No air and noise from the street made it hard to sleep. No assistance from anyone around, couldn't call direct for failed room code. Messaged instead and they answered that they could not help me get in to the room after a 21 hour flight until I pushed them to help. Have to use back entrance to get in or out onto alleyway.

Ich hatte einen sehr unangenehmen SMS-Austausch mit dem Anbieter, der nie vor Ort ist und nicht mal, auch auf Rückfrage hin, seinen Namen bekannt gab. Grund für meine Kontaktaufnahme: schmutzige Toilette (Kot); Ausstattung für 1 statt wie bezahlt für 2; eine Socke von einem Gast blieb liegen; nicht gelüftetes, stickig heisses Zimmer mit heruntergerissenen Vorhängen und bei Restauranthintereingang (Jugendgruppen, Gläserklirren um 22.30 Uhr); Mangel an Diskretion. — Ich meldete mich zuerst, zurecht, aufgebracht. Der Gastgeber hatte ein völlig verfehltes Rollenverständnis: Er verhielt sich in jeder Nachricht unprofessionell, entschuldigte sich nie, zeigte keine Kulanz, war besserwisserisch und komplett kundenunfreundlich.

Oude wat gammele ventilator die de kamer wat verkoeling moest geven maar niet echt volstaat. Parkeerkosten zijn erg hoog in de omgeving.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Chambre pratique et confortable en plein centre historique de Baden. Le coté salon / cuisine est appréciable. L'emplacement est bien central. Dans l'ensemble des choix à Baden c'est un très bon choix.
Il faisait chaud dans la chambre, en 2026 malheureusement je crois qu'une climatisation devient nécessaire. La chambre donne sur la ruelle arrière d'un restaurant, le matin il y a eu des bruits de tri de bouteilles.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Zimmer 44, 4. Stock., Kleines 1-Zimmer-Appartement mit allem, was man braucht. Gesichertes WLAN, zentral, mitten in der Altstadt von Baden. Fenster liegt über einer Gasse mit Restaurants und Kneipen, war in der Woche aber nicht zu laut. Für einen kurzen Trip eine für schweizer Verhältnisse recht günstige Unterkunft. Frühstück habe ich nicht gebucht, sondern beim Bäcker um die Ecke besorgt.
Fernseher hatte Empfangsprobleme.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Central location, less than 10 mins walk to Baden Bf and the supermarkets there, making for a convenient stay with good access to amenities. Generally nice and clean surrounding. Nice shower and well-equipped kitchen as well, has an elevator too.
Stay during heatwave slightly unbearable, also noise from the restaurants particularly during the World Cup matches when the windows needed to be open. Washing machine seems to always be occupied.

The bell from the city tower bothers every 15 min. If the sleep is very deep, probably that does not disturb, but otherwise, will not recommend to choose the place.

It was in an area with shops and restaurants with neon lights. The curtains were totally inadequate. They didn't fit and were very scruffy. It was also very noisy as it sounded like someone was moving furniture around in the room above quite late in the evening.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Zentrale Lage. Alles war sauber. Das Bett sehr bequem. Der Lärm von den Restaurants an der Strasse wird durch die Top-Fenster perfekt geblockt. In der zweiten Hälfte der Nacht und am Morgen ist es auch mit offenem Fenster sehr ruhig!
Für die Waschmaschine hatte es kein Waschmittel. Gebraucht wurde diese hauptsächlich vom Reinigungspersonal.

Es ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett liegt in einer niesch und isch sehr schlecht erreichbar da man über das Fussende auf das Bett steigen muss. Die Türe zum Bad liess sich nicht ganz öffnen und da dies oben offen ist hört man immer alles wenn jemand auf dem WC ist. Die Folie an der Tür zum Bad löst sich überall. ³

Ablauf im Badezimmer war verstopft und trotz Info über die drei Tage nicht repariert.

Het lawaai zowel binnen als buiten. Ligt boven een restaurant. De kamer beschikt niet over de nodige geluidsisolatie. Ontelbare keren gewekt door medebewoners en straatlawaai. Incheckprocedure, volledig contactloos en onpersoonlijk, niet mijn ding.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026Chambre avec cuisine et salle de bain dans une petite résidence au 4eme étage, mansardé donc avec beaucoup de charme. Équipement fonctionnel idéal pour un court séjour. Très tranquille et très bien situé à 5 minutes à pied de la gare de la ville de Baden.
Il y a beaucoup de chaînes de TV mais pas beaucoup en français.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026Die Unterkunft habe ich schon mehrfach für eine Übernachtung in Baden genutzt. Gerne werde ich dies auch wieder tun. Die Lage zum Bahnhof ist sehr gut, der Zugang zum Hotel und zum Zimmer ist einfach möglich. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, ausreichend gross und sehr sauber.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026Super cosy and cute small appartment with all basic equipment, very clean and thoughthfully designed. Even if this is not a hotel, my room was cleaned and carefully put in order. I was very pleased also because my room was very warm and upon my request (before I arrived) they even delivered extra blanket for me and pre-heated my room, so that it was ultra cosy, when I arrived.
I would prefer solid wall in the shower cabin unstead of curtain.I really missed bathroom doors - there is a window in the front, so you better close the curtains when using the toilet.

Die Wohnung war deutlich unterkühlt, trotz eingeschalteter Heizung. Ich musste in der Wohnung meine Jacke tragen. Zusätzlich erhielt ich nochmals eine Rechnung über den gleichen Betrag wie die Überweisung, obwohl ich die Wohnung kurz nach 11 Uhr verlassen habe. Das war die schlechteste Erfahrung.
