The apartment was neat, spacious and very well equipped. There is a lift for upper storeys. Close to busstops and supermarkets. Friendly reception service willing to assist in any way possible. Miguel acyually desers an 11/10 score for efficiency and friendliness.

No reception service over weekends which means there was no luggage storage facikity available.

The location was perfect for us as I was travelling with my child: a lovely, relatively quiet neighbourhood away from the main tourist crowds, yet with plenty of restaurants and good grocery shops nearby. There was also a small park and a playground close by, and a car park about 50 metres away where we booked parking for our entire stay. I particularly loved the spacious terrace and its pleasant view it was one of the main reasons I chose this apartment, and it was lovely to spend evenings there.

For the price, I expected a cleaner, better-maintained and more comfortable apartment. Although the bed linen was clean on arrival, the shelves and clothes storage were dusty, and the sofa, bed throw and decorative cushion covers were stained. I had to clean surfaces and wash the covers myself. The terrace floor, furniture and cushions were very dirty: I repeatedly wiped everything down and washed the floor several times before we could comfortably use it. I did not expect to start my holiday with extensive cleaning. The bedroom had a sagging mattress, very uncomfortable pillows and a small shelving unit instead of a proper wardrobe. The worn bedsheet tore on the first night. There was no spare linen or anyone available to help then, so I had to buy a replacement. The apartment also looked more worn than in the photos, with chips, scuffs, stains and peeling wallpaper. Both air conditioners were noisy, and the living room unit smelled unpleasant. A technician cleaned the filter but did not fix the problem, explaining that other staff were on holiday. The issues persisted throughout our stay. Outdoor air-conditioning units directly behind the bedroom wall also produced a hum that disturbed sleep. The biggest problem was the lift. The apartment is on the top floor, effectively the tenth when counting all levels. Maintenance was supposed to take one or two days, but the lift was unavailable for four full days, until we left. I had to climb up and down several times daily with my three-year-old child, groceries and belongings. No alternative arrangement or compensation was offered. Staff helped carry our suitcases down on departure, which I appreciated. Communication was difficult even before booking: replies across different platforms were sporadic and brief, and my emails eventually went unanswered. The location and terrace were lovely, but they did not make up for the discomfort and poor value for money.

とても綺麗だった センスの良い内装だった 家族４人で5泊したが快適だった アパートメントの下のピザ屋さん？が想像以上に美味しかった。いつも賑わってるのは美味しいからなんだと思う。近くのMercadonaでチーズや生ハムを買って自炊したり(Mercadonaのバケットが安くてとても美味しかった！)洗濯機もあったので毎日洗濯しました！ シャワーの水圧も完璧でした！

受付のスタッフ(女性)があまり感じが良くなかった こちらは英語もスペイン語も話せなかったので意思疎通がうまくいかなかった

The location is awesome, away from the craziness but close enough to the hustle and bustle. Very nice area. I went on holiday with my mom and boyfriend and it was perfect for us! The terrace and balcony are a total must!

The shower ran really hot without the ability to adjust it. The shower leaks and the floor in the bathroom is lifting from it. Smells like mildew. Needed extra toilet paper as well.

Casa ben strutturata per una famiglia di 4 persone, infatti ogni camera (una matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli) aveva il proprio bagno. Cucina dotata di tutto il necessario per poter pranzare in casa. Sala ampia con zona pranzo e zona relax. Buon livello di pulizia. La zona è tranquilla.

Qualche asciugamano in più sarebbe stato utile. Forse eliminerei dall'appartamento quegli oggetti belli a vedersi ma inutili e soggetti ad esser facilmente sporcati (cuscini, cuscinetti, tappeti...).

Great location, very clean rooms, very helpful hosts. Apartment very spacious and kitchen very well stocked with utensils and cutlery. Lots of choice of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets downstairs within walking distance. Excellent AC which was a bonus as it was a very hot stay. A great addition was that the entrance felt safe and clean.

Only one welcome pack with one tablet for the washing machine. We went and bought some extra laundry tablets, along with tea bags and milk.

Lovely and well appointed apartment in a good location. Reception staff very friendly.

La segunda habitación es demasiado pequeña, no había azucar, sal, aceite … de cortesía

Ruim, mooi balkon en schoon! Badkamers fijn en modern. Centrale locatie.

Een kamer was aan de kleine kant, appartement was goed voor 3 personen, maar zou te klein zijn voor 4 personen. Accommodatie reageerde niet snel.

Location was great! We loved that we had the option to eat in or go out and found a wonderful grocery store close by. A brisk walk to some of Barcelonas greatest tourist attractions and very close to bus and train lines. Would definitely stay here again, and in fact out of 7 other places we stayed at, this was our favorite by far! Thanks for a great experience, and a special thank you to Miguel for his help.

Bath and hallway doorframes showed water damage from a previous disaster of epic proportions which I can only imagine. Note to management, as a former contractor, particle /hardboard is a poor choice in any area that may experience moisture and is doomed to failure.

The apartment was just as pictured and comfortable, with enough dishware, soap, laundry liquid, etc for a short stay. Air conditioning was mostly strong and easy to adjust, though the primary bedroom was warmer than the rest of the apartment. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to great restaurants and cafes.

The temperature in the primary bedroom wasn't as cool as the rest of the apartment. There was shampoo and bar soap in the bathrooms but it would be even better if there was hair conditioner and liquid hand/body soap.

It wasn’t the cleanest, the table on the balcony was dirty and there was dust on the skirting boards.

Il faut des boules quies pour dormir dans cet appartement, c est très bruyant. Lorsque vous êtes en vacances, le sommeil est très important, toute la nuit, vous entendrez, scooter, klaxons, camion poubelle, bruits de motos et voitures. A savoir que nous dormions au 1er étage. Nous avions réservé très tôt par rapport à nos vacances, nous avions demandé d être logé dans les étages supérieurs pour éviter ce problème, les explications données furent les suivantes : booking attribue les logements et qu ils pouvaient rien y faire 🤣 J ai trouvé ce manque de considération et la réponse complètement inappropriée. Je pense que vous pouvez trouver un appartement aussi bien équipé mais surtout beaucoup plus calme.

Location was great

We had an amazing stay. The apartment had everything we needed, basically like living at home. Everything was clear and organized. The staff was friendly,and helpful. The location is excellent- shopping, dining, bakeries ,grocery stores. We wouldn't hesitate to go back,and we highly recommend it! Thank you for welcoming us !

Great accommodation, very good experience. Communication before arrival was quick and straightforward, Miguel at the reception was very hospitable and helpful, he stored our luggage as we arrived early. At first the elevator was a bit tricky to use but we got help with it. The apartment was equipped with everything we could think of. Kitchen had a good amount of crockery and cutlery, washing machine, dishwasher, a nice kit for cleaning, clean and comfortable furnishings and well working air conditioning. One of our windows faced a busy street but if it was closed it was not disturbing. We would choose this apartment again.

الموقع ١٠/١٠، كنا نتنقل مشي والشارع فيه كثير محلات حلوه معلومات الدخول ارسلوها قبل وصلونا وكان كل شي واضح وسهل والمضيف استقبلنا وشرح لنا وقت الوصول المكان كان نظيف والمكيفات بارده، كانوا موفرين مناديل وصابون، فيه كوايه ومنشره فيه ضريبه سياح كانت ١٠.٤٥ يورو للشخص لليلة

義理の両親と家族4人で泊まった。ベッドルームがリビングダイニングを挟んで2つあってベッドルームに接続するかたちでバスルームがあったので変に気を使うことなく過ごすことができた。設備もしっかりしていて、調理器具も一通り揃っていた。自分たちは2泊したけど長期滞在にも向いていそうだなと思った。アクセスも悪くない。

市税払わないといけなかったが、滞在期間中に受け付けに人がいなくて払うのが難航した。

Просторные аппвртаменты. Приятный небольшой балкон с видом на красивые соседние дома. Неплохое размещение. Есть рядом, в пешей доступносты, большой продуктовый супермаркет. Но до ближайшей станции метро, в жару, эти 8-10 мин пешком очень ощутимы.

Квартира большая, но какая-то слишком казенная и стерильная, не мешало бы добавить элементов для уюта, - милые вещицы, картинки, подсветки и пр. Вроде бы все и есть, но настолько минимум.... Одна спальня с окном, но оно формальное, - оно полностью деревянное, его открыть невозможно, поскольку оно выходит во внутренний двор-колодец, где очень шумно и микс из неприятных запахов из соседних окон. Об этом не указано в описании!!!. а для нас комнаты с окнами очень важны.

What can I say… it was a dream location. Barcelona is beautiful and this place has personality. It is a very spacious apartment, with comfortable beds. Equipped with kitchen and all you need! And the balcony! Ohh so nice eating breakfast every morning looking deep into the horizon where you could see the sea and la sagrada familia. Definitely a dream.

Everything was perfect

It was average we stayed at three different places on our 12 day trip starting in Portugal and this place was by far most expensive and the place we liked the least and Marta wasn’t nice

The pictures are misleading on the unit you are getting LOTS OF NOISE FROM STREETS. Unit is much smaller. Had to ask for extra towels and laundry soap they don’t provide little things they should do for better service

Das Apartement war für einen Kurzaufenthalt von 4 Nächten Völlig ausreichend. Die Klimaanlage hat bestens funktioniert. Die Betten waren bequem und es war alles sauber. Der Teppich im Wohnbereich könnte mal getauscht werden. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und der Rezeptionist war sehr sehr nett und hilfreich. Wir konnten das Apartment früher als erwartet beziehen und bei der Abreise gibt es eine Möglichkeit die Koffer sicher aufzubewahren. Unser Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmer war sehr ruhig, weil zum Innenhof.

La struttura si trova a pochi passi dalla via DIAGONAL. É pulita, ben attrezzata pee un soggiorno confortevole. Gli spazi so o ampi e comodi per una famiglia di 4 persone

Trovandosi in zona centrale c erano molti rumori provenienti dalla strada. La finestra del bagno affaccia su un androne da cui provengono rumori e odori poco gradevoli.

A couple of great restaurants right next door. The neighborhood felt safe. The check in process was easy. The ACs worked well. The beds were comfortable.

The location was walkable, but perhaps not ideal for a family wanting to use the metro frequently. We had to walk about 15 minutes to any metro stop, which was a lot when most activities/sites were 25-30 minutes to walk to. So we ended up just walking most of the time. It would have been nice to have shampoo provided and there wasn’t enough toilet paper provided for a family of 4 for four days. We had to buy our own. It is nice to have 2 showers. Please note however that the guest shower was quite small and the master shower drains very slow, leaving you standing in 1” of water. The maintenance crew came but said it’s just a slow drain. I also believe the throw pillows/blanket and rugs need an upgrade. They were dirty and well worn.

Its location was great, having a washing machine and AC was a life saver

The two outlets in either side of the bed don’t work. Also the lights in the bedroom with two beds would work, then not work..I think there’s a short.

The door code was easy to use. I like not having to worry about losing keys, but I did appreciate that the apartment gave the option of a physical key. The apartment was nice and clean and in a great neighborhood.

The living room did not have heavy curtains to block the light. Since we used the couch as a bed that would have been nice.

That it wasn’t in busy tourist area, love being with the locals, and such a great area -. Loved Gràcia ❤️

Fantastic location and apartment, the terrace was amazing.

Pillows could be much better. Lots of steps in the apartment which could be highlighted better, even just by adding some form of skirting (I am dyspraxic so found myself tripping over quite a lot!). However the design/layout is still beautiful!

Clean and prime location

Unreliable lifts broke several times during our stay which is less than ideal when you're on the 7th floor

Location and property

No receptionist available to check in during our weekend stay due to being a holiday weekend. However, staff was very helpful (after holiday weekend) assisting us with process of paying tourist tax after we had already left.
