Reviewed Aug 2, 2026La ubicación es perfecta, céntrica y a pasos de la playa, restoranes, centro cívico y el morro, ideal para quienes van a conocer Arica desde cero. El diseño de los apartamentos es genial, acogedor y muy limpio. Nos gustó el excelente estado de las instalaciones se nota que lo cuidan mucho y tienen interés en cuidar también el entorno y medio ambiente por sus detalles de sustentabilidad. La recepción y comunicación con Fernando es clara y muy amable, preocupado de cada detalle para que la estadía sea un agrado.

Nada, todo me gustó. Solo para que consideren que en la ducha hay un agujero en el techo, el baño es abierto en su parte superior. Quizás en invierno sea más frío el baño que en temporada de calor.

No es culpa del hotel pero como está cerca de la plaza habían actividades con música a alto volumen y puede llegar a ser un poco incomodo a las personas de sueño ligero.

Bedroom could have done better with dark curtains. Some guests may need a dark room to sleep, myself included. View from apartment was spoiled by a construction site which seemed abandoned. You see part of the city and San Marcos church, but moment, it is spoiled by rusting crane and the foundations excavation of a construction site. If a building is erected, views from the apartment will be lost and that would be a pity.
