Les fenêtres ne ferment pas complètement y a toujours un jeu et j’étais côté champ, il y avait des chiens qui ont aboyé toute les nuits le coq à 5h du matin. L’hôtel n’a pas été rénové depuis son ouverture. Du calcaire dans la douche et le pommeau n’a pas été changé depuis longtemps. Je ne recommanderais pas cette hôtel, si vous souhaitez un séjour reposant.

The bed was a little cardboard-y - but we were so tired it really didn't matter.

This review is only for the city-facing room facing the parking lot and road. The noise (ambulance, motorbikes, trucks and echo) was the main downside of staying here. Because of the road being a made road and near a hospital. I would not recommend booking a room on this side of the hotel. We had to checkout early because we could not sleep. On the other hand, the reception staff, cleaning staff, and security (who helped carry our bags up 3 levels) were very friendly and accommodating. They even spoke good english. I wish I could give a good review for the staff seperately, because we knew that they really took care of the property and genuinely cared for their guests. Overall a great place for the affordable price, just too noisy if facing the city.

Very spacious apartment with large balcony close to town.

Pool is across the carpark next to the main road. A lot of mold in the shower and stains on the couch. No cutlery or dishes provided in the kitchen. Overall the photos don't reflect today's state of the facilities.

Nothing negative to say whatsoever

Very nice staff, especially a young Security guard (didn’t get his name) who was very helpful during my 3 week stay. Nice pool area and the pool itself was wonderful. Rooms are nice with a nice big bed, spaceous and I quickly felt “at Home”. All in all a perfect stay and I will def recommend staying here - also long term. All the best from Denmark

Great pool, very spacious rooms. Laundry service was good. Lotus and 7/11 nearby walk. Cleaners offered service everyday.

Shower is lukewarm and did not get hot we had to ask reception to change the shower head as it was faulty, but they did so. Location is not close to anything, 40 minute walk or expensive taxi into Fishermans village. More expensive taxi to other places on the island.

Really trash. Look at the videos below how the reception works. Additionally Full of drunken noisy guests partying every night. It's so bad the surronding businesses suffer due to this hotel bad reputation. Reception closed after 10 pm. Security sleeping. They didn't clean the room so I checked out before the end of the rental. Don't waste your money and nice vacation in this kind of hotel. Go for international hotels.

Always stay here on my way to and from Phagnan. Rooms are big enough, room has balcony also which is good. Staff are friendly and helped with my bags (Im disabled) which I appreciated. Pool is nice and not usually busy. Theres a 7 eleven, a pharmacy and a big Tesco Lotus 5 mins away with a nice coffee shop inside (coffee world) a KFC (if you like) and a cinema to catch a movie. Im unsure if theres a beach close (walking distance)

nice big room - fridge/freezer - air conditioning worked great - nice pool. staff came to clean everyday. did not have kettle to make tea/coffee but the staff was accommodating and got one for me. close to a market.

very busy road - hard/ a bit dangerous to cross the road but there was security/traffic control who helped me when he was there. there was a problem with my water - wasn’t working one day/was brown and smelled bad - they moved me to another room for free and that one was okay.

Läget är helt ok, nära till stor mataffär och night market. Stenhård säng. Balkong men inga möbler. Ingen vattenkokare eller bestick/tallrikar. Fel att kalla för apartment. Poolen helt ok och personal trevlig. Inget ställe man stannar på mågon längre tid

This is the second time I have styed here and it is great value for money. It is next door to a large shopping mall and has lots of places to eat nearby.

When the room was cleaned it was to an excellent standard. Bike rental available at reception. Pool remained clean

One reception member was nice, however every other staff member at reception was very rude and treated us quite unfairly. The hotel is made to look much nicer on the photos so just take that into consideration. The cleaners were good at cleaning however they through away my girlfriends beauty product and we received no compensation. However, they tried to charge us for a broken glass which we found unfair and refused.

The staff were really helpful and lovely - super friendly and warm

The mattress was extremely hard which interrupted our sleep and made it very uncomfortable. There was a thin a mattress topper but it didn’t impact at all. Some suggestions would be cutlery in the kitchen and to adapt and update the plugs. Nice place just needs some updating to bring it back to the quality of the photos. The mattress being changed would make a huge difference

TV is like 80s reception,plus Thai shows so didn't bother.TVs are old models.Didnt bother me so 👍 Having shower set to hot was still cold to me but again no deal breakers 🙂
