Nos gustó mucho. Todo muy limpio, personal muy atento y educado. El miniclub muy bien organizado, monitores entrañables, especialmente Borja(Bouba). El teen club con mucha variedad.

Del alojamiento me gustó la habitación, estaba muy limpio todo y muy bonita. Sin embargo, estaba muy lejos y teníamos que caminar mucho.

En primer lugar, el trato de una compañera en recepción fue desagradable, no nos indicó donde estaba la habitación y era muy seria. Por otro lado, mi pareja tenía muletas y nos dieron la última habitación, por lo que teníamos que caminar mucho de un sitio a otro. Por último, en la cena, nos levantamos de la mesa para buscar el postre, por lo que dejé un objeto personal para que supieran que estábamos ahí, y al llegar nos habían quitado todos los platos y vasos, y mi objeto había desaparecido, y sorprendentemente nadie había recogido esa mesa.

Facilities for young children, toddlers and teens were fantastic. Pools and water activities were great. Evening entertainment every night was great too.

The food! Let down by the buffet as the food was often dry and meat chewy. The restaurants were delicious. If you’re using the buffet I recommend going for food that is cooked in front of you such as omelettes for breakfast, tuna steaks for lunch/dinner. There’s no laundry room to wash your own clothes so if you’ve got babies/young children and they get through a lot of clothes; you’ll need to wash them in the bathroom sink! They have a laundry service which is pricy.

The food was absolutely excellent, the pools are among the largest I have ever seen, and the children's program was excellent.

Be very careful with the concierge service that arranges island activities. It is a local tour operator that is poorly identified (it is not part of the hotel itself; it used to be Jumbo). We booked two island excursions. One was an absolute nightmare—we were constantly lied to, and it ended at a completely unsanitary location that, in my opinion, shouldn't even exist. We were forced to cancel the second excursion because of that experience. Something like this shouldn't happen at an excellent 5-star hotel. The hotel ought to take responsibility for the quality of the providers it allows to operate in its own lobby.

The room , pool , bar and kids activities were excellent. My children had a great time.

We book a suite for my husband and I and did not have a double bed but 2 singles beds for a couple ! we had to sleep seperately as a couple and that was a let dwon. we requested a double bed but was told it not possible.

Que un todo incluido te cobren los sumos aparte.que no funcione el aire acondicionado y después de pagar 1800€ por 3 noche te ofrezcan un ventilador pésimo ,que no funcione el tv en la final del mundial y llamas y el técnico nunca subió a solucionarlo, que una camarera discrimine una discapacidad y quite el cartel de la mesa para minusvalido sin preguntar si tengo minusvalía muy maleducada tienen que capacitar bien a los empleados , discapacidades hay muchísimas y no precisamente tienes que estar en silla de ruedas una persona con ceguera también es minusvalida

Fantastyczny pobyt rodzinny — idealne miejsce dla dzieci! Spędziliśmy w Bahia Principe Fantasia Tenerife wspaniały rodzinny urlop i naprawdę jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Hotel jest świetnie przygotowany pod rodziny z dziećmi — od pierwszego dnia czuliśmy, że dzieci są tutaj bardzo mile widziane. Ogromny plus za atrakcje dla najmłodszych, animacje, wieczorne show i całą atmosferę. Nasze dziecko było zachwycone, a my jako rodzice mogliśmy naprawdę odpocząć, bo cały obiekt daje poczucie komfortu, bezpieczeństwa i dobrej organizacji. Bardzo wysoko oceniamy również obsługę — pomocna, uśmiechnięta, życzliwa i profesjonalna. Zarówno w recepcji, restauracjach, barach, jak i przy animacjach wszystko było na bardzo dobrym poziomie. Pokój / apartament rodzinny był przestronny, wygodny, czysty i dobrze przystosowany do pobytu z dzieckiem. Mieliśmy wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, żeby czuć się swobodnie przez cały wyjazd. Jedzenie również bardzo dobre — duży wybór, różnorodność, opcje dla dzieci i dorosłych, każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Na plus także bary i dostępność napojów oraz przekąsek w ciągu dnia.

Jedyny mały minus to zimna woda w basenie oraz dość mocny wiatr podczas naszego pobytu, ale zdajemy sobie sprawę, że to urok wyspy i terminu, w którym byliśmy, a nie kwestia samego hotelu.

I had a wonderful stay at Bahia Principe Fantasia Tenerife. Everything about the property was truly impressive — from the beautiful, fairytale-like design to the clean and spacious surroundings. The hotel is visually stunning and creates a magical atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The grounds are very well maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall environment feels welcoming and relaxing. There are plenty of facilities and entertainment options, making it a perfect place for a family holiday. What I appreciated most was how beautiful and thoughtfully designed everything was — it really feels special and memorable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return again in the future.

No hay mucha variedad en la comida ,,, por otro lado la atención pésima ,, me dieron otra habitación porque el aire no enfriaba ,, el primer día no trataron mal al salir de la piscina que lo veo muy mal ya que estamos en hora de verano y te sacan a las 6 de la tarde y con muy mala forma

My family had a wonderful time there. It seems like it is expensive, but it is worth every single penny. My daughter loved the kids club, the pools area and snack bar were great. The food in the buffet was always good… I only have good memories.

Pas un all inclusive comme décrit sur booking , pour 5 nuits sur places , on a le droit qu’à une seule soirée spectacle . Si on en veut plus , c’est un supplément . Aucune présentation de l’établissement et des commodités à l’arrivée , on nous dit de passer par l’application de la chaîne de l’hôtel qui ne décrie rien. On ne sait pas à qui sont destinées les animations, pas de détail pour certaines dont le titre n’est pas évocateur . Bref un peu perdu au début et au bout de quelques jours, on s’y retrouve par nous-mêmes . Pas grâce à l’équipe …

Die Zirkusshow war sehr gut, Kinder können sich in der Rutschbahn gut unterhalten, Zirkeltraining im Gym.

Die Qualität der Speisen, es war sehr Mensafeeling, der Speisesaal war sehr überfüllt mit Warteschlange am Eingang. Die Tische wurden kurz abgewischt und direkt das Besteck der nächsten Gäste draufgelegt, auf den noch vom Wischtuch feuchten Tisch, für meine hygienischen Anforderungen zu wenig. Auch die Themenrestaurants waren vom Niveau her nicht besser, lediglich die Atmosphäre war angenehmer. Wlan sehr langsam, 2 Tage so gut wie ganz ausgefallen, die meisten deutschen TV-Sender haben nicht funktioniert oder gestört. Im Schwimmbadbereich viele defekte Fliesen, welche oft spitzig abgebrochen waren, Verletzungsgefahr. Das aufbereitete filtrierte Wasser schmeckt mir persönlich auch nicht.

For the entire week, we were mostly served the same food. It was rare to find higher-quality options like beef steaks, and most of the meals felt very basic and inexpensive. We were allowed to reserve two restaurants during our one-week stay. We chose the Asian restaurant, which was very disappointing. In my own city in the Netherlands, I can easily buy a large portion of excellent ramen or wok noodles for around €20. Here, after paying €2,000 for a family of three, I was served a small bowl of wok noodles with very little meat, and it was extremely salty. Even the most affordable Asian restaurants usually prepare and serve much better food than this. The grill restaurant, however, was acceptable. In my opinion, the price does not match the quality of the food and dining experience. It feels like most of what you pay for is the clean and beautiful building rather than the food itself. The children daycare was good. And my daughter wanted to go again. The spa center, which requires an additional fee, was also disappointing. We booked a couple’s massage, but unfortunately we experienced pain for about a week afterward. The overall experience did not feel professional. In addition, we were not offered the option to take a shower afterward, and we were not provided with bathrobes. After the massage, we simply had to get up in a dark room and leave while our bodies were still oily, putting our clothes back on immediately. This made the experience feel uncomfortable and poorly organized.

La falta total de permisividad con un flotador para mi hija de tres años que no nos permitieron usar cuando en las piscinas nos dieron balonazos y nos salpicaban seguido pudiendo saltar hasta de cabeza sin llamar la atención como si me la llamaron a mi por un flotador de unicornio que levantaba un palmo la cabeza del mismo no era ni mucho meno grande

The room was very good, but the resort is very large and very busy. We went as a couple, and if we had known how many children were there, we would have stayed somewhere else.

1- the wrist band concept is absurd for the adults, you cant keep a wrist band that you cant take off, it’s no hygienic 2- misleading advertisement of private pool which is not private 3- the buffet/food is jot 5stars standard at all, intact I would rate it 1 star 4- staff are not welcoming and not hospitable # we booked a double bed which was two single beds attached when we walked to the room their justification was thats the norm.. and didn’t acknowledge that they made a mistake

L unica nota dolente che se l acqua delle piscine fosse stata riscaldata avremmo potuto fare il bagno.Ci siamo trovati male con i fotografi foto carissime 6 foto 72€hanno provato a stampare ma erano troppo scure quindi abbiamo preferito ritirarle solo in digitale purtroppo avevano mandato la mail con le foto e non ho potuto rifiutare quando li ho viste stampate nonostante anche loro hanno ammesso che non erano eccezionali

L'hôtel est magnifique, la chambre et salle de bains très spacieuses et super propres. Le buffet était très varié. Il y a une piscine spéciale pour les tout petits et une autre terrible avec toboggans pour les + 3 ans. Chouette terrain de foot. Les animations du soir sont très sympas. Il n'y a rien à redire!

The food was ok but not amazing. I was a bit disappointed with the quality of meat. You also need to time the buffet because at times it can get very busy! Also don’t book a transfer through the hotel it costs 3 times the price of just getting a taxi which they ended up putting us in on the trip to the airport.

Fabulous hotel along with such happy staff. Food at the buffet is excellent, always plenty of choice....food & service at the A La Carte needs work !! Waiters not interested & food not as good as it should be. Pools are so good...very clean but the pools ides/tiled walkways are lethal...accidents everyday with people, kids & adults, slipping up....along with lots of cracked tiles which are like glass. I cut my foot on one but couldn't be bothered to complain....but there are far too many broken tiles along with all the tiles need to be changed to non-slip before there is a serious head injury !! Totally disagree with having to pay for entertainment in the theatre !!

Room excellent, hotel set up fantastic for small children, but if you want anything extra like to see extra shows or extra visits to themed restaurants you have to pay, and game rooms for kids but again you have to pay

This property never disappoints. The hotel and staff are amazing and are more than happy to make your stay the best ever.

I travelled to the Bahia Principe Fantasia with my Wife, for a 4-night stay to celebrate the end of the Summer Holidays... we didn't bring the kids! We enjoyed a swim-up room / suite which was clean, spacious and had a wonderfully large bed, sofa and impressive bathroom complete with rainfall shower. Our swim-up was East facing which meant we got glorious sunshine until about 1pm, at which point we moved to the main pools in the hotel. We particularly enjoyed the adults only infinity pool, although there are less sunbeds in this area so it's not always a given you can get a spot. Positives: Good food, with 3 al a carte restaurants which I'm told are all fantastic. We ate in the steak restaurant and it was very nice indeed. Breakfast is very good Bars are great. Soft drinks and beer are on the customers side of the bar so you can fill / refill as much as you want without having to wait. The hotel is very clean and you can't miss the dedicated team who are working quite literally around the clock to maintain standards Mini-bar is refilled every day. Pool towels can be changed as often as you like. Negatives: There are a lot of kids. Occasionally, they get into the adults only pool / area. If you find a staff member they will kick them out, but the area is not routinely patrolled and the presence of kids is annoying. The entertainments team are often of the opinion that the louder the music is, the more fun everyone is having. Someone should tell them to turn it down

Our room was never cleaned properly, 3 days I requested the floors to be cleaned and this didn't happen. Mini bar consists of a can of beer and 3 soft drinks that is all. Bed sheets were not changed once for the whole 9 nights. Our neighbours in our room had a fight on their first night, and then every day from this we had nothing but drunken noise waking up our kids. Had to wait for food as kept running out, never offered a drink when we sat for dinner had to chase staff down just to get a drink. Food was always cold, nothing is hot apart from pasta if you request to have it cooked fresh in front of you, plates and glasses were rotten EVERY DAY.

The property is amazing and breathtaking. It felt like a dream that we did not want to end.

Fantastic resort. The staff work tirelessly to ensure a 5 star experience. The highlight was the kids club team who were amazing with the kids throughout our stay. Resort is big enough with so much activities that it keeps you entertained for the entire stay.

Zabrakło nam plaży i piasku, ale o tym wiedzieliśmy wcześniej, więc to nie wpływa na naszą ocenę, ale przestrzegamy, że całe hotelowe życie toczy się tylko na basenach- zatłoczonych i głośnych. Żeby zająć leżak należy wstawać o 6.30! Inaczej jest problem z dostępnością. Choć obsługa czuwa i przesuwa leżaki i parasole. Kolejki do restauracji rzeczywiście są, ale dzięki temu na sali jest porządek.

This is one of the cleaniest hotel that I have been to. Everything is well maintained and you can see the staff working hard everyday to keep everything clean. I wish the buffet had more authentic food but there was a lot of choice and even a small section for the kids. It was also my first time in a place where you have to serve yourself a drink around the day since there is no servers to bring it to you at the pool. You also need to reserve your chairs early in the morning if you want to have a place at the pools because at 10am there is no more chairs available.

Lovely family hotel, had loads of activities for everyone all day. Not very chuffed with their food but I am just one of them fussy eater. The kids loved it, had a lot of fun and created lovely memories. thanks Bahia Principe Fantasia.

Great hotel for a family vacation, has amazing infrastructure and everything you need to have a good time and keep your little ones entertained

Comfort

Rooms are great, huge, clean, comfortable beds with a nice bathroom. Kids facilities including kids club, shows/mini disco are excellent. The location is fine, gorgeous views of the sea and if you're willing to walk to Los Agios, the best meals we had all week was at a lovely restaurant overlooking the sea. The problem with the hotel, for us, was the food. The breakfast was fine, we didn't use the lunch buffet as we preferred the local restaurants. The dinner buffet was a huge disappointment. The freshly cooked meat and fish were flavourless/over cooked. The salads were regurgitated using leftovers. We felt everything lacked flavour. The house wine is pretty terrible in our opinion. However, the a la carte restaurants were a bigger disappointment. The kids loved making their own pizzas at the Italian but our seafood pasta was flavourless and the fish overcooked. The tiramisu was the same as we'd tried at the buffet the previous evening. The steakhouse was a disaster for us, all four adults ordered the entrecôte and sent it back. We tried to fill up on the chips and dessert, same cheesecake as the buffet. The Manager was useless. I'm pretty sure that the kitchen used is the same throughout the hotel. We cancelled the Japanese and ate out the last two evenings. So overall, the kids loved it and the staff and service were great, the food for the adults, in our opinion is not up to scratch.

Les chambres familiales sont top, les restaurants excellents, le personnel d’une gentillesse incroyable, des activités pour les enfants très sympa et les spectacles canons. Seul bémol la musique beaucoup trop forte par moment.

The family had a great time at the complex. Rooms were great, staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. Loved the pools and eating convenience, particularly with the troublesome kid. Would definitely stay again.

I can honestly say this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The hotel itself was immaculate, the staff were incredible and the food and activities they put on for the kids was just next level. We spent 10 days there and we did not want to leave. I literally do not have a bad word to say - 10 stars!!!

Está basado en los niños. Por tanto esa parte nos gustó.

No es un hotel de 5 estrellas. No hay aparcacoches, no nos ayudaron bajando las maletas del coche, en las comidas están los platos sucios y vajillas. En más varias ocasiones. Personal reacio a ayudar. Mala gestión con las hamacas en la piscina. En definitiva, pagas por valor de un 5 estrellas y te ofrecen un 4 estrellas. Y lo justifican con el TI.

The staff were amazing. Food was fabulous, however the location has little to do and is in the flight path so planes cross very frequently and from our room we could see the runway

Safety and environment

Staff were amazing and so were the shows. The room was lovely. We did have a lot of mosquitos in our room but i dont think they can do much about that. The pools were lovely. Only thing that could be better was the mini disco and kids clubs were targetted at very young children and my daughter who had just turned 8 felt it was a bit babyish for her but she is too young for the teen sessions. If there was a family disco that would be better but overall the place was fantastic and we would definitely go back.

Another fantastic stay , clean beyond belief , kids Absolutely love it here
