Night guard was good and helpful. check in/out simple and easy. the staff was helpful and friendly.

the food was average and expensive for the portions. waiter/waitress were not attentive. Not being able to use a credit card at the restaurant was silly. No daily housecleaning and the towel never changed.

This is a real treat, such helpful staff.

Not enough clothes storage space in room. Live music in the evenings is far too loud if you're dining Al fresco. Would be better without it at all! Loud music from nearby properties combines to create an unbearable loud muddle of sound which is frankly just an annoying noise.

Fridge not cold Floors slippery Shower curtain moldy Bidet leaked constantly so floor always wet had to pile towels up in corner Advertised beach out front of hotel but can only sit on chairs or at tables if eating their food or drinking and beach chairs only for rent. Nowhere for hotel guests to sit outside of their room to relax.

Amazing location. Not very noisy despite being central to Alona Beach.

Kinda confusing as they have two buildings. Room was quite outdated and didn’t have a kettle or hair dryer.

The staff were amazing, also was the location on the beach.

It was a long way to drag your bag through the sand from the Road.

Lokalita přímo na Aloně. Velice milý personál.

První pokoj byl tmavý a hrozný hluk z nějakého agregátu který běžel celou noc. Druhý den jsme se nechali přestěhovat o patro výš. Pokoje mají staré vybavení. Lednice byla plná námrazy a skoro nechladila. Chybí základní vybavení hotelu. Fén, varná konvice. Ceny hotové restaurace jsou předražené. Účtovaný servis nás také překvapil když si hotel účtuje donášku ke stolu.

By the beach and value.

Bathroom has a certain smell. We don’t know what it is but not pleasant

It's right on the front where all the restaurants and bars and dive shops are. Lots of activities along the front and it's very pretty. But a resort I don't think it is. A basic room and shower. You pay for the proximity to the beach.

Nowhere to sit except in the room. No balcony or sitting area. No pool The room has rattan furniture and would be a cheap room if it wasn't situated right in the middle of Alona Beach.

Badezimmer genauso schrecklich, wie das eigentliche Zimmer. Wir hatten ein ganz anderes Zimmer bekommen, wie dass, was wir eigentlich gebucht hatten. Und auf Nachfrage, kam da keine Reaktion, das würde an Booking.com liegen, die hätten die falschen Bilder eingestellt! Personal total unfreundlich, Essen mittelmäßig, da war jeder Peso, den wir für dieses Hotel ausgeben haben, total rausgeschmissen!

We really liked our stay at this resort, the room was comfortable and the location is great, very close to the beach and restaurants. The staff was extremly friendly.

Love that it was right on the beach. Could just walk out and you’re right in the middle of it all. Location was perfect. Room was clean and staff were helpful during my stay.

The staff are so friendly and very accomodating. I requested for the room to be decorated for my husband's birthday and they did not disappoint. On top of that, they sang Happy Birthday for him without me asking. Will definitely come back and recommend this place!

Ranta... Aamiainen rannalla, toisinaan lounas ja illallinen. Sijainti on paras. Ruoka OK, henkilökunta mukavia. Pieni tapahtuma: toinen hotelli vieras vei kumppanin merkki kengät yöllä, Hotellin väki löysi ja jäljitti videolta kuka, haki kengät ja saimme kengät takaisin, sitten ehdimme lennolle. Turvallisuus.

Posizione ottima, davanti al mare , dal tratto piu bello di spiaggia. camera bella peccato per la doccia che l’acqua veniva un minuti bollente e uno gelata. Non ha temperatura costante. Ristorante dell’hotel si mangia bene, abbiamo pranzato e cenato spesso li. La sera poi molto bello. Con musica dal vivo. Ci e’ piaciuto molto. Peccato che anche agli ospiti dell’hotel applicano il 10% del service. Bottoglia dell’acqua in stanza pagata 100p eccessiso.

The Hayahay Resort has two properties within a few metres of each other on Alona Beach. The photos presented are from the newer one. We stayed on the older property. The rooms are basic, but clean. The lady from the reception was very nice..Good location, right on Alona beach.Good wifi.

The waiters from the restaurant are not very good English speakers.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to John at Genesis for helping organize ferry tickets, it made travel much easier. The room was spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of being right on the beach. Two complimentary bottles of water were provided, which was a nice touch.

The only toiletries provided were hand soap, so packing your own essentials is a must. Daily cleaning was available but only upon request, rather than automatic. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which made sleeping less restful. The security lock on the room was broken, which felt concerning. Music played until 11 pm, which may be disruptive if you’re looking for quiet evenings.

Manca un po’ di luce e a volte si può sentire un po’ di odore della cucina. Altro consiglio che potrebbero mettere qualche ombrellone riservato ai clienti

Sonnenliegen mussten extra bezahlt werden, hoher Preis, viel Musik in den einzelnen Restaurants die sich gegenseitig Überschlagen, kein schöner Blick (Haus davor) aus dem Zimmer, dadurch auch wenig Tageslicht im Zimmer,

Stanza con illuminazione scarsa e solo sapone x mani nella toilette

Byłam bardzo miło zaskoczona miśkom z wodą dla zwierząt oraz tym że specjalnie gotują jedzenie żeby karmić psy. Oczywiście fakt mieszkania tuż przy plaży też jest super. Na dole pyszna restauracja.

I liked that it’s a beach front

Comfortable room and delicious restaurant in front of the beach. Our room was in Hayahay Genesis hotel.

According to central location in Alona beach, party is every evening. Loud music and other noises didn't let us sleep.

Perfect location on the beachfront in the middle of Alona beach. Restaurant was great, at night the tables were set up on the beach, you could dine with sand in you toes. Good Wifi throughout the property. Staff Lovley, helped organise ongoing transfer.

No room refresh, bins emptied or clean towels for the 5night stay.

Lovely staff, clean and comfortable room with outside furniture. On the beach and just a walk away from town shops, bars and restaurants. Lady on reception always smiling and ready to help with anything. Sorry, didn't ask her name. Ordered cake for birthday and came with unexpected happy birthday wishes from some of the staff. Thank you all so much 😄

Disappointed certain food items not available at breakfast time (Filipino dishes). No complimentary toiletries and room quite small.

Location to beach, we had a room which had the communal space right in front outside, so felt like more space to the room. 2nd floor but has ramp to reception to wheel your case.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personal war, wie auf den Philippinen gewohnt, ausserordentlich nett. Die Lage am Strand war ideal.

Die Dusche war leider nur kalt, was am letzten Tag behoben wurde. Ein bis zwei Handtücher mehr im Bad wäre schon schön. Der Fan funktionierte nicht, ebenso streikte die Fernbedienung ( Batterien), so dass die letzte Nacht extrem heiss war. Es wurde aber versucht, jedes Problem kurzfristig zu beheben.

This hotel is beach front, thats why I booked it. But the photos of the beach and what it was really like were two different things. The beach was murky, full of rocks, and dirty. I wouldnt even take my dog there for a swim. It was hot so the other optiom was a pool, but they didnt have one. The rooms and bathroom was very dated. The bed wasnt comfortable and linen didnt feel clean. We had lityle interaction with the staff, they were more interested in their seafood restaurant than the guest that were staying there. I wpuldnt recommend this hotel at all.

The room size , the ceiling fan didn't work, bedding sheets, and pillows were poor quality , food and service at the restaurant average but pricey for the quality ..

Venden rooftop y tiene paneles solares. La playa es pública y si queres ir tenes que consumir. Las habitaciones son muy normales.
