Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Great clean room with very spacious bathroom. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. The hosts were really lovely.
We didn't like the sound of a barrier that was close nearby either from the same building or the one next to the block making terrible prolonged rusty sounds. It starts very early, around 7 am (probably when people go to work).

Zdjęcia balkonu i śniadania umieszczone na booking BARDZO odbiegają od rzeczywistości, balkon wymaga poprawy - jest brudny, pokój ok, czysty.

Помешкання жахливе, не відповідає фото. Старе, нечисте, шумоізоляція відсутня Меблі пошкоджені, стіни пошкоджені. Потребує хоть мінімального косметичного ремонту. Ціна дуже завищена для цього помешкання!

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Nos hemos alojado en la habitación cuádruple y está genial, muy grande, limpia y unas camas muy cómodas. Andando al centro unos 15 minutos y el desayuno es sencillo pero está bien. Gracias a Carmelo por su atención y simpatía , nos ha gustado mucho.

- pulizia delle camera: avevamo un letto matrimoniale con la similpelle del rivestimento dappertutto a terra inoltre sopra al letto c’era un copriletto e dei cuscini pieni di polvere (non ho dormito tutta la notte perché allergico). Inoltre per evitare la perdita dei pezzi di similpelle dalla spalliera del letto si è decisa di coprirla con un telo anch’esso pieno di polvere ed ho dovuto mettere asciugamano dei bagni per non entrare a contatto. - accoglienza: Carmelo il proprietario mi ha chiamato prima del mio arrivo chiedendo orario previsto, all’arrivo alle 12.30 non c’era nessuno in struttura (si accede in autonomia con dei codici di accesso elettronico) abbiamo parcheggiato sotto casa sulle strisce blu il tempo di salire i bagagli ed i passeggini al primo piano SENZA ASCENSORE, quando siamo dopo 30 minuti abbiamo trovato la multa di 41,30€ sulla macchina. Accoglienza vuol dire trovare qualcuno che ti agevoli in tutto e quindi il proprietario o chi per esso mi avrebbe detto di poter parcheggiare all’interno del palazzo nello spazio riservato - colazione: avevo detto durante la chiamata al proprietario che per nostre esigenze saremmo partiti alle 7.45 il giorno dopo e quindi probabilmente non in tempo per l’orario di colazione (8.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Lokacija je idealna jer je na 2min od Via Etnea - glavne ulice i dijela sa restoranima i kaficima kao i ribljom pijacom. Smjestaj ima preudobne krevete i odlican dorucak, koji nije tipicno italijanski, jer pored kafe i kroasana imate i slane varijante! Domacini su vise nego dobri. ljubazni, sve sto vam treba ce obezbijediti (taxi, dodatne ture), omogucili su nam da ostavimo stvari posle check out-a i da iskoristimo i toalet, jer smo imali cijeli dan prije leta na raspolaganju, i to nam je jako znacilo! Hvala Carmelu i Ersiliji na zaista prijatnom boravku.
Grad i ulice koje su pune smeca i prljave, ali to daje izvjesni sarm svemu. U smjestaju je sve odlicno!

La signora Ersilia simpatica disponibile e prepara un' ottima colazione! Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e lo consigliamo ! In 15 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro , parcheggio gratuito in una piazzetta poco distante.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Op 15 minuutjes wandelen van het centrum. Fantastische en zeer behulpzame gastheer. (Hielp ons met lege accu van de auto). Na nachtje slapen was hij 's ochtends aanwezig en wilde hij weten wat beter kon. Ontbijt stond op gedekte tafel. Parkeerplaats voor 6 euro te reserveren. Zeker van toegevoegde waarde. Als we weer Catania bezoeken zullen we hier voor 110% zeker terugkomen.
Doche-ingang was beetje krap, maar dit ging aangepast worden na deze zomer.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Pobyt bol skvelý vďaka bezproblémovej komunikácii s Carmelom a čistote izieb. Veľmi oceňujeme ochotu Ersilie, ktorá nám bez problémov pripravila raňajky v skoršom čase. Ubytovanie ponúka vynikajúci pomer ceny a kvality.
Budova síce na prvý pohľad nepôsobí najvábnejšie, no to k staršej architektúre v celej Catanii proste patrí, ale ubytovaniu nič nechýbalo a plne to kompenzuje vynikajúcou cenou a skvelými službami.

The room was surprisingly dark and somewhat humid. Since the Tokyo Room is an interior room with no fresh air or natural light, it's worth considering this before booking. I was out most of the day, so it didn't affect my stay too much, but I feel this particular room type would offer better value at a slightly lower price.

Carmine, proprietario della struttura, è il valore aggiunto della struttura. Persona davvero entusiasta e competente. Si vede che ci mette tutto se stesso in quello che fa e lo fa davvero bene! Struttura consigliata a chiunque deve venire a Catania che sia per vacanza o lavoro!!

Reviewed May 20, 2026Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare al B&B Fusorario e non potremmo ritenerci più soddisfatti della nostra esperienza! L'accoglienza da parte del gestore e la sua collaboratrice della struttura stata estremamente calorosa e cordiale. La struttura a 10 min dal centro, con camere spaziose e confortevoli, letto molto comodo. La pulizia impeccabile e la cura per i dettagli si vedono in ogni angolo della struttura. Al mattino ci è stata offerta una abbondante colazione continentale, con tè, cappuccino, espresso accompagnati da brioche, focaccia fresca, burro e marmellata.

La colazione è migliorabile, perché manca di varietà e di un tocco di tipicità.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Sehr freundlich, Bett sehr bequem, im Zimmer alles vorhanden für drei Übernachtungen, jeden Tag ein guter Zimmerservice und ein sehr gutes Frühstück und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenloser Parkplatz um die Ecke.

A központ közelsége. Jó kényelmes szoba. Könnyű bejutás.Carmelo szuper kedves közvetlen barátságos.Mindenben segített. A reggeli kicsit szűkös de nagyon finom. Csak ajánlani tudom.Biztos ide vissza jövünk.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026Great place for a city break in Catania. Private parking is a big advantage if you rent a car and want to explore the surroundings. The rooms are clean and comfortable and offer very good value for money. Location close to everything to explore the city in foot. Carmelo, our host, was very helpful and happy to provide tips and information to help us make the most of our trip. And the breakfast is really delicious.
Similar to all other older building properties access to the room is at first a challenge - various codes, keys... but it makes good fun at the end - like "escape room" challenge:)

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Huge room with very comfortable beds. Room was extremely clean and well organized. The pressure in the shower was outstanding and there was tons of hot water. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the owner and the staff so lovely to deal with. Location was good. Every single was at most 15 to 20 minutes max walk. Felt safe and enjoyed the location. Although I would have loved to have been a little closer to the center.
When somebody is walking around in the morning, you can hear it, and many conversations were had outside our door and we could hear them as clear as day.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Am avut parte de o experiență minunată! Cazarea este foarte frumoasă, curată și bine dotată, cu toate facilitățile necesare pentru un sejur confortabil. Gazda este extrem de prietenoasă, atentă și mereu disponibilă, ceea ce a făcut șederea noastră și mai plăcută. Recomand cu drag această locație și cu siguranță vom reveni!
