Air conditioning is poor

The hotel has a great location, very close to the shopping mall, which makes everything super convenient. The price is also very reasonable and affordable. The environment, restaurant, and rooms are all very clean and well-maintained. The food is delicious and most importantly, it's clean and hygienic. The laundry room is also excellent — fast and convenient to use. I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Not good and not too bad

We needed a reasonably priced hotel close to the Town Centre And found this Fairly new hotel. Check in process was quite easily done as they found my Agoda booking And checked us all in. The rooms are medium-sized and very comfortable Toilet And a showee area is small But adequate for a large size person to take a shower. It is next to a shopping mall and easy to get Private high cats DiDi to move around town at fairly low prices. Room came with breakfast buffet and it was a very good spread Chinese and western. Chef acceded to my request to prepare sunny side eggs, to perfection. Lobby area was useful as a gathering point for the 6 of us. DiDi cars are a bit worried about the high charges to come into the hotel entrance. We frequented 2 restaurants nearby that served delicious food as the hotel does not have any place to eat after breakfast. Lobby is in the 2nd floor. I'd like to thank Joyce Zheng for helping us beyond the call of normal duty.

3 night stay for 5 adults in 3 rooms Upside: (1) Rooms - Adequate and clean. While nothing to write about design wise, expectations were met for a hotel of this category (2) Location - Short walk to a large mall, many food options and metro station. Only 4 stops to the "Three Lanes and Seven Alleys" (Sanfang Qixiang) tourist area (3) Breakfast - Included in room rate, and offered a decent selection of Chinese food and some Western options Downside: (1) HVAC issues - One room was too warm, but the other two were fine. Opening the window would cool down the room, and traffic noise isn't an issue as the road immediately in front of the hotel isn't busy

Convenient downtown location near eateries.

Standard queen bed is too small size for 2 persons. Bed mattress is too hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast spread items are not changed daily.

Second time to the hotel for a week business trip. The staffs are helpful and nice. Special thanks for Miss Joyce（郑）! She supported our requests and transportation arrangements on both trips. Hotel is located near a shopping and dining district. Short walking distance and many dining options. Easy to travel to other parts of Fuzhou by Didi ride also. Highly recommended hotel.

Every thing was ok except the hotel didn’t have a restaurant for lunch and dinner. I needed to go out for dinner while time was of essence. Breakfast was poor. I stayed in the same chain hotel in Wujin changzhou city, before arriving in Fuzhou. Every thing was perfect

Breakfast is so good...

The hotel is located within a shopping compound and is near to a metro station. Checking in is fast and the room has a sofa . The toilet is is clean and is provided with full amenities.

The window acoustic could have been better and sound could be heard from the outside ground level, I staying at 8F. Breakfast spread is simple and is always full pershap to do with the tour group staying in the hotel.

Staff were kind to assist at the reception. Call taxi for us to go to train station. Clean and comfortable bed. Easy access to get food and bus stop is in front.

Mosquitoes, carpet not very clean. Room abit small.

A little far from the metro station. Take about 15 min walk.

You could improve the lighting and the tray to place the luggage is small when you open it.

The room was quiet and I had a good night’s sleep.

Communication with the staff could only be achieved through translator apps. There was a convenience store where you can buy snacks from as the hotel only offers breakfast, but no other outlet through the day or evening.

The breakfast was very good but I think you could offer more alternative based with eggs like scramble, fried. All the other options were very good.

The room lights and illumination…you can improve and check if some light bulb are off to replace it. I was in the room 915.

Well located next to a big shopping center, where it's easy to find foods and shop about. Bed are comfy enough, room are quite spacious, and bathroom are clean. More value for money

AC problem that they said no AC during this season. Only temperature may be selected is 26C. Food could use more choices

We were greatly disappointed. We did a search for a hotel close to the airport, this one ended up 45 minutes away by taxi. We finally get there only to be turned away because we are not Chinese. Who ever heard of such a thing from a foreign owned hotel. I don't just blame the hotel but I also blame Hotel.com for sending us there in the first place.

The hotel is 5min walk to Tahoe mall. Where there are lots of eatery places It's clean and location is very convenient. Breakfast is a mix of Western and Chinese. Good coffee. Internet connection is good and fast as we were trying to stream news especially because it was CNY when there was an outbreak of corona virus. Lea and Alex Huang were really helpful during our stay. We got a little toy and a rat(doll)as it is the year of the rat.

We stayed here for 12 nights. The size of the room was a little smaller than most Holiday Inn rooms but this hotel was in the SOHO area of the city so it was acceptable. The housekeeper tried her best to clean our room everyday and make sure we had new towels ( we always slept in late lol). The hotel is newer so everything is cleaner and obviously newer as well. Super easy to get taxis / DiDi (China Uber). It was behind a huge mall so a bunch food was just a block away. Overall I liked the stay, super convenient, only thing it’s missing is a mini fridge inside the room :p

Good location, brand new property. As expected on the flag, there are no amenities.

Location is convenient for shopping and eating as it is near the shopping mall. Breakfast is good except not enough seating. Room is too warm as windows are locked. Overall money worth

Clean. Location is great. Right next to the mall that has everything. Free breakfast has good selection too. The only thing is it's located on the side so it's not easy to find the main entrance if not familiar with the area.

Was great. The room was nice and facilities good. Being near Tahoe was very good.

We stayed for two days. The location is great. Near to the mall with a lot of restaurant options. It is close to a bus station and about 15-20minutes away from the Fuzhou Station. Recommended if you are planning to take the high speed train the next day.

A newly opened hotel located 1 hour away by car from the airport. Not easy to locate where it is as it is not "downtown ". Tap water indicates that it is not potable. No refrigerator in room. Fairly good breakfast offered as part of stay. Reasonable free wifi available . Hotel reception is on level 2. Nearby very large modern mall.

Brand new hotel in new area of town. Lots of shopping and restaurants near the hotel. Great service from the front desk and manager. Rooms are wonderful. Breakfast is mostly Chinese offerings but good. We enjoyed our stay.
