Fraser Suites Dalian

Fabulous apartment super clean 👌 and friendly helpful staff great location for everything 😀. They put a little birthday cake in my room on my birthday how thoughtful 😀 😊

The layout of the swimming pool sauna and steam room should be next to the swimming pool not in separate changing rooms.

Amazing hotel. Smooth check in ( although you need to pay a deposit which I was unaware of , but they return it after check out, and it was immediately returned to my bank card ), friendly staff, and clean room. Kitchen facilities are nice and include everything you might need for your stay. There is also some detergent for the washing machine (the machine is a washer + dryer in one ). Rooms are cleaned daily unless you ask otherwise. The breakfast is exceptional. Both Chinese and western option are available. Although the venue for the breakfast is smaller than I thought, the food is really good and tasty! Also I would like to highlight the kindness of the hotel staff. The usual check out is at 13:00, but they allowed us to check out 1 hour later for free! This was extremely helpful since our train was later in the day. The location is great! The hotel is next door to the big shopping centre that has everything you might need - great restaurants, clothing shops, etc. Subway station is also very nearby, Less than 5 minutes by foot. the hotel is also very near to the sea, so you can have a nice evening walk and enjoy the views and peacfull atmosphere. Overall, I would definitely recommed this hotel for your stay in Dalian!

No tomé desayuno.

Spacious apartment, just next to the mall. The apartment building has a direct connection to the mall, which is very convenient. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent service at the reception desk and by the cleaning staff. We enjoyed the personal touch with a nice welcome gift for the kids.

The hotel took a security deposit of 500 RMB. They said it would be refunded but it’s still showing as pending on my credit card. That’s over one month ago and I cannot get it taken off. I wasn’t expecting to pay this deposit - very poor business practice.

Great location to Convention centre metro. Galleria mall in the same building. Short walk to the harbour area. On my wife's birthday we came back to the room to find a little birthday cake and a card, very thoughtful.

All good

Location is very good, close to the shoreline and there is a shopping mall which you can enter directly from the hotel

Breakfast could've been better, I wish there was more variety of food, especially fruits.

Very convenient location on Line2 subway- conference center, access to Galleria mall food court on the 4th floor, very spacious rooms, very high quality steel cookware in the kitchen, clean house keeping, very good breakfast with different options every day, polite and helpful staff. We loved our stay and would choose to stay there again.

Fraser Suites in Dalian was perfect

I was a bit nervous booking Fraser Suites due to some people leaving negative reviews (and I had never been to Dalian before). However, this hotel is amazing -- the rooms are huge and cozy, and everything feels so renovated!! The breakfast is great, and although Dalian has a lot of great hotels to stay in, this one felt great for the price.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel -- I highly recommend!!!

The hotel was truly a no smoking hotel as we didn't get any whiffs of smoke while at the property. Also, the staff immediately helped with any request and always treated us in a professional and friendly manner. Finally, they allowed us to check out late on our final day.

Amazing experience during Chinese new year, particularly people who work there made us so warm and welcome. We stayed on19th floor - room was beautifully cleaned with personal preference. We also very much enjoyed 6th floor library watching Dalian sunset while reading, bringing wonderful memories of the city. It is rare to have such decent reading area in five star hotel - we love it love it love it. Thank you Mrs Guo ( hotel manager ) for making everything possible here.

Hotel sits in a prime central location perfect for conference attendees, just steps from major business venues and right next to leading shopping centers like Galleria Shopping Mall. Guests consistently praise the professional, warm staff and immaculate cleanliness throughout the property. Wellness facilities shine here: the indoor swimming pool is large, modern, and beautifully maintained, complemented by a luxurious gym and sauna that make unwinding after meetings a true pleasure. Breakfasts are diverse, featuring both Western and Chinese selections—ideal for international travelers. The proximity to shopping and dining options adds remarkable convenience. Occasional feedback mentions that some rooms show signs of age, but overall, service and amenities consistently exceed expectations, making this a top pick for a comfortable, rejuvenating stay in Dalian.

Very elegant and classy

I am writing to let you know my exceptional experience with the receptionist Flora, she is thoughtful, beautiful and professional, I am feeling touched by her warmness in everyway. All other staffs are so wonderful too - 刘雪莲, Ethan, 张峰, Scott, Steven, Eric, Ata, George, Archie, Jerry, also house keeping services for 11th ( 姜阿姨 ） and 12th floor, and all staffs for swimming pool area, and all staffs by the main entrance - forgive me if I am not able to write all names down. Dalian Fraser has something really special and I think I know why the moment I met their elegant manager Ms Guo. I have to say each time I stay I feel Fraser makes Dalian prettier and prettier. Wherever I go I will stay with Fraser! I hope the worldwide directer will read this message and appreciate the all the efforts Dalian Fraser creates and bring more and more opportunities for all staffs here worldwide.

All very good

All good

Good location, easy access

Worst service ever had, non-smoking room with strong smoking smell, noisy air conditioner, very poor room service. Definitely not a 5 star hotel service level

We missed a restaurant or bar in the hotel.

Good location adjacent to Galeria shopping mall and metro line no. 2.

The cleaning service could be upgraded

Wonderful hotel, clean, excellent place. If in Dalian I would book over again

May be coworkers need to get more used to using English but it was no serious problem anyway.

Amazing stay! Really impressed by all staffs especially Eason, Steven ( 李先生 ), Jerry ，赵治，梁晨， 王纯，还有客房部 - my Room has been cleaned beautifully every day, I will definitely recommend to all my family and friends, I feel I’ve got a home in Dalian, next time I will come back for sure.

Staff were amazing, very helpful

Lobby receptionist Ms. Cindy Liu is very friendly and helpful. Such a role model for how a hotel staff should be.

Good modern design , practical and convenient. Great service!

The team especially George is very friendly and accommodating. The HSKP staff is always smiling. I feel being looked after😃.

Nothing, I wish I could stay longer.

Facilities were excellent, staff were amazing. Would 100% recommend.

Can go any place very easy.

Can go any place very easy.

My stay at the Frasier was excellent. The rooms are clean and the amenities are great. Excellent access to the metro and the adjanct mall offers both grocery and dining options. The hotel staff is proficient in English. Great pool as well
