Odamız mescide nebeviye bakan bir oda değil di erken giriş yapınca öyle denk. Çok memnun kaldık. Otelden Çıkacağımız gün geç çıkamamiza izin vermeleri ayrı bir güzellik oldu

Odadaki buz dolabı ve ketıl çok iyi çalışmıyordu. Dolap iyi soğutmuyordu.
