The overall atmosphere, and aesthetics were great. The views were not too bad. Good people and food too.

The rooms could do with a little TLC. the covers had holes in it and stains. The bedside tables where too far situated from the bed. What I did not like was the noise; when your neighbour showers you hear it. The aircon was loud and it was not even my room aircon, but the one across the hall. The last night there, a bus full of school kids arrived low and behold running up and down the stairs, around and pounding on the floor above, screaming at eachother from across the hall well in to the night. WiFi? The only location you could use the WiFi is if you stood in reception. Which coming from another country and trying to stay connected to your family and friends was truly disappointing.

The thing that I did like and mainly were the location of the venue, it's very central to almost if not all the surrounding events and activities, the staff were very polite and friend and very informative as well, property is well maintained.

The room that was advertised and the room that i got was two different, there was no indication that i was going to get the room that i had, it ended up being much smaller than what was advertised. a little more clarity would have helped a lot as proper changes or amendments could have been made prior to arrival. even though we had made arrangements to have our check-in time done between 11am/12pm, when we got there we had to wait till 14:30pm just so we could get into our room, what's the point in having the option for early check-in if it can not be accommodated for. The bed was rather small for two people, to me it seemed like it was just a 3/4 bed which was just enough for myself and my partner, if i had to bring along my child there wouldn't have been big enough for the 3 of us.

The venue is situated in a beautiful place. The surroundings are breathtaking. The staff are very friendly. The place is clean. The venue is close to shops and there are plenty of outdoor activities to do in the surroundings.

There are too many strict rules that make no sense for me. You are not allowed to bring in your own food or alcohol. There was no chairs or tables in our rooms. No bar fridge or microwave. You have to sit on the bed yet there's a big fine if you mess the bed covers. They gave us a very small bar of soap that looks 2 centimeters wide and a 5ml of bath liquid. The water in the rooms stink. The aircon was just on cold air and there was not hot air conditioning. The swimming pool water is freezing cold so we couldn't even swim. It was overall a bad experience.

TVs were terrible poor reception and picture quality when it actually worked. The air conditioner didn't work at all. The water pressure was very poor and not very hot for a shower.

The hosts were welcoming and friendly. They have a good garden and the view is lovely.

The friendly staff. The food and the room where super clean and warm since we took our vacation in winter. Breakfast was out of this world, 100% to the chef. The shower head although need attention but overall, best place.

The villas are outdated. Beds are old and pillows and not comfortable at all. There’s no fridge in the room like any other BnB lodge or hotel room. The staff is nice and flexible to serve the needs of guests. They are very helpful. The infrastructure is outdated. The shower didn’t have hot water but Luke warm. The shower heads are terrible and must be changed. The rooms are extremely small and if you clusterphobic you’ll not survive. There are low hanging fruits like changing shower heads

It was good.

The TV was not working at all and the WiFi was very slow but it was nice not to have a TV as we went there to unwind and relax.

The food was good and affordable, close to all the entertainment centres. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Cold water on the first day but they resolved the issue very quickly after we reported it, Thank you so much.

The breakfast was excellent. The stuff that served us was on another level❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 and the breakfast made us full the whole day even in the evening we didn't really eat because of the breakfast ❤️❤️we really enjoyed not gonna lie.

The room that we ordered was not the one we chose when we booked . The floor we didn't expect to get that. Tv? We didn't expect that . The room was just a bare minimum.

The location was so good I liked it ,on Friday we slept in a room and we found that the bed wasn’t comfortable we complained in the morning and moved us to a more comfortable room,thanks Villa for making our stay so comfy🌸

The place, food and staff were amazing.

The place needs an upgrade, their air conditioners are old fashioned and makes unnecessary sounds. There’s no Tv at all in their rooms. The rooms doesn’t have irons or hairdryers(we need those)

loved the rooms, they both had a balcony. we set there in the afternoon after we had come back from site seeing.

I was disappointed because the aircon in Room 12 was not working on the heater site. my mother had to request a heater for room 11. Tv was only on SABC and it was only one channel playing soccer. The was no fridge in the room to put our cold drinks, I had to drive to the nearest mall to buy ice. lucky i brought ice buckets from home.

The Bed's is very comfortable The view's was out of the books. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is really Beautiful and closed to Nature. The Food was delicious.

There was plenty of Fly's in our Room the First Night when whe checked in but whe went to ask for Doom at reception the Hotel sorted it out for us. And Maybe They Can Put a Little Bar Fridge in the Room's.

We booked for 2 woman and a toddler and they put us on the top floor all the way at the end and the railings are not safe for a toddler at all not even going up the stairs. The tv didn't really work and there was no fridge or microwave

Koketso at the reception. He was very friendly and helpful, he explained everything to us. The room was always clean, the aircon will be on at night when we arrive. We really enjoyed our stay and we definitely coming back.

The pool is very small. The water has a bad smell you can’t even rinse your mouth. Even when you bath the smell is there. There’s not even a chair or a seat in the rooms. When you get to the room you just lie down or sit on the bed. The rooms are too small. There’s a bed side lamp that is just hanging on your head. On Sunday morning the water was very cold we had to shower with cold water. The yard is beautiful.

The place was beautiful and the breakfast was nice.

We had two bookings with booking.com. Our number increased then I called the property to do adjustments to add more rooms and I've received invoice by an email. I made payments and sent proof of payment back to the email address I've received the invoice. Upon arrival on the 27th of March we we're told they only have bookings for 2 rooms for 4 people and we booked for 7 rooms for 14 people. It was one big disappointment because we had send proof of payment to the property. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked, the management find rooms for us but we had to move from one room to the another everyday. There was a day when three people shared a room as they didn't have a room for two of our colleagues. I must say it was stressful. All in all, the management compensated us with free breakfast for 14 people, a loyal suit for two plus a refund for one room.

The stay was very good,good value for money. The views are out of this would and the view from the cable way makes it more great. The staff is very friendly from the house keeping team to the gentleman at the reception. And the chef recommended a nice hake that I loved.

There was nothing to like

The rooms were substandard, it looks like student accommodation. Didnt have an iron and hairdreyer and it was a busy weekend, guests were moving from one room to the other to borrow the iron. Worse, when i raised the concern, I was racially profiled that the reason why management doesnt provide those amenities in the rooms anymore is because black people steal those amenities upon checking out.

The is a guy by the reception area. He was very welcoming and super patient with us. He attended to all of our request and ensured our stay was comfortable and we enjoyed value for money. The facility itself was beautiful.

Had to wait 15 to 20 minutes by the gate upon arrival because there was no at the gate and it was late around 19h00. At one point even had to ask someone passing by how we gain access. The numbers provided on the net did not work!

The breakfast was very nice and fresh and the variety is accomodating everyone's diet. As for the time you should at least extend to 10h00, because as a traveller you want to sleep a bit late sometimes. The venue is next to entertainment facilities its a plus for travellers. Can you please send me details of any specials available.

There is no onsite entertainment at the venue, to accomodate visitors who dont want to go out. Also the music at the facilities can be at least adjusted to accomodate locals.

Disappointing because they dish for us and you are not allowed to eat as much as you can as we know that it is a buffet

Our stay was nice, on Friday we arrived late but i'm so happy how Koketso ( the reception guy) welcome us. he is very friendly. Breakfast was very nice and worth for the price, there was a lot of food. The room was worth the amount we paid, it was clean and the space was enough for both of us. the bed was cool aswell. We enjoyed our stay

I had a great time at Villa Paradiso. The room was wonderful with an extra big bed, not what I was expecting for a budget double room. The site was lovely to walk around, and I can see how this would be a great wedding venue. They also make a delicious breakfast. The staff were so friendly and welcoming.

I went during a quiet period, so it was understandable that the restaurant was not available for dinner, but the location is very close to try local restaurant spots.

I asked for something special because it was our 35st wedding anniversary, but because we had a full weekend with breakfasts, cruises, coffee shops and restaurants on the list, I decided not to take up the offer of treats and Champaign they had to offer. But still, when we entered our room. there were rose petals EVERYWHERE. It was such a wonderful gesture from their side. Thank you Jacques and team!!
