I punti a favore della struttura sono sicuramente la piscina perché é abbastanza grande, pulita e si sta bene. La posizione perché è a pochi minuti di macchina da Los Cristianos e Las Americas e in generale è ben collegata. C’è anche una fermata del bus proprio davanti all’hotel. Il parcheggio non è facilissimo da trovare ma lo abbiamo sempre trovato con facilità nei pressi della struttura avendo un auto piccola. Altra cosa bellissima é che c’è il bidet! Ultima cosa il personale, sono tutti davvero gentili e in generale è stata una bella vacanza.

La pulizia! Mi sono dovuta comprare un disinfettante perché mi faceva schifo tutto. Quando siamo arrivati c’erano peli e capelli in bagno addirittura nei sanitari, ho trovato un cumulo di capelli dentro all’armadio e c’erano formichine minuscole ovunque persino sopra al letto!! Come se non bastasse le pulizie non le fanno neanche tutti i giorni ma a giorni alterni e MALISSIMO! Ogni volta la stanza era sempre sporca, zero aspirapolvere capelli ovunque. Asciugamani e lenzuola macchiate.. Altra cosa il cibo, non malissimo ma appena discreto e soprattutto molto monotono, la colazione soprattutto. Poi gli arredamenti, sembra di essere tornati indietro nel tempo negli anni 90. La struttura è vecchia con arredi vecchi e soprattutto mezzo rotti nel resto dell’hotel.

Wir haben das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht, weil unser Flug overnight verschoben wurde. Haben gedacht, bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel kann man nichts falsch machen. Als Upgrade erhielten wir unverschämterweise eine verwohntes Appartement ( 2 Schlafzimmer) im Untergeschoß neben der Küche, mit Kakerlaken und unsauberen Betten mit Flecken im Bezug. Nach Beschwerde erhielten wir zwei besonders große Suiten in höheren Etagen. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren hier nicht mehr zu bemängeln, jedoch trübt der Ersteindruck das Gesamtergebnis (daher schlechte Bewertung).

Lo que más nos gustó fue la comida, muy variada y con un toque casero. Nunca faltaba nada de comida siempre reponiendo lo que se iba a terminar y siempre estaba a la temperatura correcta. Lo otro que más nos gustó fue el personal, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier duda o cuando te atendían en el bufet o en los bares de por allí. Eso es de agradecer

Lo que no nos gustó fue, el gimnasio, no podías practicar deporte normal con los ruidos pertinentes de pesas ya que están los cubículos de masajes justo al lado y otra cosa el acceso al gimnasio tenias que pasar por el centro del spa molestando a los usuarios de este. Otra cosa que no nos gusto es el suplemento para usar cualquier cosa, por ejemplo la cocina de la habitación. En la habitación que nos quedamos, habían varias cosas rotas, por ejemplo la papelera del baño, la tapa del wc (te lastimabas al sentarte) Otra cosa que no nos gustó fue que nadie estuviera pendiente de los clientes incivicos, que eran bastantes.

No me gustó a nivel de piscina ,que no hay vigilancia la gente se ponía a beber con la copa y todo dentro de la piscina tirándose de cabeza y etc y el socorrista ni caso del más no tengo quejas

La comida repetitiva y no muy buena calidad

Devo dire che noi eravamo in 5 io i miei due figli e i miei genitori. Avevamo un appartamento al piano terra vista piscina avevo chiesto vista mare ma comunque andava bene uguale. Avevamo piscina e ristorante e sala intrattenimento tutto allo stesso piano. Il personale tutto splendido dalla reception, agli addetti sala ristorante, agli animatori al personale delle pulizie tutti gentili disponibili e simpatici a parte un addetto sala ristorante di una certa età che ho visto tre volte e poi non ho visto più e per fortuna perché è stato l'unico maleducato e che non salutava nemmeno. La pulizia.... non si può pretendere l'impossibile ma già trovare i letti composti , asciugamani puliti, bagno in ordine a giorni alternati per noi è stato il top!!!! Il cibo...menu sempre vario e ottimo forse i dolci ripetitivi ma buoni. Colazione varia e di ottima qualità. Penso di non aver mai mangiato tanto come in questi giorni qui!!! E poi in cinque anni di vacanza alle Tenerife questo è stato l'unico albergo in cui non ho mai pagato l'acqua che bevevo a cena e potevo consumare qualsiasi bibita persino la birra quante volte volevo senza aggiungere un extra e questo valeva anche per il bar della piscina!!! Direi che per il servizio offerto meritano più di 5 stelle!! L'unica cosa che posso dire mi è mancata la movida!!! Qui è molto tranquillo se si vuole fare shopping o vivere un po' di brio bisogna spostarsi con il taxi o l'autobus che consiglio perché la fortuna è che c'è la fermata proprio fuori l'albergo. Avere poi la sala giochi e cinque tavolo da biliardo è una gran fortuna per chi come me ha dei figli che possono divertirsi anche da soli! La caffetteria Starbucks in hotel una chicca direi!! Perciò dico solo una cosa grazie per averci fatto trascorrere 10 giorni di vero relax e confort sia per tutto ciò che questo albergo offre sia per la gentilezza e disponibilità che tutto il personale offre ai clienti!!!

La comida casi siempre la misma, limpieza deja mucho que desear,(los platos que supuestamente ponían limpios mal lavados)la habitación cuando entramos se le veía falta de higiene,los pasillos y las escaleras no se veían limpios y ya ni contar los baños al lado del buffet un auténtico desastre,en el buffet si cogías un vaso normal era un milagro porque no reponian más,la gente esperando en cola para entrar en el buffet porque habían mesas sin recoger,la zona de la piscina sucia,en los hoteles se limpia el suelo de la piscina todos los días, aquí se nota que nunca,las papeleras asquerosas con vasos todo el día,el bar de la piscina olía mal, tenía mal aspecto,y los empleados estaban en todos lados reventados a trabajar,deberian de poner mas personal porque un hotel con tan poco personal no funciona como debería de funcionar,no lo recomendaría y no volvería

El hotel muy grande la piscina muy pequeña para tanta gente, no estaban limpias las instalaciones y el buffet muy pobre .

Me encanto el spa

Creo que deberian estar mas actualizados para brindar mejor informacion al cliente, ejemplo, mi experiencia pregunte por el show, nadie sabie si habia mini disco o que tipo de espextaculo darian. La limpieza de la habitacion, nevera muy sucia, sabana de cama y funda de almohadas manchadas. Muchos pelos en el baño, hasta en el papel, armario muy muy sucio, al parecer en largo rato no se limpiaba. Que no engañen al cliente que 5 estrellas no es, lo clientes van con una espectativa muy alta y cuando llegan, desilucion. 3 estrellas quizas.

El personal es lo mejor. Todos muy amables. Buen desayuno y buenas instalaciones. Tal vez más un 4 estrellas que un 5 estrellas.

La cena. Era terrible. Deja mucho que desear. Sin gusto, sin gracia. Deja mucho que desear y es mas un 3 estrellas de calidad baja. Lo curioso es que con el mismo producto podría estar bueno. Cambien al chef con urgencia!

Me encantó la atención del personal y la animación de piscina, el buffet, aunque no era enorme tenía mucha variedad todos los dias

La tarjeta llave daba fallos constantemente, aunque el personal de mantenimiento y de conserjería se portaron de maravilla para solucionarlo en todo momento.

En general bien , la comida muy bien la camada era cómoda y las habitaciones bastante grandes. Los profesionales que trabajan allí muy competentes.

Algo descuidado y con poco mantenimiento . La playa estaba retirada y de piedras bastante pequeña . El todo incluido estaba bien pero las bebidas eran marca blanca no esperes que te pongan nada de lo conocido.

Estuvimos en régimen de todo incluido y quedamos muy satisfechos en todas las comidas servidas, tanto en variedad como en calidad

Das Zimmer hat gestunken wie eine Kloake, wir haben dann unser Parfüm benutzt. Das Bad hatte Schimmel an der Decke. Ich vermute, dass aus der Klimaanlage unsaubere Luft kommt, (Ungewissheit ob auch Schimmel dabei ist). Dieses Gefühl bei diesem Geruch im Zimmer, hat bereits alles kaputt gemacht. Der Schrank funktionierte nur die Mitteltür. Überraschend war dann das kurze Frühstück, jedoch wurden Spiegeleier 15 Minuten vor Öffnung 7:30 gebraten. Ich habe mir frische geben lassen. Für die weiteren Gäste kalt. Brötchen waren wiederum sehr gut.

Para lo grande que es el complejo la piscina es pequeña. Si quieres conseguir una tumbona tienes que ir justo cuando abren la piscina. Si vas más tarde es muy probable que no encuentres un sitio. Si quieres descansar pues este NO ES TU HOTEL ya que es bastante ruidoso ... Principalmente la piscina que parece que estás en Ibiza con la música a todo volumen. Pero bueno pagamos 300€ por un todo incluido un finde... Sabíamos que no íbamos a ver a los Reyes paseando por ahí. Muchos de los comentarios negativos que tiene este hotel los responsables son los clientes que no respetan las normas y son incívicos

Las habitaciones eran grandes, pero un poco chafada la antigua.

Con respetar la calidad precio la verdad que no vale la pena es un Hotel demasiado grande como muchísimas habitaciones y lo que son las instalaciones en común son muy pequeñas un comedor muy pequeño para tanta gente y lo mismo ocurre con la piscina y el bar piscina no tenían una buena animación haciendo un Hotel familiar y tampoco tenían tanta variación de comida en el buffet como uno espera en un Hotel que supuestamente es de cinco estrellas. En la foto el Hotel aparenta muy bonito con una gran piscina y un gran buffet, pero a la hora de la verdad las dimensiones que tienen esas zonas comunes la verdad que no corresponde con la cantidad de habitaciones que hay en ese Hotel. Iba para despejarme un fin de semana y acabé agobiándome de ver tanta gente en un en unas instalaciones comunes, muy pequeñas.

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación que teníamos en la habitación, la comida también estaba riquísima y por supuesto la buena amabilidad del personal

El buffet, comodidad de la habitación , entretenimiento diurno y nocturno, amabilidad del personal

Para ir con niños es fantástico, tienen mucha animación, la piscina es fantástica y las habitaciones muy amplias. El servicio de todo incluido es muy completo. Además se encuentra en una zona muy segura y de fácil acceso a las carreteras.

La limpieza en algunas zonas y los muebles son un poco antigüos y deteriorados.

A pleasant enough hotel. Not the five stars it thinks it is but still a good option. Arrival was great, treated to cava and truffles by reception. Hotel in general is probably now in need of a refurb as it is now looking a little tired in places. Aircon isn't that strong either. Pool was good . Warm but probably given it was 30+ degrees there's no shock there, no sunbed wars at all. You could probably get a spot at 10am. Pool bar isn't really a pool bar as it's actually 50 yards from the pool. Cocktails if that's your thing were from a machine and were limited to the more well known ones (Pina colada etc). Snack bar was ok quality. Daytime entertainment was great, Melany and Maria are the shining stars of this hotel, knew our kids names by day 2 and really care about the relationships they build with the kids. Food was fairly good, fresh omelettes at breakfast a nice addition. We had an issue with our room key on five consecutive days, however staff dealt with it and moved us to a poolside room at no extra charge. Evening entertainment really poor, nothing at all for kids and main entertainment sometimes didn't start until 9:30. It is all housed in the piano bar, which has no windows or ventilation. There are limited spaces to sit outside and enjoy a drink but the evenings are really where this hotel is missing a trick. There was also a substantial number of children and staff from a Senegalese school during our second half. This meant mealtimes were chaos. Food (namely pizza and chips) were blocked and the guests could not access food in general. One of the staff from the school became aggressive when I pointed this out. The hotel had many complaints about this, but nothing really changed despite them telling us they had spoken with the group to ensure paying hotel guests were considered. Also, the capacity of the dining hall was 270, the school was allocated half of this, meaning the hall had lost 50% capacity - I do wonder what on earth possessed the hotel to take such a booking at a peak time of the year. Location wise there are a few shops around but not a massive amount around the hotel. There is a bus stop right outside. A generally good hotel with great staff that needs a bit of investment and refurbishing to keep it nearer the 5 stars it advertises itself to be.

We are just coming to the end of a week stay. What a shame as it could have been amazing. The entertainment around the pool was great the 3 entertainment team were great. However, I wish the hotel had advised when we were booking that there was a youth group of 130 kids and 37 adults staying as 8 would have went else where. Meal times were horrible, groups of children stood around each food section, the pizza section which had the plate next to it you wouldn't even get near. I would say excuse me 20.time.amd they ignored us just to get a plate. Pizza would come out the oven and be gone in seconds. Absolutely no organisation, and major lack of some food as the children were piling plates. At 1 point I stood behind a little boy who put 20 slices of chocolate cake on his plate. I hink it's great they are doing this for the children however the hotel should have made more of a effort to coordinate meal better. Lunch was at 1pm-3pm, they could have set the groups lunch 12-1pm allowing them full access without interrupting others. Meals were not the only issue. Imagen trying to get 130 kids in a pool that is already being used for water volley ball. I read a review today saying they were controlling the kids by table. This is not true at all today was actually 1 of the worst days yet.

Great stay, but poor organisation for large groups Overall, everything was good, and the staff were excellent — easily 10/10. Unfortunately, our experience was affected by a large school group of around 160 people staying at the same time. Meal times became extremely difficult. Large groups would gather around the food stations, making it difficult for other guests to get through. Food was often handed directly to members of their own group, leaving very little for other guests. We regularly had to wait for more food to be prepared or settle for something we didn’t actually want. There simply didn’t seem to be enough organisation in place to manage such a large group fairly alongside the other paying guests. The swimming pool was another issue. When the group used the pool, there was very limited space and access for everyone else. At times, the pool was effectively divided, with one section being used by females and the other by males, leaving the rest of us with very little usable space. It was disappointing because the staff themselves were fantastic, but the lack of organisation surrounding such a large group negatively affected our stay. We could also hear other guests complaining about the same issues and noticed similar concerns being raised in reviews. The hotel was reasonably clean. Rooms were big and tidied with fresh towels every 2 days. Value was good and the staff helped create a good atmosphere. As for tourists, not a great location. Needed to ho to next province. Hopefully, the resort can put better arrangements in place when hosting groups of this size, as the experience could otherwise have been much better.

Qué es pequeño y llegas fácilmente a todas partes. La comida es buena. Y la zona de comida caliente del bar de la piscina está muy bien. Las habitaciones son muy amplias. Las actuaciones de la noche estaban bien. El personal amable y atento.

Masificación de huéspedes, por acoger a colegios con más de 160 personas. Las zonas de piscina son muy pequeñas y resultaba incómodo. También se masificaba la zona de comedor. Los baños públicos estaban sucios y olían mal. No dispone de ninguna zona de entretenimiento deportivo para los jóvenes, canchas o similar. El horario del gym inapropiado, pues abre a las 10:00 horas, no se puede entrenar a primera hora. Que el todo incluido tenga horarios, es decir, hasta las 11:00 puedes beber, a partir de esa hora lo pagas. Las marcas de bebidas del todo incluido eran muy malas, salvo la piña colada.

Very enjoyable stay. The hotel is spotless and lots of staff around to support with anything and everything you may need. Taxi rank right outside the hotel making everything very accessible without being right in the middle of the hectic nightlife of tenerife. Pool entertainment was great. Food standards are amazing!

Lots of positives for this hotel, however, is certainly not the 5 stars that it was advertised at. Location amazing, close to the airport and arrival greeting was lovely and warm. Room was fine, dated but clean and spacious. Had an issue with the room keys, but staff were fantastic and helped us with a resolution quickly. Value- for what it was, no complaints, get what you pay for. Pools were beautiful, no problems getting a sun lounger, poolside entertainment was absolutely brilliant and I’d return based on this alone, animation team lovely. Breakfast was good, fresh omelettes lovely. All freshly cooked, but was giving batch cook vibes, again, you get what you pay for but it isn’t 5 stars- kids absolutely got their pennies worth from the all inclusive! Drinks- cocktails aren’t really existent if that’s your taste, but self service and the pool bar all decent. No noise issues at all Atmosphere was really great by the pool. Downsides- Rooms dated, could do with a lick of paint and a drop of maintenance. Evening entertainment- really poor unfortunately, from 10 nights there was 1 kids disco, entertainment didn’t start until 915 and it was poor quality aside from the circus show. The piona bar that hosts the entertainment was hotter than hell, and the nights that we did go there was a mass exodus when the entertainment was finished, evening atmosphere didn’t match up to the quality of day time and the setting wasn’t great. The hotel booked a large party of 130 school children. Generally wouldn’t be an issue, but during meal times was chaotic, the party all attending the restaurant at the same time, it became a free for all, wasn’t managed well at all, kids blocking the food for others, hovering around the food counters, taking all of the food. We were aware of multiple other families who complained about the lack of management of the situation. Was a real shame as this did affect the atmosphere during meal times and we did cut dinner short a couple of nights due to this. Overall, good value for money, although don’t expect 5 stars, certainly wasn’t this. We would return for the pool and daytimes though, and we did still have a lush time as a family.

Overall, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The rooms were cleaned every two days which was completely sufficient. The food was excellent - every day there was a new dish added alongside the regular options. Everything was fresh and really tasty and everyone could find something suitable for themselves. The snack bar also did its job perfectly. A huge advantage of the rooms was their size. Our apartment, including the bathroom, terrace and bedroom wardrobe was very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. There was plenty of space which made our stay much more enjoyable. The location close to the airport was actually a plus for us. The planes flying nearby did not bother us at all - in fact they were an extra attraction for the children. Additionally, the hotel is very well located for exploring the island, being close to many attractions. Since we rented a car, just like many other guests, we were able to quickly reach beautiful beaches and many other interesting places. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. It is a great choice for people who do not need a lot of entertainment activities and, like us, do not have extremely high expectations regarding the room finishes. The hotel offers great food, cleanliness, spacious rooms, and a comfortable atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

In my opinion, the main area that could be improved is the entertainment programme. Unfortunately, there was not enough information about when the activities were taking place or what they included. Compared to other hotels, where animators actively approached guests, invited them to join activities, and encouraged participation, this was missing here. Another downside was the lack of any prepared meal or packed food on the day of our arrival. We had informed the hotel through Booking that we would arrive between 10 and 11 PM, but after arriving we found out that we had to call and ask them to prepare something. We were travelling with two children, so after a long journey we ended up ordering pizza from a nearby restaurant. We did receive a lunch voucher for the day of departure, which was a nice gesture, but unfortunately it did not help much as we had to leave for the airport early in the morning and could not use it.

Las cortinas no eran opacas, en cuanto salía el sol nos despertábamos...nuestra habitación daba a la calle y se oía todo, menos mal que no es una calle muy transitada y a partir de las 12 había silencio

Le personnel était très accueillant et sympathique. La chambre était grande. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était excellent et un grand nombre de choix, malgré qu’il ne soit pas varié. Le buffet du soir était bon. L’hôtel est très grand et deux supérettes sont à quelques minutes à pieds ainsi qu’un magasin de souvenirs. Un parking est disponible avec l’hôtel. Un spa est disponible en supplément avec l’hôtel, qui est très complet et qualitatif au prix de 15€/personne pour 2h avec jaccuzi, piscine, hammam, bain froid, sauna…

Nous avons testé 2 fois le buffet du soir qui est constitué de repas à thème chaque jour, or, nous n’avons pas vu de très grandes différences entre les deux soirs mais le repas était bon. Peu de choix en dessert. Le ménage était fait un jour sur deux, cependant seulement les serviettes et les poubelles étaient changés, le sol n’a jamais été lavé ce qui est dérangeant car la poussière et le sable s’accumulent. Notre chambre était placée au dessus de l’atelier technique de l’hôtel, par conséquent nous étions chaque jour réveillé par le bruit des outils (visseuse, perceuse,…) dès 7h du matin. Nous avons été surpris lors de notre arrivée dans la chambre lorsque nous avons découvert que la cuisine, qui est sur les photos et dans la description de l’annonce, était fermée à clé. En effet, nous n’avions pas compris et vu l’information qui indiquait que la cuisine était un supplément de 20€ par jour.

Myself, the wife and our 2 kids (18 & 13) had a fantastic week away. The room was huge with large bathroom and balcony, cleaned every couple of day to a good standard. Pools were huge and a really good temperature, we spent most of our time around the pools and never got bored. Its the first hotel for a few years where we had no problem getting sunbeds, as long as you are there before 10am there were always plenty available, and to be honest there were always a few available from around 12noon, infact one day we got to the pool at 2pm and there were 4 beds together available in a prime spot. Loved the food, we were all inclusive and had some great choices, id say 50% was the same every day and the other 50% changed daily. Plenty of drinks available all day round and never felt like we were waiting for things to open. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, no issues there at all. Its definitely worth the short walk to harbour, restaurants and rocky beach down the front, but the beach area is probably not somewhere you would spend the day. If you want to go swimming at the beach, id recommend taking the bus (directly outside the hotel- 7euros for 3 adults and 1 child) to los Cristianos which is about 25mins away. Hotel is only about 20mins from airport (south) and loved watching the planes coming over head, never annoyed by this and couldn't hear them at night whilst in room. Evenings were very relaxed with entertainment in the downstairs bar, and a couple of nights we had a late night swim in the pools which was really nice. Would highly recommend, for the price we had absolutely no complaints, would return.

Las habitaciones muy antiguas y las piezas del baño rotas. La comida del buffet poco variada. Con el paso de los años se ha notado la baja calidad del hotel.

It presents itself as a 5* and it is far from being one...pool is small for all the people in this hotel (felt like being in a cattle), common areas are dirty, food is border line....drinks are poor quality, all our swimsuits bleached from the products inside the pool...really not a great experience.

Las instalaciones. Muy antiguo, la puerta del baño no cerraba, la tapa del WC suelta. La limpieza de las habitaciones regular.En cuanto a la comida, poca variedad y casi nada para mí hijo de 3 años. Por la noche quitaban el yogur y el microondas con moho dentro. Las tazas sucias por dentro y la ultima noche se acabaron los vasos y no repusieron.

Tourisme de masse. Pas d'eau chaude. Porte fenêtre ne fermant pas. Bruyant la journée. Piscine fermée sur une journée... Loin de tout. Aucun intérêt sauf pour prendre l'avion: ils passent juste au dessus de l'établissement et l'aéroport n'est qu'à 10min!

O hotel tem áreas de lazer bastante amplas e é confortável. Os funcionários são muito prestáveis e simpáticos. As piscinas são grandes e o bufete a todas as refeições é variado. A comida e bebidas são muitos de qualidade. Excelente escolha para famílias.

A limpeza nos quartos não é boa e é de 2 em 2 dias, o que não razoável para um hotel com esta classificação. As áreas comuns também não estão limpas! Os nossos quartos cheiraram muitas vezes a esgoto, algo muito desagradável. A animação à noite e atividades durante o dia deviam melhoradas. Na casa de banho não móvel de apoio para colocar as coisas. Os quartos só tinham a cortina blackout. Passamos o tempo todo sem luz natural para ter privacidade. Deveria ter também cortinados.

Las zonas comunes no estaban muy limpias. Los snacks del bar que hay si vas todo incluido son inexistentes, cada vez que iba no había nada de comer. Las actividades del hotel, tanto para adultos como para niños son muy sencillas.

La comida estaba pasable

Muchas cosas. Dice hotel de 5 estrellas pero eso sería de hace 15 años. Camas viejas, muebles viejos, piscina muy pequeña para lo grande que es el hotel. En la piscina había tanta gente que apenas te podías bañar sin rozarte con nadie. Mi hija se vomito por la noche en la cama. Cuando llamo a recepción por la mañana para comunicarlo y así que vengan a cambiarme las sábanas, a lo que me contestan que si tengo prisa pase por recepción a recoger las sábanas y sino a lo largo del día alguna chica se pasa a cambiármelo. 22:00 de la noche y la cama seguía vomitada, a lo que me pase por recepción y mando a un balé a cambiármelo. Muy pésimo para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas, está muy anticuado. No volveré más!

The hotel has a great location, the food was of good quality, and the price was very reasonable. Considering the price, it offers good value in those areas.

However, despite the affordable price, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a true five-star experience. The five-star rating does not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. The biggest disappointment was the lack of air conditioning in the restaurant. It was extremely hot while eating, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category, especially with food being served in those conditions. We were initially given a room where the air conditioner was leaking. Since it couldn't be repaired, we were moved to another room. Although the air conditioning worked there, it was very weak and did not cool the room properly. In addition, the furniture is outdated, and the rooms are clearly in need of renovation. Overall, the hotel has a few positives, but it falls well short of the standard expected from a five-star property. Another issue is that the room descriptions on the hotel's official website and on Booking.com are inconsistent, especially regarding the room size and amenities. I would recommend carefully checking what is actually included before booking through Booking.com. For example, the photos of our room on Booking.com clearly showed a kitchen. However, when we arrived, we discovered that it was locked. It was only unlocked after we complained. We were told that access to the kitchen is normally available only for an additional fee, but they would make an exception for us. This information was not clearly stated during the booking process. Overall, the room descriptions are confusing and do not accurately reflect what guests actually receive, which can easily lead to false expectations.

Las instalaciones necesitan un poco de mantenimiento extra. La puerta de mi habitación parecía que la habían tirado abajo. Todo el rededor del marco de la puerta estaba agrietado. Por otro lado, sobretodo el piso de la piscina, es lo peor del mundo!! Demasiado resbaladizo. Pude ver más de 100 caídas de niños y personas adultas. Yo misma, me resbalé en muchas ocasiones.

La experiencia ha sido un desastre desde la llegada. Reservamos una noche en este hotel para cuatro personas, en una “Suite” y con “Todo incluido”, al llegar, nos encontramos con la sorpresa de que no tenemos derecho a ponernos la pulsera hasta las 15:00, la habitación lo entiendo, pero la pulsera? (cosa que siendo un hotel de 5 estrellas ya me pareció increíble y más contratando un todo incluido en una suite), solo teníamos acceso a la piscina y no podíamos tomar absolutamente nada sin pagar. A las 15:00 nos ponemos la pulsera y nos dicen que el “todo incluido” solo funciona hasta las 23:00 de la noche, que después de eso, hay que pagar cualquier bebida. Durante el rato de piscina, al pedir las bebidas nos comentan que no entran en el “todo incluido” los snacks salados del snack bar. Llegamos a la habitación y nos encontramos con las dos camas de la habitación y para las otras dos personas un sillón que no se hace ni cama, con una espuma que básicamente duermes encima de las tablas, las almohadas parecen folios, la cocina está cerrada porque hay que pagarla aparte, la limpieza del baño nefasta, y la habitación no puede llamarse suite bajo ningún concepto, súper fea, anticuada, y cosas rotas, por no hablar de la nevera, con una botella de agua para cuatro personas, habiendo pagado repito un todo incluido en una suite. El servicio de camareros la verdad que son los únicos que han sido amables, la comida, calidad mínima, el jamón en mal estado(se le comenta al servicio y NO se retira del lugar) la comida “fría” (chacina) estaba caliente de dejarlo a la intemperie horas antes de comenzar la comida, vasos sucios… un desastre. La entrada del hotel muy bonita pero luego los baños de las instalaciones sucios y con cosas rotas. La piscina muy pequeña para ser un hotel de cinco estrellas, y no tienen sombrillas suficientes para todos, el último día pedimos una botella de agua y nos dicen que tampoco está incluida en el todo incluido, desastre! Y xq no me deja escribir mas!

Teniendo todo incluido, los días de excursiones no ponían nada de llevar. El último día nos quitaron la pulsera a las 11.

O que mais gostei foi do tamanho dos quartos, que são amplos. Também achei a disposição e a distribuição dos espaços do hotel práticas, facilitando a circulação durante a estadia. Embora estes aspetos tenham sido positivos, a experiência no geral ficou abaixo das minhas expectativas. Os alguns profissionais do bar, do restaurante e da animação eram educados.

O hotel precisa claramente de uma renovação. Apesar de ter boas áreas, as instalações mostram a idade e necessitam de obras de modernização e de várias reparações. O quarto era bastante antigo e o ar condicionado não funcionava de forma eficiente. Mesmo regulado para a temperatura mínima e potência máxima, não conseguia arrefecer o quarto de forma adequada. Quanto à alimentação, apesar de existir quantidade suficiente, a variedade foi muito limitada, especialmente nas proteínas. Ao fim de seis dias, o menu tornou-se repetitivo e muitas vezes tivemos a sensação de que alguns pratos eram copiados dos dias anteriores. O pequeno-almoço era completo, mas exatamente igual todos os dias, sem qualquer variação, e o mesmo acontecia com os jantares. O conceito de "Tudo Incluído" também ficou aquém das expectativas. A oferta de bebidas incluídas era bastante reduzida e de qualidade inferior ao esperado para um hotel desta categoria. Considerando o preço da estadia, seria expectável uma seleção mais diversificada e com melhor qualidade, mesmo sendo marca branca. Também houve falta de clareza na comunicação. À chegada foi-nos entregue um voucher que nos foi orientado como sendo para uma refeição à la carte. No entanto, quando tentámos fazer a reserva, outra funcionária informou-nos de que o voucher servia apenas para substituir uma refeição no dia da partida devido ao horário do voo. Por fim, a piscina revelou-se pequena para o elevado número de hóspedes e a área exterior oferecia pouca atratividade. No geral, a experiência ficou muito abaixo das expectativas. Na minha opinião, a classificação de 5 estrelas não corresponde ao nível de qualidade atualmente oferecido pelo hotel, talvez 3 estrelas seria uma classificação mais justa.

Mixed feelings about the hotel. The rooms were very clean, housekeeping comes every other day, the bedroom was very spacious but the whole apartment needed updating but you only sleep there I guess. Pool was a nice temperature and the entertainment poolside was enjoyable during the day, the animation team were very engaging and fun. Rubbish around the pool even though there were small bins scattered about, the main bins were overflowing and didn’t seem to be emptied particularly regularly that I saw. Definitely could have gone with some more staff in the bar areas, especially the main bar in the evening, only 1 guy was in there on the Elvis impersonator night and all the tables and chairs were taken up so nowhere to sit. More chairs needed in the bar for the size of the hotel. Also the bar and the restaurant need windows, it’s very stuffy and felt bad for the staff as you could literally see the sweat on their backs as their shirts were sticking to them! Hotel was very impressive looking in the lobby area and around all the rooms etc with the palm trees and general look of the place. Very pleasing to look at. What I thought was a let down personally was the food. Just not the variety or quality we have had in other hotels, my son actually found a piece of glass in the pulled pork one night! I did tell the staff but not sure anyone was overly bothered. We struggled to find anything we particularly enjoyed eating except for the odd thing here and there and the watermelon. Not impressed with pool bar food either, not very appealing and sometimes not even labelled which I observed many people lifting off the lids, having a look then walking off, presumably because they had no idea what some of it was! The pool bar needs a drink menu, particularly for cocktails included in AI as you have to ask and they get reeled off then you have to make a choice on the spot! (Some people may not mind this of course). I wouldn’t say we got our moneys worth for the AI as there just didn’t seem to be much appeal in the food. There’s a lovely pizza place opposite the hotel and the bus stop is literally outside so very handy. For a nice beach I recommend getting the bus into Los Cristianos. Nice walk in Golf DeSur down to the marina and back along the coast path. Hotel says towels will be removed if sun beds are reserved but we never saw that happen and had no problem getting beds. Latecomers were found other beds from elsewhere by the lifeguard. Wi-Fi not great at all, very intermittent. Pool table in main bar broken all week and the 2 by the pool bar were also broken at least one of the nights. Reception staff very helpful.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay. Our experience was better than expected as we didn't have high hopes from reading some reviews. All inclusive food was ok we got a bit fed up of the food and didn't have breakfast some days and some days skipped lunch we ate out a couple nights but this is purely due to a family of very fussy eaters and they were bored of eating the only food they liked. Day time pool atmosphere is good staff were friendly and didn't go around pushing you to do activities if you wanted to do them you joined. The staff always made time for my teenage son played football with him etc the young lifeguard was also very friendly and we had a good laugh with him. Music around the pool all day would be good as when its turned off the atmosphere goes a bit dull. Rooms were okay a bit run down but we have stayed in alot worse they were very spacious. Negative for the rooms were my son didn't get a actual bed the sofa was made up for him to sleep on which was not great. Cleaners came in once but we did turn them away 1 day. Air con was not working but was fixed on our second last day we made do wasnt as bad as I thought it would be we did tell reception and we were told a fan would be put in room but was not we didn't chase this up. Air con I think was a problem in most rooms but as I say was fixed by end of holiday. Pool area was cleaned every morning. Sun loungers not a problem we arrived at pool after lunch one day and still managed to get 5 beds altogether. Hotel entertainment wasnt great at night piano bar empty by half 9 10pm , We visited o'donnels bar 2 min from hotel and food drinks entertainment was fab. We also went to San blas 20min walk to a cocktail bar which was good. Busses were easily accessible from outside hotel we went to Los Christianos Costa Adeke and las America's using buses 2 busses max to get you to different areas and reasonably priced.

The hotel is definitely not a 5 star, but for what you pay, you definitely get value for money. All inclusive doesn't start until 3pm on the day and ends at 12pm on the day you leave. They do give you a lunch voucher for either of these days. There are plenty of choices. The pizza was great! The pool area was lovely. At the weekend, Mike was the DJ playing tunes all day. That was brilliant and we loved having music by the pool. The animation team were excellent and always had music on during water polo (3pm every day). There was also aqua gym or aqua zumba, or a water mat. The room was massive. We had 3 balconies in a room for 4 people. There was a fully sized fridge. The only problem was that the AC was a bit weak. Aside from the entertainment by the pool, the animation team also played darts, ping pong, archery, sjoelen, boules and many more activities. The night entertainment wasn't the best. The male singers were boring but the ABBA tribute was great. Angel was also fantastic. The parrot show went on forever. We didn't get to see many more shows, as the football was on. We would definitely stay again and will hopefully be back soon for our 3rd stay soon. A massive shoutout to Melany from the animation team. I have seen so many reviews about how amazing she is and couldn't agree more. She totally made our holiday! She is a very special member of the hotel and deserves all of the recognition. Maria in reception was great too. So friendly and made our stay effortless.

A honest review of Grand Muthu Hotel... We did book this hotel due to the location away from the popular tourist sites in the South with which we rented a car so was able to get to popular places within 10-15 minutes. The location is fine, but there isn't anything really to do around the hotel. A few bars, food places, mini-market shops. There is a "one stop shop" right next to the hotel which is open very early and has pretty much everything essential you would need so if you have forgot something, don't be too worried. Atmosphere of the hotel was pretty crazy. Take it with a pinch of salt, as we are two adults going on holiday during a school holiday period. But there was kids absolutely everywhere. Sun loungers, splashed by kids. In the pool, splashed by kids. Spending time in the evening outside, you are dodging kids screaming and throwing balls till late at night. Fair warning. When we come back during this period, we will be booking Adult Only, just our vibe. Sunbeds are a premium during the day, snag them early or be prepared to find something else to do. Two pool tables outside (2 euros) are available, but unable to use them as I inserted two euros which it accepted and they seemed to have been turned off. Rooms were okay, had everything you needed, cleaned once every 1-2 days, dated with some periods of the day there was a sewage smell. Our room was two single beds pushed together to make a double (The mattress will slid away from your partner, so be careful) Reception staff were helpful for things we needed and questions we had but we did think that there was certain services like the Gym, Spa and the Spice Garden wasn't explained at all. We never found the gym or spa during our stay and when trying to book the Tex Mex or Thai from the information sheet that said 19:00-21:00, we discovered its only a Monday or Thursday so we wasn't able to dine there either. We had all inclusive which did allow us use of the buffet during breakfast, lunch and dinner service but we found that the airport lounge at Tenerife airport had a larger meal selection. We ended up eating our twice due to poor selection of meals at a buffet. There is food available during the day at the pool bar, but we warned, flys are in force here. The hotel do their best to manage this using some battery operated devices, but they can be seen to get into the salad and side dishes served when people leave them open after dishing up their own food. Drinks for anyone wondering are included for all inclusive but only Amstel, some wine, and some basic cocktails. Any top shelf liquor is an extra charge and the bar closes at 11pm. Parking is available outside free of charge, but it is on a one way system so if you try to park close to the hotel and there isn't any free spots its a 8 minute journey to get back around the one way system. (you may need to walk a few minutes, pick the first spot you can see on the one way street, or pay for the hotel parking at 10 euros per day. We was unable to find the entrance to this so didnt use it, nor pay for it) The hotel itself aside is pretty, two nicely sized pools, with evening entertainment being in the M&M club (Primary use for the kids in the evening and any adults that don't want to be able to hear each other over the volume of the room)

We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Muthu Golf Plaza Hotel & Spa. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The all inclusive food and drinks were great, with plenty of choice and good quality. We’d read reviews saying you’d be waiting ages for food and drinks, but that simply wasn’t our experience. We visited during peak July and never waited more than five minutes, even at the busiest times. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. If we’re being really picky, there are a few age related marks here and there, but that’s something you’ll find in almost any hotel and it certainly didn’t affect our stay. We also saw reviews saying other guests were hostile. We honestly never experienced that at all. Everyone we came across was friendly, and the atmosphere around the pool was brilliant, especially during the daytime activities. Of course, you’ll always come across the odd rude person wherever you go even at a luxury five star resort so that’s very subjective and certainly wasn’t representative of our holiday. We didn’t go to the late night entertainment ourselves, but we could hear it and it always sounded lively, with plenty of people enjoying themselves. Overall, we had no issues whatsoever. We felt we got exactly what we paid for, and arguably even better value than expected. Don’t let some of the negative reviews put you off everyone’s experience is different, but ours was excellent, and we’d happily stay here again.

Brilliant hotel. Fantastic animation team. Mike is great as a DJ. Mel goes above and beyond for everyone, especially the kids. If you put the effort in with them, they will reciprocate the energy. We’ve been twice this year and had a great time! Maria in reception is great too. She’s English so any questions were easily answered by her! Jose in the restaurant too-incredible! Always welcomed us with a smile and such great energy. Only downfalls are the flies around the pool (which can’t be helped) and the evening entertainment is a bit rubbish. A kids disco would be great! Singers every night are average.

No se corresponde con un hotel de cinco estrellas ni con el precio que pagamos. La pulsera del todo incluido no la entregan hasta las 15:00 y no tienen ni un minuto de cortesía ni al finalizar el servicio del bar de la piscina ni en las copas del bar por la noche. Lo mejor es, precisamente, el snack de la piscina. Los restaurantes apenas ofrecen algo diferente respecto a ese servicio, por lo que no compensan. Además, quienes compran un Day Pass pagan bastante menos y disfrutan prácticamente de lo mejor del hotel.

Vana se sprchovým závěsem, hromady pouziteho nadobi venku po snacku, nevysypane koše, v jidelne velmi pomalu odnášeli nádobí pri jídle na terase, zbytečné maličkosti, které škodí. Je to o managementu.
